    Amazing venue

    Sara is amazing she greeted us very promptly, gave a great amount of information to us. We were given a welcome bag to thank us for coming. She was amazing and answered any question I could have before asking. This is my VENUE!!! YAY!!

    Awsome wedding place

    – I just don’t know how to start writing here. The venue is very beautiful. We had 95 guests and it was perfect for us. I loved the lakeside cocktail area which is so modern. I loved the idea of having cocktail at different place than the ballroom area. All the staff here are so accommodating and professional. Our wedding reception looked very nice and gave very different vibe. All our friends loved the location. 😊
    I have no words for how amazing Monica is. Right from day one to end she was there for everything. We planned our wedding in just 3 months and it was very hectic. But Monica made sure she is there no matter what. She took care of everything, literally everything . She went out of her way to help us make this as smooth as possible. The day of reception she was present for everything. She made sure I don’t have mental breakdown too when one of the vendors did not arrive in time for setup. She is so sweet I cant stop talking about her. Thank you so much for making our wedding such a memorable one. 😊

    We will forever remember our wedding day thanks to Avenue of the Arts!

    We had a wonderful experience working with Avenue of the Arts in Costa Mesa. We loved the venue that offered the best of both worlds as we had our cocktail hour outdoors in the beautiful Garden Retreat and our dinner reception indoors in the Grand Ballroom. All of our guests also stayed at the hotel the entire weekend and the convenience and accommodations of the venue and the venue location was a perfect match for our wedding guests.

    We worked with Terri throughout the booking and planning process, and she did a great job as our venue coordinator on the day of the wedding. The entire catering and event staff was wonderful from start to finish and we felt so well taken care of. Our guests also enjoyed the same type of wonderful experience and we heard so many compliments about the venue service, food, and overall compliments of the hotel staff, banquet and events staff, and the event space.

    The catering menu and bar menu was personalized to all our needs, and we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding food. Everything was set up so beautifully from the pipe and drape, chairs and tables, dance floor and lighting, with no detail missed. We felt so confident and comfortable with how much Terri and her staff did to take care of us and our guests. I would highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for a welcoming and casual boutique hotel, that is also glamorous and modern for a beautiful wedding day. Both my husband and I are in the wedding industry and we’ve worked with so many venues — this is a hidden gem and one of our absolute favorites. We can’t wait to host another personal event with Avenue of the Arts soon!

    We had an amazing experience working with Sara Cargill at Avenue of the Arts. The place is beautiful, the staff knows how to get it done, and it was a dream come true. Well worth it!

    My dream wedding came to life at Avenue of the Arts Hotel!!!!! The newly remodeled ballroom is beautiful. I love the hotels decor. My husband and I worked very closely with Dhy and Sara with regards to brainstorming ideas for the reception. They are both very helpful and creative. Thank you both. The reception went on without a hitch. The servers and banquet captain ensured all of our guests needs were met. The food was delicious. We had a live band made up of 6 people. They had no problems setting up their equipment onstage. We all danced the night away. Everything from the room set up to the lighting was amazing. I had the time of my life. We stayed the night. Our suite was amazing. Our suite faced the lake, making it a great place to capture moments before and after the wedding. I absolutely love this place. Every part of the hotel is picture perfect. Thank you all for making my wedding day memorable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

    As a gay couple living in Orange County we had a lot of stress around finding a welcoming and accepting venue. My wife and I were so blessed to find the Wyndham. They took great care of us and were lovely throughout the entire process. If you want an all inclusive venue that will not cut corners the Wyndham is a great choice. The food was also great and each of our concerns were addressed and our expectations were exceeded.

    The entire staff is very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. They helped my family and I cross every T and dot every I. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were willing to pick up the phone or meet in person.

    Lisa Marie is the best !!! I cannot begin to tell you how amazing she is.Our wedding was held here last week (4/11/15). We had the best time and had so many compliments on the venue. The level of service was amazing from beginning to end. Every small detail was planned out perfectly, I could not have been happier with the way the ballroom came out. They took care of all our needs and made sure that the wedding went smoothly. Our meetings were so detailed, I had nothing to worry about the day if. Thank you so much to Lisa Marie and the rest of the wyndham staff for making our wedding perfect. I loved every minute of it. If you are a nervous bride who wants to have an amazing stress-free( or at least as close to stress free as you can be) wedding, check out the avenue of the arts!!!

    Lisa-Marie was very professional, friendly, organized, and efficient. She offered timely suggestions while allowing us freedom to create our own unique reception. She worked with our other vendors well, making it stress-free for the bride and groom on their big day. The Wyndham staffs were friendly and went out of their way to serve us and our guests. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The grand ballroom, where we had our reception, was adaptable and had enough options to accommodate many different designs. The food was excellent. Their list of affiliated vendors was expansive and included many options to choose from. Overall, my husband and I would highly recommend Wyndham to anybody looking for a top-notch wedding venue at a reasonable price.

    This hotel is truely a hidden gem. I had discovered Avenue of the Arts after searching for the perfect balance of elegance, natural beauty (outdoors), uniqueness and value.
    This hip 5 star boutique hotel offers everything. It has so much character with the garden wall and canopy entrance, beautiful lake, the artistic lobbies, rooms, the grand banquet hall and the list just goes on. Even the sinks in the bathroom are a piece of art.
    The level of service I received was truly remarkable. Natasha worked relentlessly on every single detail to ensure I receive what I envision. They went well above board to accomodate my needs and to make my event a success since it was quite an unconventional event, with the fusion of cultures, food and people. My family and guests were in awe with the venue and set up and commented how flawless my wedding reception was.

    I have been to a lot of hotel weddings and this hotel by far was the best place for a smaller size wedding. The have a beautiful lake for your cocktail hour and pictures. The ballroom allowed me to fit my guests of 100 comfortably and we got the entire upstairs to ourselves. There was a lounge area outside of the ballroom for guests and a balcony for anyone who wanted to be outside at night for a break. The hotel and staff were excellent, not to mention the suite that we got was beautiful. I highly recommend this place for parties under 150.

    I held my wedding reception here I had a fantastic experience I gave Katie Shilitto our budge and she delivered!! We got everything we wanted and stayed within our budget!! We had an elegant candle lit wedding reception! I had no worries about anything! Katie made sure it was all done from our decorations for the reception to the food and the honeymoon suite! I would highly recommend the Wyndham Avenue of the Arts! I could not have done it without Katie!!

    I am very please with all staffs at the Wyndham hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. Terri and Ellen made sure my ceremony went smoothly. Words can't describe how pleased I am with my stay and ceremony at the Wyndham. All the staffs I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They were able to take care of all my needs and request. Thank you Wyndham Hotel for making my wedding ceremony that more special!!!

    We had our wedding at the Wyndham Orange County in August. They were extremely helpful from start to finish - answering any questions I had promptly. The day of the wedding, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs we had. Our guests had such a pleasant time staying there. The hotel has been renovated and looks beautiful - it has a very modern boutique feel. The hotel itself is still undergoing construction, BUT it did not interfere or disrupt anything during the wedding. It was quiet the whole weekend.
    We got married on the lake outside of the hotel - it was absolutely beautiful. The great thing about the ballroom is that it is separate from the hotel - so it feels like it's your own venue and didn't have hotel guests walking by or anything. We loved everything about this venue - the modern boutique feel, the amazing staff, the beauty of the lake...it couldn't be more perfect!

    Katie was the social catering manager and she was awesome! She was reasonable and and worked with my budget, we had quite a few glitches and she was very responsive and found a solution for everything! The reception was amazing the ballroom was a large space even for a small group. The restaurant manager was attentive even at the end of the night, we had the cake included in our contract and a hotel suite with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. I highly reccomend this hotel, they went above and beyond.

    Bridget is extremely friendly and accommodating. She went way above and beyond our expectations. The hotel and lake around it is beautiful. The food was delicious and of excellent quality and ingredients. The setup and service was great and we highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a place to hold their wedding and reception.

    Bridget Helmrich was the best hotel coordinator. After going through a few coordinators at the Wyndham we ended up with Bridget and I (the bride) couldn't have been happier. She catered to my every need, and was also added her slight, individual touches to our wedding as well. On the wedding day I rarely saw her, but it was a good thing because she had the whole event operated smoothly without me even knowing. I, personally, would rather have had her in "stealth" mode than bugging me constantly to stay on schedule and etc. I've seen other hotel coordinators do this at other weddings I've attended, and I am so glad that Bridget was not like that at all. The ceremony and reception went so smoothly I did not have to worry about anything at all. Everything was approximately on time, and my husband and I had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves throughout the night. We received many positive comments that night, and still to this day on how amazing our wedding was and Bridget definitely helped to make that possible. She also helped keep our wedding alive by submitting our photos to the OC Bride Magazine, which will be another unforgettable keepsake for us and our special day. I would definitely recommend Bridget Helmrich of the OC Wyhdham for wedding services. She is professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. Thank you Bridget for helping to make our special day so amazing and of course helping it run so smoothly!

    The ceremony area is outside by a lake and was beautiful. The wedding coordinator did the rehearsal for us. The hotel was great in providing a block of rooms at discounted prices, including handicapped rooms for all of our out of town guests. The staff was always very helpful and courteous, including have a wheel chair available for my elderly uncle. They provided about 20 colors to choose from for table lines and they include chair linens and colored ribbon for the chairs with your package. They also give you a choice of several beautiful centerpieces for both the reception and cocktail hour tables, which saved me a lot of money on flowers. The choices for the menu is varied and they include 2 hors dervos for the cocktail hour. Their package is great! Also for small weddings, like ours, you can use their restaurant which is beautiful decorated with these great wood upholstered chairs for 100 people or less. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. They also provide a list of preferred vendors.

    We had no idea that our wedding planning could go so easily. They have a fantastic banquet and catering team at the Wyndham. They were very easy to work with and it fit into our budget well. Parking was free and we got to have a lakeside ceremony, which was perfect! We had almost 300 guests, and were struggling to keep it reasonable, but this venue really made it all come together for us.

    Our hotel coordinator was Katie and she was awesome. She always responds to my emails in a timely manner and pays attention to all the details. My family thinks she was awesome and she was better than my wedding coordinator. They also like the food too which was a surprise to me since they are so picky. Katie was very patient on my wedding day even though I was upset that my flower girl was late to the wedding. I am glad she made me wait couple minutes for the flower girl. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for the quality of service is because my family said there was no announcement for the gourmet coffee station and for the cupcakes for the guest to grab. Overall, I love the venue for the ceremony and reception. The people at the hotel has really great customer service and I am glad I picked that venue. e other reason I picked this venue is because they include centerpieces such as vases, mirrors and votives which saved me a lot of money. The cost for the menu was the most reasonable compare to the other hotels in the area. I would definitely this venue for the service and the awesome staff.

    A gorgeous location for creating lifetime memories

    This location has just about everything a couple would want in a wedding venue: An intimate garden area for photoshoots, a serene lakeside ceremony and cocktail hour area, an elegant reception area and ballroom, and luxurious rooms for dressing and overnight guests. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, and were an absolute joy to work with. Prospective wedding planners should try to reserve as early as possible; this venue is very popular, and spots can fill up fast. Overall, Avenue of the Arts is a pristine location to celebrate the biggest day of a couple's life, and the value of what you pay for is nigh unbeatable!

    Thank you Avenue of the Arts, for giving us such an amazing experience, one that we will treasure for the rest of our lives!

    Wyndham Orange County (in Costa Mesa) was where I had the reception for my wedding, and their service was excellent. The wedding coordinator (Denise) was professional, accommodating, sweet, understanding, everything a bride needs when she's going through the stresses of planning the perfect wedding. The whole experience was positive...from the very first time I stepped into their hotel just to take a peek to the very last moment when I left as a Mrs. There was even a mix-up with a few plates, which I later informed them about POST-reception (about a month later) and they refunded me! All my other vendors (linens, florist, wedding coordinator) that worked with Denise and her staff only had positive things to say about them as well. Their food was delicious AND service was excellent. I felt like their top priority the whole time! I definitely recommend this hotel for your reception needs.
