Great transportation company, loved our driver!

Highly recommend this transportation company. They transported us on our wedding day and made transporting us and our 20 person bridal party a breeze. The bus itself was awesome, clean, stocked with champagne and an overall great time. Our driver Johnny was awesome, had a great attitude and was so kind on top of getting us everywhere we needed to be on time! Would definitely use this transportation company in the future and would hope we’d get Johnny as our driver again!

We are extremely grateful for Avital. They are very responsive and professional. The driver was very friendly as well! They saved our wedding day after the original company canceled on us the night before. Highly recommend!!

A Good Ride!

We were very pleased with our experience with Avital. Their communication was strong, they were on time and professional in their appearance and execution of their job, and the vehicle was as advertised. Awesome Service

Couldn't have been better

The driver showed up early and was ready for us before we needed him. The bus was incredible. The driver was totally cool with all of our last minute changes for destinations. It couldn't have been better and was just another perfect part to the greatest day of my life.

Avital was perfect all inclusive choice.

Stretch Hummer for the guys, Party Bus for the ladies! The vehicles were stocked, clean, and on time! I appreciated everything (including the security/gratuity) being included. I also appreciate the transparent customer service and answers in reference to other reviews we read.

Outstanding service for wedding!

Avital did an outstanding job transporting 22 people from the venue in the western suburbs to the church in the city & back to the venue for the reception. They were professional & wonderful to work with! I will use them again! Thank you Avital!!

Great Experience

Flawless Experience

Working with Avital for our wedding was a breeze! Very prompt and easy communication, they reached out to us a day or two before our event to confirm the details, and the bus arrived on time and as promised with stocked bar, ice, cups, etc. Super happy we went with them and our entire wedding party had a great time!

Avital went above and beyond our expectations! We didn’t call to book until 4 days before the wedding and they were still available and very accommodating with what we needed. They were able to answer all of my questions and even called the day before our wedding to confirm everything. Our driver Dennis was amazing- very friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure we had a great time. He even drove back to the hotel to retrieve some forgotten items while we took pictures at the church. I will definitely be calling Avital again for my future needs!

Our driver called early in the morning to let us know what time he would arrive. He showed up more than 15 minutes early and was very patient as we were running behind. Everything went well - he was professional and courteous and even helped make sure all of our things made it from the party bus to the reception venue staff so we could continue with pictures. The price is extremely competitive and the bus was clean and stocked with beverages. Overall great value for what we received.

We had a Sunday wedding so the price was great. The limo itself was beautiful inside and out. The driver was great and funny too. He was on time and very professional. Treated me like a Queen. Will recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I got this party bus for our wedding party to enjoy. I called them at the last minute to change my pickup time and they were very nice about it. They took my wedding party to take pictures which was 40 mins away from where the ceremony was held. They waited around while we took pics then took the wedding party to the reception. My wedding party got off the bus laughing and couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had.

Avital Limousine did an amazing job for our wedding! They were wonderful to work with in the planning process, responding quickly to questions and making changes to our itinerary as needed! They were very accommodating and even offered for us to come and see the limo before we made a final decision. I purchased this vehicle for my son & daughter-in-law's wedding and according to them, they were very pleased with the service. The driver was on time and very pleasant. They loved the Party Bus & said it was the highlight of their day. When dealing with the company, I was quite impressed with their promptness & friendliness. The only thing I would suggest, if alcohol allowed, bring your own! With that being said, I would definatly recommend this company for your party experience.

Our driver was very attentive and paid attention to detail. He was on point and on top of time management regarding traffic congestion for where my wedding party needed to go in order to be there in time. The party bus itself is too notch. Everything was great. Just one thing, the limos need to be more cooler on the inside. Some of the guest from the hummer complained about it being hot inside. But Everything else was great.

Avital did a fantastic job. I think the limo ride was by far my favorite part of my wedding. I am glad I picked Avital and will continue to use them in the future when ever I need a Limo. I wish I could remember our driver's name he is really great!

Avital was very professional and great to work with from start to finish! The representative contacted us to confirm our reservation ahead of time and was very accommodating for our last minute tweaks to our ride. On the wedding day, the driver was on time which saved a lot of headache. Also, we originally had booked the bus for 5 hours, but ended up only using 4. The driver called their office and was able to adjust the price for us on the spot which was very kind and we truly appreciated it! The bus itself was very comfortable and air conditioned and easily fit our bridal party of 18. They had the auxiliary cord for our music, complimentary champagne and beer, coolers with ice and even rolled out a nice little red carpet for us! We highly recommend using Avital for a wedding party or any party bus event!

Our limosinouse was amazing! Fully equipped with aux cord for music, beer, champagne, water, and lights. We had more than enough space for everyone and some were even able to stand and dance. Our driver was early, but was perfect for us. He was super friendly and knew his way around downtown Chicago. We knew of the company from a previous event a family hired them for a few years ago. Am recommending to my cousin for her sweet 15 and other cousin for their wedding next year. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of limousine services.

Avital Limousine was an excellent limo service provider for our wedding. Pricing was fair, and the company was great in helping us choose a vehicle for our guests, as well as providing shuttle service to and from our wedding with two hotels stops each way. We changed the order of hotel pick-up and drop offs, and the company was prompt in their response and easy to work with.

We needed a large vehicle for a 26 person bridal party. Avital was recommended to us so my husband and I went to see their fleet. We were met by a representative who took us to all the vehicles large enough for our group. We examined all the vehicles at our leisure, took pics and asked a lot of questions. We ultimately decided on the biggest vehicle and put down a deposit. The contract was sent to us right away. As the time drew near I called and spoke to the receptionist reviewing all details. I sent in the remaining balance. Two days before the wedding day a call came in reaffirming the times and checking in with us. The bus arrived on time to the hotel, took the party to the church and then waited for the ceremony to conclude. The driver then drove the party to where they needed to go. He was cordial and very accommodating. The bus was clean and outfitted with a case of beer and some champagne. I would recommend them to any group that needs a large vehicle. The only thing I would change would be with the size of that group another case of beer and maybe a few more bottles of champagne might be in order.

So much bang for your buck. Our driver was so awesome. He always made sure everyone was comfortable and that the ladies were safe getting on and off the bus. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation on any special day.

I was referred to Avital by a girlfriend that used them for her wedding as well. I only needed two hours, so I was definitely "shopping around". Avital was quick to respond with price matching options. They were reasonable and understandable. The driver showed up early and was professional and courteous throughout. There was a miscommunication where my dad paid the driver the remaining balance, I didn't know so I paid him as well. We also left a box of cigars for the groomsmen on the bus. We didn't realize this until a few days later. When I reached out, I assumed the money and cigars were gone for life. But the owner called back and said the driver turned everything in and it was just a miscommunication. How many people would willingly give back cash that they had assumed was their tip? Planning a wedding has a big price tag, so it was a huge relief to know that we could trust our vendor. Would highly recommend.

The company was very easy to work with. The driver was very prompt--early in fact--and waited patiently. The bus was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The wedding party was very happy with the bus. It was a very hot day and the air conditioning kept us extra cool. Our only problem was the driver waited for us to tell him when to leave and we waited for him to tell us he was leaving!!!! We had a good chuckle about that. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Before we were picked up the company called to tell me the air conditioning in the vehicle we had chose was broken. Without any hesitation they had upgraded us to the newest vehicle in the fleet to accomodate the wedding. The driver arrived early, helped everyone get into the vehicle, held umbrellas for each girl (it was raining) and helped carried my wedding dress train so that it would not get wet. Once inside the limo we had trouble figuring out the radio so the driver pulled over and got out in the rain to come help us get it started. The limo was amazing and it was a wonderful addition to the wedding! I would most definitely book with them again!

Where do I begin with my review? From the very beginning when my daughter & I went to Avital Limousine we knew we would have great quality and customer service! My daughter's wedding on October 10, 2015 was amazingly stunning! Due to unforeseen circumstances, the venue for the wedding had to be changed the day before which was October 9, 2015. I contacted Avital Limousine who went right into damage control mode. They were determined to assist in any and every way possible to ensure the my daughter's wedding would happen! They went right into fix it mode. On the day of the wedding at the new venue Avital Limousine was great at their flexibility in terms of picking up the bridal party at a new location. The driver was were amazingly focused, professional and committed. They limo was stocked, very cleaned and decorated very well for the wedding. They didn't just see my daughter's wedding as another business transaction, but as a major life event! I will forever be in debt to your level of commitment to customer service and dedication to what you do!

The prices are the most reasonable we have seen. great variety in sizes of vehicles. They usually have specials. They were very flexible as some of our timeline changed. Our driver, Tony, was so professional, helpful, patient, and he knew exactly where we were headed at all times. He helped guests in and out of the limo.
The limo was stocked with beer and champagne, as promised. I definitely recommend this service.

Avital Limousine made our wedding day super convenient and fun! We had the limo drive us around downtown Chicago for photos. The driver was great at getting from location to location and getting as close as possible so we did not have to walk too far! We were able to plug in our phone and have our own playlist play over the speakers! The limo was clean and stocked wit complimentary champagne, water and soft drinks! It was a pleasure working with this company. They were right on time to pick up, dressed professionally. The drivers know exactly what routes to take for it to be quick and smooth transportation. My driver made it easy for us because he let us know when it was time to go so we made it on time for our reception.
