Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Not only we're all the people helpful, happy, responsive, the venue was beautiful! Perfect venue to keep how it is or completely change the look to exactly what you want!

We held our wedding reception at Avion on the Water and it was beyond perfect. The food was great, the staff was very accommodating, and the venue itself was just beautiful. We worked with Michele during the whole process and she was so wonderful. She helped us with all questions and requests we threw at her. She was also always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Avion even allowed me and my bridesmaids to get ready there, even though our ceremony was at another location. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and we received (and are still receiving) so many compliments. We really can't say enough good things about Avion!

Avion on the Water is not only a beautiful place to celebrate your special day, but from the planning to the actual day, these people were wonderful. From the Management down to the Servers, they could not have done a better job for us. Our guest have not stopped talking about it. We had made a few requests for a couple of changes and they were so agreeing and accomodating. The food was great , the hall and bathrooms were very clean and everyone was so attentive. Thank you all for making my daughter's Wedding Day perfect, we could not have asked for more.

This venue was awesome! Excellent service, food, and ambiance that was on par with the fancy hotels and banquet halls in the area but for great value! We had nothing but positive reviews from guests.
Michele and Mary provided excellent and prompt help as we planned the reception, and they were extremely patient in the final countdown as we were still figuring out attendance and schedule. On the big day, decorators/vendors could come in pretty early, and the servers and bartenders were nothing but professional. They have an extensive menu with many buffet options to choose, and our dinner turned out delicious!
When you see the hall for the first time, you may be discouraged by the purple color throughout the room, but, trust me, it is easily offset by decorations. We had a turquoise/peach/ivory theme, and it turned out fantastic! The lake view is the BEST and made for some gorgeous wedding photos. Our guests enjoyed the outdoor porch and view the entire night.
Overall, an excellent vendor and would highly recommend!

Avion on the water is a beautiful venue, The menu I picked was unique and absolutely delicious. Many of my friends said it was the best reception dinner they've ever had. They're are pretty flexible and aside from the usual extra fees(linens, service, etc.), they really don't have hidden fees. Down to earth management. Sometimes forgetful and a little uptight, but will do the best they can for you no matter what. They're really good about trying to make sure it is everything you want it to be. Don't be fooled by the website, they're venue is way better than it looks on there.

Avion on the water was a beautiful venue for our wedding reception! The food was also great and the staff worked well with us to do what we wanted and to have things set up perfectly! It was a little pricey however. The only thing we had trouble with after the reception was over, was that we were missing some of our decorations, etc that had apparently been thrown away, which was an extreme bummer. Other than that, everything was great.
