From the moment we got engaged, I knew Jillian would be our photographer. Having known her for over 10 years and admired her work since I was 15, there was never a question in my mind. She was our first vendor booking, secured almost two years in advance – even before we had our venue!
Our journey with Jillian began with our engagement shoot in January 2024. Despite my initial panic about outdoor photos during one of Philadelphia's coldest, windiest days, she masterfully suggested shooting inside the Philadelphia Art Museum. The results were absolutely spectacular – we've had countless people reach out across social media asking for our photographer's information because the photos were that extraordinary.
What sets Jillian apart isn't just her technical expertise – it's her ability to make anyone feel like a natural in front of the camera. She's the ultimate hype woman, making you feel gorgeous while keeping everything genuine. Her vision is impeccable, and every photo tells a story. Our February 16th wedding at Union Trust in Philadelphia exceeded all expectations, even from just the sneak peeks. From detailed flatlays to intimate bridal portraits, and from ceremony captures to reception celebrations, every shot was pure artistry. Her outside-the-box thinking and ability to adapt on the fly while staying true to her vision is remarkable.
Her team deserves equal praise. Gilbert, her second shooter, brilliantly managed the groomsmen's photos, capturing their natural energy and spirit. And Rebekah? She's nothing short of miraculous. When our dress steaming attempts failed miserably the night before (my bridesmaids and I gave up at 2 AM with more wrinkles than we started with), she worked magic with just a few passes of the steamer. On our rainy wedding day, when my dress got stained and wet from outdoor photos, she spent nearly an hour restoring it to perfection – even blow-drying the inside so I wouldn't be uncomfortable walking down the aisle.
The BOB Photography team didn't just deliver stunning photos – they became part of our celebration. By the end of our 14-hour day, even my hard to crack grandfather was joking about Jillian being part of the family. Guests kept commenting on how she seemed to be everywhere at once, never missing a moment. Her combination of wit, professionalism, and artistic vision made the entire experience magical.
For anyone considering wedding photography, remember that you need someone who can both capture your best angles and make the entire experience enjoyable – Jillian excels at both. When I got engaged, locking down Jill as our photographer was our first choice as soon as we knew our date.
Throughout the entire process (even needing to change our wedding date by a year) Jill and her team were professional every step of the way.
As the event came closer and I had a billion last minute questions about the schedule and shots - the team was with me every step of the way.
Now - the day. When Jill and Rebecca show up the vibes show up with them. It's like having your very best friends there hyping you up and just having a whole party. You won't even wanna leave your bridal suite - you will be having that much fun.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jillian at BoB Photography for our wedding! From the very start, Jillian made us feel comfortable and at ease. She took the initiative to guide us throughout the day, making us laugh and helping us relax, which truly came through in the beautiful photos she captured.
Jillian was also incredibly warm and welcoming to our two young sons, making sure they felt comfortable in front of the camera. Her patience and care with them were greatly appreciated. Jill is SO talented and I cannot recommend B.O.B Photography enough. When I say talented, I mean that in every aspect. She makes you feel confident and makes the experience so much fun. Where do I even begin -- Actually, let's start here.... Five Stars isn't really enough - 10,000 stars would just begin to scratch the surface for how happy we are with our wedding photos from Jill and B.O.B. Photography!
We have known Jill through various weddings my wife and I have been in/attended, and we knew from the start that our day wouldn't be the same without her and her amazing team! We literally booked Jill before we found a venue... best decision ever.
From the start she not only is professional and helpful throughout the planning process (providing suggested shot lists, consistent meetings to answer questions, planning, etc.), she is also the easiest person to ever work with. Although my wife looks like one, neither of us are professional models - but Jill made poses and natural shots feel so effortless and easy - and this shows so perfectly in her amazing photos. She made us laugh and kept our energy high throughout the entire wedding day (it’s a long day, the value of this cannot be overstated).
I’ll end on this… Personally, photos were the most important aspect of wedding planning. Call me sentimental, but photos of this day are something I will cherish the rest of my life, so it was really important to me that we find the best photographer we could. And Jill was that and then some.
Jill, thank you for your amazing work. I will hold these photos dear to me forever. You're the best!

Jillian was our photographer for our moody luxury winter wedding on December 3rd at Main Street Ballroom in Ellicott City, MD. We knew we HAD to have Jill after meeting her and being with her for two of my best friend's weddings, and seeing not only the stunning quality of work but her amazing down-to-earth personality. Jill and her team (shout out to Gilbert and Rebekah) are worth every penny and more. She's not just your photographer but she immediately turns into your best friend, and for us she turned into family. Even all of our family and wedding guests raved about her!
I am someone who has always felt awkward being in front of a camera, but Jill's calming disposition boosted my confidence and made me feel so beautiful during our engagement session and on our wedding day. The first time my husband and I saw the photos, we melted! We got our preview pictures from Jill in a few short days, which was so quick! My husband and I got the luxury of going through them together on the beach on our honeymoon, and cried all over again at all of the special moments Jill captured. Growing up the daughter of a wedding photographer, I knew when my big day came, it would be no easy task finding someone. But when I met Jill, when she was photographing my best friends wedding, I knew I had found the person I would want to photograph my wedding. Two years later, Jill was the first person I called after getting engaged (even before family and friends.) The entire day was filled with laughter, in fact half the time you didn’t know the photo was being taken. Jill did such a great job getting shots the truly captured everyone part of our big day. Our photographs are PHENOMENAL. Everyone who has seen our wedding album is absolutely obsessed with them. I am so happy that we have such beautiful memories that will last forever. Jillian and her entire team and incredible. They are highly detail-oriented, and never hesitated to fix a makeup smudge or a stray hair. Jill wasn't just taking the standard photos, she used every area at our venue as a backdrop to give us a variety of shots! We had so many different types of shots from which to select our favorites. Rebekah was always made sure the lay of my train was just right, and was updating Instagram throughout out event! Corinne helped my mom bustle my dress, and was the talk of the dance floor as she danced with us and took photos at the same time. I knew when I first met with Jill that I needed her and her team to be part of my wedding. My husband and I hired B.O.B. Photography for our wedding which included engagement photos and photography of our wedding. From start to finish, Jill was professional, creative, and blew our minds with her photography skills. Her team is outstanding and all communication leading up to the big day was top-notch. Our engagement photo session was one of the most fun afternoons we’ve ever had. Jill doesn’t just take photos: she clearly loves what she is doing and made us feel at ease and captured so many natural smiles (and my husband absolutely hates taking photos but he even had a great time!). We knew after the engagement photo session that we’d made the best decision yet – and we were right. If it says anything, I had a nightmare leading up to the wedding that Jill got sick on my wedding day and couldn’t be there – that’s how pivotal I felt she was to my special day. Our wedding day, in July, turned out to be a cold, rainy, windy day (but luckily she was not sick and was there by my side all day!). The weather didn’t stop Jill at all from taking incredible photos and I don’t even remember the bad weather anymore! She’d never been to our venue before but you’d never know, she found all of the secret locations for the BEST photos (working with the weather the whole time!) – even places I didn’t know existed. She magically cleared the rainy skies and got outdoor photos in the extremely short window we could take them during. I couldn’t have been happier with how she balanced everything the entire day. She also made my 4-year old niece, who was NOT happy in her flower girls dress, smile more than I’ve ever seen her smile before. All of our families and friends were commenting on how incredible she was at the end of the night. I’ve been tearing up ever since receiving the photo gallery. The pictures are priceless, and she spent so much time being meticulous in going through/editing thousands of photos to share with us documented memories that will last a lifetime. There aren't words for how great Jill is at her job. Sometimes I feel like reviews can feel forced or over the top so if you're reading this please know I don't say this lightly when I say you NEED Jill and her team on your wedding day! The one comment we keep getting from our family, friends, and wedding parties is how much they all love Jill! From the second we hired Jill it really felt like she was in our corner, giving input on everything from timelines, engagement photo locations, bouquet ideas, and so much more! The day of the wedding I was a bundle of nerves, but as soon as Jill came into my bridal suite I felt like I had a BFF and cheerleader all in one who also just so happened to be taking the most amazing pictures I've ever seen. So let's get to the photos...they are breathtaking. I have looked through them at least 20 times at this point and still cry. She made sure to get every important moment from our first look to the most amazing party photos I've ever seen. On a more serious note, she did a flawless job capturing emotional moments with family members who I know won't be around forever, and I can't put into words how grateful I am to have these pictures to look back on. My husband can be super awkward when it comes to having his picture taken but Jill had us laughing non-stop so every shot came out genuine and full of love. There is no one else I'd trust to capture all the emotion and joy of such a big day. Stop what you're doing and get this bad ass chick on your vendor squad, you won't regret it!! -

Just hire her!
Jillian is truly amazing at what she does. Early in our planning days, our wedding coordinator told us that Jillian was the best, and boy was she right!
Jillian captures people’s emotions so beautifully. She has mastery for making posed pictures look natural and capturing the raw moments of the day perfectly.
Both my husband and I don’t particularly love being in front of the camera, but Jillian made us feel so comfortable and made it a fun part of the day. She gave great direction and my favorite part of working with her is her energy. Just being in her presence, she will make you feel like the most beautiful and amazing human on the planet. Jillian has an infectious personality that makes it impossible not to smile and enjoy yourself.
She also was able to accommodate challenges like our over 1 foot height difference, my husband’s sensitivity to light, and some challenging restrictions to movement during our ceremony. You would never know these challenges were there given how the pictures turned out. She and Rebekah have their system down and know how to work with your schedule and get things done efficiently.
We just received our full wedding gallery this week and WOW! They are stunning. Of the friends, family, and co-workers who have seen some of her work, the choice word has been “magical.” Just hire her! You wont regret it!

I'm not sure there are even the right words available to explain how awesome Jillian and her team are. My best friend was getting married a few weeks before me and was recommended Jillian by her venue and she quickly hired her. I had spoken with a few other wonderful photographers, but they just didn't feel 100% right for what I wanted. After seeing Jillian's work and then speaking to her on a zoom call, I knew we had to have her too. Even with how far in advance we booked her, we were one of her last couples she booked for 2022 and we couldn't be more grateful. Jillian is so talented, and her eye for taking incredible photos is unmatched. She's also like, the coolest person you will ever meet and you will immediately want to be best friends with her. Put that together with her assistant Rebekah's cool head, knack for knowing what to expect (especially the unexpected) and build it into a timeline and quick wit - you have a power team that you will wish could photograph every day of your life. They went above and beyond to make sure every photo on my "must have list" (there were a lot) was taken and even though I only have a handful of sneak peaks- every single one of them are epic. I cannot wait for the rest! They were a huge part of why our wedding day was the best day of my life- HIRE. THEM. -

We were looking for an experienced wedding photographer that would push us out of our comfort zones (we're a little shy) and Jill (& her team) made us feel so comfortable. She is very responsive, organized and extremely professional - but, fun too. She'll keep you laughing for days, which is what we wanted! She shot us in downtown Baltimore for our engagement photos (included our precious dogs) and shot our wedding day. The photos were incredible (we got teaser photos the next day to share with friends and family!) She made all of my family and friends feel so good about themselves and got us all together on time to get family photos (something that's extremely difficult!!). We weren't a minute late for anything, they knew exactly how much time they needed to get the shots we wanted. We are so grateful to have worked with her and her team. They are talented people. The Dream Team
Jill and her team at B.O.B photography is the absolute best!!! Jill came highly recommended from our venue coordinator and we knew immediately after our FaceTime meeting she was the photographer for us. She is so kind and down to earth. We felt a strong bond with her right away and knew she’d be the only one we’d want to spend our wedding day with. Jill was so flexible with us regarding our engagement shoot. We had to reschedule 3 times due to summer storms. Even the day of our shoot it was calling for rain, but that didn’t stop Jill from getting the most amazing photos of us. We had sunset, rain, and love all captured in one. She even managed to get a family photo with our crazy dogs. The rainy weathered followed us to our wedding day but that didn’t stop Jill and her team at all. I was so over joyed to see her, it was like reuniting with a friend. She captured every single wonderful moment. Rebekah kept us on track, so that we had time to enjoy cocktail hour and didn’t miss any of our reception. We felt the creativity in the shots, and appreciate everyone weathering the rain to get such amazing photos of us. We are still blown away by our photos
After dealing with several wedding date changes and the pandemic, I think the area that I was the least stressed about was our wedding photography. That is all due to how amazing Jill and her team are. Once we had our engagement session and saw how wonderful everything came out, we had no worries about the photos going into our wedding day. Jill just has such a wonderful presence and is able to make everyone feel comfortable and have fun. Due to mobility issues my wedding was the first time my dad had been on a plane and was able to see family members in over 2 years. I’m so happy that Jill was able to capture these memories that I’ll be able to cherish forever. When I say we are blown away, we are literally blown away with how beautiful everything came out. Whenever I need professional photos in the future, Jill will always be the first person that I call. -

That's how important it was to me that we had Jill and her team photograph our wedding. I think one of my bridesmaids said it best - Jill DOES NOT MISS. Doesn't miss a shot, doesn't miss an email, doesn't miss important moments on the timeline. She hits it all. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Jill photographed in 2019 and fell in love with her. She was able to command everyone's attention, got the shot, and didn't make all of her photos "light and airy" - they're real. Her photos truly capture the beauty of every moment. I knew that when I got engaged, she would be the first vendor I reached out to for availability. We booked a package that included an engagement session, two shooters for the day-of, and 8 hours. We got back approx. 1,800 photos! (yes, you read that right)
At our wedding (October 23 2021), Jill and her team helped manage the timeline, my outrageously large bridal party, and my crazy family - all while still doing the actual job. They go above and beyond and I'm so incredibly appreciative for their flexibility. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, our wedding day would not have gone well without them. She knows how to pose everyone, work with people who won't smile (i.e. my dad), or feel awkward posing (i.e. my brothers).
Consider your photographer search over. You've found the best of the best. -

Without a doubt, picking Bombs Over Betty Photography was one of the best choices we made when planning our wedding. We worked with Jillian for both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding, and she was extremely flexible and understanding when we had to postpone our wedding from May 2020 to June 2021 due to COVID. Jillian is an absolutely amazing photographer and an amazing human as well! Her sunny personality makes everything brighter and helps bring a smile to everyone’s face, which she then expertly captures on camera. She was able to get incredible shots of all of us, including members of the wedding party (especially the groom) who usually struggle with smiling naturally on camera. She also knew our venue extremely well and got amazing pictures of us both at sunset and even at night. After the wedding, multiple guests commented on how much they liked her. We had a blast working with her, and our pictures turned out INCREDIBLE. Our planned shots looked like something out of a fairy tale, and she got a bunch of absolutely amazing candid shots as well. Out of all of our wedding vendors, Jillian was our BEST choice. We used Jillian for our engagement shoot, my surprise Boudoir shoot and our wedding day. It is now 3 months since our wedding date and people continue to share with us how she had the best energy and captured the day SO perfectly. One thing that I found was important to me (after speaking with Jillian) is that she does not use any trendy filters on her pictures. When we look back on our pictures over the years, we will see the REAL beauty of the day. Jillian is someone you need in your corner. Jillian is a beautiful soul, and amazing photographer. I'd known of Jillian for a few years from working in the industry, and always admired her work, her ethic and her ability to make even the most awkward human photogenic. After being in my sister's wedding and seeing her talent up even more up close and personal, I knew that when it was my turn to get married she was going to be the ONE. Flash forward a few years to planning our special day - we actually selected our wedding date based on her availability because we just knew there was no other photographer for us.
Jillian is an absolute magician - she makes you feel special, she makes you laugh, and is makes you feel like you have been friends for a lifetime, all while capturing every magical moment of your special day. Truthfully, I don't know how she does it - she doesn't seem to miss a moment. She'll also be that voice of sanity in the weeks leading up to the wedding when you are panicking over your timeline, a photo list, or just general anxiety. And she'll never let you end up with a hair tie on your wrist for a single photo - that is a promise.
Her team, Mike and Rebekah are fabulous as well - Rebekah takes the time to learn names and roles of each person before the ceremony and makes sure not one photo is missed. And Mike, he is just as wonderful and captured every little detail, and so many wonderful shots with the groom and groomsmen - even making the ones who don't know how to smile if their life depended on it look like they are having the time of their life.

We hired Jillian for our elopement in November 2020, and it was probably one of the best decisions for our wedding!
Jillian was truly amazing to work with! She was responsive prior to the event, showed up early to our venue and put over 100% effort into taking photos of us. Her fun, positive energy allowed us to relax and...we're a camera shy couple :) She truly brought out the best in us! At one point she showed us a preview and I got a teary eyed when I saw how beautiful the photos looked without editing. She is incredibly talented!
The photos she took were unbelievable. She sent us a handful of photos the NIGHT of our wedding!! Since we had a COVID wedding, we weren't able to have anyone outside of our immediate family at the event. Having the photos that night was such a highlight since we were able to share them with all our friends and family! We received so many compliments on our photographs.
Jillian recently sent the rest of our album, which was much earlier than we expected. The photos turned out so well & we are so excited to get them printed & gift them to our family!

The single best decision you can make for your wedding
I could ramble for an eternity about how amazing and wonderful Jill is, but at the end of the day only one fact matters: Hiring Jill was the single best decision we made for our entire wedding. Having previously worked part time in the wedding industry in Maryland, I knew YEARS before I was even engaged that I needed Jill as my wedding photographer. Everything from her response time to attentiveness, communication, pre-event planning etc. all go above and beyond. Trust me when I say, she will be your one, stand-out, vendor you will not have to worry about. Her unique skill and shooting style jump out at you, even with just a quick skim of her gorgeous and glowy portfolio. It’s easy to see from her photos why she is the best of the best, BUT, what truly sets Jill apart are her personality and attitude. I cannot stress enough, how much this raises Jill above others in her field. I loathe, with every ounce of my being, being in front of a camera. It makes me so anxious I could throw up, and that anxiety does NOT translate well on film. This brought an unprecedented level of dread to the whole experience, that no dose of Xanax could remedy. Enter Jill: her presence has an utterly inexplicable way of putting you completely at ease. She gives helpful direction and guides you through shooting, without even realizing you’re being given instructions. She made the most anxiety inducing parts of my wedding day (and events leading up to it!) feel like my husband and I were non-stop laughing with a lifelong friend. Not to mention, we had an incredibly tight timeline for photos that involved complex logistics and multiple venue changes. She navigated the entire day with unmatched expertise- pivoting when needed, keeping me on time, and keeping my stress level at an absolute minimum. It was an insanely crazy and complicated few days, that she managed to make feel simultaneously effortless and a ton of fun for us. I still can’t believe she was able to rearrange her schedule to fly all the way to Italy to photograph our wedding events. She was without a doubt, the MVP of the entire experience and we are eternally grateful for all she has done for us. There are plenty of highly rated photographers in this industry- but if you want a truly five star expert, above and beyond, investment worthy experience on your wedding day- do yourself a favor, and hire Jill. -

5 stars is not NEARLY enough to rate how amazing Jill is! She is without a doubt the BEST photographer and person you will ever have the chance of meeting! If she's not your wedding photographer, you're doing it all wrong. Where do I even begin? Jillian is such a special person and having only met her a little over a year ago and having only spent a handful of times hanging out with her, I feel like she is now a part of my family. And my husband feels the same way. Something that really speaks volumes about Jill is that, on our wedding day my husband (who hates being photographed) said to me that Jill is the only person that he would never stop smiling for in a picture! And that's how you know! Jill makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while she is taking photos of you. She is funny, creative, and spontaneous. When she asks you and your husband to sit down in an overgrown field at a farm for a photo - you just do it because you trust that she will capture the best photos ever. And she did just that! I don't know if there are enough nice words to say about Jillian. Her work is amazing and she truly made sure we remembered our wedding day through her beautiful photos. We stumbled upon Jillian a couple months before we actually met her for our engagement photo shoot. My husband and I are far from models but she showed us exactly how to do "the walk" and "the twirl" and made us feel so comfortable. She got our photos to us within a few weeks and we were in love. Fast forward to the wedding day. She showed up early to grab pictures of me and the bridesmaids, moms, family. She made me feel like an actual princess and her photos absolutely showed that. She's also a boss. She knows how to direct and lead everyone without coming off too abrasive. She kept my husband in check, which can be difficult at times. LOL!

I can't say enough amazing things about Jillian and her photography team :) Jillian did a summer engagement shoot for us on the water in Fells Point (which turned out beautifully), and she and her team covered our whole spring wedding day at the Baltimore Museum of Art, from hair & makeup to the end of the night. We chose her because we thought her portfolio showed an eye for unique, artistic photo opportunities- and she did not disappoint! We now have some of the coolest, most gorgeous wedding photos we've ever seen thanks to her. I did not have the pleasure of actually meeting Jillian until my wedding day (and trust me, I missed out - I REALLY wish I had met this wonderful woman a lot sooner). I had a brief phone conversation with her a few short months before the wedding, and she miraculously still had my popular June date available.
Leading up to the wedding, Jillian was excellent in communicating the next steps. We exchanged phone calls and emails, and she worked with me to develop a clear timeline for the day. When I finally met Jillian on June 15th, I felt like I had known her my whole life. She greeted everyone with smiles and hugs, and had the most amazing energy I’ve ever been around. And it was CONTAGIOUS! Any and all feelings of stress and anxiety for the day were immediately lifted upon her arrival and replaced with positivity, laughter, and excitement.
Jillian and her assistant Rebekah make a great team! Aside from the photography, they also helped to coordinate the whole day and make sure we all stuck to the timeline. I seriously don’t think a single thing went wrong! Props to Rebekah for tying my bustle, too! 24 ties later and that thing wasn’t coming undone! We had so much fun working with this duo.
The very next morning after the wedding, we received our sneak peak. They BLEW us away. Believe everyone when they say that your wedding day will fly by. You will be so happy to have Jillians photographs to look back on. Best Day Ever!
Jillian's work speaks for itself (and if you don't believe us take a look at her instagram: @jilliambob) so this review will focus on Jillian's incredible work as a our photographer, wedding coach, style consultant, and overall amazing human being.
When we first met Jillian for our engagement shoot we instantly fell in love with her energy and enthusiasm! Jillian is a warm, energetic, hilarious, and delightful person. She is exactly the kind of person you would want to shoot your wedding day. For our engagement shoot I was pretty nervous and feeling awkward and she helped us with posing and made it feel easy and fun. One thing you won't see in Jillian's photos are fake smiles. She has an uncanny ability to make the subjects of her photo laugh and then capture the perfect moment of joy. Needless to say, when we got our engagement photos back we were in awe, they were so beautiful and captured truly genuine moments.
For our wedding day Jillian and her assistant Rebekah exceeded our expectations. Jillian and Rebekah literally climbed into bushes, behind gazebos, and through gardens to get the perfect shot. Jillian also acted as a backup of sorts for our wedding coordinator by providing instructions to the bridal party to not only look great in the pictures, but to keep all the events of our big day on schedule. Even during family portraits (which I knew would be stressful because well... family) Jillian was able to keep us calm and get all of our shots done quickly while continuing to make everyone feel comfortable. She also was an absolute hit with our wedding guests and kept everyone smiling and laughing all night long! When we got our photos back my family and I were pretty much in tears. The photos were everything we had dreamed of and more, they captured the beauty and the spirit of our wedding and reception perfectly and we could not be happier with her work.

I don’t think I can put into words how amazing Jill and Mike are, but I am going to try.
I first met Jill working a wedding with my family’s catering company. After watching her in her element for a while, I decided to introduce myself followed by “whenever I get married, you HAVE to do my wedding”; two years later I got married at the same venue I met Jill at.
Through the years, I have observed several wedding photographers, but none like Jill. She is relaxed, fun, willing to work with timelines AND she is the most loving person I have ever met. She is one of those people who you feel like you have known forever upon first introduction and honestly there needs to be more people on this earth like her.
Since my husband and I are not big on taking pictures, we were nervous about how we would look in the engagement photos. Jill’s energy eliminated these nerves right away and she not only kept us calm, but she kept us laughing. She never hesitated in positioning us, eliminating those awkward limp hands, and the pictures turned out amazing! My favorite part of the whole session was that we never stopped laughing once, causing the pictures to look so natural. It truly felt as if were on a date in the woods and we just happened to have paparazzi and a 1500 pound animal. On a side note, Jill was so great with my horse, even though she might have been slightly terrified (as anyone would be) she worked through it and I can't thank her enough for saying “yes” to us. It is so obvious she loves what she does and that is so important on someone’s big day.
Our wedding had the perfect weather, the perfect people, and I am so glad that Jill and Mike were there to document it all. Their energy as well as the love for their work made taking pictures so easy. They captured so many pictures of us and our fur babies and I loved how involved they were with our pups, whether it was holding them while we took pictures, or throwing our dogs toy and snapping a few photos before the dog returned. I appreciate the fact that whenever they saw a guest taking a phone picture, they were right there with their cameras to take one for them and I am sure the guests will cherish these photos forever.
One of my favorite moments of the night was when Jill stole us away for our sunset pictures. This was the first time all night that I was alone with my new husband and the pictures we got at sunset are better than I could have ever imagined. Weddings are chaotic for the bride and groom and I never knew something as simple as 30 minutes away from the crowd to take pictures at sunset with this wonderful man I just married would be my favorite part of the night. So thank you again Jill and Mike for making this happen.
Thank you both for putting up with our shenanigans; I know we were not your typical wedding crowd. It isn’t every day you see the bride take down the groom in a wrestling match haha. We are so grateful for your team and the amazing memories you have provided for us through the photographs. I hope to stay friends for a very long time and you best bet we will promote your business so I can see you at more family weddings in the future!

Where do i begin? My daughter and i met Jillianat a wedding where i was catering and my daughter was bartending, long before my daughter was even in a “relationship” they were just friends. She saw jill and said “mom when i get married she is going to be my photographer “. I said ok and the night went on. I catered and Jillian took pictures; we were both vendors that night and worked well together. Who knew a year later we would be working as not only vendors for my daughters wedding but also as the MOB and photographer extraordinaire!! Jillian is amazing. My daughter is used to having pictures taken but there is something different about engagement and wedding photos that makes anyone anxious and uneasy. I watched my daughters anxiety disappear with Jillian. Jillian's excitement, enthusiasm and energy are contagious. She makes it easy to relax and get caught up in the moment. Jillian keeps you on task (in such a non task master way) so that all the official pictures don't cut into the party time antics. Jillian not only captures the big picture and the “memorable moments” but also the behind the scenes candid shots of those moments we might miss because we were here or there. In our case it was the four legged friends that got some photo moments and the impromptu family shots that she captured. Her and her assistant mike (and the dog loving Jennifer) were everywhere and didn’t miss a beat or a photo opportunity! She is professional and a pleasure to work with both as a vendor and as Mother of the Bride. I can't wait to see her again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience for all of us! -

Baseball has Babe Ruth, hockey has Wayne Gretzky, basketball has Michael Jordan, and photography has Jill. Jill is the real deal and one of the most passionate people I have ever met. Photography is truly her calling and it shows with every photograph she captures.
Although most of her contact was with my wife (Jacquelyn), I always knew when Jacquelyn was texting or on the phone with her. The tall-tale sign was a smile from ear to ear. Anytime I saw this I would sarcastically comment “What’s his name?”. She would always reply with “Oh shut up, its Jill”. Often times you get caught up with the stress of planning a wedding and my favorite attribute of Jill was that she would always make my wife happy. It is almost as if the stress lifted, which is why I knew she was the photographer for us.
The first time I met her was at our engagement session. We had them done at Jacquelyn’s barn where she keeps her horse. Jacquelyn and I were both super nervous because we rarely take photos, but Jill’s smile and enthusiasm immediately calmed my nerves. The type of energy she displayed was what you see from someone who absolutely loves what they do. I like to think this photo shoot was a challenge for all of us because Jacquelyn and I were nervous, and Jill had to work with a 1500 pound animal she knew nothing about. It’s easy to say no, but Jill stepped up to the challenge and that is what makes her such a fantastic photographer among MANY other things. The photos were breathtaking and we even got a blooper pic of our fur baby (Stella). It’s safe to say, we could not wait for our wedding pictures.
Everything about our wedding was beautiful and Jill/Mike captured it all. Jill’s passion, love, and professionalism were all there. It was amazing to watch how she could enjoy the wedding as if she were a guest, but also take amazing professional photos at the same time. Mike is an exceptional partner and you could see he had the same drive as her. When Mike was with the groomsmen and myself, he was not just some guy taking pictures of us, he was one of the “boys” capturing memories that will last us a lifetime and I can't thank him enough. The stellar photographing of Jill and Mike will never be forgotten by Jacquelyn and I and I hope we stay friends as the years pass on. -

I don’t even know where to begin with just HOW AMAZING JILL IS! So I’ll start from the beginning.. we picked 3 photographers whose work we loved and would “meet” them over FaceTime to pick which one we wanted to work with. Jill was the last of the three scheduled for the day. I came SO close to not picking up her call...Mainly Bc my 1 year old daughter wasn’t napping like she should’ve been and I could’ve “lived with” working with one of the other photographers. Probably on the last ring before it would’ve went to voicemail, with my daughter on my hip, I answered. Literally from the second I answered I knew Jill was not just the photographer, but the PERSON for us!! Her energy, her vibe, everything just clicked and we felt so comfortable like we’d known Jill forever. Our engagement/family shoot was the first time we met Jill face to face. Tony and I were not thrilled about being in front of the camera. The minute Jill got there our attitudes completely changed and we had so much fun, not to mention, got some beautiful photos out of it! So next up was the big day! Jill arrived, not just on time, but early and as chipper as could be! She came in and made each and everyone of us feel more beautiful than we ever had!! Throughout the day she was able to tell us what to do (Jill has a way of telling you what to do and you’ll never be so happy to do exactly what she asks of you! Even if that’s trek through wet, muddy grass in your wedding gown and 4-inch heels Bc the photos WILL be worth it!) and prompt you to do things.. I was really worried about ‘not knowing what to do’ or ‘not knowing where to place my hand’ etc, in front of the camera but the way Jill prompts you to do things you completely forget you’re even in front of a camera. She is SO incredibly talented and watching her work is completely fascinating. She will do anything to capture a great shot. I’ll forever have the image in my head where Jill had her assist balancing on rocks in a stream to help her capture our last photos of the night! Long story long... Jill was beyond amazing to work with from day 1, she will make you feel better and more beautiful than you ever have in your entire life, she will make you laugh A LOT and has an undeniable energy that you just want around you, she will make you feel so comfortable that you literally forget you’re in front of a camera and she will work her BUTT OFF to capture the MOST amazing photos you’ve EVER imagined. We will cherish these photos forever and consider Jill a friend who we hope to have around for a very long time. -

Easiest wedding decision
We met Jillian a year before our May 26th wedding. From the very beginning her enthusiasm, love of photography, attention to detail and coordination with our other wedding vendors was above and beyond expectations. Jillian was very knowledgable about our wedding site, Gramercy Mansion; it's gardens, the best lighting and its amazing potential for great pictures. On the day of our wedding, Jillian and her 2 assistants were on point and patient especially as our patience started being tested in the heat standing in one spot for family pictures! She became a guest favorite with her outgoing personality. She was able to capture so many great moments. The pictures will allow us to always look back on our day with incredible fondness, love, and romance. When my now husband and I were just first planning our wedding, he said he said we could do whatever I wanted wedding-wise, but no photographer whatsoever.....until we met Jill. We met her at a wedding expo and after walking away from her stand, he leaned over to me and said “we can have a photographer if we hire her.” Thankfully she was available for our date! She checked in with us throughout the entire year during planning and was so attentive the week of to make sure things ran smooth. On the day of the wedding, she made everything so fun and natural. For two people who thought we would dread taking time out of the reception to take pictures, it was honestly one of our fondest moments of the day. She makes things so comfortable, just like hanging out with a friend...who’s snapping pics of you. I received my pictures back today and they’re more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! My husband and I met Jill at a wedding vendor event-and we were there a little early while the vendors were still setting up when we came across Jill's table. She stopped what she was doing and we immediately connected over her amazing photos and my engagement ring. She proceeded to talk to us for another 20 or so minutes about everything from my now husbands proposal, to our favorite shows to even giving us advice on what to look for in our vendors. I wanted to book her on the spot, but my husband told me to wait and meet a few more photographers. After doing so, all the others we met were the same and none came close to the connection we made with Jill. So after emailing back and forth a few times-Jill was the first vendor we booked for our special day over a year in advance from our wedding.
We did an engagement session with her back at our college campus, on what was one of the hottest days in the summer. I was nervous because my husband hates posed pictures so I wasn't sure how these were going to go. After about 10 minutes Jill had him comfortable and joking around which made for great photos-and an even better time. We even brought our pet rabbit with us Jill was really great at including her when the time was right :) When we got those photos back I couldn't wait to work with Jill again and see what out wedding photos would be like.
From then on Jill and I would message back and forth a bit sharing funny memes- Then a week before our wedding we had a call with her to set up a timeline and vision for the photos we wanted. The day of the wedding came and at this point Jill felt like an old friend and she (along with her team Mike and Rebecca) made connections with our friends and family making everyone feel really comfortable.
Jill, Rebecca and Mike went above and beyond to do everything they could for us to feel special-even somethings I would think a photographer wouldn't do like checking in with me making sure I had enough coffee :) and adjusting my hair when things were a bit out of place. After the wedding she shared some teasers with us with in like 12 hours after leaving our wedding and then had all of our photos back to us with in 2 weeks! She really captured the goofiness yet emotional side of my husband and gave us photos we will cherish and love for a long time to come.
I highly recommend Jill-and the rest of her team for your special day. It was the best decision we made and I can not wait to find other opportunities to work with her in the future. -

If Jill's beautiful pictures don't speak for themselves on why you should book her for your wedding, then let me share how her and her team are the most amazing people on earth. My husband and I are introverted people so the idea of being in front of a camera was not ideal to say the least. I believe my husband said 'it's his worst nightmare' haha. We booked engagement pictures as a way to get comfortable in front of the camera. When we met Jill we couldn't help be drawn to her energy. She is such a kind, genuine, hysterical human being. We laughed almost the entire time, all while guiding us along the way. After getting our engagement pictures back, I could not wait for our wedding! The pictures were beyond what I could have hoped for. On the day of our wedding, Jill brought her assistant, Rebekah with her, who is equally as amazing as Jill. We had an issue with our bouquets and Rebekah, having worked in the wedding industry for years, worked to try to resolve the issue. Talk about going above and beyond?!?! As far as the pictures go, similar to our engagement session, Jill made us crack up laughing, all while capturing beautiful moments that literally put a smile on my face every time I look at the pictures. My husband and I have not stopped talking about Jill and Rebekah and the fact that they were, by far, our best wedding vendor. Even our wedding guests commented about how awesome Jill is - now that's an impact! To be real for a moment, you can always find a less expensive photographer, and we definitely considered it, but you would not get the level of support, comfort, laughter, and so much more, if you do. Cut the budget somewhere else, but do not cut it on pictures that will bring you joy for decades to come. Book Jill ASAP, she fills up fast, and you don't want to miss working with such an amazing person. -

Honestly Jill was absolutely AMAZING!!! I knew the work she had done because my best friend had used her so I knew she was going to be great! What I didn’t know was how truly talented she was! Jill went above and beyond to make sure our day was the best day ever! From the moment we met her for our engagement photos and everything in between she was phenomenal! She made my husband and I feel so at ease with every picture we took! Our pictures came out beautiful both for our engagement and wedding day! She has a great team that she works with for your wedding! All three of them worked so well together. I am so lucky I was able to have her capture every moment of the best day of my life! Without a doubt the best decision my wife and I ever made for our wedding was to pick Jillian and her team to photograph our big day. We fell in love with Jillian the moment we met her. She was more interested in getting to know us and hearing our story rather than talk about which package fits our price range, like other photographers we met.
Engagement Session- My wife was the one who communicated most with Jillian, so this would be the first time I am truly getting to know my photographer. After taking a few pictures, Jillian would show us some on her camera. I was immediately impressed! She had made the middle of a traffic circle look as though we were walking through a breathtaking field down on the farm. She was also able to get a few shots with me and my wife’s pet rabbit. The fact that there was zero hesitation, and her face showed pure excitement, proved to me and my wife we had our dream photographer.
Wedding Day- I was able to meet the rest of the team for some pre-wedding photos. Mike was instantly loved by my groomsmen. He took a wide range of photos for me, which I can not thank him enough. While we did check off all the serious poses, he helped me capture the goofy love I have for my best friends. GROOMS- UPGRADE TO A SECOND SHOOTER AND ASK FOR MIKE. WORTH IT! Jillian was of course amazing. She is extremely skilled in her craft and it shows. She captured some stunning photos that make me wonder how she pulled them off. However, her photos are not the thing that impressed me the most. For those who may not know, you take A LOT of photos. Even though Jillian and her team were efficient with getting the photos done, it can get tiresome. She was able to keep the energy up and it became contagious to those around her. There was a time I needed a break and she made sure I had a drink in my hand to help me power through. Also, at the end of the night I noticed she helped get some people on the dance floor for me as well. This is not the job of a photographer but an example of how she went above and beyond.
She is talented. She made me and wife happy. Just book her already!

I want to start off by saying that I'm a professional photographer myself, so my standards for great photography are higher than most.
Hiring a photographer was the one thing my wife left up to me for our wedding, so I felt the need to knock it out of the park. After searching for days for photographers, I came across Jill's portfolio and was just WOWED by everything I saw. We knew we wanted her to shoot our wedding.
While she's an AMAZING photographer, she's an even MORE INCREDIBLE person! It took all of 2 minutes at our engagement session to realize we're going to be good friends. She keeps everything light and fun and is very personable. There's no way you won't have a great time when you're around her. It's impossible.
On our wedding day, while still being her fun self, she was extremely professional and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Luckily, we had gorgeous weather for our wedding that allowed us to do a sunset photo shoot. The shots are SO BEAUTIFUL that our venue is purchasing a 16X10 of one of her shots to hang on the wall in their office, and they're also getting a photo book of our entire wedding for future customers to look at.
Jill is also very quick to get your photos back to you. You won't be waiting for months to get your photo's. She got all 1400+ photos back to us in under 2 weeks.
Long story short. Jill is an all-around amazing person and photographer. She's 1000% worth it, and you will not regret having her be a part of your big day! -

Jillian is Magical, Inspiring, Phenomenal, Flawless!
I know Jillian from working in events in Baltimore. From the literal moment I met her a year and a half ago, I knew I wanted her to photograph my wedding. My husband can prove it because I came home that night and told him. When we eventually got engaged and decided to wed in Texas I was upset because I thought that meant I couldn’t use Jill. HA! Jillian jumped at the chance to join us in Texas (even though she has a hubby and two adorable kids at home). It meant the world to us!!
Our day was one for the books; so many things that weren’t planned happened, but Jill was the absolute best person to have on our team. She made up all the extra time that we ran out of and took FLAWLESS pictures. The whole day really goes by in a blur and to have pictures that are as incredible as hers means the world.
If you want someone who cares about you and absolutely LOVES her job - I’m telling you, she loves what she does and it is infectious - then Jillian is your photographer!!!! -

I have no idea how to even start writing a review for Jill. I simply adore this human being - maybe even more than my husband. She is just THE BEST. The best photographer and the best person. From the moment I reached out to her she was so kind, relaxed, and funny. I thought I loved her at that point but then we met her and oh my lanta she's even better in person. Jill is just the perfect ball of sassy energy that keeps the mood lifted and gets everyone smiling. I am a really self conscious person and absolutely despise being in front of the camera. She made getting our pictures taken for both our engagement session and our wedding an absolute blast, and she made me feel like Beyonce. Quite literally every person at our wedding was asking for her information for future use. To top it off, not only did she make me feel gorgeous, but the pictures are mind blowingly perfect. Pictures were really important to me because even though we’ve been together for 10 years, since I hate taking pictures we only have a handful of them together. Now we have 5 billion which is barely an exaggeration because she literally takes a picture in between every blink. From the posed pictures to the candids, I love every. single. photo. She’s a total gem and we are SO LUCKY we found her. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and it shows in her work. Kind of debating divorcing my husband so we can get remarried and Jill can take some more pictures of us.
Also - word of advice: WHEN you hire Jill (not if), and she asks if you want to sprint to the top of a garage for some sunset photos while the salad is being served... DO IT.

Immaculate Work, Perfect Person
Oh man, I could truly write a novel about Jill, but I think it is better to keep this short and sweet. Jill was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. From our first phone conversation to our engagement session to our wedding, Jill was there making sure we felt beautiful and were having fun.
Weddings are stressful. You can do everything you can to make sure everything is perfect, but at the end of the day, you cannot control every little thing. Luckily for me, I never worried because Patrick and I had Jill there making sure that everything was in order. In the most Jill manner, she was able to control rowdy groups of folks with poise and humor. She managed to make our entire wedding want to have their photo taken because she made you feel like the most gorgeous human being alive. I believe you should do what you love, and it is obvious from the moment you meet her that this is her calling. It shows in her demeanor and in her work.
I am honored to have had Jill document my wedding. Her charisma and caring nature made what could have been a very awkward experience, one of the highlights of the day. Because of her and her remarkable talent, Patrick and I now have beautiful memories for years to come.

We met Jillian through a wedding open house at our venue, and were immediately impressed by her outgoing personality and her incredible work. Jillian was extremely easy to work with and made sure to talk to us early on and discover our needs and wants. She has a fun, easy-going personality that matched up perfectly with our wedding party, which included lots of big personalities, including a bunch of boisterous firefighters. When we received our photos (less than two weeks after the wedding), we were blown away by the exceptional quality of the shots. We were married in a museum with some challenging lighting aspects, and some of our photos were taken outdoors, a few even being outdoors at night. All of our photos, from the ceremony, to posed group photos, to dance floor candids, are exceptional. We would recommend Jillian and B.O.B. Photography to ANYONE. More than just my photographer ...
To say Jill was our photographer is not giving her nearly enough credit. Since my now husband knew Jill from college, I contacted her right from the start. She was basically my wedding planner and recommended most of my vendors ... who were all amazing! I had no need to shop around, and planned the entire wedding in less than 2 months! Although my husband and I felt totally awkward about getting all these pictures taken, Jill made it totally fun and easy. We even ran around downtown Baltimore ahead of a monsoon of rain to get perfect shots for our engagement shoot!
I can not say enough about Jill on the wedding day! When she arrived I basically told her she was in charge of the rest of the day. She totally came through, and everything went perfectly! She has the most amazing vision ... I thought she was a little crazy when she had 3 people hold my dress so we could climb through some weeds for a picture. Those are the most amazing shots of the entire day!! Her level of excitement and enthusiasm is contagious, and it never stopped! She is like a photo ninja! I didn’t even notice her during the reception, but then had thousands of amazing shots!!

When I began my search for a wedding photographer, it was my biggest stress. I am a photographer, and I knew that my expectation may not be something someone could meet. I couldn't have been more incorrect, Jillian far surpassed every single component of my expectations, some I didn't even know I had. Many photographers out there are -PhotoShop photographers, not Jillian. She is the real deal- her understanding, of lighting, exposure, angles, framing sets the bar for Wedding Photography to an artistic height. When I got my finalized photographs, I have to be honest...they weren't much different than what she had shown me in the back of the camera. This is everything! For printing, albums, anything you may do with these images, you want perfection and that is what you will get. Beyond her understanding of her craft, her personality fit perfect for Michael and I. It is hard to even find words to describe our experience with Jillian. Our wedding was a success and truly the best day and the reason was 100% Jillian. Like I said, Can i get married again just to hang out with her?! To start, I felt comfortable with Jillian from the second we first spoke and knew I had to have her. I already had my venue but was pretty sure I would have moved my wedding date just to make sure I had Jillian on my big day. Jillian made me feel special and important right away. No question or ask was too silly or too big. I felt a connection and a friendship which was so important to me to have with my photographer on my big day. Our engagement photos were a blast and turned out so beautiful! She had fun with us and definitely gave my husband a hard time, which I of course loved. She helped us let our guard down and get us excited for our big day. Fast forward to the big day...WOW! My family still raves about her and I think I had no less that 30 people comment how wonderful she was. It was a torrential down pour and flood on our wedding day. Jillian did not bat an eye and calmed my nerves immediately. She worked like a dog to get every shot and make sure I did not miss anything from the rain. Jillian was soaking wet, basically swimming in puddles to get the best photos. I am getting emotional writing this but I can never thank Jillian enough for the pictures and memories she captured. I have had many people ask if our wedding photos are photo-shopped with fake rain or people not realize it was my husband and I in the photos. Jillian did not even think twice about going completely above and beyond what was asked of her. She is a true artist and cares so much about her work and her clients, she truly treats them like family. Jillian sent the most amazing package with our photos, which we got back so quickly and of course they were perfect. I would not hesitate one second to recommend Jillian and am sad it's all over, mostly because I want to hang out with her all the time. Honestly, she surpassed my wildest dreams of what a wedding photographer is and made me the happiest bride. I am obsessed if you cant tell :) -
