Autumn's Custom Catering went above and beyond for our wedding and we are truly grateful we found them!! Claudine was amazing with handling allergies and dietary restrictions in our family. The vegan nut-free pesto was so good that my mom, who is a very picky eater, even ate lots of it. All of our guests had high praise for the food, drinks, and desserts. The bar service was top-notch and worked seamlessly alongside our venue's wine bar.
We asked for 3 custom cheesecake flavors for our wedding cheesecake and all of them were a huge hit! The honeycomb cheesecake she made could truly be her signature dish it was so good! We hope we can commission a mini one for our future anniversary. You could really tell she put so much thought and care into making the flavors.
Price was one of the more affordable rates we were able to find (especially for the great quality and value) which made it all possible. Service was also fantastic! They brought out hors d'oeuvre for our wedding party during the cocktail hour photo session so they didn't get too hungry. They were also very attentive to us and made sure we got food and packed up all leftovers. Very organized and super efficient and VERY DELICIOUS!
We highly recommend them to everyone (especially if you have any allergies). Loved their service so much we've been referring several engaged friends to them.Autumn's Custom Catering and Cafe's reply:

Claudine and her team were fantastic. The food was amazing and we had several options to choose from. She was very considerate of food allergies. She has lovely team of employees working for her. Zoey and Glen were our day of wedding coordinators and they were energetic, extremely reliable and helpful with the organization during the event. Great food!
We recommend Autumn’s Catering to anyone looking for a reasonably priced caterer in the Richmond area. Their food was very good and desserts were a hit! Their staff was professional and timely on the wedding day. Claudine and her crew are absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding reception and it was all delicious, flawless, and basically perfect. We had to reschedule our original reception at the very last minute due to positive COVID tests for both the bride and groom. Autumn's Custom Catering were so flexible and accommodating and really helped us wade through such an emotional and potentially horrible nightmare. The catering for my wedding was PERFECT. The food was exactly what we wanted and it was DELICIOUS. The service was OUTSTANDING, several of my guests commented on how kind and professional the staff were. They really went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. I had a backyard wedding of 50 guests and my best friend was doing all the day of organizing, so no wedding planner/organizer, but the communication was so good and the staff so efficient that there was no stress. Amazing food and professional service
Autumns Custom Catering did not disappoint! From their delicious food to their over the top amazing service we really couldn't have asked for more. They kept the appetizers moving and even made sure to come to my husband and I during pictures to make sure we were eating, we got the Jerk Chicken, the Pasta salad and the Crab balls and they were all a bit hit! Dinner service was fantastic, got the folks through the buffet line easily and quickly, the bartenders were fun and kept the lines short, and the cupcakes and cookies were fantastic!

From the very first day they have ALL been amazing to work with! We never, ever had an issue with anything regarding them. Their prices are by far the best in town for the quality of food and services they provide. They also helped my family set up the decor the day of the wedding since they were running behind due to the keys got locked in my parents car. I also had someone go out of their way to fix the button that broke on my dress with a safety pin right before introductions. I can’t recommend Claudine and her staff enough, I am so thankful for them! They were so kind and professional from start to finish. They answered all of my questions promptly and believe me, I had A LOT of questions that I would randomly realize I forgot to ask, and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They were always happy to help and even made me an AWESOME small cutting cake for a very reasonable price. Everything in fact was reasonably priced, and even when there was a small mix up on our invoice, Claudine was quick to reach out personally to make it right. She and her staff truly care about the events they are a part of, so if you are considering using Autumn’s Custom Catering for your event, DO IT, you will not be disappointed!Autumn's Custom Catering and Cafe's reply:

We were planning a wedding at a vineyard in Nelson County, VA but live in Raleigh, NC. Not being from the area we didn’t have anyone to ask for recommendations. When searching online, we found that most options in the area were either BBQ (too informal for what we were looking for) or French gourmet (too formal for what we wanted.) We found Autumn’s Custom Catering on the wedding planning website, Zola, and then did some research on them. The menu choices were just what we were looking for, and reasonably priced. We reached out to Claudine, the owner and I’m so thankful they were available for our wedding day, 10/29/2022. Even though they’re based in Richmond, they were willing to make the drive to our venue (for a very reasonable price). The food was AMAZING. We chose ham, lasagna, and chicken marsala, along with veggies. Everything was served family style, and the servers who helped were all so wonderful and attentive. Since the meal came with a variety of cupcakes, we opted to have just a small wedding cake made by a friend to cut, and served the guests the cupcakes. They were so delicious! My mother’s favorite cake is carrot cake, but she is *very* particular about her carrot cake. Most are simply spice cake with some carrot flakes in it. My mom loved the carrot cake cupcakes. And the chicken was so tender, you didn’t need a knife to cut it. Claudine and her servers got all the centerpieces set out for us as well as the table settings. Everything was just perfect. They also packed up all the leftovers and labeled them so we could take them home. She even included a lovely goodie bag just for my husband and I to take back to our hotel. ACC perfectly accommodated our wedding menu requests. They were flexible, easy to work with, and provided clear communication and lots of staff support. Autumn's Custom Catering was a dream to work with for my wedding! I was DIYing a lot of things and they were so helpful in the planning process and it went off without a hitch! They were so responsive during the planning process and flexible with changes made. And the food... Oh my gosh the food was FANTASTIC! People were raving about them. And they made sure we got to actually eat on the wedding day which was so helpful. We had a winter wedding and they did a hot cocoa bar which was a hit!! Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! From the start, I was drawn to Autumn’s because I felt like they really and truly cared about my husband and I, my wedding, and their food. The service and the food was wonderful. Several members of my family and myself are gluten free and Claudine didn’t bat an eye when we asked for modifications like GF Mac and cheese. We loved that they brought us our delicious dinner to the sweetheart table (we had a buffet), filled our champagne glasses for a toast, and most importantly that the staff helped my parents when they were trying to fill dinner plates for themselves as well as my elderly grandparents at the same time. From the very start, Claudine was extremely helpful, responsive, and provided a ton of menu options to accommodate my budget. Upon booking, she was equally responsive and helpful when I had random questions between January and the event itself. On Saturday, Claudine and her staff arrived to the venue in advance of their expected time, and both were courteous and friendly to myself and all of the guests. The brunch buffet set up was BEAUTIFUL, and the food received rave reviews for taste, quality, quantity, and presentation. Best part is folks were fighting over who could take the left overs home as Claudine neatly boxed them all up for us to divvy out, so there was no food waste whatsoever. I would most certainly book with Autumn's again as it was a fantastic experience. Service is top notch, food quality is fantastic, and the staff are just SUPER sweet all for a competitive price compared to the 4 or 5 other area caterers I contacted!
