I agree with everyone else in saying: stop looking for videographers here, Axel's your guy. We had a lot of fantastic vendors but Axel was our favorite by far. I'm going to split this up into three sections (before, during, and after wedding).
Before the wedding Axel was fantastic. He was flexible with our Covid postponement, patiently answered all of our questions, and truly tried to personalize everything to us. He was diligent about asking what we wanted and never seemed "too busy" to take any and all questions leading up to the wedding.
On the wedding day Axel was great. He made everyone feel so comfortable and is overall just a great guy. He's friendly and personable but also extremely professional. My husband and I knew he was there in the background helping us capture our memories exactly the way we asked him too.
After the wedding we were even more impressed with Axel. He sent us a very short teaser, a minute long teaser, and an 8 minute highlight video. He is also preparing a documentary edit so we don't have to sift through the raw footage ourselves. The highlight video is where he really blew us a way. He clearly personalized it to what we asked for (cocktail hour, dancing, and speeches) and responded to our edit requests extremely quickly with improved versions of an already fantastic video. We are extremely detail oriented- but luckily Axel is too. He captured absolutely everything.
These videos will help us remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives, and we are so grateful we chose Axel to capture it for us. We aren't normally big reviewers but he was so excellent that we had to. The only down side is that I think he books up pretty fast, so find a date he's free and book it now! -

When planning your wedding you have 1 million decisions to make, let this be the easiest. Axel’s work speaks for itself, however let me speak to his character. A lot of things went wrong on my wedding day but going into it not once was I ever concerned that Axel and his team would let me down. When you have an A-type personality, it’s hard to completely trust anyone with full reign of any day let alone the most special day. However, I gave Axel complete artistic ability to do whatever he needed to do because I trust him so much. He made the experience so memorable, so easy, and I feel like I gained a friend. Axel is kind and caring and so dedicated to making everything perfect for you. If you want to remember the best day of your life in the best way let him capture it. I have nothing but amazing things to say and will continue to rave because he is so so talented. That being said, book now, don’t think twice because if you do you might lose your date to someone else who’s realized how amazing his work is! -

*ATTN:* Look no further for a videographer! Axel and his assistant, Gbemi, were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. We initially chose Axel based on his beautiful work. As it turns out, it was even more important that he is absolutely one of the friendliness and most fun people to spend a large portion of time with on the biggest day of our lives! Axel and his team have superb/fast communication, were receptive to all of our requests, and were just an all around joy to work with. We are so thankful! -

We worked with Axel for our wedding last week and we couldn’t have asked for a better videographer. Leading up to the wedding, he was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and listened to exactly what we wanted out of our wedding video and our wedding day as a whole. We truly felt like he wanted to get to know us as a couple! On the day of the wedding, he kept us calm and in a great mood, never forced us to do anything we didn’t want to do, and made us so comfortable! He has a gift for capturing every moment- both the little moments in between, and the big moments of the wedding. I never had to ask him to get footage of something, he was already there doing it before I could even ask! He was such a great addition to our day and I cannot recommend him enough. He is reasonably priced, timely, and overall just a great person to be around! We cannot wait to see the final product. -

Axel is the best of the best! I would recommend him to anyone needing videography services. He went above and beyond, and his work is incredible. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the products of his work! I couldn’t imagine not having these videos to look back on our special day. I've thought about this review for a while now simply because I don't even know how to put into words how great and wonderful Axel has been throughout this entire process. From the start he has been professional, extremely accommodating, kind, and I can assure you that no one else out there comes close to matching his talent.
During our Facetime meeting with Axel, he discussed all of our must haves for our video. You can tell he's done this a few times (lol) because he knew all of the right questions to ask. Our first conversation with Axel was a great one and he made us feel so comfortable. We felt like we had known him forever. Just a cool dude!
On our wedding day, he showed up right on time and ready to work. He didn't miss a thing! I was amazed at all of the things one person was able to capture. Also, he had never met our photographer before but they worked together so beautifully! I was just so impressed with that. Axel was awesome throughout the entire day and again, just so kind and easy going.
Our preview video was ready while we were on our honeymoon and we must have watched it a thousand times. Just amazing. My family and friends were in awe of it as well. The final video is just incredible. The detail his camera captures is INSANE! You can tell he takes his time putting all of the clips and sound together to make sure it tells a beautiful story. Our video is something we will cherish forever.
Not only is videography a must have for your big day but Axel is a must have. -

Axel's passion for what he does is really reflected in his product and how he runs his business. Axel was nothing but professional and accommodating, from day one. He worked with us on some special requests, as we were planning our day, and unlike with other wedding vendors, I never felt like he was trying to over-charge us or convince us to spend more money. The final product speaks for itself and when I look at the videos, I am amazed that it was just one person behind the camera. He managed to be everywhere at once and capture every little detail, allowing us to relive our day, for years to come. Thank you for being an honest and dedicated professional. -

We did all of our planning over FaceTime, phone, and email before our big day, and he did an amazing job with being consistent and following through with our vision! We were so thankful for his creative eye, and ability to catch the most precious moments!!
