  Laid back and delicious

  Tricia, the owner, let us try six different flavors for free. We settled on four different flavors for the wedding. She was super responsive via email and even rented us a cupcake stand for a refundable deposit of $20. The value was amazing and Tricia was so kind. So glad we went here!

  Delicious, Great Value, GF/DF friendly, Great Service

  Working with Tricia was a breeze. It was so fun to get to order a number of different flavors, and her flexibility with gluten-free and dairy-free accommodations was straightforward. We got exactly what we ordered and everyone raved about the flavor, texture, and size of these cupcakes. The cupcakes were ready on time, and beautifully iced. Will definitely order again, and highly recommend!

  Amazing Cake!

  My husband and I both have a dairy allergy, so finding a vegan wedding cake was a big goal of ours! We found BabyCakes, and we weren't disappointed. We got a lime flavored cake for our big day, and it was beautiful-- and delicious!

  Amazing service

  Tricia was amazing and so were the cupcakes! Everyone loved them! She let us pick what we wanted to sample and we just went and picked them up, it was super easy. She came to the venue to set up the cupcake stand and was so helpful. I would highly recommend going to baby cakes if you are wanting to have cupcakes at your wedding. I am looking forward to using her again for other events!

  really, really good cupcakes

  Tricia did a fantastic job with the cupcakes for our wedding! She delivered them, set up the tier, and added floral decorations - it looked so pretty! Most importantly, she is great about working with clients with food allergies! My husband and several of our family members are Celiac, so we wanted all our cupcakes to be gluten free. Her selection of gluten free flavors was immense. We went with the carrot cake, pecan, and marble, and they were so good you would never know they were gluten free.

  Tricia did a fantastic job with the cupcakes for our wedding! She delivered them, set up the tier, and added floral decorations - it looked so pretty!   From the very first email for information all the way through our wedding day, Tricia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us navigate the variety of flavors and options for our cupcakes and mini cake, was very generous with a six-cupcake tasting with our choice of flavors, and worked tirelessly to make the perfect mini cake. She was always available to answer questions and offer advice, gave us straight information on budget and pricing, helped us narrow down design ideas and choose the perfect arrangement. Bonus points for being LGBT friendly and willing to work with a lesbian couple. She even helped us find the perfect rainbow cupcake liners and also created a rainbow design on the mini cake for a hint of pride! And of course everything was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about the flavors, especially the morning jolt cocktail cupcake. I would absolutely recommend Tricia and BabyCakes Cupcakes for any event!

  I can't say how happy I am about choosing Babycakes to do our cupcakes! We chose to use Tricia after tasting pretty much all of the cupcakes in Lexington and she blew the competition out of the water flavor and texture wise. However she was really above and beyond what I expected. She was prompt at answering my emails, she helped me come up with a number to accommodate my guests (even though I didn't listen and ordered more!) and she even delivered and set up the cupcakes the day of. The cupcakes were even amazing at the day after brunch! I highly recommend choosing Babycakes for your wedding!

  We used Baby Cakes for our wedding cake and they were AMAZING to work with. When we first expressed interest, we were provided 6 sample cupcakes based on what we told them we like. All were delicious. We ordered 150 cupcakes and a small cutting cake which they delivered to our wedding location and for a deposit we were able to use their cupcake tier. (We got the $20 deposit back after returning the tier about a week later.) Having cupcakes at our wedding saved us a lot of hassle plus we avoided the typical cake cutting fee. All of our guests enjoyed them and we were able to pick a variety of flavors. I highly recommend using Baby Cakes for any events where you want to serve cake.

  Tricia and her cupcakes are awesome! Her cupcake flavors are creative and delicious - we went with the white chocolate raspberry, chai tea and pomegranate cupcakes, and they (especially the chai tea) were such a hit! We didn't have any left at the end of the night. Tricia was great to work with - her tasting process was really easy (you take the samples home to try them at your leisure) and you don't have to place your order way in advance (we placed ours a week or so before the wedding). She's really laid back, but I always felt taken care of.
  
  We really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her!

  I've been going to Babycakes for years, and knew exactly who I wanted to do my wedding. Tricia did an incredible job and the cupcakes were amazing. I'm only disappointed that I didn't have time to eat a second one before the night was over!

  My wedding has yet to come but I am scheduled to use BabyCakes for my cupcakes and mini cake. The tasting was delicious! My favorite was the cookie dough! When I told her i didn't care for the two chocolate ones I tasted, she gladly gave me two others to try and they were both delicious! I am so excited to see the end results!

  I chose to have cupcakes in a few flavors instead of a traditional cake because we had some dietary restrictions (gluten) I wanted to respect for our guests. Everything from start to finish was great with them! Our tasting went well and they were so friendly! We made some minor changes to the Chocolate Bourbon cupcake and they were really accommodating of our requests. Everyone seemed to love the cupcakes and we loved our mini-cake top layer that we cut. They brought it in and set it up no problem and we just returned the stand the Monday after! Such a good experience!
