We used Aztec's Lynchburg location to rent a large tent for our reception. The tent itself was perfect, no problems there. Getting it was another story.
Six months out, my fiance called to see if they had one available in the size we wanted on our date. The response back was that sure, they did, and we should expect a call closer to the date from them to schedule a site visit. That week came and went, so we called again. They had no record of our previous conversation. They would 'look into' whether or not they still had what we wanted available, and would call us back. A few days later WE called THEM and went through the same story.
The only proactive thing Aztec did was call to confirm our reservation a few days before (and to collect their final payment).
The day before the wedding, we called in the morning to see when we should expect them to arrive, as our set-up plans hinged on having a tent to set-up under. We were told 1pm. At 2:30, we called to see if they were close. We were told the truck was "out of range" (aren't cell phones a thing....?) but they would try to contact the driver and get back to us. We called again an hour later, only to find out that the truck had some mechanical issue and they were delayed for that reason. The person we spoke to at 2:30 should have been able to tell us this, should have been able to see the truck still in their lot/know it hadn't left.
So, five hours later, we had the tent as promised. My wonderful bridal party stayed after the rehearsal dinner to complete the set-up they'd arrived at 1 to help with.
As I said, no problems with the tent. They took it down on the agreed-upon date with no issue either.
TL;DR - their products are perfectly serviceable. Just know that you need to be vigilant about getting what you want from them, because the Aztec staff in Lynchburg will not help you.

User1249912 Sent on 07/20/2013Not flexible, advertises products they don't have, doesn't work with customers to accommodate them, products are not clean when delivered. Staff is nice but service and products not up to par.
