I am very happy that I chose Brandie to do hair and makeup for my wedding day. Before even meeting her, we spoke on the phone and I honestly felt like I was speaking to an old friend. She is so friendly and funny. We then scheduled a trial a few weeks before the wedding to see how everything would look. I was expecting to go to her place but she actually came to me, which was really helpful because I was so busy with wedding planning stuff and I really appreciated her being so accommodating. On the wedding day she and her associate Mandy were very professional, took their time with every detail and worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend to other friends who are getting married, or anyone who is looking to get dolled up for a special day. -

We loved Brandice! Her and her assistant felt like part of the group each time. She is very skilled and listens to what you want. If there is a event in the future that I will need hair and makeup done, I will be calling her back up! -

Brandice Farrar and Henry Norfleet were amazing. They arrived on time to my home to start hair and makeup on 6 girls from my bridal party and myself the bride. They performed flawlessly. My girls were so happy with their look and that made me very happy. They looked exactly how I wanted. Classic, timeless and romantic. As for my hair and makeup, OMG!! It was exactly the way I have dreamed my whole life. I just showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were able to replicate the look for me. I felt beautiful, timeless and romantic. When my now husband saw me for the first time during our first look picture session he was so happy of the way I look that he constantly was telling me "you look stunning", "OMG you look amazing", "you look so beautiful". I knew that my hair and makeup team had delivered based on his reaction. It made me so happy!! All hair and makeup lasted perfectly the whole night. They did a fabulous job!!! -

I recently attended a gala for Great 100 nurses of NC and Brandice did my hair and makeup. I love the makeover! I highly recommend her. She has the expertise to make you look great. Brandice has a wonderful personality. If ever I will have another event, I will get her service and the price is very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer! -

I was looking for an airbrush makeup artist for my wedding when I found Attraction Makeup! I worked with Brandie for my wedding and she made me feel comfortable and beautiful. We had 7 people including myself getting hair and make-up done and everyone looked stunning when we walked down the aisle. She was professional the entire planning process! -

Brandi and her assistant, Hank, were the hair and makeup artists for my wedding in May 2014. They did my hair and makeup in addition to that of three bridesmaids. First, and most importantly, everyone loved the way they looked during the wedding!!! Both Brandi and her assistant made sure that my bridesmaids and I were comfortable while getting ready and that everyone looked perfect! Brandi was very patient with me during my hair and makeup trial, as she worked REALLY hard to make sure we got everything just right for the big day. My three bridesmaids and I all agree that we would all use this team again for any future weddings/events. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Brandi and her team at Attraction Makeup! They were professional, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and did a wonderful job :) -

Those are a few words I'd use to describe Brandie Farrar owner of Attraction Makeup Artistry. I initially worked with her on a film and was so pleased with what I saw, I decided to hire her for a big night out - The Cary Debutante Ball [January 2014]
Brandie's make-up is natural-looking yet stays-put all night through photos, dancing, hugging and tears (happy tears!) -

Brandice was a pivotal part of my wedding. She was the first vendor to my wedding and the last vendor to leave. She was professional, cheerful, and made everyone feel good about her services. She even convinced my 80 year-old grandmother to put some make-up on and my grandmother has been talking about it ever since.
I couldn't have been happier with my look, the look of my bridemaids, and the special feeling we all got by having Brandice there doing our make-up. She was a special part of a perfect day! -

Brandie and her assistant did a wonderful job with hair and makeup for my wedding day! I had my makeup done, my six bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done, and my mother in law had her makeup done. Everyone's hair and makeup looked fabulous and everything was done on time which I was worried about since I had such a large group of people. They were also very accommodating with the need to start hair and makeup early at my house and then move to my venue later so I could be there when vendors arrived. Brandie and I had some trouble communicating at first, but this was partially due to my unavailability by phone due to my job. But everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the services. Also everything was very affordable, most hair and makeup artists for our area were way to expensive for my bridesmaids and me but Brandie's prices were just right! -

At the preview she forgot the airbrush- very unprofessional.. she also said she would work on vintage eyeliner style for a "1950's look" since she was unable to do it at the prelook visit. The day of the wedding she was almost an hour late and she did NOT practice vintage wing eyeliner. My eyes looked uneven and I had to fix it myself(she used wetnwild waterproof liner). She didn't listen to me on wanting a classic vintage look and just wanted to do my makeup on her "standard bride" makeup. The hair was fine. But "her assistant" couldn't keep my payments straight and kept sending me invoices for incorrect amounts. -

Brandie was easy to work with but she did minimal work. The makeup artist Hank was extremely unprofessional and had a big attitude throughout the day. He kept asking me to take a look at what he did and it was not at all what I had asked from the trial run that I did with him. Not the lashes, the brow the lip color. I ended up having to have my girlfriends makeup artist come fix the makeup since I was not happy with the outcome and he kept having an attitude every time I asked him to fix something. I had a second reception the following day that I needed hair and makeup done but I cancelled since the service was so bad. The makeup artist that I booked on Sunday was extremely professional and did a great job on ONE run without having to fix anything. As the bride and for it to be one of the most important days of my life, Hank certainly put a huge damper on things. We reserved the presidential suite so that my bridal party and the makeup artists can have plenty of space. We offered them breaks and coffee and food as a gesture to loosen up but it didn't change the mood. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome and regret booking them to do hair and makeup for my wedding. We have several other family events in Raleigh over the next year and I will never book them again. -
