Best Wedding Planner/Coordinator
Please don’t hesitate to hire America for your wedding/event. She is professional, organized, responsive, personable, and easy going. She made the wedding planning process go so smoothly which made me feel so care-free on my wedding day. A bride’s dream. She handled the hiccups with such grace and kept everyone on schedule. Her assistant, Jessica, was just as amazing.-

The BEST Day of Coordinator EVER!
I could write an essay about America. She is the most calm, patient, caring person EVER! She has a background in education, so her patience there bleeds into the success that will be your wedding day. I used her Day of Coordinator service which she calls Month of Coordinator. She would check in throughout the planning process and she never ghosted my emails or text messages.
The day of the wedding, she problem solved a bunch of stuff! My family commented on how having America helped keep the flow of the schedule. She would check in at times but was never overwhelming with her check ins. She gives suggestions for things but isn’t pushy.
She’s bilingual in Spanish and English which was helpful for my parents. She packed up all of my DIY items and bubble wrapped them (I didn’t ask her to do that but she just did it). She has initiative and some skillful patience.
If you hire América, you won’t regret it. I truly mean that. -

America was the best day-of coordinator I could've asked for
America and her team were the best supports for my wedding day which was at a beautiful but very DIY venue. America & her team were highly knowledgable with vendors & logistics, very professional, flexible, and extremely cheerful. My entire party & family loved working with her. Her bilingual abilities were especially helpful for my multicultural family. I highly recommend booking with AV Events. -

Amazing wedding coordinator!
America was fantastic from the minute we first reached out to her. She was always available and answered all of our questions a timely manner. She has a robust list of vendors she works with, many of whom we hired. When we ran into a small hiccup two nights before our wedding, she made herself available for a late evening call and helped calm our nerves and problem solve. Truly the best coordinator we could have asked for! -

Authentic Awesome Team
America and her team are amazing! I think it’s easy to find someone to do the job and task at hand. But America and her team really care about their clients wants and needs for the wedding. And on wedding day will constantly check on you. They are very personable and humble people.
Planning a wedding can be stressful but America and her team made it very easy and laid out the expectations and will give out suggestions if asked. -

An Excellent Wedding Coordinator
We hired America for partial planning/coordination for our wedding at Pomona College in June 2022 and we cannot recommend her enough!!
We found America Valle through wedding wire and when we reached out to her she was very quick to respond, kind, and professional. America was always prompt when we asked her questions whether it was through text or email and she went the extra mile to help us review vendor contracts and provide suggestions. She also provided us with her list of vendors, sample timelines, and gave us great suggestions on how to adjust our timeline so we could make the most of all the activities and events we wanted to include. Prior to our wedding day, America went with us to check out our venue and gave us great suggestions on how to utilize and organize the spaces. On the day of the wedding, America did an excellent job of helping us set up our ceremony and reception areas so that the space looked beautiful and better than how we envisioned it. She kept the day organized and did a fantastic job of communicating with all of the vendors so we could enjoy the day stress free. Many of our guests complimented how organized our wedding was, which we could not have done without America. We highly recommend booking her for your wedding.

Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how we feel about America. Her expertise & experience speaks for itself. America was always responsive, supportive, knowledgeable & grounded; something I felt I lacked while wedding planning in the middle of a pandemic, & after having to postpone our wedding. Working with America felt like being with family. She made us feel comfortable at all times, she has a sweet personality, great sense of humor, & is always ready for business. She had our back with any wedding issues or nuisances that ever came up, advocating for us whenever needed. Her experience, great organization skills, & tips helped wedding planning be significantly less stressful. Everything You Want In a Day-Of Coordinator
We wanted to keep our wedding simple, but as our plans came together we realized we needed someone to oversee all the moving parts - vendors filling out paperwork and showing up on time, all the little pieces of décor getting to the right place, making sure we had thought of everything we needed, and the thousand other things that go into a wedding. America was exactly who we needed. She's both professional and easy going, prompt and relaxed. And she knows just what you need to work out to ensure your day runs smoothly. Not to mention that she stuck with us through two postponements! I am recommending America to all my engaged friends - she and her team are the best money you can spend on your wedding to make sure it all goes right and doesn't stress you out. -

AV Events is a fantastic company with exceptional service!
America was so pleasant and wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning experience. My wedding was originally planned pre-covid. After COVID hit we were forced to cancel/ postpone out event twice. America was nothing but understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. 2.5 years later and we finally had a wedding celebration event scheduled. America was fantastic the day of. She had everything covered for set up and had communicated with all my vendors days before to ensure everyone was ready. I recommend America to everyone and would absolutely hire her again in the future. Look no further, America is your coordinator! -

Wedding Planner
I’m so glad I had America to help on my wedding day, as well anything I needed before the big day. She responds quickly to text/email, even when she was at the airport! She is supportive and is always cheering you on, especially when you most need it. America goes above and beyond for her clients. She even provided some items for the wedding, which is was a life saver! These included gold charger plates, Mr. and Mrs. sweetheart table sign, cake topper, votive candle holders and electric candles for them. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoy it and take in every moment. She’s great and you’ll be so thankful you hired her! -

Best Wedding Coordinator EVER!
America with AVEvents21 helped my wife and I coordinate our dream wedding and did an AMAZING JOB!!!
From the beginning to the end America was very responsive, attentive, easy to talk to, hard working, professional, and the list goes on and on. She took away a lot stress for us and she let us borrow many decorations for our wedding. She has a huge selection of wedding props that she let us use. The day of the wedding, she brought two assistants with her, who were also on top of everything throughout the wedding. All three of them did an amazing job! America gave us so many wonderful ideas and great advice when we didn’t know what to do. She made a precise time line and helped us plan out everything we wanted to do on in the wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly and reminded us of everything we had previously talked about during the planning. She was always available to meet in person or via phone anytime, any day. There were some unexpected things that our venue changed last minute and America figured it all out for us. She helped us print our sitting chart when we were not able to print it in time. That was a life saver! Thank you! She contacted all the venders ahead of time and made sure everyone did their job accordingly and made sure everyone got paid in full and on time.

Amazing coordinator
America was an amazing day of coordinator. She was available and ready to help with anything I needed before the wedding and really helped me on on a vendor emergency 4 days before our event. The day of she went above and beyond helping me set up appetizers and decor. My wedding coordinator
When Marco and I decided to get married we didn’t realize all the details that went into it but thanks to America we learned quickly. I wanted something small and simple my husband wanted something big but we compromised with a celebration at our uncles ranch house and it was perfect.As my guest list kept growing I was nervous to deal with so many people but America took care of everything she really goes above and beyond!She set up my entrance table,my guest list table,The couples table and the best she made my cake look so good I order it plain but didn’t have time to add anything to it so she added some flowers, and a topper it looked great. Organized, punctual, flexible, America gets the job done!
My husband and I are so grateful we hired America to help us navigate our wedding. She has such a kind attitude and she knows how to get the job done. I was so stressed before I hired her and I wish I had hired her much sooner! Her price points were affordable
which was another plus for us. She made everything easy, including helping me understand my venues requirements because as you'll see venue agreements can be long and full of rules that can seem overwhelming.
She has worked on so many weddings she's an absolute pro. Whenever I had a question I was able to text her and she would reply almost immediately. She's also very organized. When it came time to do the walk through with our venue even our venue manager told me she was impressed with America and that I was in good hands.
The day of our wedding everything was perfect. I was a little anxious in general but I had nothing to worry about. She coordinated with all my vendors and they each knew where to go thanks to her and her assistant. She communicated with me throughout the night and she kept us on schedule. All in all it was an amazing night and it was 100% thanks to America. -

America and her team did absolutely amazing!!! I could not have the perfect wedding I had without her! She was there and ready for any issues that occurred and helped them go without notice. Since the day I booked her (10 months in advance) she was always there for any questions and checked in through out our planning to make sure we had everything we needed! So glad I made the choice in booking her because without her I would have been a mess! If you are torn between booking her ... DO IT! She is worth more than any money can buy!

America is great!
From the moment we met America she was extremely responsive, prepared and so positive! We hired her as a day of coordinator, but she provided us with vendor recommendations and advice. She was always honest with us and so sweet (but packs a small punch to get things done!). She is efficient and makes sure everyone is having a great time at the wedding. I promise planning our wedding was not easy, but America helped with many bumps in the road and on the day of. Even during the event she communicated with us but kept the party going and all of the guest happy (include us bride and groom). During vendor meetings she was extremely helpful. I will say she is a very busy women (which goes to show how good she is, if she is in demand), but regardless she is very responsive and patient. She is a great event coordinator and now friend -

America was wonderful from start to finish. It definitely shows how much experience she has, as it's very apart how skilled she is at her job. She was highly professional, extremely organized, and adapted very quickly to sudden changes. Thses girls are wonderful! They brought up many small details to my attention before the wedding. During the wedding the took care of everything, even things that naturally came up. Amazing experience
America was absolutely amazing! We hired her as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to make our day smooth and worry free. Since the first day we decided to hire American, she recommended vendors and would check in with us to make sure we were ok. Weeks prior to our day we met and left our meeting without any doubts or questions. She just told us to relax and enjoy every minute and she will take care of the rest.... and she did. If there were issues she sure took care of it. She created a timeline of which she sent to all the vendors and made sure everyone followed it. Her and her assistant kept us right on track on everything. My husband was impressed and relieved on how smooth things went. I will definitely recommend and have recommended her to other brides. Professional and on point
I hired America and her team as a day of coordinator and I can honestly say my wedding wouldn't have gone smooth without their help. The first moment I met America, I knew I was in good hands. She was very easy to talk to and had a lot of great suggestions. Any time I had questions or need to call her, she would respond very quickly. She had great communication with our other vendors and with us as well. During our wedding, they followed the timeline so precisely and when there were changes to the timeline it didn't conflict with the other activities planned in the wedding. Our wedding was amazing thanks to them. =D -

DOC-a must!
After it was all said and done, one thought crossed my mind: I was so happy that America was there!
The morning after our wedding as we reminisced- both my husband and I were truly thankful that we made room in our budget for a DOC. Our wedding was absolutely smooth thanks to America and her assistant. Leading up to the day she was always available and checked in on us. She was much more than a DOC and I 100% recommend her. Amazing Wedding Coordinator
America was a life saver on the day of my wedding. I'm so happy she was a part of our big day. Not only did she answer my questions during the process in a quick manner but she had many tips for me. Our wedding was perfect
America was great throughout the whole wedding process. I would text/email her any time of the day for any reason and she always replied with such a positive attitude. Her and her team definitely took care of not only myself & my husband but the whole wedding party and our guests. -

Could not have a better helper
I got America's info from a friend who works with her at events often. Since we had a lot of the details already confirmed we hired America for Day of help. She was amazing, in no way could I have survived that day without her and her assistant Jessica. They were both lovely, and did check ins before the event. All my guests had a blast and my husband and I felt like we were supported. 5 stars for sure! -

Genuine, Warm, Detail-Oriented, and Trustworthy
Let me just say that from day one America made us feel taken care of from top to bottom. She was really invested from the get go to make our dream day come true. She’s got a big smile and a bigger heart. She understood our love and focused her talents on magnifying it. She went above and beyond for every single process. America juggles so much for other people but when she works with you, you would never think that to be the case. Every meeting is so genuine, and fluid that we felt like we were getting all the attention we could ask for. We could call her, text her, and shed already be in front of any worry we had about anything. She is very organized and did such a great job communicating with us and all the other vendors. For everything that was asked of her, she’d be worth it just in the planning alone.
And we can’t praise her enough for the day-of. Not only was she excellent in lassoing together the caterers, the flowers, the bartenders, the rentals, the DJ, etc., but she was there early to setup, there last to clean up, and on top of her schedule for every little thing. She’s great at anticipating the details like adjusting bridesmaid straps, queuing the music, scuttling guests, and working around silly venue policies. She is so warm, and proficient, and experienced that we couldn’t imagine our day without her and her team. We could go on and on - but beyond our amazing experience with them, we treasure the way they allowed us to appreciate everything about that day. It seemed flawless – no hiccups. You’re in the best hands with her crew and we highly recommend.

I hired America 2 months before my wedding and I wish I hired her a lot sooner! I originally hired her just as my day of coordinator but I realized I couldn't have my special day within my budget without her experience and expertise. Her recommended vendors were compatible with everything I had hoped! She went above and beyond for me in such a short amount of time. America dealt with every detail and every individual in my big family, with such patience and grace. Hiring her let me relax and enjoy not only my wedding day but also have fun in the stressful days leading up to it!

1 word: Amazing!
I hired America as my day of planner a few months back since I was getting married in a restaurant and knew I would need help with coordinating things the day of the wedding.
America started working with us about 2 months before our actual wedding day. She helped me put together timelines, vendor contact information and a whole bunch of other things. She was always super responsive (day or night), and always made sure to check in on how we were doing. She calmed my nerves a lot during a pretty stressful few months of planning.
She's one of the sweetest people I've ever met, she's extremely organized and on top of everything and her and her assistant were just an overall pleasure to deal with. They took away the stress of the wedding the day of and really helped us so much along the way. We couldn't have gotten through these last 2 months without her. I can't recommend her enough and honestly regret that I didn't hire her earlier on to help me plan the entire wedding.

America was really great in handling whatever came to us during our wedding day! I was a diy bride and I forgot a lot of things like batteries for the lights, my plan for the sweetheart table wasn't so much put together but she was able to take that stress of me during the day of. -

Professional, super easy to talk to, and extremely helpful even months before the wedding!
America was great to work with! Overall, she did a very good job at executing the vision that we started with. Not everything went according to plan and we were running behind schedule all day but she was flexible with the timeline changes and communicated them to the banda and DJ. Despite the delays, she was still able to make everything that we put in the original timeline happen. The thing we loved most about working with America was that she was always easily available to give us vendor recommendations even months before the wedding. She helped us find our Florist and Makeup Artist and they did amazing work.
The only thing 2 things that sadly didn't go according to plan were the ceremony layout and the dessert table we had planned. The ceremony setup was not placed according to the diagram because the florist placed the pillars on top of the bridge, covering us from our guests. The pillars were supposed to go on the aisles where guests were seated and we had made note of that on the venue diagrams. As for the dessert table, the issue was mainly the fault of the venue but we would have hoped America would've fixed this when finishing up the reception decor and noticing that the cakes were sitting on an empty table without desserts arranged behind them. Some guests told us that the venue staff started throwing desserts into the trash before the night was even over and it upset us to hear that because we paid for all of that. We had also specifically paid an extra hour so that America could help us set up some to-go boxes that we purchased for any leftover desserts. As mentioned, part of this was by fault of the venue but we simply would've wanted America to handle this better on our behalf.
Overall she was very great to work with! Whenever we had our meetings we always felt like she understood the vision we had and she understood that we wanted the night to be unforgettable for our guests. Although we felt stressed for the first half of the night, we only received compliments from our guests and so many of us told us that they had an amazing time and that it was a beautiful wedding. Many guests didn't notice the things that we knew were going wrong but the show went on and that is all thanks to America! She made sure our guests didn't notice a thing with the delays and bar issues and we are extremely grateful to her for keeping the night going even when we felt like things were getting messed up. Thank you America! -

I met America and AV Events at the redondo Beach wedding convention couple
Months before my wedding and although I didn’t think I needed a coordinator
To my wedding at the moment I am SO GLAd and HAPPY that I ended up hiring her as my coordinator to my wedding. She truly is THE BEST!! When I did hired her she only had two weeks to help me with my entire wedding! She helped me with my timeline, vendors, details for the tables, my candy table and all the stress that comes with it. She was so patience dealing with my ideas, my mother in law ideas and was so professional at all times and listened to everything we had to say. She TRULY made everything happened so beautifully at my wedding . If I could start all over One thing I would do different is Hiring Av Events from the beginning of my wedding planning I know I could of been less stress however, I had this crazy idea that I was able to do it on my own but boy, was I wrong!!!!! If it wasn’t for America and Av Events I doubt my wedding would Of came out as organized and beautiful as it did. So please Brides do yourself a favor and hire Av Events When thinking of a wedding coordinator to your wedding YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
