Sabrina Sent on 06/01/2011Atousa was the best photographer I could have asked for on my special day. Her prices are very very reasonable especially for the wonderful work that she does. I honestly cannot go through my wedding album without a smile because of her! She was able to the most stubborn men in my family to smile in the pictures with her good nature! She even was so flexible that we were able to change the location at the utmost last minute. I would reccommend her to anyone for any photography needs!!!! -

Arielle Sent on 05/16/2010Atousa in phenomenal. She is truely talented in what she does. We could not have asked for anyone or anything better. She went above and beyond for us and took over 800 pictures! (Which we got on DVD and are stunning) She should honestly be charging at least double. We are hoping to have Atousa do our son's two year old pictures. I highly, HIGHLY reccomend Atousa! -

I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was for us! She took numerous shots of our reception which I would have never thought of. She is fantastic and cannot say enough good things about her! -

I was very pleased with her service however, I have had some troubles reaching her since our wedding to find out when our pictures will be ready and am still awaiting a reply. -
User1116742 Sent on 03/23/2013Atousa does NOT TAKE GREAT PICTURE OUR WEDDING PICS ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. OUR EIGHT YEAR OLD DAUGHTER COULDVE TAKEN THE SAME PICS OR BETTER. WE ARE SO.SAD BECAUSE NOW WE WILL NEVER HAVE THE GREAT MEMORIES AND PICS OF OUR SPECIAL DAY... EVER. NOT ONLY OUR PICS SUCK IT THE QUALITY IS AWFUL THEY ARE ONLY BLURRY HORRIBLE COLOR AND SHE DID NOT EDIT THEM. SHE DID NOT TELL PEOPLE WHERE TO STAND FOR FAMILY PHOTOS AND SHE NEVER RETURNED CALLS AN TOOK ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO GET OUR PICS TO.US..Atousa Natasha Photography's reply:
I was hired for only an hour and a half (90 mins) of coverage for this brides wedding. This was for getting ready, ceremony, time in between waiting for church to clear out and family pictures. Thus the reason why my packages are for 5 hours. When she booked me, her mom tried to stress to her that she should hire me for more time as she wasn't sure an hour and a half would be enough. The bride was adamant about only needing an hour and a half for ALL the coverage!! I normally spend about 3-1/2 to 4 hours for that much coverage for the average wedding. The wedding started 22 mins late and cut into our picture time. I worked as best as I could with the time limits I was hired for. They were rushed and just wanted the pictures over with so they could go eat because they were hungry. The groom continually looked at the back of the church during pictures instead of at the camera so I gave her the best of the pictures I had, given the circumstances. If the groom wont look at the camera, I wont have any pictures of him looking at me. Its that simple. I state to ALL my brides that pictures take between 1 to 2 months to get their pictures back. As far as it taking almost 2 months for her to get her pictures... Thats a flat out lie. Her wedding was 2-16-13 and she got her DVD/CD on 3/26/13. 5 weeks and 3 days after her wedding. I did email her a link to snapfish to view and print pictures as she'd like, late on 3/22/13....5 weeks after her wedding. But I did get her pictures to her WELL within the 2 month time frame as stated to all brides when I book their weddings. She wrote this review on 2/23/12 BEFORE she got her DVD of the High resolution photos to be viewed. She demanded a refund even before she received her photos. Looking at the pictures on a computer, Facebook or through email can distort images and not show them the way they are when printed. I love doing what I do and take pride in my work. Take a look at my work and you can see the quality and artistic approach that I take in shooting a wedding. She can't compare her wedding (ALL posed, dark church, time limited) to wedding photos taken in natural light, outside in a non-time constrained situation allowing me to use my artistic talent to capture the real moments. I shot for the 90 minutes that she wanted and still managed to get almost 200 pictures. I enjoyed working with her and her husband and wish them only the best~
