My husband and I booked our wedding for a date only a month away. We booked at Chapel Dulcinea for the only Saturday date for 3 months. I was so over my head in planning. Extremely stressed for all the little things that go into a wedding you don’t realize you need until you book the date. I reached out to ATX elopements and Peary photography and IMMEDIATELY felt relief. The team listened to my wants and knew exactly what my vision was. They answered all of my questions anytime I had something arise. They sent numerous detailed price breakdown sheets with UNBEATABLE prices as I added new things to the list. The day of the event they handled literally everything. I was calm because I was confident not only they would do the job but do it to perfection. I was never uncomfortable I really got to enjoy the day. They kept me on timeline and let me know what to expect next. The floral was beautiful. Exactly what i described!! The photography we had done thought of every combination and I didn’t miss anything combinations. They met all of my key things that were important to me and my family. I cannot thank them enough for my day. It wouldn’t have gone so amazingly if it weren’t for them. -

We used Bill and Karen for photos, flowers and officiating. They were amazing, and they got every shot we asked for plus many more! All the photos were above our expectations. They were in sync with each other the entire time making sure every single shot was caught from different angles. They also did our Photo Booth which was so amazing, all while doing photos of the reception. Every time someone popped a phone out they were right behind them getting a professional photo! Every shot came out clear and beautiful. We also got our photos back super quick even before we got back from our honeymoon! I recommend this amazing family to everyone I know. We will continue to use them for any future professional photos we need! You will not regret it. If we were able to give 10 stars we would. -

Peary Photography is the best
The peary’s were amazing during the entire process of our wedding. They were a jack of all trades they were officiant, photographer, florist and coordinator and they accomplished all that masterfully. They captured some amazing moments of our special day and even some awesome BTS photos, our bouquets were beautiful and they made us feel relaxed and calmed all our nerves and made sure our only worry was just enjoying the day.

Fantabulous!
Karen is a sweetheart and an experienced wedding officiant. She made our special day very personal and happy for us. We could not have had a better officiant.
Bill was our photographer. He is very kind, talented, and professional with a great eye for taking beautiful photos. He made us feel at ease, told jokes and stories while capturing the right shots.

Bill, Karen and Allie were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We happened to meet them at Chapel Dulcinea, our wedding venue, and from the very first interaction they were kind, warm and sweet.
We ended up hiring them last minute, about 3 weeks before the wedding date, and not only were they available but super willing to work with us. We were kind of lost in the process and with their guidance we got a super customized package, ideal for our needs and it worked perfectly.
We were a little nervous because our wedding was organized kind of last minute, but thanks to them on the wedding day it all felt like it was planned months in advance. Everything they made for us was gorgeous, from the flowers for the wedding cake to the boutonnieres.
We could not emphasize enough how amazing Karen was as an officiant. We are a same sex couple and had a hundred requests for the officiant's speech and Karen delivered. The way she lead our ceremony was flawless, she made it emotional and special in a respectful and solemn way, we weren't expecting that, we had a tough family crowd to please and she brought tears in everybody's eyes with the way she handled every minute of it.
Bill was just as amazing, he took care of our photography and it's funny how the entire day went by in a blink of an eye, everything was blurry at the end of the day but Bill captured every detail of it.
We were surprised with the amount of details he captured, and now thanks to them, we can remember and keep those moments forever.
At the end, they took care of details we didn't even think of, very impressed with their work, we couldn't recommend them enough, specially if your wedding is at Chapel Dulcinea, do not hesitate to hire them, they are the real deal. -

Amazing and stress free day!
Bill & Karen did an amazing job on our wedding day and made everything so simple and easy!! Me and my now Wife :) we’re so confused on wedding and how everything needs to be coordinated and it was pretty daunting for us but on our actual wedding day it was a dream! Karen did an amazing job coordinating, and bill also did an amazing job making sure every moment was captured beautifully and perfect timing. I definitely recommend them, we chose the all inclusive package and they provided us a beautiful bouquet for my wife and cannot forget how Allie was also very helpful over the phone and explained me the whole process very well. Thank you Bill, Karen & Allie! -

Brilliant in every way!
Bill and Karen are simply amazing. They made our day so fun and effortless. Their dynamic is incredible and made us feel so comfortable from the very first moment. We are so incredibly happy with the work of Peary Photography (photography for engagement photoshoot, bridal photoshoot, and wedding day; videography for wedding day; coordination for wedding day).
For the photography, from the very first meeting, it was clear that Bill Peary is passionate about his craft and incredibly skilled. He went above and beyond to ensure that every shot was perfect for our engagement and bridal photoshoots and our wedding day. The end result was a stunning collection of photographs that truly tell the story of our love and wedding.
Bill's attention to detail, artistic eye, and ability to capture both perfect portraits and candid moments make him a truly talented photographer. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a wedding photographer. He exceeded all my expectations, and we are forever grateful for the memories he captured for us. We will treasure the photos our whole lives!
Not only did Bill capture stunning and beautiful photos of our special day, but he also had a very fast turn around time. We received the photos only several days after our wedding which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to share our memories with family quickly. We especially really appreciated this fast turn around since my grandma, who was unable to attend the wedding due to her health, was able to enjoy seeing the photos before she sadly passed away only two weeks and a half after the wedding. I will always remember the smile on my grandma’s face and her joy as we showed her the stunning wedding photos.
For the wedding videography, we also appreciated how we received the sneak peak 1 min trailer earlier than we expected, and we were able to make a suggestion for a small edit to the video upon previewing it. We were pleasantly surprised at the crisp audio quality in the video since it was a very windy day. The editing style was very cinematic and made us feel special like we were in a movie. It was great how John, the videographer, captured the entirety of important events throughout the day. At first we chose the option for just the 7-8 min highlight video, but after our wedding day we realized we really wanted to be able to re-watch the entire ceremony, first dance, toasts in their entirety. It was a relief that we had the option to upgrade our video package to include the longer documentary video with all the important events.
For the wedding coordination, Karen Peary was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Not only was she incredibly organized and efficient, but she was also kind, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever we needed.
Karen’s attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day. Our wedding day was bizarrely very cold at 25 deg F, and our ceremony was at the outdoor Chapel Dulcinea. Karen was so helpful, prepared with hand warmers and an extra tissue, and was supportive in checking up on how we were doing in the cold.
We really appreciated Karen and Allie’s quick responses to our many questions before the wedding via email, and we appreciated the excel spreadsheet they sent which helped us organize the timeline and key details.
Overall, the Peary team made our photoshoots and wedding day truly special, and we are sincerely grateful to them and highly recommend them! -

The Peary's did an EXCELLENT job for our wedding photos! We hired them to take our photos the day of & they executed everything in such a seamless & structured way. I am a very detailed person & the Peary's gave me a run for my money with their very detailed spreadsheet, all to ensure the pictures WE wanted captured, were captured. Highly Recommend!
Peary Photography went above and beyond for our big day. We could not have asked for a better experience with them. Karen did my bouquet and other florals for us and took my vision and created exactly what I had pictured. Our photos came our better than we had imagined and we loved reliving our special day through all of the photos. So many memories were made and we are so thankful we have the photos to look back on. Bill, Karen and Allie were amazing to work with! We ended up using their floral services, and my husband and I felt like we had the prettiest arrangements we had ever seen! They were all extremely responsive and cared so much about making our day just perfect. Allie helped us with coordination and made the booking process so smooth. I shared a vision with Karen, and she was able to create arrangements beyond my expectations that were even prettier than the inspiration pics that I sent. Bill made the delivery on our wedding day, and he went above and beyond to make sure the bridal bouquet, arrangements, and all the corsages/boutonnieres were perfect placed/pinned on everyone. My husband and I recently got married in Austin, TX. No stress at this wedding!
Bill and Karen had so many ideas on how to take the greatest photos and capture the magic in the the moment. We got married on a Wednesday and they were very flexible with their schedules to help us. I’m in the military and wore my dress blues and bill took some incredible pictures of my uniform before I put it on and he was so delicate and treated it with such care. I really appreciated the amount of respect he had for our uniforms, dress and suits. We had my wife’s sisters baby in a lot of the photos, baby Tj. Bill was so sweet, using his hands to make funny gestures to make Tj look at him and laugh while he took the photos, Tj melted and kept trying to copy bill by pretending to take pictures with his hands. Karen was very sweet and made our ceremony 10x better than what we thought it was gonna be. My wife and I are awkward people especially when it comes to pictures, we felt so comfortable around bill and Karen. I felt so relieved that we had 2 of the best and nicest people on earth to help us with our wedding and do our photography and the ceremony! -

Beautiful Photos!
Bill, Karen and Allie at Peary are amazing!! We used them for both engagement photos and bridal portraits and could not have been happier with our pictures. Not only are they kind and fun people, but they helped pose us in so many cute ways for our engagement photos and we LOVE how they turned out! I absolutely love my bridals too. Karen made me a beautiful bouquet, Bill brought me a glass of wine, and my parents and I had the best day with them! My bridal portrait are gorgeous and I will treasure them forever. The Best of the Best
I contacted Peary Photography about 3 weeks in advance of an impromptu wedding on July 4th. Allie took the time to discuss options and how they could help the day of the wedding. She made me so very comfortable especially since I lived out of state. The day of the wedding Karen and Bill really helped us through the process of the ceremony and reception. We had a small emergency with the officiant they offered to assist if needed. It wasn't needed but it was nice to know they were in our corner. Not sure the wedding would have gone as well as it did without them. The Bride and Groom are still thanking me for hiring them. -

Like many couples, my fiancé and I had our wedding canceled due to COVID. When we realized we didn't want to put off our wedding for an indefinite amount of time, we decided to just go ahead and elope! We gave ourselves 2 weeks to get everything planned. IT WAS AWESOME! Allie took care of almost everything for us. With every question I had, she had a quick and knowledgeable response. She worked so hard to schedule, procure, put together everything we wanted in such a short amount of time. I was able to text her and throughout this time and she was very responsive. The day of, Allie and her parents took charge and shuffled us to where we needed to go, made sure everything was set up, had things run smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Everything we had discussed and what I had envisioned came to life. It was exactly what we wanted!! HAVE I MENTIONED IT WAS A BARGAIN?! Many 'pop up' style wedding coordinators have packages for you to choose from with set prices. That's not how ATX Elopements works. They price out EACH ITEM for you and it's all transparent and available for you to view on their website. So we were able to get everything we wanted, nothing more, nothing less, for a fair price. If you're wondering whether you should hire them, just do it. You won't be disappointed. -

Karen and Bill were so amazing to work with for our elopement! We kept going back and forth on what we wanted to do due to COVID, and they were so supportive and responsive through the whole process. Amazing Vendor!
The Pearys have been amazing to work with...even during a pandemic!! Our original wedding plans fell through due to COVID 19, but Allie was determined that a virus was not going to stop us from getting married. When this flustered bride called, Allie had several back up plans and ideas for us. We ended up having Bill officiate our marriage on a rainy day at Mount Bonnell. It ended up being just the three of us, but it was very special and we are thankful that the Pearys were able to make that day happen for us. The Pearys have been super responsive every time I have reached out through email/text/phone. They have also been super helpful with organizing a timeline for the wedding and adding some creative ideas for photo opportunities. We are looking forward to having Peary Photography do our postponed wedding ceremony with our families in July! -

Perfect COVID-19 wedding!
When we learned that our May 2 wedding plans would have to be postponed due to COVID-19, the Pearys stepped in and offered the perfect solution to honor our original wedding date and destination - an intimate elopement ceremony! They worked with our venue to get permission to use the site and served as photographer and officiant. Honestly, it was the perfect wedding! Karen even helped me with my veil, which was special since I was all alone in the bridal suite. She also brought a beautiful spring bouquet for me to use The day was perfect, and the photos were beautiful. Thanks for making our day so special! -
