Jill was amazing!!!! I can't recommend her more. While most of our vendors were great, I know for sure our wedding would not have gone as smoothly or been as beautiful if we had not had the expertise of Jill to help guide us through the day. She made sure that all of the necessary decisions were made and when, and she made the entire wedding planning process seem so much less stressful than I anticipated. She made sure that day-of, I was not stressed. There were even a few items that I completely forgot about and on the wedding day she seemed to take care of them with a snap of a finger. If I could recommend only one vendor for your upcoming day, without a doubt I'd recommend Jill. She's the best (and a total boss)!!

Wow is all we can say. Jill was the glue that held it all together. From the pre-stage planning and prepping suggestions to delivering the most beautiful and joyous day of our lives. Everything was perfect! Jill ensured the day ran like a well oiled machine which allowed us to enjoy our day with no worries. I would highly suggest Jill and The Atrium as a venue for your big day. From her expertise in the venue as far as placement of everything and knowing what works and what doesn't in the beautiful venue to her suggestions of the best vendors in town, Jill is your go to planner. She is the best in the business. We couldn't be more pleased with our wedding, it was truly special.

Jill is just a joy to work with! She has everything taken care of on wedding day which is SUCH a relief. Everything you could possibly think about, she was one step ahead. The wedding could not have gone more smoothly and perfectly without her there! Highly recommend!

Jill was amazing the day of my wedding and extremely responsive whenever I had a question.
I had a small wedding, about 70 people, and I had no issue doing all planning myself, I was thinking about a day of planner, but had not committed. Then, I found out my reception venue required that I have one, so I selected Jill and it was one of the best decisions I made!
Trust me, for your sanity, and the sanity of your mother, or whoever is helping you with all planning and logistics you NEED a day of planner. She will pull everything together and ensure that you and your family can enjoy your day.

Having Jill as our wedding coordinator was such a huge relief - especially since we were planning our wedding from out of state. After seeing my mom so stressed in helping to coordinate my sister's wedding, I knew I wanted someone else to help so we (and our families!) could enjoy the day.

Jill was always so responsive and answered my long (and random) list of questions throughout the planning process. She gave great advice and things for us to consider as we planned our wedding, which was so helpful, because when it comes time to start thinking of all the little details and how it all fits together, it can start to become overwhelming! Not being from the area, it was also important to have someone I could go to for recommendations on vendors and Jill's suggestions were always top notch.

Jill and her team were so helpful. They allowed me, my husband, and our families to have an amazing day without having to worry about any hiccups...I'm truly grateful!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Jill White. At the beginning of the process, I didn't think I needed a planner, but I have no clue what I would have done without Jill. She was very responsive from our initial meeting, and was able to save us a ton of money by recommending vendors in the area. She even met with our caterer to do a walk through of the venue and troubleshoot any concerns she had with serving food to 200 plus guests.

On our wedding day, she kept everyone very punctual so we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about the details or talking to vendors. I would HIGHLY recommend Jill to anyone looking to have a less stressful wedding day, as we owe so much to her for making our day so fun and easy.

Planning a wedding from Washington DC in Wilmington NC could have been stressful. Coordinating 3 different venues, 4 meals, 12 shuttles, 3 different musical acts, and a chocolate lab should have been a disaster. Jill made all of this seemless, brought incredibly talented people together and created a wedding weekend beyond perfect. If you have the chance to work with her, do not pass it up! She is an incredible talent and person. Can't endorse her work enough.

Jill was hands down the best decision I made during the whole wedding process. Besides the groom of course... :) Jill is the most efficient, knowledgeable, hilarious lady in the wedding business! She was able to make our day go so smoothly, and recommended some venders that were absolutely perfect! When I started to go a little crazy a week before the wedding, she calmed me and fixed any issues I was having. Before planning the wedding, I had no clue as to the details that were going to be required, literally minute to minute...and Jill was able to facilitate a time line that made the day go without a hitch! I am so grateful for having her be a part of my day! There is no other person that could have done a better job!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND at a really really affordable price! Worth every penny, plus some!

Wow! wow wow wow. Jill White is a godsend. If you are planning a wedding in the Wilmington, NC area you will not regret hiring Jill White to coordinate your day. From the initial meeting to every meeting in between, I always felt extremely comfortable with Jill and my wedding. She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. She is by far the most knowledgeable in the industry and I was so thankful to have her recommendations when I wasn't sure what to do. She will give you her honest opinion on every situation if you ask for it, but you will never feel pressured to take it. Before my wedding Jill worked with all of my vendors and saved me so much time coordinating everyone and making sure all of our vendors were on the same page. During the day of my wedding Jill made sure every single detail was in place. She also made sure that if anyone needed anything at all they knew to call her, not the bride or groom. I am SO SO Thankful I had Jill. I had on worries on my wedding day, and that's the way it should be! I knew everything would be in place when it was supposed to be. I would HIGHLY recommend Jill White to coordinate your wedding day.

Jill was an invaluable resource to me as the mother of the bride. You will not find someone who will work harder to make sure that you will enjoy the wedding festivities without a care. I am a bit of an OCD, Interior Designer and I was completely able to relinquish control to Jill. She is top shelf and in my opinion was worth far more than we paid for her services !!

Jill was such a pleasure to work with. We planned from the west coast, so we had so much anxiety about it all coming together the day of. She eased our stress by making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time. She also made sure the day ran smoothly and we were on time with everything. Throughout the day, she constantly checked in on me and made sure I was doing ok! She told me to let her know if I needed absolutely anything at all. We would definitely use her again!

Anyone in search of a wedding planner I can't speak highly enough about Jill White and the service that she provided over the past year. She has been in the wedding industry for a very long time and her experience and knowledge makes all the difference in the world. Every time I left a meeting with her I felt like I had a weight lifted from my shoulders.

She is known and respected by every wedding professional in town and I felt like by just mentioning her name I received a higher level of service because everyone one knows that Jill wouldn't settle for anything less than the best.
Our wedding day was exactly as we imagined and I couldn't believe how calm I was the entire weekend because I knew that Jill had everything under control. She was easily the best decision we made while planning our wedding and we couldn't imagine having to do it without her! Thank you Jill!!

HEAVEN SENT!! I cannot recommend Jill White enough to future brides. Jill was my day of coordinator and did an AMAZING job with every detail. The wedding flowed flawlessly, and the entire week of the wedding, Jill reached out to all of my vendors regarding coordination, double checking times, etc. She also went above and beyond in helping me with last minute orders for tables, space heaters, and linens (I was an out of town bride, and she viewed the linen color choices and gave me her recommendations - which turned out beautifully). I cannot thank Jill enough!!

Beautiful venue and better price than most in town

The atrium is the most beautiful secret garden oasis tucked away in downtown Wilmington. You feel like your in this very private garden but are just blocks away from all the downtown excitement. We had Laura Horton as our day of coordinator (she works with the venue) and the day couldn’t have run any smoother - things happened like clockwork and we had no issues arise that as the bride and groom we had to fix. The bridal suite is such a nice spot to get ready in lots of beautiful natural light, you can peer out onto the guests as they arrive. 10/10 would recommend this venue

We had our wedding ceremony here and could not have been happier with The Atrium. The space itself is absolutely GORGEOUS. You don’t have to do a whole lot to the space since it’s already so beautiful on its own. We had so many guests ask how we found this "secret garden" right in the middle of Wilmington. It’s an absolutely beautiful venue, and Jill White was so easy to work with. Speaking of, I would HIGHLY suggest using Jill for your day-of Coordinator. She was hands down one of the best decisions we made in our overall wedding. She was awesome to work with from the very beginning. She is incredibly knowledgeable of all the different vendors in the Wilmington area, and she was great for giving recommendations. She is extremely organized and we knew we were in good hands the entire time. She is very responsive to calls, emails, etc. and I always felt like we were on the same page with everything. I even changed a few things regarding timelines and layouts because of her suggestions – she wasn’t pushy about anything, but just suggested a few changes given her experience, and I’m so glad she did because all of them were spot on. The actual day of the wedding was unbelievable. Jill and her assistant, Heather, quite literally thought of or anticipated everything. We forgot water glasses for the ceremony and she had already noticed and ran out to by some for us, along with ice, before we even realized we had forgot them. Just a small example of what they kept doing the entire day, including wrapping up at the end of the night. She kept everything running so smoothly between our ceremony and reception at 128 South. We were able to truly enjoy our day because we knew she was taking care of everything. We loved her, our wedding party adored her, and our families couldn’t stop talking about how great (and hilarious) she was. There is no way the day would have happened the way it did if it wasn’t for her!

I had my wedding ceremony at the atrium and it was absolutely beautiful!! Jill is the owner and she is so sweet and great to work with. She always responded right away to my emails. This was my dream wedding venue and the price was very reasonable! I had 80 people at my ceremony, but I would say there's plenty of room for about 100 people. I would definitely recommend getting a day of coordinator if you want to decorate (everything has to be cleaned up after the ceremony), but honestly the venue is so beautiful that you don't need any decorations! I am so happy I had my ceremony here and I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I held our September 2016 wedding ceremony at the Atrium and it was perfect. The venue is lovely and really doesn't need much decoration; our guests still comment on how beautiful it was. We also hired Jill as our coordinator - one of the best decisions we made. Jill is fun, friendly, responsive and astonishingly organized. She planned the perfect event for us and kept our minds at ease throughout. Couldn't recommend enough.

The Atrium by Ligon Flynn is a breathtaking venue. The garden feel in the heart of downtown makes this a very unique space. We had around 100 people attend our wedding, and the space was the perfect size for the ceremony and reception. You will need a day of coordinator, at minimum, if you decide on this venue as nothing is included except for the benches for the ceremony. The fact that nothing is included allows you to customize the space and choose vendors of your liking which was a huge bonus for us. You have access to the venue for 10 hours - this includes set up/ceremony/reception/clean up, which can be tight unless you have a day of coordinator or event planner to get everything organized. I am SO glad we chose this venue, our wedding couldn't have been more perfect!

I LOVE this venue! We were looking for a romantic spot for our ceremony and this was more beautiful and perfect than I could have ever imagined! Jill who is the coordinator for the Atrium is incredible – She is extremely sweet and very responsive! Every time we met or talked on the phone I was so relaxed and did not have to worry about a thing. She is extremely organized – things that I would have never thought of she brought to my attention and walked me through everything.. I could not have done it without her! The venue is truly a hidden gem in downtown Wilmington! Thank you again for the PERFECT ceremony!

The Atrium was truly magical. It was the perfect setting for our wedding ceremony and reception. Jill was a total rock star! I could not have done it without her. She took on everything and made our day just beautiful. Everything about the Atrium made our wedding a dream come true. Meeting with Jill each time made me more relaxed and I worried about nothing. Not one time on my wedding day did I think of anything not being the way I wanted because I knew Jill was in charge. She really saved my sanity! When I saw the atrium, I knew it was going to be the perfect place for my wedding. I used it for ceremony and reception for a wedding of about 50 guests. Jill is awesome, I used her as my day of coordinator and wouldn't have been able to do it without her. The courtyard is beautiful with the wall at the altar covered in greenery. There is also a koi pond/fountain along the back wall. The benches that served as seating for guests were just the look I wanted in my wedding. If you’re looking for venues in Wilmington definitely stop by The Atrium and check it out.

We booked The Atrium for our wedding ceremony in October. We had over 130 people at the event, so we had to use both sides of the venue. The Atrium is perfect. It is a dream. We got lucky with a perfect, perfect day and timing with the sunset. Most importantly, we hired Jill for our day of coordination as well. Before that, since I am not from the area, I felt good enough to email Jill every question I had, even before I knew she did day of coordinating. She was always super responsive and very helpful. I am so glad we got her for our wedding. She books fast! She knows everyone in the area, which helps a lot getting things done. She started a couple of weeks before the wedding calling every vendor and confirming all the logistics and my timeline. My parents have not stopped talking about how glad I hired her. They had no idea how much we needed one, to be honest, neither did I.

She kept everyone on time all day and helped us with the rehearsal the night before. Without her, we would have all been lost, seriously. She is great, professional, hardworking, full of energy and 100% dedicated to her work. I can’t stress enough how much Jill was a jewel. I truly hope we can plan another party at The Atrium one day and have Jill there again. It was all so perfect. She even showed up at my hotel room that morning while we were getting ready to make sure we were all alright and good to go. That was awesome. She worked so HARD for us that week and day and we truly appreciate all she did for us. The Atrium and Jill – is the way to go! I am so glad we got so lucky, or blessed…

When I first visited the Atrium, it was love at first sight and I knew I had to be married here! I call it my "secret garden" since it's preciously tucked away amidst all of downtown Wilmington's hustle and bustle. Jill White was my ceremony's coordinator and was absolutely amazing! Everything went PERFECT! If you're looking for a sweet, romantic, garden backdrop for your wedding, I advise you to research and visit the Atrium. I promise you'll fall in love with it as much as I did.That spot will hold such a wonderful place in my heart for the rest of my life! This venue wasn't available for rental when I got married a few years ago but I have since booked it for both a first anniversary party with friends as well as my baby shower. It is the most unique space in all of downtown Wilmington...well, it's really something special unto itself. With both covered and uncovered gathering spaces, you can have the best of everything at The Atrium. It's a little oasis in the heart of downtown: incredibly whimsical and romantic and vintage and organic...geez I just love this place. Inquire NOW for premium dates/times because this place stays booked but consider Fridays and Sundays too, all equally good.

This place is absolutely breathtaking! We had our wedding ceremony here and were so pleased with how it turned out. The landscaping here is stunning on its own; we didn't have to use a single decoration. Jill White and her team did an amazing job setting it up and coordinating the event for us. The Atrium was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and flexible to ensure everything was exactly what we wanted. This venue is a canvas for you to create the wedding of your dreams! We had our wedding and reception at The Atrium and our guests loved not having to travel to a reception. Downtown Wilmington also offers amazing backdrops for pictures and beautiful scenery if guests want to take a quick stroll between the ceremony and reception.

We absolutely enjoyed using the Atrium for our ceremony and reception venue. Jill was a pleasure to work with and could not have been more flexible. We weren't locked into any vendor and were able to plan our event without any arbitrary restrictions. The layout worked well for our guests (~80), and even though it rained most of the day it was clear in time for the ceremony! Great value for the location as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an outdoor location in downtown Wilmington!

Jill has been a joy to work with. She's been prompt in getting back to me and very knowledgeable. The Atrium is the most beautifully classic venue I've seen to date! So excited for November!!

We used Jill White for our day-of wedding coordinator and could not have been more happy. Although we contracted with her just for the day of our wedding, she was more than helpful throughout the process. Considering I was planning the wedding from 500 miles away, it was a life saver. I can't tell you how many stressed out days Jill fixed just by answering a few questions.

The day of our wedding went fabulously - because of Jill. I did not worry about a thing. She handled the set-up for the wedding, and addressed every concern. I didn't have any stress, and she always made sure I had a drink in my hand.

There are a lot of excellent vendors that we had for our wedding day, but I couldn't recommend any more highly than Jill. For all the money we spent, what we paid her was the most valuable to me. (She could easily charge double and still be worth every penny.) My husband and I truly got to enjoy the day while she handled logistics. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfect setting for our May wedding. The venue staff is very accommodating to schedule changes and open to individual requests.

This place was more than I could have ever dreamed of for my wedding! Jill was a delight to meet and work with and was unbelievably flexible and helpful when planning the wedding ceremony. The place itself is stunning! I would love to rent it out again for a family reunion or party!!!!!

The Atrium was the perfect spot for my daughter's wedding. Everyone commented on what a great and unique venue it was. Picture a lovely courtyard feel tucked into Historic Wilmington. It is a hidden gem right in the heart of town and just a few blocks from the riverfront.
The space was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful and focused on making a wonderful day - completely off the charts. We highly recommend the Atrium for any special event in the Wilmington area.

We worked with Jill for our daughter's wedding at another venue...and this lady knows her business and is on top of every detail! I couldn't have managed without her. Jill came recommended by the people at our reception venue, as the day-of coordinator, but I had her attention for over 3 months (let alone one day)!. She kept everything on time and moving perfectly. Every vendor was contacted and briefed before the big day, all the decorations were placed exactly as I described - in fact her ideas were much better than mine. She kept us calm and all I had to do was answer the phone and give her authorization to solve what minor issues we had. Easy, easy to work with and everyone loved her.

The Atrium was absolutely beautiful for our wedding ceremony! The vines and brick looked amazing in our photos. We got really lucky with the weather on our wedding day so we were able to have the ceremony in the uncovered part. If it had rained, however, I would have been really upset because they would have had to shift the seating to the covered area. We took a risk with the weather and thankfully we got lucky. I would recommend The Atrium for anyone wanting to have an unconventional location for their ceremony!

The Atrium was a gorgeous place to have our wedding ceremony! We even did our cocktail hour here immediately following the ceremony. There was plenty of room for all 120 guests to mingle and relax while enjoying the natural beauty of this place.

I would have given this place 5 stars except for a few minor details. We couldn't use rose petals on the ground for the aisle, bc anything we brought in needed to be cleaned up immediately following the ceremony (and seriously....which one of my guests could I have given that job to. It should be done by a cleaning crew after we leave.) Also....we dropped off all of our items the morning of the wedding expecting them to be set up by the coordinator there. But an hour or so before ceremony time we get a text asking when we are coming to set up bc she doesn't do that. Luckily a few of my aunts ran down there to get it done. Wouldn't have been a big deal if we knew that detail ahead of time.

Other than that.....everything was great. Jill helped the bridal party in the timing of each member walking down the aisle. And everything flowed nicely.

Working with Jill was an awesome experience! My husband and I knew what we wanted but weren't sure how to do it. Even when we had thought we new all out details the was there to help guide us the entire way through. I felt completely comfortable that she had our best interests in check and was communicating with all of our vendors.
She's a tough cookie but it made me like her so much more. She had plenty of connections that helped us greatly with some of our decisions.
Jill if you read this, THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DAY UNFORGETTABLE :)

We fell in love with the urban garden vibe of the Atrium as soon as we saw pictures online and even more so when we saw it in person. This was the perfect venue for our 100 guest wedding ceremony. Despite the rain showers on our wedding day, our ceremony went off without a hitch thanks to the oh-so-convenient built in Plan B at this beautiful venue.

The venue is very pretty and our wedding turned out perfect! The time you get the venue for is kind of short I felt but we made it work. You are left to get do everything on your own with this venue. All rentals tables chairs ect.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! You have to go in knowing you will have to provide EVERYTHING so definitely get a wedding planner but I loved the space so I didn't mind. I didn't have a good experience with the coordinator Jill. When we went to discuss the venue she made me feel like each question I asked was ridiculous or common sense. It's like she tried to belittle me. Luckily we only had to deal with her a few times.

We were scheduled to have our wedding at The Atrium but due to family health issues we had to cancel. The Atrium would not refund our deposit even though we gave them 7 months notice and I’m fairly certain they will be able to rebook the event during prime wedding season. Double the money for them! I rated them 5 stars for responsiveness because they were prompt in telling us that we had to sign a contract to even begin discussing refunding any of our deposit. Once we signed the contract cancelling the event, they immediately told us they could not refund our money because it would be difficult to rebook the event and the associated administrative fees they would incur. Malarkey! I rated them 5 stars for value because the space was cheap and now I know just how cheap this business is. And zero stars for professionalism, flexibility, and quality of service.
