Our Amazing Wedding

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding experience at Avenir! From the beginning, the entire team was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still talking about them!

A special thank-you to our Production Manager, Sydney, who made the entire planning process feel so smooth and manageable. She was extremely organized, professional, responsive, and always on top of every detail. Even when we completely changed our color scheme, Sydney worked with us seamlessly and made sure everything came together beautifully. She offered so much reassurance throughout the planning process and made us feel confident that everything was being handled.

On our wedding day, we were able to be fully present and enjoy ourselves because we knew we were in such capable hands. Avenir and Sydney helped make our day absolutely incredible, and we are so grateful for the care and attention they put into making it so special. We would highly recommend Avenir to any couple looking for a beautiful venue, wonderful food and drinks, and an exceptional team!

Just Amazing!

From start to finish, Sydney was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions, was incredibly responsive, and remained flexible throughout the entire planning process.

On our wedding day, Sydney was on top of every detail, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Even when unexpected mishaps came up, she handled every situation with professionalism, grace, and a calm demeanor that put us at ease.
Avenir is a stunning venue, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate our wedding there. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making both us and our guests feel so well taken care of. The Avenir

My husband and I got married at the Avenir recently, and it was everything we could have wanted and more! The Saphire Event Group was great throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding, especially our event producer Kayla. She met with us in person a number of times and was also very responsive over email, assisting with any questions or concerns we had to ensure our day was set up as best as possible.

The day of the wedding was everything we envisioned come to life. Both the cocktail area and the main ballroom were beautifully set up. Also the food was fantastic! Whether it was the hors d'oeuvres or the entrees or the late night snacks, we kept hearing from guests how good everything tasted.

Lastly, the staff the day of the wedding were amazing. Kayla was on site to ensure everything went smoothly. The bridal attendants were checking on us consistently to see if we needed anything. And everyone working was respectful to all our guests. The staff truly made our day feel even more special with their attention to detail, and we greatly appreciated it.

I would definitely recommend the Avenir to any engaged couples looking for a wedding venue in the future!

They really know what they’re doing!

Our wedding at Avenir was everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, elegant, and effortlessly romantic. The ballroom feels like something out of a magazine, and the outdoor ceremony space is peaceful and tucked away, which made our day feel both intimate and special.

The staff at Avenir was professional, polished, and clearly experienced. From food service to timing, everything flowed perfectly. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and how smooth the entire evening felt. Avenir truly knows how to host a wedding — they’ve mastered the details.

But even with such an amazing venue, the absolute best part of our experience was Kayla, our event producer.

From the moment we connected, Kayla made us feel heard. She never made us feel like just another couple or just another wedding on the calendar. She listened, truly listened, to what mattered to us and made sure it all came to life. She brought calm, confidence, and next-level organization. Every checklist, every timeline, every moving part was handled with so much care.

Kayla is kind, but also real. She’s honest and direct in a way that makes you feel supported, not overwhelmed. When I wanted our ceremony outside, she didn’t hesitate. She had my back and helped make it happen without any issue. I never had to question whether she was on our side — she always was.

And it wasn’t just the big things. I love crab rangoons … and I talked about it constantly. Kayla remembered. On the wedding day, she made sure the staff knew, and she made sure I got my crab rangoons. That small moment meant the world to me because it showed how much she truly paid attention to the little things that mattered to me.

The wedding itself was seamless. Even when things came up behind the scenes, I didn’t find out until later. Kayla handled it all with such grace and calm that I got to be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives — and that is a gift I’ll never forget.

Kayla, if you’re reading this, thank you for hearing us, for grounding us, for protecting our peace, and for giving us a day that was not only beautiful, but effortless because you were behind it all. You weren’t just our Event Producer. You were a constant, a calm, and a quiet hero who made sure everything we hoped for came to life.

If you’re getting married at Avenir, ask for Kayla. You’ll thank yourself a thousand times over!

Our Dream Wedding at Avenir

We had an amazing experience at Avenir in Walpole, MA! Kayla Cady-Williams, our wedding coordinator, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made the day so much easier for us to enjoy.

The venue is absolutely stunning. We were able to hold our ceremony in the beautiful garden (thankfully the rain held off!), and the ballroom was the perfect space for dinner and dancing—elegant and lively. The food was excellent, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it.

Avenir also recommended DJ Blake Boyer from Unique Sounds, and we are so glad they did—he was hands down the best DJ we’ve ever seen. The dance floor was packed all night!

We’re so grateful to Kayla and the entire Avenir team for helping create such a memorable day. Highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding!

Our dream wedding came true

As soon as my then-fiancee (and now, wife!) and I walked into Avenir, we were floored by how stunning the space is. Avenir is one of several properties owned by Sapphire Event Group, all of which have their own character and charm. Avenir was the first of three that we planned to tour that day, and after completing our second tour, we couldn't stop thinking back to the gorgeous chandelier ballroom, "LOVE" marquee sign and chic cocktail lounge at the Avenir. Lynn and the rest of the team worked with us to give us any discounts they could so we could book Avenir for our wedding and we were thrilled.
We worked with Kayla for the day-of wedding coordination, and it couldn't have been a more perfect match. Her laid-back nature paired with her evident knowledge of and passion for wedding planning connected well with both my wife (very type A and organized) and myself (type B and carefree). She made us feel extremely comfortable and eased any worries that we had when it came to all of the different parts of the wedding planning.
My wife and I are a same-sex couple and everyone at Sapphire Event Group normalized and validated our wedding experience (it may be obvious, but the wedding industry is extremely gendered and heteronormative, so this was very refreshing for us). They helped us navigate having two "bridal suite" spaces despite the venue (and all venues we toured) only technically having one, and honored all of the little ways that we wanted to make our day uniquely ours.
The rehearsal before the wedding and the day-of the ceremony and reception, my wife and I continually talked about how grounded Kayla made us feel just with her presence and assuredness. She consistently reminded us to eat, take time to enjoy ourselves, and to remember the day is ours. It was a bit rainy right at the time of the ceremony, so Kayla guided us in pushing the time a tiny bit just enough for the skies to clear, and it was perfect! Sunny skies for the entire ceremony and garden photos afterwards.
All of the staff (Nora who was our bridal attendant, the various servers and bartenders, etc) were incredible and so supportive and attentive, always making sure our glasses were full and checking in on us.
I can't say enough good things about Avenir, and I only wish the night didn't have to end!

Great experience with Avenir and Kayla

We just had our wedding last week at Avenir, including using their indoor ceremony room. Kayla was a great event producer to work with for planning. She is well experienced and knew how to best guide us through the process. On the day of, things went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was accounted for, down to the minor details and requests that we discussed with Kayla. The space overall was a great place to have a wedding event. The carpet in the ceremony room was recently installed to be a lighter color which lightened up the overall room. The ballroom also recently replaced their carpet around the dance floor to now be black hardwood, which looks a lot more modern. We received lots of compliments from friends and family about the venue and the flawless event production. We highly recommend Avenir to anyone considering booking with them!

My event was amazing!!

I was blessed with the opportunity to honor my mother with a glamorous 65th birthday celebration and I am so happy with my decision to have it at the Avenir. The Avenir is an amazing venue! It’s absolutely beautiful and visually stunning. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Kayla Cady-Williams, our event producer, did an awesome job capturing every detail of our event. Communication was seamless. Kayla inspired full confidence and went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was beautiful and memorable. We had a wonderful experience! Fall Wedding

We worked with Sydney as our coordinator and could not recommend her more. She was flexible, responsive, and made sure our wedding day was exactly how we envisioned it. She followed every detail and made sure everything was how we wanted it. She truly made our day a dream come true.
The food and service on the day of was exceptional. Our guests are still talking about our wedding, the venue and the food & we're always hearing that our wedding was the best one ever.

My Dream Wedding

This Venue and my Coordaintor Sydney helped me excute my pintrest board and make it come to life. I went to school for event planning and have always been controlling of all my parties. Sydney made this planning process so easy, gave me the best ideas/options, she also works so hard to get you everything you want. For once, in my whole life I trusted someone to excute my vision on their own. I had no sresses or worries all day (even my bridal party could not believe how calm I was) and that was soley because of Sydney & the whole team at Avenir. How hands on they are withe Bride & Groom, all the meetings, tasting and diagram my other friends getting married wished their venue had this all. The three biggest hits my guest have not stopped talking about was 1. The Filet Mignon 2. The Butternut Squash Soup 3. The Late night preztel bar station.

The amazing thing about this venue is being all black & white you can truly have any theme or colorscape and the venue will match and be perfect. They have so many options for your ceremony which is HUGE in New England!

I will truly miss going to Avenir every month and wish I could do it all again.

Dream wedding come true

My wedding was on November 30th and it was absolutely perfect! Avenir made our dream wedding come true. From all the staff with their positivity and professionalism. Wedding of the year

I got Married there 2 weeks ago and let me tell you! The Venue itself is gorgeous, but the staff there are what really made the experience amazing. i had the pleasure of working with Kacey from start to finish she was genuinely loving and caring and attentive to our every need. The day of i had the pleasure of having an attendant named Becky, and man im tearing up just thinking about her. She was by my side the wholeeeeee night. She was attentive me and my every need from making sure i ate, to holing/ fluffing my dress, to reassuring me and letting me know how beautiful i look, my husband got makeup on his jacket and she took it off him and brought it back brand new. I can go on forever but i know, if you have any doubt in your mind this is your answer to have your wedding there

A Day To Remember....

Amazing!

From the moment we stepped inside the Avenir, our first words were "this is the one". Our first meeting was with Lynne who is absolutely amazing! Very personable, kind, and helpful. She was also one of the reasons we picked this venue!
We had the honor of working with Sydney as our event producer! Lets just say she truly makes your dreams come true. She was responsive and willing to answer any and all questions we had. She also gave us great recommendations when it came down to final details. Sydney took all of the stress off of us every time we left a meeting with her. She made the process so easy. Also, we had several guests tell us it was one of the most organized weddings and that wouldn't have been possible without Sydney. She even bustled my dress!!!
We did a first look of the ballroom on our wedding day and as soon as we opened the curtains, ours jaws dropped and all we could say was "WOW". Everything came out amazing! The food was top tier and we are still getting compliments about how good it was from our guests! The bar tenders and servers were quick and efficient which was one of our asks to make sure guests were not waiting around.
Our dreams really came true at the Avenir! We wish we could relive the day over again because it was so perfect!

Dream Wedding!

I’m so thankful for the staff at Avenir for helping execute my dream wedding, especially my event producer Sydney Davis. I didn’t have a wedding planner and she helped keep everything organized from beginning to end. The staff was super attentive to our needs to ensure that our day was special! I fell in love with the venue from the very first day I visited, it’s the perfect blank canvas to go with any decor and worked perfectly for my minimalist old Hollywood theme. We had an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful garden on site which was a highlight on our big day. If we had another opportunity to marry we’d choose Avenir in a heartbeat!

The perfect wedding

Avenir was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, their communication was organized, professional, and incredibly responsive. Amazing!!! Would highly Reccomend

Our wedding at the Avenir was absolute dream! Sydney was our event coordinator and was so amazing and attentive during our whole wedding planning process. The grandball room is so beautiful! They just updated the flooring around the dancefloor and it is stunning! We originally planned on an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful garden area, but due to weather changed it to indoors and it was still so beautiful! The ceremony room held 206 and did not look crammed. All my guests raved about the food (From apps to desserts and late night station) The servers and bartenders were so wonderful and everyone there had a blast! Special shout out to Sydney and Bridal Attendant Haley! They are rockstars and made our wedding absolutely perfect

The Perfect Day!

Kacey, Amy, Aubrey, and the team were amazing!! She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding making sure we were stress free. She kept us sane throughout the whole process! Kacey’s communication was spectacular. There was never a moment where we felt like we had no idea what’s happening with our wedding. Our timeline for the day was so detailed and organized. Kacey made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, everything was getting set up correctly, and we had everything I needed from start to finish. Amy and Aubrey were right by my side making sure I was eating, drinking, and my dress was on point for pictures. I remember right before I was going to walk down the aisle, Amy checked my makeup, my dress, then she asked me to spit out my mint into a napkin that was in her hand. These little moments really show how much they care to make sure you have the perfect day. We could not be more grateful for Kacey and the team. She helped make our wedding day perfect! Best Venue EVER

I know everyone always says that their wedding was the best day of their life, but our wedding at Avenir was 100000% the best day ever! I knew that when I found my wedding venue, it would make me feel some type of way, and when I walked into just the foyer of Avenir, I was so sure without a doubt that I would choose it. I wanted a space that truly felt like it was made for weddings, and Avenir absolutely is. Walking from the entry space to the ballroom, the tall ceilings were everything I could have asked for. Everything was so white and elegant, you could do so much with the space (add your own pops of color here and there, like I did with my koozie favors and floral centerpieces). The chandeliers throughout were stunning and added such a high class vibe to our wedding. Not to spend time talking about the bathrooms, but even the bathrooms were beautiful, updated and immaculate! And the landscaping outside was stunning for photos. Everything was so well manicured and I love the greenery in our photos. Sydney was my event producer, and she was AMAZING. I swear I would send an email and Sydney would answer before I could spiral into a freak-out about whatever it was I needed clarification on. My husband and I live in New Jersey, so we didn't have our in person meeting with Sydney until our tasting, and it was like we had known each other already. Sydney was so knowledgeable about alcohol, hors devours pairings, and everything in between. She was always willing to check on something for me, or show me the up lighting options 15 times before we made up our minds. On the day of our wedding, I have no idea if anything went wrong because everything was fabulous. I'm honestly so sad that it's all over because I had the absolute best time planning our wedding with everyone at Avenir. All of our friends and family continuously talk about how great everything came together. We had about 215 people attend our wedding, and the way the producers set up the entire room and dance floor made it feel like there wasn’t an ounce of space that was wasted, nor too cramped. And last but definitely not least, the food was impeccable. Literally the best food ever. In no way, shape, or form was it "wedding food". I never imagined having chicken at my own wedding, but at our individual tasting (since we are from out of state and couldn't go to the group tasting) it was perfect, and even better on our wedding night. We had an open bar, and everyone raved about the bartenders pouring the drinks. I can't thank Sydney enough for helping to create the most amazing wedding for us. Avenir is truly the full package!!!

Made our day amazing!

Avenir was the first venue we toured, and nothing else came close to it. Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful with making our wedding dreams come true within our budget. Our wedding coordinator was Sydney and she was also amazing!!! She was also very responsive and super helpful with the planning process. She had all of the little details covered and helped alleviate a lot of stress, especially the week before the wedding and on the day of. Everything ran so smoothly and all of our guests raved about the venue and service. Highly recommend!

We cannot speak highly enough about Sapphire Event Group, Avenir, or our event producer, Sydney! Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and it was the good people at SEG that made it happen. They had excellent communication, were remarkably diligent and professional in the way they made our wedding happen, and made you feel cared for the entire way through the process. Sydney is incredible, never letting anything phase her, even as some things changed at the last minute. We are so grateful!

The venue itself is amazing. Great space for cocktail hour and the dance floor/table set up was perfect. Plenty of room for dancing and a table arrangement that made mingling easy. No one felt stuck in the corner.

The entire staff was incredible and the day was perfect. You cannot go wrong with Avenir!

Just had our wedding at Avenir

Avenir was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. Everything about it is so beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely professional and attentive. Our event coordinator was Kacey, she was so amazing to work with she really made sure every detail was perfect. She really made me feel at ease through the entire process.

A wonderful experience

We had the pleasure of working with Sydney throughout our planning process and as our wedding producer for our event. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was readily available to answer all the questions we had and worked to make sure that we were happy with everything. Our wedding on October 7th was everything that we could have imagined. Sydney, Amy (Bridal Attendant), and Maria (Event Manager) were incredible. The day would not have gone as smooth as it did without them. They were a joy to be around—took their jobs very seriously but were also so approachable and kind throughout the whole night. We’re incredibly grateful for the whole team.

Avenir - Wedding Venue & Staff

My wife and I just had our wedding at Avenir. The venue is gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the night was a dream come true. Kacie was our wedding planner, and she was incredibly helpful. Without her, I am not sure how we would have prepared for everything. She was attentive and easy to reach when we had any questions. She was there on the wedding day to keep everyone in line and everything on time. We are grateful for the amazing venue and staff that we worked with. I highly recommend having your wedding at either of their locations.

The most magical day

We recently got married at Avenir, the Walpole location of the Saphire Event Group, and it was nothing short of a fairy tale. They were the 1st location we toured and it was everything I had always pictured in a wedding venue. Stunning, elegant, modern, Avenir has it all, including the most stunning and massive marble white dancefloor that we spent hours upon hours dancing the night away on. From our first tour to the day after our wedding, they were accommodating to every single request, organized and never missing a beat, and an overall pleasure to work with. To make it helpful I broke down some of the highlights that were the extra cherries on top to us:

Staff: our first interaction with Avenir was through Emily, who is on their sales team. She was the sweetest, running through every detail, pricing, and question with us on our first visit, and had no problem accommodating multiple visits with us so that both sets of our parents could see the venue prior to making a decision. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold, and no request or question seemed outlandish; she was such a joy. When we booked with them and got to meet our event coordinator/ producer Sydney, it made me feel so secure in our decision. We sat down and she went through every single detail, wrote it down in front of us, gave us a copy, and was really great at bouncing ideas off of, giving suggestions, and helping guide us, without ever making us feel rushed. There was nothing we wanted that they couldn't make happen, and it was all done with a smile on their faces. Day of, we had rain and bad weather, and she moved things around and adjusted timelines that still got us exactly what we wanted and made sure we had enough time and locations for photos, and dinner, which meant so much to us. We had a guest lose their coat that night and they went above and beyond to make sure that even a week later, that guest was taken care of, while also not putting the work on us as the bride and groom. The entire night they were always attentive and so helpful to all of our guests and us. They overall are some of the most professional and kind event staff I have encountered.
Day of management: They have an amazing system of having a coordinator for front of the house, back of the house, and someone that stays with the bride and groom all night so you're never looking for them, or honestly really handling anything. They do a good job of having a meeting two weeks before where you can choose all of your "just in case" people, so your only responsibility is to have the best night ever. It allowed us as the couple but also our parents and special guests to be in the moment and having the most fun.
Food: I have been to too many weddings in my life, with many of the same guests having attended mine, and everyone was raving about the food. Dinner was delicious, prompt (we had an accelerated timeline to open the dancefloor that they handled with ease) and hot. No one walked away with an unhappy or an empty stomach (and we can be total food snobs so that's saying something.) They also had a great selection of entrees to offer that made it easy to accommodate any variation of guests and their dietary preferences, all of which you get to taste ahead of time at one of their tastings. Overall, it really was a perfect night and we have the staff at Avenir to thank for that. We can't thank you enough for helping us throw the wedding of our dreams. If you're on the fence, just pick Avenir!

Great experience

Our daughter’s wedding in Avenir was above my expectations. The wedding coordinator was
Sydney Davis, very professional and pleasant lady.
Our daughter and her husband live in Alaska, taking under consideration time differences I was constantly sending emails, calls and Sydney always responded quickly and professionally.
It was a pleasure to work with her and rest of the staff.

Amazing Service, Friendly Staff, Professional Through and Through

Avenir is the perfect venue for a large event. We had 150 guests yet it did not feel packed. The ceremony space, lobby, bridal suite, cocktail area, ballroom- the square footage of this venue is everything.
The staff is so friendly and professional. Sydney was our event coordinator- the absolute best. She made sure we had every detail catered to and communicated every step of the way.
I would love to have future events at the Avenir space.

The Best Venue and Staff!

We got married at Avenir on 3/11/23. Our day was absolutely perfect. We loved the elegant and classic look of Avenir. We were looking for a beautiful venue as we were getting married in March so everything would be indoors. Every single space at Avenir is gorgeous! One of our favorite things about it is that there is a separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We received so many compliments on how amazing the food was.

We were fortunate enough to be working with Sydney who was incredible. She was so knowledgable and helpful. She made the process seamless and we didn't feel too stressed approaching the wedding or day of because we knew Sydney would have things set. The entire staff at Avenir were kind, helpful and so professional during our big day. Sydney and her team helped make our day better than we could have ever imagined!

Amazing Spring Wedding

My wedding was 4/14/23 at Avenir. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Avenir had everything I was looking for. I loved the beautiful, white, clean ballroom with the gorgeous chandeliers. The large white dance floor was perfect. I was a little hesitant about the dark carpet when I first toured the place and when brought it up to the sales rep she assured me that once the room was full, it gives a much needed contrast to the room and she was so right. Looking back at photos and video, the dark carpet is perfect and I can't imagine light fooring looking good.

My wedding producer was Sydney and she is a wedding guru. I have worked at a wedding venue for over 10 years and I can tell you she went over every little detail of our wedding to a T. There is no stone that she will leave unturned when it comes to what you want for your wedding. We ended up with an absolutely gorgeous day in April and switched to an outside ceremony last minute, there wasn't a single beat skipped by the entire Avenir staff, you would have thought that was the plan all along.

I had a vendor try to bypass Sydney and reach out to me while we were taking photos pre-ceremony, day of, with set up issues. Panick set in, I called Sydney, she had already figured everything out. She's a rockstar. My brand new husband, 10 minutes into cocktail hour, accidently stepped on the back of my dress and broke my bustle, a potential nightmare. No worries, Sydney pulled safety pins out and fixed it right up. Talk about above and beyond.

I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. Sydney coordinated with all the vendors, knew our timeline like the back of her hand, and ran the show.

I can't imagine holding our wedding in another venue. The service at Avenir was just top notch. They're professionals, they know what they're doing. The entire staff was amazing. Kaitlyn, our wedding attendant was the sweetest. She was somehow always there when we needed her to be. There was never a time when we needed something that we couldn't look around and she was right there. She also made sure my make-shift bustle stayed put throughout the night. The bartenders were great, I don't know how they kept up with our cocktail hour because our guests can be heavy drinkers, but they did an amazing job.

I have absolutely zero complaints about our wedding at Avenir, if we had to go back and redo the day I would choose Avenir again and again. The venue is absolutely stunning. It has that wow factor when your guests walk in and see the ballroom with those chandeliers. What you can't put a price on is the experience the staff has. I don't think there is anything we could have thrown at them that they couldn't handle with professionalism and a cool, collected smile. A big, gigantic thank you goes out to the entire staff for making our day an absolute dream!

Fantastic venue and staff

Kacey Sharpe was our wedding coordinator/producer for our wedding on May 7, 2023 at Avenir. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only is she knowledgeable and organized, but she is also sweet and easy to work with. Both my husband and I were able to connect with Kacey and convey our aspirations for our wedding day. Both my husband and I are crafty and creative, and we thought we could handle our wedding day vision without a coordinator. After our first meeting with Kacey, we were so thankful to have her. She asked questions that we had not considered and helped layout the foundation for the wedding. As we got closer to the wedding, she assisted with all the details. She also took over communication with the vendors, which allowed for a seamless wedding day. Our wedding involved a room flip from the ceremony into reception. This was a lot of work and it had to happen in a short period of time. Kacey and her team delivered, and the reception room exceeded our expectations. Kacey checked in with my husband and I throughout the reception, ensuring our needs were met. She was also able to work with our photography and videography vendors to ensure all the images were captured but also that we were able to pause and really enjoy our special day. One memory that comes to mind was when Kacey plated us our wedding cake in the bridal suite as we changed outfits, which allowed my husband and I to connect away from the crowd for just a few short minutes. I give Kacey my highest recommendations. She will make you feel like the most important bride/couple. Even when management reached out during our wedding week to see if we had any questions, Kacey had already answered them. We hope to work with Kacey again soon, perhaps even planning a one-year anniversary stop to Avenir in the future! We give her our highest praise possible. Thank you, Kacey!!

Dream Wedding

We'd rate Avenir one hundred out of ten if we could. From the day we stepped through their doors we were in love with the venue as well as welcomed in with open arms and a warm greeting. The planning process was smoother than butter and we loved every minute of it. Most importantly our day was everything my wife and I dreamed of. Safe to say the wedding was a success! A Perfect Day

My husband and I got married in September 2022 and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The Avenir is picture-perfect and was the ideal place for both our ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony outside and there was more than enough comfortable seating for everyone. We even had a beverage station for guests to enjoy before the ceremony started. The reception went so smoothly thanks to the entire crew and if anything went awry, we never knew. Leading up to our day, we worked with our wedding producer Sydney. There are no words to describe how helpful and amazing Sydney was with us. She answered every email, call, and question I had, regardless of how small. Every single detail of our wedding was perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. On the day of, Sydney was there as well, working alongside our event manager Maria, and my bridal attendant Serena, making sure everything went as expected. Each and every one of them played a different part in making our day perfect and I truly cannot thank them enough. Our guests had nothing but good things to say to us and were so impressed with the food and service at Avenir. Thank you again to the entire Saphire Event Group. If you are considering having you’re wedding here, you absolutely should!!

Simply the Best!

The second I stepped into Avenir I knew I would be booking my wedding venue that day. The venue took my breath away- from the gorgeous dance floor and ballroom to the cozy cocktail space and grounds. It was exactly what we were looking for in a venue and it truly delivered on our wedding day. Our day was absolutely perfect. We worked with Sydney and she was a dream. She took care of anything and everything we had envisioned for our day. She truly listened and was always so kind. We were so lucky to be teamed up with Sydney. All of the staff on our wedding day were so attentive and wonderful. We truly felt so special. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.

Amazing! Brought my vision to life

We looked at a few venues, but Avenir offered a lot more for their price. They went above and beyond other venues. Delicious food, and amazing service! They beat our expectation and were very accommodating with any questions or requests! The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The inclusion of an event producer that helps coordinate planning and execution of your wedding is a huge plus. Sydney was ours and she helped take all the stress out of the planning and the actual day. I would highly recommend using them as your venue!

Amazing experience

I had my wedding at Avenir on August 20, 2022. I was always told by many that I shouldn't be disappointed if things go wrong on my wedding day. Safe to say not one thing went wrong! Sydney is absolutely amazing. From the day we started planning she was so quick to respond to my emails with any answers to my questions. Sydney was also very accommodating to when we could come in for meetings and was able to work around our tight schedules. Kelsey was also great and would check in time to time through email to make sure everything was going well. The day of the wedding, the whole staff at Avenir was absolutely amazing, accommodating and did not leave my side. Most importantly, the food! We received so much positive feedback regarding the food from cocktail hour all the way to our midnight snacks. I am so happy we went with Avenir. It was the most perfect day ever!

One of the best decisions you can make during wedding planning

Picking Avenir as our venue was one of the most critical decisions in our wedding planning process. From the beginning, the sales team was very helpful and we were able to attend a group tasting before we booked. The food was phenomenal and all of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. Not only was each choice great, they were amazing with dietary restrictions and allergies as well. After booking, we got a book with amazing advice from their experience with wedding planning and a list of preferred vendors. We booked almost all of our vendors off of this list. It was great to have a starting point and know that they were not only an outstanding vendor, but they also had a working experience of the venue. Our coordinator, Sydney, was always available to answer questions outside meetings. Their extensive list of questions about the ceremony and reception prompted many discussions for us and allowed us to fully think through our vision. We communicated what we wanted in regards to the set up and they executed our vision. On the day, we had the support of Sydney, a bridal attendant, a back of house manager, waiters, chef, and bartenders. My husband and I, as well as my whole family and bridal party, were able to enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. The day went so smoothly and many of our friends and family made positive comments about the food, venue and overall experience. We are so grateful that a family friend suggested that we check out Avenir. The ease of mind and overall high quality of food, event spaces and service are quite rare. We would recommend you seriously check out Avenir!

The most amazing day of my life

Avenir and it's staff helped to make my wedding day the most amazing and special day of my life! Brooke Russo was an absolute delight to work with and she was always very responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I could not have been more satisfied with having our wedding here. Our wedding day was simply amazing! From start to finish, we felt very taken care of. Everything ran very smoothly, all thanks to the team at Avenir. We worked with Sydney as our event coordinator. She was very patient and kind with us, very prompt to answer our emails/phone calls, listened to our wants/needs, and even gave us advice when we were unsure. Needless to say, we left our meetings with her very well informed and comfortable with the planning process. On the day of our wedding, Hillary stepped in for Sydney, but the last minute change did not affect the event at all. The transition was so smooth. Not only were Sydney and Hillary incredible to work with, but Serena, our bridal attendant, was super helpful the day of. What a great idea to have a bridal attendant! I wished all venues offered this service. We received compliments from our guests about the wait staff who very attentive at the tables, the delicious food, and beautiful garden and ballroom setting. We would highly recommend the Avenir to anyone!

Unforgettable

My husband and I had the best wedding we could have ever dreamed of. Brooke Russo was our wedding producer and she was absolutely amazing with her communication, her advice, and just letting us personalize our wedding to our liking. Every question (there were a lot) was answered. She was so kind, and even when there were minor discrepancies, she fixed them and was so gracious to us. On our wedding night she was there to help, and we were pretty sad when we gave her a hug goodbye at the end because she’s been with us the entire journey from start to finish!

Avenir itself is a gorgeous venue, the marble dance floor, the chandeliers, the bridal suite, the ceremony spaces. It was all so grand and opulent! We got a lot of compliments from our guests on the venue space and the food. I was pleasantly surprised by how well seasoned and well cooked the food was.

The ultimate glam ballroom/venue

Avenir is an unbelievable venue!! The ballroom is even more gorgeous in person. The whole property is very modern, elegant, and glam.

The workers/staff are very professional and hardworking. I had the pleasure of working with Hillary as my event producer. She is so organized and patient!! She brought my wedding vision to life and helped with every little detail along the way. I’m so grateful to have worked with her.

I received so many compliments from my guests about the food here. The dinner, apps, and desserts were delicious and cooked to perfection!!

All my wedding dreams came true here. Whatever your vision is, this group will work hard to make it happen. I am so happy I chose this venue!!!

Amazing all around!

My wife and I had an amazing experience and are so glad we chose to be wed and celebrate at the Avenir! Sydney was our coordinator and let me tell you, she was incredible! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the planning process all the way through the day of! She made our day perfect, and everything ran smoothly. The staff on the day of the wedding were just as amazing!
The food is also incredible! We knew this from our tasting, so many guests came up to us to say that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had! We never once had to worry about a thing in regards to our venue thanks to Sydney. We cannot thank Sydney and her crew enough for their attention to detail and constant professionalism! Everything went off without a hitch and our day was perfect! Look no further, we couldn’t recommend Avenir more!

Phenomenal Experience

We got married at Avenir on a Tuesday in Winter. They were exceptionally responsive and kind with every email I wrote (even if it was multiple in one day!). Particularly Anne Z., our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond for us and was by our side for months leading up to the event. I highly recommend an all in one venue, but especially this one. They are very well organized which takes so much stress off of the couple! And the food! To die for. I unfortunately didn't make it to the dessert tables, but that's because I was having so much fun dancing! Thank you to everyone at Avenir/Saphire Group for making our wedding a day we will never forget.

Unforgettable!

There truly are not enough amazing things my husband and I, along with our guests could say about Avenir! Not to mention that it has been 2 months and our friends and family continue to compliment all the aspects of our wedding. The professionalism, guidance, and overall love for what they do shows! Sydney was our Event Producer and we could not have asked for anyone better becuase there is no one better! Without her and her team our wedding would have never gone as flawless as it did! The venue itself was beautiful! We loved having separate areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all indoors.
The amount of places for photos really are endless! The grounds were very well kept and the foliage was gorgeous (we got married in November) so we got great photos! The food was AMAZING!! BEST filet I have ever had, which was the response I received from all our guests who had it. It was cooked perfectly and an impressive size! All of the food from the cocktail hour, to dinner, then the chocolate mousse and French fry station were fantastic! The ballroom and dancefloor were so elegant and made lots of jaw's drop once reveled to our guests! If we could do it all over again we would and we would not change one thing!

The PERFECT Wedding Venue!

We cannot recommend Avenir enough! We finally had our reception in August 2021, and it was the perfect experience from start to finish! We loved Avenir the second we saw it at our first tour in 2019. The beautiful chandeliers caught my eye right away and the all-white dance floor was so unique! It was everything we could have wanted! With Covid-19 cases increasing we had to make the decision to go on with our ceremony in January but wait for a reception to share that time with our family and friends. When we decided to start planning again, Avenir was our first call! We were so lucky to book our dream venue with only two months until the big day! The entire team at Sapphire Event Group was amazing to work with and very helpful! Since we had a tight deadline, we needed to move fast, and the team was there every step of the way. We were in constant contact with Sydney, our event manager. She was amazing! Very responsive, nice and helpful through all of our planning which made it very easy and stress free. We also worked very closely with Jonathan as well who helped us book not only Avenir but both our DJ & Photographer with Groove Events. Everything seemed to fall into place perfectly with their help! All the staff working the reception were extremely nice, attentive and helpful! They made sure we were taken care of and having a good time along with our guests, checking in on us frequently and making sure everything ran smoothly all night. Our families and friends are still talking about our reception from the food to the music and the elegant ballroom they loved everything about it! Although it was a crazy year, I am so happy we waited and were able to have a beautiful day with all our families and friends at our favorite venue! I wish I could live it over and over. If we have any events in the future, Sapphire Event Group will be our first call!

Amazing Wedding!!

So happy we chose Avenir for our wedding! I would recommend this venue to everyone! They are so professional and organized. Our wedding producer was Sydney she super helpful every step of the way. She was very attentive and would answer all our questions and if she did not know the answer she would get the answer for us. The day of the wedding brides get a bridal attendant. Mine was Amy. She was super sweet she would always make sure that I had everything I needed. Also Maria she would also make everything was running on schedule with food and just the overall layout of the evening. And the food!! Absolutely amazing!! Our guest kept telling us it was the “best wedding food” they ever had! Overall we were super happy with our experience wish I could relive the day over again!!

My Wedding Day at the Avenir

I just got married here, the whole experience was just awesome. My wedding planner, Sydney Davis, was there for me thru all the planning, always helpful, kept me informed, the rest of the staff, Lauren, the wait staff, chef, bartenders, everyone involved, were great, attentive. The guests loved the place, the food, the music. The preferred vendors are all great, from the flowers to the music. I was proud to have my wedding at such a beautiful place. Flexible and Super Attentive - So Happy we chose Avenir

Very glad we chose Avenir as our venue for our wedding. Our coordinator Sydney Davis was with us at each step of the way, from when we first booked back in early March 2020 (yep...) and throughout the whole pandemic, until we were vaccinated and guidelines were relaxed! They worked with us to postpone our original date, make modifications to our original plans, and were super attentive in the weeks leading up to the wedding date.

A huge thank you to Sydney and all the staff at Avenir for making our special day come together so smoothly. We were so stressed up until the day of, where everything took off without a hitch! Our guests loved the food, the spacious venue, and were SO excited to finally dance again!

Our winter wedding

We got married this winter at Avenir! It was amazing, we had such a wonderful experience. Sydney, our event producer, was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Just Amazing

Avenir was the venue straight out of our dreams. They were so thorough, detail oriented and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that your day goes smoothly and exactly how you pictured it. Kirsten Wagner was so helpful and our wedding would not have been so amazing without her. What a team Avenir has. And don't get us started on the food. I am dying for someone I know to get married there so I can come back to eat. Yum! You are waited on hand and foot each time you go to Avenir for a meeting. On our wedding day, they made sure we always had a drink in our hands and food on standby. I just can't say enough about this venue. It is so beautiful inside. Our winter wedding had plenty of places for photo taking. We were even sent a monogrammed pillow after we were married. So cute! Best Wedding Venue

My husband and I could not have been happier with our experience at Avenir. From the very start, everyone was so helpful and made the planning process easy. The venue underwent some big renovations throughout our wedding planning, and it could not have turned out more gorgeous. Our wedding coordinator, Sydney, was incredible. She made our day perfect, and everything ran so smoothly, leaving us free to enjoy our day. The staff the day of the wedding were just as amazing as Sydney, especially Kim our bridal attendant. On top of all this, the food at Avenir is incredible. Our wedding was about 3 months ago, and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Brides and grooms, do yourself a favor and book your wedding at Avenir, you won't regret it!

Highly Recommend!

We had a fabulous experience with our wedding at Avenir! The venue was completely updated inside and out from the time we booked including the beautifully manicured ceremony grounds, modern cocktail area & restrooms, and gorgeous ballroom space. We were absolutely blown away by the finished product!
Sydney was our coordinator and she was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the planning process all the way to the day of!
The food was incredible! We knew this from our tasting, but our guests raved about how amazing it was and how it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We both made it a point to eat our whole meals during the ceremony because we didn’t want to miss out.
We never worried about a thing with regards to our venue, which was a huge weight off our shoulders with all the other details we had to plan. Everything went off without a hitch and our day was perfect! We couldn’t recommend Avenir more!

Ask for Sydney!

We had a wonderful experience with Sydney and the whole Avenir team! We always felt so welcome from the first visit until the wedding night! Sydney was beyond professional and answered our questions so quickly and efficiently. If there was something she wasn't sure of, she made sure to make a note of it and got back to us as soon as she knew. While the weather didn't cooperate and we ended up with a Nor' Easter on our wedding day, the venue was beyond gorgeous and set up exactly as we had imagined. I can't say enough about the comments we received in how smoothly everything went, how DELICIOUS the food was and how gorgeous the venue was. What people don't see is all of the planning and time that goes into it ahead of time and people like Sydney make every step that much easier.

Perfect Fall Wedding

Our wedding at Avenir went above and beyond our expectations! We toured all three Saphire locations and saw Avenir last. We were blown away by the ballroom as soon as the doors opened and made our decision that day. Sydney was so helpful in the planning process and was always quick to reply when we needed help with ideas, arrangements, seating charts, etc. When it finally came down to the wedding day, I felt comfortable letting her take control of everything on my drop off list and knowing that everything would be set up perfectly. The grounds are always impeccable and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are fantastic for photos. The fall foliage was spectacular for our wedding and there were always people working on lawn maintenance during our midweek visits. The food was phenomenal and my guests have since told me it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The list to choose from has a wide range and there is something for everyone. I highly recommend using vendors from their preferred vendor list. They all work together so well and know the venue like the back of their hand.

Avenir was the most perfect venue for our wedding! From the first day we toured it till our actual wedding, the staff at Avenir was amazing. My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding day turned out. We cannot thank our wedding coordinator Sydney enough for all of her help planning our special day. Sydney was always there for us - helping us plan every step of the way. She helped make our day magical. On the day of the rehearsal Sydney made sure that our entire family and wedding party knew exactly what they needed to be doing and knew exactly where to stand. On the day of the wedding Sydney was the one in charge, she made sure all the vendors arrived at the correct time, made sure they set everything up exactly as to how my husband and myself wanted it and made sure the entire wedding ran smoothly. Our bridal attendant Lauren, I cannot say enough kind words about her! She was always there helping me and making sure I was the happiest bride. She always made sure my dress was in order, made sure I ate my dinner and always stayed hydrated :) She checked on us, making sure everything was going just how we envisioned. Thank you Sydney and Lauren! The staff at Avenir truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had the best time. My guests were so impressed with their overall experience. Best Day Ever!

Just got married here and OMG it was amazing. I fell in love with Avenir the moment I saw it, so much so that I booked it without my fiance even seeing it. They just renovated so everything was brand new and gorgeous, chandeliers everywhere!!! All my guests commented on how beautiful the place was.
Sydney was the best part of all of it though. She was the most helpful coolest person ever! Someone needed on your side through all the planning, I couldn't be more happy with her.
The FOOD was AMAZING, weeks later guest are still telling us about how good the Filet was.
Overall the everything was a dream from start to finish.

Great wedding experience

We had a great experience working with the Avenir for our wedding. We planned the wedding in under 6 months, booking Avenir 5 months out. We were sold on Avenir after our tour with Lynne, and we were matched up with Kirsten as our wedding producer. Kirsten was exceptional, and kept us calm and on track throughout the planning, and the team was accommodating to our requests and needs. The space is clean, beautiful and a perfect wedding space, and spacious enough for our 220 guest count. We loved the outdoor space, and were fortunate with the weather to have an outdoor ceremony. We were pleased with the food and desserts, and were thrilled that the Avenir could accommodate our request for Kosher food. We highly recommend the Avenir!

Our day was perfect at Avenir!

We had our wedding at Avenir last week and I couldn’t be happier! This venue is beautiful!! Hillary was our event producer and she was so helpful through the whole process. She was professional, patient, prompt, and always offered ideas and advice when I needed it! The food was delicious! Guests are still talking about how good the meals and hor’dourves were and the service was exceptional!! My day was everything I wanted and more, wish we could do it all over again!!

Quintessentially Elegant Wedding at Avenir!

A touch of classic elegance and a dash of chic glamour are just a few words that highlight our experience at Avenir! The minute we visited and toured Avenir we were immediately taken in by the style, gorgeous chandelier, level of communication and thoroughness to provide us with information and this was just the beginning. We planned our wedding in less than 6 months, and this could not have been accomplished without the amazing, patient and detailed oriented staff at Avenir - who ensured we had not only a wonderful experience but most importantly a memorable one.

Value - amazing! Avenir was reasonably priced, even now as we reflect on the day, we are in awe with the experience and what we paid. Our guests had a wonderful time during the cocktail hour, and we enjoyed the outdoor garden where many photos were taken by our bridal party and photographer. Throughout the night, guests complimented us on the selection of our venue, service and exceptional food! Some of quotes from our guests truly capture the quality of the experience:

Magical Wedding

Avenir was the perfect venue for our wedding. All of the details were covered by our event producer, Sydney, and the rest of the Saphire Event Group team. The venue was beautiful even before the renovations, but I could not believe how magical Avenir became after everything was complete. We were the first outdoor wedding after the gardens were renovated and we received countless compliments on the wonderful scenery. We also received compliments all night regarding the delicious food, both passed appetizers and main courses, and all of the support including bartenders and wait staff.

Overall, we would recommend Avenir and the SEG team for anyone's wedding. They preserved as much cost as they could for us, were incredibly professional, and make our special day perfect in every way.

Absolutely Magical!!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went. We originally signed our contract with Raffael’s but then SEG took over. It was such a smooth transition you would have never known. Lynne and Elizabeth are amazing and helped me with the journey up to the big day. The food is amazing which the guests loved. The space is beautiful inside and out and the service is remarkable. If you are looking for a venue look no further!

Wedding Review

When we originally booked Avenir it was under the previous owners and to say we were nervous was an understatement. We had no idea what to expect knowing that it was under new ownership, but we were immediately impressed by the responsiveness of Heather. Any question or concern we had Heather made sure she took care of. Even the day before the wedding we were calling her with changes and she was SO accommodating and understanding!! Not only was Heather great but the entire staff was absolutely wonderful and everyone truly helped to make our day a success! The venue is gorgeous, and the food was terrific!! Some of our guests said it was the best filet they had ever had! If you want the perfect wedding day I would highly recommend Avenir.

Dream Wedding

Saphire Event Group really made our wedding ceremony and reception one of the best days of our life. From the very first tour of Avenir we knew we had found our venue. The administrative process was so easy to understand and seamless so we could just focus on the details. Once we met with Sydney & Michelle, our event producer and coordinator we felt like we had clear direction on what to do and how to go about it. We opted to plan without a traditional wedding planner but that was no problem with Sydney & Michelle. They highlighted all the fine details and provided organizational tools to pull off a huge wedding of over 200 guests. They worked with last minute changes even up to the day of. The food was spectacular and the ambiance of the whole day was thanks to the entire team at Saphire Event Group.

Day of Magic

Throughout the entire wedding process, they were great and transparent, worth every penny. then the wedding day came and they worked so hard to make everything was perfected. They collaborated with our outside vendors, the wait staff were incredible and the bartenders apparently knew our guests orders after the first time they came up so when they saw certain people in line the drinks were already made. Pretty amazing.

My experience with avenir was insanely unexpected. Everything exceeded my expectations. My preferred Communication was through my email and Kacey was pretty prompt. She always offered her number for texting but i waited until the days up to my wedding to text her and she was super fast and accommodating. She did my centerpieces which included cutting and putting the flowers i bought into bud vases that i provided. That was a huge time saver for me and everything was done so beautifully. She designed all picture frames, florals, guestbook table, etc exactly like my Pinterest board. She made sure i was taken care of and was super attentive. The ceremony, cocktail and reception was organized and well executed. She was able to work on the fly when there were some last minute changes. I highly recommend Kacey on top of avenir from your wedding needs.

A Perfect Wedding at a Perfect Venue

My husband and I were married at Avenir in August of 2018! EVERYTHING was amazing. The staff was outstanding in making sure that our every need was met and taken care of in a timely manner.

There was no point in the entire process where we 2nd guessed our decision to use the venue.

The ballroom is huge and gorgeous with an eye catching chandelier that our still mention. People are always skeptical about wedding food but our guests left full and satisfied!!

There is so much to say about this venue and the people who made everything possible. Lynn, Tina and Sydney were always patient with us and we appreciate everyone's effort to make our day perfect and memorable. You can't go wrong with choosing Avenir!

Avenir - Perfect Wedding

My wife and I booked Avenir just as they had changed ownership. The venue is stunning especially after the Sapphire Event Group added their special touch to it. We met with our producer Hillary on many occasions. She was easy to work with, responsive, and obviously knew what she was doing. The level of detail that the Sapphire Event Group drills down to is amazing. The wedding was perfect; from the service to the food. Nothing could have been done better. People are saying how it was one of the best weddings they had been to. I highly recommend Avenir!

We really loved working with Avenir. When we first heard that Raffael's was under new ownership we were pretty nervous! Sydney and her team did such a great job making it an easy transition for us. Our contract was honored completely and the service was amazing. The chef is highly notable- the food was absolutely delicious. The venue was stunning. We are so happy we chose this venue!

Like a Palace

We fell in love with the venue as they were renovating it, and it turned out even better than we had hoped for! Think modern, art deco vibe with lots of white marble and crystal. The soaring ceiling is easily the height of two floors and the chandeliers are show stoppers.

We got married in June 2019. A year before that we had been to a wedding done by the Saphire Event Group on their other site, Saphire Estate, so we knew the quality of service and food management was going to be great.

The venue itself is giant and gorgeous. The dance floor is easily enough to hold hundreds of people. We only had 120 so we had so much room that I was afraid people wouldn't be able to find our dessert station all the way in the back. I think it would be great for a larger wedding party like 200-300 people. We enjoyed having the space and we had a crowd ready to dance, so thankfully it wasn't too awkward with the roomy dance floor.

Food wise, we loved everything we tasted and literally could not wait to have our wedding to have more. We had appetizers, 2 entrees, dessert, a midnight slider and fries snack, and coffee/tea and cookies to go for favors. We did the alcohol by consumption and came in at what we expected, considering our crowd. We felt like it was a bonus they offered this option instead of by hour, and their prices were reasonable. Since we were having a relatively small wedding at 120 people, we had to meet their spending minimum for Sat evening slot, which we pretty easily met with splurging more on the food/alcohol. Even then they were more economical than some of the other inclusive venues we visited within 30 minutes of Boston, so we were happy to do this.

The whole experience was very professional - we got lucky and had Emma for our coordinator. She has the patience of a saint and is also quick on her feet. She was very clear communicating through all our emails and day of, she saved me during the event a few times when we forgot our traditional costume change at hotel, and my bustle fell down. She was amazing at the timelines and also did all the setup/decoration for me. I would say that some of the event staff otherwise did not perform quite as well, I literally had to hunt some people down when a glass ornament on our sweetheart table broke near the dance floor (I know, bad idea!) since I couldn't see anyone near enough to help and didn't want to risk an accident. The brides attendant was no where to be seen. I want to emphasize that I also had more great experiences with Avenir overall, but I had pretty high expectations going in because of all their reassurances and was disappointed with the particular incidents that happened, including during cleanup when I was very tired and didn't notice when our cake toppers were thrown away on accident. They were mixed in with the left over desserts on the side and we decided not to keep them, not knowing they were placed in the same box. The pastries had fallen over and obscured them, and I'm sentimental so that was a bit of a blow for me.

Overall, no regrets, and I highly encourage any prospective bride to give them or one of their other venues a look! I'm including lots of pictures I took during our two walk throughs and wedding.

Incredible Experience!

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Avenir. Our wedding coordinator, Sydney, was able to help us through the entire planning process by answering all of our questions as quickly and as detailed as possible. She even offered her advice when picking out napkins and tablecloths and proofread my invitations. The venue was incredibly accommodating and able to help us make all of our special touches a reality. We dropped off our decorations and came back to a perfectly designed space.
Our bridal attendant, Jenna, was amazing! She was with us every step of the way on the day of the wedding. From helping with pictures, to making sure they looked perfect, to holding my drinks while we shot pictures, to making sure we ate dinner and actually got to enjoy dessert, she was incredible. She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. In addition to Jenna, Sydney was there the day of the wedding as well and my family could not say enough good things about her. She was fabulous! Besides helping us, she worked with my mom to make sure all of the details for the day of tasks were complete.
We got so many incredible reviews about the food. So many guests came up to us to say that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. Besides Jenna and Sydney, there was an entire team of people that helped to make our day absolutely perfect. Avenir truly understands the wedding process and does everything they can to make the day run as smoothly as possible. They are there through the entire planning process right up until the wedding ends.
The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for photos. The cocktail space is spacious and well set up. We highly recommend the mashed potato bar, our guests are still talking about it! The reception room offers a HUGE dance floor and a beautiful backdrop for any décor. I am so happy we chose Avenir and would highly recommend it. The only feedback that we received that we might change if we were to do it all over again, would be to price out another bartender. There were a few times that we noticed people waiting in line for the bar. Other than that, everyone had an amazing time. The team at Avenir made an especially stressful day, that much easier and we appreciate the ENTIRE team. THANK YOU!

Great Visit

Even though my FH and I didn't choose this venue it was Absolutely Beatiful, prices were reasonable and Lynne was so pleasant to work with and very professonal and down to earth. We would of chosen this place if it was closer to home

A wonderful wedding!

Just had our wedding at Avenir and it was beautiful! I was very stressed leading up to the day with all the moving parts but on the day of I didn't have to worry about anything. Sydney our wedding coordinator was great as well as all the other staff that helped pull off the day flawlessly. You can tell that this is what they do and they are good at it! Our guests are still talking about how smoothly everything went and how good the food was!
