LOVE, Best decision we made for our wedding!!
We learned about the service from our wedding planner and are so glad we booked them. We received our rental by UPS three days before the event. My husband and I recorded a message by pressing and holding the button for several seconds. You will then hear the beep when you can start and release the button when you are done. It’ll instantly stop recording and playback. If you don’t like your greeting, repeat it. This is the greeting all your guests will hear before the beep. They include a USB charger we charged the day before, there is a there is an indicator light on the bottom that shows the status, one crucial thing. Make sure you leave it on the hook. If you take it off the hook, it will start recording and start draining your battery and recording. Just make sure the phone is ALWAYS on the hook during transit. The day of process was really easy for our guests. The rental includes a picture frame sign with instructions. We placed the phone on the welcome table/seating chart (in the foyer) after researching. I like the fact that they give the option to collect the SD card right out of the phone the night of. They also do give you an option where they can download the Messages and send you a shared link later. I personally didn’t want my personal messages reviewed. Remember that a microSD card is very small (Dont lose it!), We upgraded to the vintage message player, so when my sister took the microSD card out of the phone, we put it directly in the player to ensure we didn’t lose the card. My husband and I decided to bring the message player on our honeymoon and play at our hotel. Our family and friends' messages are simply amazing. So glad I got a priceless keepsake for the rest of our lives together. I can only imagine being able to hear my mother's messages if she had this for her wedding! -

Easy process to order. Great communication
This was so easy to order and communication is outstanding. They answered all questions quickly. I can’t want to get the phone for the wedding. -

So much fun!
We rented The Guestbook Phone for our daughter’s wedding and it was great! They have so many fun messages from family and friends for memories of their day. Easy to use and great customer service too!! -
