The fitting and alteration process was seamless, and Olga the seamstress did an AMAZING job ensuring my dress fit perfectly. On my wedding day, I felt like a princess, and I received so many compliments on my gown.

Bacio Bacio Bridal was amazing, after visiting numerous shops as a plus size bride, Bacio was the only salon that made me feel welcomed. Amy was my consultant and she was very sweet and listened to my dream dress vision to help me find my gown. All the dresses pulled were absolutely gorgeous. I loved my experience with Bacio (Amy) and ended up purchasing my dress from them. Thank you for the time given to help make the shopping experience nice and private. Overall, they had the best selection and price for their dresses. I loved it! My only thing I was sad about was that I was told I could bring my dress and veil I purchased to get steamed before my wedding when I picked it up from alterations with their in house seamstress. I mentioned when I would be coming, but no one mentioned to me that they would be closed on the day I would need to pick up the items steamed since my wedding was destination.

I loved my entire experience at Bacio Bacio! Lenyce is so sweet and helpful. She makes the experience so fun and comfortable. She was super responsive to every email and question I had. Olga, the seamstress, was also fantastic. I felt comfortable offering my thoughts about alterations and I was supported by both Lenyce and Olga until my dress fit just right. I wish every shopping experience could go as easily and as fun as it was at Bacio Bacio. I found my dream dress with them and it was all so perfect! Amazing Service (Won’t Regret Coming)
Very Happy I decided to go here this was my second place that I went too. The first place that I went, I was bummed out; didn’t feel welcomed and just felt very forced into buying a dress. When I came in she was very welcoming and nice. I picked a total of 5 or 6 to try on. She was very attentive and answered my questions. Overall a pleasant experience will recommend. Go to Bacio Bacio! I went to several other bridal salons before a coworker recommended Bacio Bacio, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Deborah was the absolute best!! She took her time pulling dresses for me, having me try on a variety of different styles (even ones I wouldn't normally try), and she was so knowledgable in explaining the designers, styles, etc. Every trip into Bacio was an extreamly pleasant one, and I was so happy with my final dress selection. Gorgeous gowns, luxury experience
I am convinced Bacio is the best bridal dress experience in the area. The shop is lovely and an intimate setting. Deborah was a wonderful help in finding the perfect dress, very patient and honest. The selection of gowns followed the style I was looking for, brands like Justin Alexander. I feel that I found the perfect dress for me, and I did not once regret my decision. Fittings were done in-house and corrections made by an amazingly talented seamstress. I am so happy with the entire experience, I felt like a valued customer.

She had dresses selected for my fitting, and the entire experience was like magic! The staff is attentive and fashion knowledgeable, and treat you with genuine warmth. I can’t even explain how amazing this store is and everyone who works here ! I was so scared and looking everywhere for the perfect bridal dress.i went to many places and surprised at rude staff and horrible outdated selections. I was sick of satin and I love lace with a vintage feel. I knew I could find something more in style by going here by looking st their website alone . I had clipped some dresses I liked online and I showed it and what do you know a SAMPLE dress from one my favorites was there waiting for me! It is a quick wedding planned within less than a year due to a sick family member so Bacio Bacio helped me with the pricing of this perfect dress! I was so excited and it looked amazing ! I went in for my fitting which is also conveniently booked by an outside seamstress but also very professional. This was a great tux rental boutique! They helped us start to finish picking out the tux and made the rental process easy for everyone. They brought the tailored tuxes to the wedding the morning of with enough time to get dressed. Everything went very smooth with them!

From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was so much more personal and relaxed compared to other bridal shops I had visited that made me feel so rushed as if I needed to hurry up and make a decision. Lenyce and all the ladies there were more than helpful and truly made my experience unforgettable. I am so glad I found Bacio Bacio bridal! The store itself is lovely and they have a great selection of gorgeous gowns. And they let you take pictures! Deborah was wonderful to work with! Over the last year, I spent a good amount of time at Bacio Bacio. EVERY visit was amazing. Deb helped me find my perfect dress on my first visit there in March (Wedding was this past December). When the Dress arrived later in the year I had all of my fittings done by their team, who were amazing ! They even cut my Mom's veil custom for me and it was so beautiful. I would recommend Bacio to ANY Bride. They were so laid back and relaxed I never felt like out of place when I was there. I have heard about a lot of Bridal Salons that don't allow food or drink (even water) inside or to take pictures, none of these things were an issue with Bacio. I appreciated that as I wanted to be able to show my other family and friends that weren't with me, pictures of my dress. The prices are also amazing, I spent half of what I expected that day. Definitely check them out if you haven't yet ! You won't be dissapointed ! I also brought my dress back after the Wedding to be cleaned and preserved, I am waiting on it to come back. They do it all !

I found my dress at Bacio Bacio. I went there and immediately felt very special. Many members of my family have bought their dresses at Bacio and we all have had the same amazing experience. My dress came in on time and I was able to get it fitted as usual. We did have some difficulties with the fittings, but this had nothing to do with Bacio and the staff. They did EVERYTHING they could to make it better and in the end, my dress ended up fitting me perfectly. I have recently brought my friend into Bacio, and she was able to find a beautiful gown for her wedding day as well. I recommend Bacio Bacio to every bride to be.

Looking for my wedding dress was the easiest part of my wedding plans. One day I was walking on the kovosko's plaza looking for vendors and as soon as I saw Bacio Bacio I got impressed by it's uniqueness and beautiful style. I looked inside the boutique and there was the one, the dress of my dreams, the one that fullfilled my expectations. It was love at the first sight. Deborah helped me since the begining and her pacience and kindess made the process very enjoyable ans special. I tried lots of dresses, I lost my count, and I kept going back to the one I fall in love with since I first saw it. Everytime I tried it I felt like a princess and even my face was happier, so I said that's it, this is my dress, this is the one. I thanks Bacio Bacio's team and specially Deborah for helping me everytime I went there and for making this process so pleasant and easy. You guys make me feel like a "princess"!! I live two states away and found out that Bacio Bacio sold the dress I wanted. I called and was immediately told that they could order the dress for me and get it to me within my short timeline. The size they chose from the measurements I gave them were spot on and the whole process of ordering, paying and shipping was great. I had the most amazing bridal shopping experience at Bacio Bacio. They were my second stop of the day and absolutely blew the first shop out of the water! The girl I worked with isn't with the company anymore, but she made the whole experience so much fun for myself and my group. They encouraged us to bring some champagne and just have fun with the whole process. Even after I said YES! to my dress, they still allowed me to try on "fun" gowns I never would have purchased. Marj was suggested to me by a few of my coworkers who knew her work and her flexibility. I'm so glad we chose her because the result was amazing and she really helped us figure out what we wanted. There were items of our floral details we knew we wanted, and others we had no clue. She would come up with ideas, offer suggestions, and was so helpful in our narrowing down process. We met with her once in the beginning to go over the big picture & budget, and again closer to the day to really set the details. Wedding day came and we couldn't have been happier with the result! As someone who didn't really know what she wanted, Marj created something I was so in love with! Ton notch bridal salon, service, & quality! I purchased my wedding gown from Bacio bridal last year. Lenyce and her team made me feel so special and helped guide me to the dress that suited my style and budget. They have a selection for all budgets. I had a dream experience at Bacio Bacio. This was the first place I went to and luckily I had all 4 of my bridesmaids, my parents, and sister with me and they made all of us feel so welcomed. Deborah was professional and made the experience so fun and exciting. I found my dream dress after only trying on 5 and I couldn't believe how it was priced! I highliy recommend all brides going to this salon. It was everything I dreamed that day would be.

This was the very last dress i tried on. I had been everywhere, from Miami to Palm Beach. Bacio Bacio has the most beautiful dresses and an amazing seamstress whom was able to give me a sweetheart cut. If you want to stun your fiancee and wow the crowd Bacio Bacio is the place to go!

Where do I start...I walked into the Boutique with what I was afraid was an impossible budget. I had pretty much given up on my option to have a dress I would love. I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and was due to have surgery in two weeks and the medical bills had already started flowing in. Debra greeted me and I explained the situation and my budget. She pulled about 11 beautiful dresses to show me. The first one she pulled had my heart as soon as I saw it. I tried it on before the others and I loved it! I didn't dare look at the price tag. I could tell it was made of real silk and just didn't want to get discouraged. I wanted to enjoy that time with my mom and just try them all on. :) They were all unbelievable, but of course the first was the one I loved. At the end I turned and said "do I dare ask how much this is" and she told be exactly what my budget was and said she was going to make it happen for me. And that she did!! I never felt pressured into one or the other she was helpful with everything. It was such a wonderful experience! I have since had my surgery and well on my way to recovery but through some of the hard times I was able to look at the dress (of course I had to take pictures of it with my phone) and was reminded of the wonderful day I had with my mom and the future I have ahead. Debra if you read this I can't thank you enough!! Will be seeing you soon!

Bacio Bacio is the ONLY place to go to find your wedding gown! Their designer gowns are unique and quality made and also very affordable! The ladies there absolutely love what they do and are completely dedicated to making you feel like a princess and giving you a special experience that you will remember for the rest of your life! My sisters, mother and I felt like we were the only women in the store with the care and attention we were given and they even let us do a champagne toast after I said "yes" to the dress! My mother also found her gorgeous MOB gown and we had both dresses altered by their fabulous seamstress who did a fantastic job! I also had my grandmother's wedding gown (from 1939) remade into a short dress for my farewell brunch and it turned out stunning! The owner even gave me crystal buttons to use on the dress and were as thrilled as I was about how special it was to be able to wear it! I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff of Bacio Bacio is! My sister is getting married soon and she will DEFINITELY be purchasing her dress from there as well! Don't bother going anywhere else!

I just cannot say enough great things about Bacio Bacio. Taylor made my experience so amazing. I had been to two other bridal salons previous to this, and while they were alright, Taylor gave me the experience that one imagines when they think of trying on wedding gowns. She was so sweet, and took her time to really make me feel special. I tried on at least 15-20 gowns, and she had so much patience with me as I spent two and a half hours in the salon narrowing it down. I ultimately found "the one" and it was all thanks to her. She gave me her honest opinion, which I really appreciated, as I found that people at other stores were only interested in making a sale. Also, this salon is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I felt special just being in the store. I could go on and on about this lovely place, but really you just have to go and experience it for yourself. I am just so happy that I made an appointment at this wonderful salon, and even more excited that I had the pleasure of working with Taylor.

I was in a time crunch to find my dress as I was traveling from the Caribbean. At first I didn't consider Bacio Bacio because other friends had told me about the Miracle Mile in Miami. I had gone to Coral Gables along the mile to find my dress but didn't find anything and wasn't happy with the experience. Two days before I was scheduled to leave I still hadn't found a dress and was feeling frustrated and frazzled. I called around trying to find other places but everyone was telling me about appointments and was unwilling to accommodate me. On a whim I called Bacio Bacio and Debra answered. She explained they were booked but was still willing to try to find a space. She couldn't but I truly believed she heard the desperation in my voice and decided to go above and beyond. She arranged to meet me the next day early in the morning before the store opened. Debra proceeded to work with me to help me find the dress. She listened, she gave advice and most importantly I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I felt like she cared. In the end I found my dress and the dress for my mother. I left there feeling happy and contented. Bacio Bacio is the place for you if you want personal and intimate service. It is warm and cosy like someone's home. They are all good but my heart is for Debra. Thanks again for making my dress shopping experience memorable.

I happen to stumble upon Bacio Bacio one day and boy am I glad I did!!! Not only did they have superb customer service in that they were very personal and professional, but I was able to purchase the PERFECT COMMUNION VEIL for my Godaughter. I live in Florida and my sister lives in North Carolina, but Lenyce Boyd made it so easy and effortless. She communicated with my sister via phone while communicating with the designer in New York! The veil was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was made with delicate Swarovski Crystals around the headpiece and sparsely on the veil itself. IT WAS GORGEOUS!!! I would recommend Bacio Bacio to anyone looking for "The Best"!!

I loved them!! It is a very relaxed atmosphere, and the salespeople are so nice! Their seamstress, Olga, is a gem. Absolutely beautiful gowns and accessories. They have a great selection of dresses in addition to jewelry, undergarments, etc. I will be returning to Bacio Bacio for all of my future dress needs. They even have some adorable less formal dresses that would be great for many occasions.
I purchased my wedding dress at a different store before I discovered Bacio, so even though they weren't making a dress sale on me, they still went out of their way to help make sure my dress was perfect! They were able to find the ideal bra/corset to help "lift" my dress and their seamstress, Olga, is a miracle worker! The dress fit me like a glove when she was finished, and she was even able to create a sweetheart neckline from a very plain top and beautiful bustle.
I recommend that every bride check out Bacio during their wedding dress search (or even wedding accessory/undergarment search). You will not regret it. More businesses should be like this!

I tell everyone about this bridal salon because Lenyce and her girls are fantastic! This was the first and only salon that I went to for my dress. We had so much fun, tried on every style imaginable, and when I found "the one" Lenyce made sure that I got it! I wish that every part of the wedding planning was as easy and as fun as getting the dress, veil, and headband was for me. They have the perfect amount of dresses to choose from without being intimidating or overwhelming and the personal attention that you get is really something that, from what I heard from other friends of mine dress shopping, is not something that you get at every bridal salon. I love my Jenny Packham dress. It was as if it was made for me and I love even more the personal relationship that I've developed with Lenyce and Bacio Bacio. This is truly an A+ plus and was an A+ experience. If you're looking for a wedding dress in Florida you have to look no further once you go here!

I went to Bacio Bacio Bridal after visiting three other bridal shop in South Florida, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. They made me really feel like a bride and I felt they had my best interest at heart. They did not want to just sell me a gown, they wanted me to look the very best I possibly could. I would send any of my friends to Bacio Bacio.
PS- I found my dream gown and felt beautiful on my big day. The customer service never stopped after I bought the gown. They were wonderful with the fittings and with helping me pick out the most beautiful shoes and veil.

I loved shopping/purchasing from Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon. I originally lived in the area and came down last 4th of July weekend to shop for a dress before my 1/6/12 wedding. I went to two other shops and ended up loving a dress they had from Sincerity Bridal. Their smaller shop made it more relaxing for me since I do not like crowds when I shop. Also, they were fun to work with. I was only disappointed during my first fitting with my actual dress in November because the person who does the alterations is an outside vendor and she was very rude to me even though I was not having the measurements/alterations done during that appointment. I was surprised that the staff allowed this person to treat a customer that way since she was not directly affiliated with the salon. If I have any suggestions it would be to try to work directly with the sisters that own the salon because they are the nicest out of the staff that I was in contact with.

I had a wonderful experience at Bacio Bacio. They were very professional and helpful when it came to finding my perfect wedding dress and accessories. I loved it and I got so many compliments on it. I would recommend anyone to find their perfect dress there as well.

Gorgeous Dress
Guest service was the best here. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. Even made it easy on me coming from out of state for my appointments. I received a thousand compliments on my dress. The only issue I had was that the bustle did not last more than 10 minutes. Had to redo it multiple times and ended up giving up at some point during the reception. However that doesn’t take away from my wonderful experience with the staff and still loving my dress.

The dresses here are gorgeous! I had fittings at most of the boutiques in Palm Beach County and this was by far my favorite from the flattering soft lighting, to the intimate viewing area. This shop was the most comfortable for me while trying on dresses. Other shops were too bright, open, too many brides at once trying on dresses.

Bacio Bacio was the last place that I went looking for my dress and it should have been my first. I wrongly assumed that the best wedding dresses would be in Palm Beach Gardens or West Palm or Fort Lauderdale but the best place was right next door, in our town! Lenyce was really understanding and helpful and the fittings/tailoring were outstanding. My dress was unique and it arrived on time and was fitted on time and i couldn't have been happier. This really is a wonderful local business

The owner is absolutely amazing!!!! I went to like five other places and this was by far the best place!! She actually made me feel like a bride and made me feel gorgeous and was so patient with my 16 month old son! She's amazing!!!

I had a lovely experience in finding my dream dress at Bacio Bacio! I worked with Deborah the day I found my dress. She made me feel so comfortable & special the whole time I was there. Throughout the process everyone was very responsive and so sweet to deal with. I would highly recommend this vendor!

They have really nice dresses at reasonable prices. I had been looking for a lace dress. Because of the fact that cheap lace looks cheap, I was only able to find dresses I liked in the 5K and up range. However, when I went to Bacio Bacio I was able to find a lovely high quality lace dress at a reasonable price. Additionally, I think I must have tried on at least 75 dresses prior to coming here. The consultant listened to what I liked and was able to pick just the right dresses for me to try on so I didn't waste time with trying on dresses that were not me.

LOVE LOVE LOVED Bacio Bacio. I found the perfect dress during my appointment. They were awesome for alterations too! (I'm a size 00 and can NEVER find anyone to alter to my size. They were great!) They had a beautiful selection of gowns in all price points.

I worked with Deborah at Bacio Bacio and she was wonderful. She was very patient when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and made some great recommendations on what would look good. I found my dress there in my first visit but I wanted to check out some other places, just to see what they had and I already had appointments set. Every other bridal salon I went to did not seem nearly as clean nor were the sales people as nice. Because Bacio Bacio is a smaller Bridal store, I felt more valued and pampered, but they still had a great selection that I could not have found anywhere else.
My dress was gorgeous and though it was more than what I wanted to spend, I couldn't walk away from it and couldn't find it anywhere else - another plus with going with a boutique store. Even after I purchased the dress from Deborah, she was very willing to help when I had questions on alterations. She even made sure the dress was steamed and hidden when I sent my fiance to pick up the dress when I wasn't able to.
Overall my entire experience with Bacio Bacio was enjoyable!

The service was nice and personal. THe store is cute. However, there were limited sizes (so I felt fat often) and the costs were high. If you're ready to START your search at $1500, then maybe this is for you...

I found an amazing dress at a very affordable price at Bacio Bacio. I was a little disappointed when I made an appointment to take a second look at the dress and to my surprise; the dress was sold, yet my appointment was not cancelled. I had to drive an hour to the place so I was very upset that my time was wasted. None the less, I ordered my dress and everything went great after that. My dress was truly amazing! I do want to warn those that buy dresses to take a close look at the dress. The beading on my dress began to fall out after an hour of having it on. That too was upsetting, but it looked great for pictures so all in all I am happy.

We got the groom’s and groomsmen tuxes from here. When we received them, they were missing the grooms, a few groomsmens, and the ring bearers. If they were already there, the sizes were all mixed up. They promised they would be corrected the next day. When we went back they were still missing the grooms and the FOB. Everything else was fixed, but missing the grooms was kind of a big deal. We were leaving the next day to go to the destination wedding. I had so much anxiety the day before my wedding that we would not get the right sizes and my groom would not have a tux to wear. The owner did go out of her way and drive down to the venue which was nice. Everything ended up working out except the ring bearers shoes were way too big but we stuffed his shoes. In the end, everything looked great, but it was a lot of stress beforehand.

I had a good experience with Bacio Bacio until I received my dress. I was visiting from Boston and fell in love with a Ramona keveza dress and they said it would be no problem to ship the dress to me when it was done. (I ended up having to pay $150 for the shipping which was not mentioned at that time, but I was ok with it). The problems started when I received my dress 4 months later. It was wayyy too small in the ribs and the zipper could not go up the last five inches. I'm 5'1, 115 lbs and that hasn't changed in years. I remained calm and emailed bacio bacio. They were quick to tell me that I wasn't wearing the dress correctly (I was), and when they asked me to remeasure myself and send them the measurements, they said I had gained a few inches (I hadn't, they either measured me wrong or write down a measurement incorrectly). After a few emails back and forth I gave up and now my dress is basically costing another five or six hundred dollars to reconfigure. This place is great, but I would reccomend buying a dress from a place close to home.
