  Dj and photo booth excellence

  This was our 3rd year using a DJ and the last two years were horrible. Then this year, we came across DJ Sammy with AwesomeEventPros. He is truly awesome! I sure wish we would've found him sooner, like 3 years sooner! He was so professional, and his communication and performance was outstanding and even arrived early! He definitely takes pride in his work and will do what it takes to give you a wonderful event. You won't be disappointed. Anytime I need a DJ, (plus photo booth!!!), I will be calling Sammy! (Dec. 2024)

  From Ceremony to Last Dance: DJ Sammy Nailed it!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️DJ Sammy did an exceptional job at making our wedding day one to remember. He created an unforgettable atmosphere that perfectly complemented our day’s celebrations. DJ Sammy set the perfect mood from start to finish, smoothly transitioning from romantic background music during dinner to upbeat, dance-worthy hits as the night went on. He read the crowd brilliantly, keeping the dance floor packed and seamlessly blending our favorite songs with crowd-pleasers that had everyone of all ages joining in. DJ Sammy was professional, engaging, and had a fantastic energy that kept the party alive until the very end. During the Zoom Meetings and follow up calls, DJ Sammy always remained very engaging and knowledgeable. He made us feel heard during the decision making process when it came to narrowing down our music playlist. He even went as far as creating an agenda/timeline that we were able to compare with our coordinator’s timeline to ensure the flow of events during the day were consistent. DJ Sammy did an outstanding job at adapting to certain changes throughout the planning process always reminding us that it’s OUR day and he would do exactly what WE wanted. His communication, punctuality and performance are just a few of the many qualities that drives his success in the DJ/entertainment industry. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the amazing atmosphere DJ Sammy created on our special day!   Dominican/NYC/Houston Wedding

  My husband and I want to thank Sammy for everything, for doing an awesome job and for being on top of things throughout our wedding day and the months prior with the wedding planning, always able to communicate with respect and with a genuine interest in getting to know us as a couple. We appreciate it! He was very helpful and so kind to us on every single meeting we had and the day of our event, answering every question we had. We're really glad and happy that he was the one that we selected to be by our side as our DJ, on our very special and big day, with our loved ones. We could not have had someone better than Awesome Music Entertainment and Sammy. We did not have a wedding planner and during the planning process felt a little bit stressed (as it's normal for weddings), but we never felt concerned at all about Sammy's job because he gave us such peace of mind, sharing our whole day timeline and showing an important attention to details.
  
  From the first moment we realized they are from New York City we knew we had to reach out. My husband is also from New York and we had a very Dominican wedding, celebrating with friends and family from the Dominican Republic and New York, as well, so Sammy was a great fit for what we were looking for. He's bilingual and has a music catalog in an extensive variety of genres in all styles. The best thing we did was trusting him with our merengue, bachata, salsa, reggaeton, pop, 80's, and 90's songs, because at the end of the night our guests were having a blast on the dancefloor and we've received the best feedback about Sammy and the music after our wedding. I am the happiest bride/wife!
  
  We cannot wait to have another reason to celebrate and have fun, just so we can call Sammy again and enjoy our playlist. Thank you so much Sammy, and to all the future new clients that are considering Awesome Music Entertainment for their upcoming events: 10/10 highly recommend!!

  Mexican Wedding

  My husband and I came across DJ Sammy through a google search super last minute! He was super patient with us and was able to book us with such a short notice. He was very understanding and most importantly he is Bilingual! We were looking for someone who spoke both English and Spanish! DJ Sammy and his team did an amazing job! Everyone looked them! The cold sparkles and dancing in the cloud were BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely book him again!!

He prioritized what what we wanted, but also had very helpful incite for big picture details that made planning for our big day much less stressful. He asked us all the right questions and walked us through the ones we did not have answers to. He was very punctual for our Zoom meetings and on the wedding day he arrived at the venue with ample time to set up and was completely ready well before things kicked off. We could not have had a more professional DJ. He kept the energy in the room up all night and not a single song he played was a dud! He knows what's good and what the people want.   Sammy was amazing from beginning to end! His meticulous detailed timeline and precise plan helped everything run so smoothly. He not only created an efficient schedule, but was very welcoming and wanted to get to know as more than just clients, but as a new group of friends. He is not just a talented Emcee/DJ but basically a whole event coordinator (we didn’t even need one with him) I’m so grateful to have pulled a whole wedding in 2 months and couldn’t have had a better day without his help!

  Quinceañera Celebration

  Corporate Party

  Amazing experience having Awesome Music Entertainment at our event! They were more than punctual making sure to get there 3 hours before the event to set up with lights and DJ set. They were also very communicative, professional and know how to listen to the audience and perform. Samuel also interacted with the audience, took requests and created an overall great ambience.

  Great! We’ve worked with him several times!

  We have used Sam for several events to DJ and for his Photo Booth. He knows music very well and his photo booths are great! I particularly liked how he stands on the side and pumps you up, giving you that extra confidence since not everyone is great in front of a camera! Haha. We highly recommend him!

  Best Photo Booth experience

  Sam was so great to have at are event. We will definitely be hiring him again for future events and will refer him to people we know. Sam arrived at the time he promised, and had everything ready on time. Sam didn’t only bring the Photo Booth and props, but his outgoing attitude made all of the difference. He is so outgoing and nice, he’s a likeable guy that makes everyone feel more comfortable when they were ready to take their photo. I was a little nervous that my guest might walk away with both copies of the photo strips, but he made sure they got their copy and the other went in my album. Not only that but my 4 year old kept going back to take more photos, Sam didn’t mind at all and always had a little chair ready when he saw him coming so he could be in the frame. If you are looking for someone who is punctual, professional, friendly, and going to deliver their services at 100 % of their abilities Sam is the man to hire.

  Sam was so great to have at are event. We will definitely be hiring him again for future events and will refer him to people we know. Sam arrived at the time he promised, and had everything ready on time. Sam didn’t only bring the Photo Booth and props, but his outgoing attitude made all of the difference. He is so outgoing and nice, he’s a likeable guy that makes everyone feel more comfortable when they were ready to take their photo.   What an amazing entertainer DJ Sammy was!!!! I am so happy we picked him! He made the night super special and always giving us our special moments and letting us stand out! Our family loved all of the songs that were being played throughout the night. His photo booth was a HIT! It was soooo much FUN!!! The work and patience that Samuel gave us was sooo nice! All the planning and personal touches that he suggested made it feel individualized and special for us. Didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to at all he was not pushy either. When my husband and I didn't know what was supposed to happened or what goes next during the wedding when we were planning (one of many meetings) he helped us and created one! We have nooo idea what we would've done without him leading the night. The night went super smooth! Thank you for such an amazing and unforgettable night!!

He kept things running smooth the day of & kept everyone entertained. Not only is he an awesome DJ, but an amazing mc!! I would recommend him 100% for any event!!   Sam is the best there is in the business. I have had him for the weddings for my 2 children. This man is more than a DJ, he is a awesome coordinator that runs the show. His equipment is top notch. He knows when to line things up during the ceremony and make it run smooth. I would truthfully give him 10 stars if this program would let me. Awesome Music Entertainment will always be my #1 choice for all my future events. As far as Sam himself, he is a honest man and has become a very good friend.
