Everything went perfectly with choosing Atlasta Catering for our wedding. From the tasting to the big day itself. The menu options are thoughtful, delicious, and very reasonable for the high level of service. Our guests were wowed by the service (no joke), and everyone had great things to say about the experience overall. We'd highly recommend Steve and his team for your event or wedding!

The BEST Catering Wedding Experience

If you’re looking for the best caterer for a wedding or special event, look no further than Atlasta Catering. We were recommended to check them out for our wedding at the Desert Botanical Gardens by several trusted sources, including our wedding planner (Niki from NJ Event Collective) and photographer (Matthew Wheeler) and they did not disappoint.
From start to finish, the entire process was top-notch. The owner, Steve, made our tasting session an unforgettable experience. Instead of just studying a menu, Steve and his team took us on a culinary journey, exploring each dish one by one. After that first tasting, we knew Atlasta would be our caterer: the hospitality, professionalism, and most importantly, the food completely blew us away.
After the tasting, we selected our favorite entrees and worked closely with the team to finalize the menu, rentals, and quote. Atlasta was incredibly professional and flexible throughout — any request was welcome. Whether you want plated salads and a buffet for entrees, a full buffet, or a plated dinner, they’re accommodating and make the process easy. They provided options for selecting dinnerware and drinkware to elevate the evening. We even added coffee later with no hassle. Plus, they offered thoughtful drink pairings after reviewing the Desert Botanical Gardens’ alcohol menu.
On the wedding day, Atlasta did an outstanding job. We, our friends, and our family family couldn’t stop raving about the food!

The Best Wedding Caterer for Unforgettable Food and Service

From the moment of our tasting, we knew Atlasta was the caterer we needed for our wedding. They were so great at laying out different options for our budget. With their absolutely incredible food and the friendly and personable nature of Steve and his team, it was evident that Atlasta is the best of the best when it comes to both cuisine and service. Our guests were equally amazed, with many declaring it the best wedding food they had ever tasted!

Atlasta is the real deal

So wow… the wedding catering. This was the most stressful part of the wedding planning. It was also the most expensive by far- so it really matters.

We looked at two different caterers. Atlasta was our second tasting and they pretty much had us hooked half way through the tasting. The tasting was absolutely first class. We were treated like VIPs the entire time and the co-owner Steve took us through the history and philosophy of the company, which was fantastic. We wanted to have a southwest menu to compliment our desert wedding theme and really liked the options Atlasta provided. Atlasta prides themselves on their food not looking or tasting like mass-produced catered food. They do not use large trays that you see in hotel buffets. They plate all the food beautifully and use heat lamps, which is much nicer. We ended up getting three entrees- beef enchiladas, shrimp tagliatelle and 16 spiced chicken. All were fantastic. Atlasta was wonderful with accommodating food allergies and dietary restrictions. The vegan option they provide is fantastic! Your vegan guests will feel so well taken care of versus an after thought. They were a bit more expensive than the other vendor we looked at, however they were fantastic with working at us to get to a price point we could feel good about. Additionally, their service is top notch. Every staff member supporting our wedding on the day was professional, courteous and highly attuned to who had what dietary restriction. I would highly recommend them.

We cannot thank their team enough for the exceptional work in helping make our day perfect! We continue to hear rave reviews from our guests on the food and level of service provided. Their team truly went above and beyond for us! We are very hard to impress and could not be more satisfied with everything they did. The food was outstanding, restaurant quality. Outstanding caterer, went above and beyond!

My now husband and I work in catering so having delicious food at our wedding was very important to us. Our coordinator recommended Atlasta if we were looking for a caterer who offers more than just your usual wedding fare, we didn't want bland chicken and rice, we wanted food that had flavor! Throughout the whole planning process we were very impressed with communication, professionalism and of course the quality of the food. Our guests raved about the food and service from our wedding day which made us very happy! The food was absolutely delicious day of and we had a designated server for us during the meal. We felt very attended to which was a real treat :) We also hired them to do the bartending services and they were very accommodating with all of our requests. We were very impressed with every interaction we had with the Atlasta team, from the incredible tasting to the to-go bags that prepared after our reception, this is a 5 star catering company that has clear passion for food and customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Best Caterer/Food in the Valley

By far the best catering company in the valley! We new from our tasting a year before our wedding that this was the company we needed to work with. Their food is beyond delicious with their motto being they want their food to taste as good as dining in a restaurant. In addition to this their eco friendly values and commitment to serving their community are beyond compare; donating leftover food to homeless shelters and running their business to produce as little trash as possible. In addition to this, the company goes above and beyond to treat you like royalty. The serving staff were beyond sweet and helpful even going so far as to assist a rude wedding guest in finding Tylenol and reorganizing tables when guests decided they didn't want to sit at their assigned tables. In addition to this the behind the scenes crew has fantastic business morals and corrected a calculation error refunding a portion to us simply because it was the right thing to do. This is the best catering company you could possibly find, do it, pulls the trigger, stop looking, they're the one.

The BEST in business

Atlasta catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding. If I could give Atlasta 100 stars out of 5, I would. Everything was truly incredible and far beyond what we imagined we'd have for our wedding weekend. We had so many people tell us that our rehearsal dinner and wedding had the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Those with dietary restrictions said they've never had such an easy time eating at a wedding before.

Beyond that, the Atlasta team is INCREDIBLE. From the day we chose them as our caterer up until our wedding day, they were communicative, kind, and accommodating. Steve is so talented and had amazing recommendations that made our wedding dinner absolutely perfect. Not only is the presentation beautiful, the food is so flavorful and delicious. Working with Atlasta was by far the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. Our wedding wouldn't have been a great event if it weren't for all the hard work and attention to detail that Steve, Kristine, Madison, and the Atlasta team put into it. I cannot recommend them enough!

The absolute best in the business

I truly don’t know where to start with Atlasta. There is a reason they are so highly recommended and it is because they are definitively the absolute best choice one could make for their wedding. I am confident our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without them. We worked closely with Hannah throughout the planning process and she is so professional, kind and completely knocked it out of the park with her assistance, prep, guidance, you name it. They can make any of your wedding catering dreams come true - you want prickly pear margaritas, soft pretzels and cheese, AND churros? They’ll get it done without blinking. The staff who worked our wedding was so kind and attentive and helped the event flow so seamlessly. On top of all that the food is AMAZING. We had several guests text us the day after to tell us they didn’t feel like they had “wedding food” but just a great meal which made us really happy. Even our photographer complimented it which I think it’s so great they took excellent care of our other vendors. My husband and I also reserved the bridal suite at our venue in between the ceremony and reception just to relax for a moment and Steve came to congratulate us personally during that time as well as bring us champagne and some of the pretzels from cocktail hour, just above and beyond hospitality from start to finish. When we sat at our table for the reception there was a specialty cocktail prepared for each of us and we actually had time to eat because they were so attentive with their service. I could truly go on forever about the quality of their service and product. There is no better choice than Atlasta for your wedding!

Amazing food and amazing service!!

The Atlasta team did an AMAZING job at our cocktail hour and wedding reception! We went in with unrealistic expectations (thanks to the tastings we had with Steve!) and they blew us away at our event. We had so many people come up to us and comment on how good they thought the food was! Here are a few comments we heard:

Old Aunt: "I have been to a lot of weddings and this is the best food I have ever had at a wedding"

Cousin: "I was going to tell you the food was good no matter what, but I can actually mean it because it is really good"

Could not have made a better choice for catering for our wedding!! Can't wait to find another opportunity to use them because they truly have the best service and food.

Great food, professional, and on budget.

Hannah, Amanda, and Steve helped us remotely plan and finish our March 2019 wedding with a wonderful private tasting, all the info we needed, and tasty food catered to our destination. It was a joy working with them, I wouldn't have picked anyone else!

Amazing Food and even better Customer Service

Where to start with Atlasta? The food? The people? Their mission? From the very first time I visited their website, I was hooked. Atlasta's mission to be sustainable while providing quality food and service to their clients captured my heart from the get-go. Their professionalism and communication was consistent and top-notch throughout the whole planning process. The tasting was quite impressive and (of course) delicious. Steve and Hannah treated us like we were their only event every time we talked with them - they remembered details and really made a point to build a relationship with us. The night of went so incredibly smoothly and we felt they took care of every detail - even down to arranging the dessert table when they didn't provide the desserts! Our guests raved about the food and especially loved the nacho bar provided at cocktail hour. Atlasta so easy to work with - I wish I had another wedding coming up so I could work with them again!

Impressionable and unique!

Atlasta Catering and Chef Steve had quite the impression on our wedding! From the very beginning, the Atlasta team went out of their way to make our day special. To start, we were offered an intimate tasting with all the options Atlasta could provide and walked away wanting everything on the menu. The flavors and presentations were so unique for wedding catering and were full of southwest flavors. Our guests raved about how they'd never had anything like short rib and sweet potato gnocchi at a wedding! How yummy it was! Thank you for making our day so special!

Great experience

At first Atlanta was just another cater that was on the approved list. With there even being a list I was nervous the food wasn't going to be great. They were the first company we went to a tasting for, and we were blown away with the experience. I was still skeptical as I thought this may be a show, but on our wedding day it seemed even better. The entire staff was responsive from the time we first emailed them to serving our food. Would highly recommend.

Worth it!!!

We hired Atlasta Catering for our recent wedding at the Arizona Heritage Center. In a nutshell, Atlasta is professional, efficient, transparent, and a wise investment. I planned my wedding quickly over 5 months, and Atlasta had amazing customer service all along the way. Steve hosted our tasting an a site walk through at our venue and was SO detail oriented. I knew he would make sure our night went off as planned. The day of, the food was delicious (we got lots of compliments), staff was friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly. I was a medium budget bride, and I'm so glad I invested in Atlasta to take care of some of the really important details of the day.

Best Experience

From meeting Steve Owner/Head Chef to our wedding night Dinner. Everything was a 5 star experience. We are foodies and love to make sure people love the food. We received so my compliments on the food and service. Plus we were able to take home left overs. Yummy!

Deliciously amazing food!!

The food prepared for us exceeded our expectations. You can taste the quality. It was tough for us to decide on our menu because there were so many mouth watering options. The food tasting meeting was so much fun, too!

Atlasta catered our daughter’s recent wedding at Desert Botanical Garden. Throughout the planning process, Alice Palmer and Steve Short (the owner) were responsive to our questions, open to our ideas, and eager to please. They arranged for tastings around our schedules, and made sure we were perfectly comfortable with all of our selections. The day of the event, they were no less than spectacular. It started with the watercress and artichoke salad we had selected. The watercress was amazingly fresh, and the dressing complimented its freshness without overpowering it. Our guests raved about the salmon and rib eye, and the vegetarians loved the unusual (but delicious) potpie selection. All the food was served at the right temperature, and no one had to wait while others were eating. The service staff was attentive, polite, but also unobtrusive – if they weren’t serving you or clearing your plate, you didn’t notice them at all. Atlasta’s entire team was highly professional and courteous. It’s obvious that they love what they do and want to make sure your event works out exactly the way you want. We could not be happier that we chose Atlasta for our event.

Just worked with Atlasta on a wedding I was coordinating. What a breath of fresh air! I've worked with quite a few caterers and can say they are by far one of the best, most professional! Any issues that arose were quickly fixed by the amazing Captain. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to changing requests. I am so impressed and would love to work with them again. Great staff to work with. Alice was so helpful, she was so conscious of what are budget was as she came up with the menu for our big day. From the tasting to the BIG day the experience was incredible and the food, speaks for itself. They were able to accommodate anything we wanted for us. Definitely recommend them of your BIG day! Choosing Atlasta was such a great decision! From the start, Alice was amazing to work with. She's always so nice and fast to respond. We kept changing our mind on menu items and she was always so accommodating!

My husband is from Mexico and we wanted the wedding to be a mix of the two cultures, so we ended up with a custom Southwestern menu, which was perfect! We did a buffet of green chile and potato enchiladas, and short rib enchiladas. It was served with a jicama and citrus salad, rice and beans. It was all so, so good! Both of the enchiladas were amazing, everyone is still talking about how great they were. We had a lot of family traveling up from Mexico for the wedding, and I have to say I was a little nervous about serving them mediocre Mexican food. But honestly everyone is still talking about how amazing the food was! My husband's family said it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and my maid of honor said it was the best food she's ever had, period.

If we did the wedding again I honestly wouldn't change a thing about the food. The only thing I regret is that I left my bag of leftover enchiladas at the venue and didn't get to eat them :(

Highly recommend this professional catering company! Alice was so accommodating and easy to work with prior to the wedding. Guests were complimenting our food choices and getting seconds on food! We also used Atlasta for linens, tables, chairs and china and everything was very high quality. They also boxed up the leftovers so we could nosh on them later that night in the hotel and the next day. We also loved that the company was local, eco-friendly and supports local businesses. Choose them as your caterer.

Atlasta was very professional and we loved their food. We had a southwestern taco bar,including rice and beans, and everyone raved about the food after the wedding. After the wedding, they provided us boxed leftovers and champagne with glasses. Amanda was very flexible with our guest count and made sure we had everything we needed, all the way from the tasting to the day of. They not only supplied our food, but also our tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception. We highly recommend them, they were amazing!

Great service, amazing team, delicious food! Atlasta catered our wedding, and served over 100 people to perfection. The appetizers, main entree's, dessert, and late night snack were all served on time and everything was wonderful! The staff was professional, accommodating, and personable. They made sure we had everything we needed and we never had to worry about anything. I would recommend Atlasta to anyone who wants to serve a great meal on their wedding day!

Atlasta was easy to work with when planning our event, provided great service to us and our guests (though they really regulate the adults trying to eat from the kids' buffet!), and had super delicious food. We got many compliments on how tasty the food was (Tuscan buffet). During the planning, our sales contact Alice sent us a spreadsheet with a breakdown of the costs, and we could plug in guest #s to see how the total changed (awesome!). We're very glad we chose them!

We were very pleased with all our wedding vendors, but Atlasta was our favorite vendor! From the moment we met with Alice Palmer we were impressed with the quality of service, flexibility and overall family feel we got from Atlasta. The whole team was incredibly responsive and always made us feel like we were more than just clients. This was very important to my fiance and I because we planned our wedding from out of town. Alice was flexible to meet with us during Christmas which was the only time we were in town, and was always reachable by email and phone. On the day of the wedding, the food was incredible, and our guests raved about it! To top it all off, Atlasta caterers drove to the hotel where we were staying the night of the wedding, and walked up to the roof to hand deliver our portions of leftovers that we forgot. The service was so impressive, and we really appreciated it when we were starving later that night and had food to eat! Atlasta gave us great service, delicious food, and a worry free reception, and we'd recommend them to anyone getting married at the Desert Botanical Garden or elsewhere!

Alice was amazing to work with - quick to respond, very patient with all of my questions, updates, and ideas, and flexible with any changes I wanted to make! The food at the wedding was even better than it was at the tasting, and I loved it then! The catering manager at the wedding checked in with us to make sure we were happy and was extremely attentive. The buffet went quick, the food was hot, and there were 0 issues. Everything was displayed so nicely too! We did our table, chair, linen and dinnerware rentals and the prices beat everyone else in outside rentals and it was much easier to go with one vendor for all of the seating/dining needs. Great selection too!

Atlasta Catering was one of four approved caterers through Tempe Center for the Arts. We opted to go with them initially because they were the only approved bar service, and their pricing was right in our price range. We worked with Kelsey and Alice and they were absolutely amazing!! We served a breakfast buffet with mimosas for our wedding dinner. All the guests loved the food, and Atlasta was so much fun to work with. They plated us some to go meals for my husband and I which came in very handy in the wee hours of the morning post reception. My husband and I planned this from NC, and Atlasta worked with our schedules, and met with my parents who stood in for us when we couldn't be there. I wouldn't have changed a thing, they were professional and accommodating for what we wanted. We provided our own linens, and charger plates. We set the linens, but Atlasta set the charger plates with real silverware and kept acrylic plates at the buffet. It was so much fun and our guests had nothing but great things to say about the services!

Everyone at Atlasta was fantastic. From the day of my first email to them inquiring about their services. Alice was quick to reply to any email that I sent over. She was flexible with helping us set up times to taste the food and select the menu as well as last minute changes with our bar.

Our wedding went off without a hitch, everyone loooved the food and their on-site staff was exceptional. The bartenders were super friendly and my guest all had a great time.

So on behalf of my wife Denise and I, Thank you all sooo much….

The food at my wedding was amazing and beautifully displayed. That was important to me that he food wasn't just in chaffing dishes. They even packed us a bag to go including leftovers, cake, champagne and plastic flutes to enjoy in our room afterwards.

Atlasta Catering was a joy to work with! They created an awesome Southwestern vegetarian menu for our wedding. We had several people come up to us at the reception telling us how great the food was, especially the southwestern pasta! They even brought beautiful flowers to dress up the buffet, that matched our wedding decor perfectly!

Although the Desert Botanical Garden limited our caterer choices to 10 well-respected companies, we chose Atlasta Catering (www.atlastacatering.com) based on their prompt responses to emails, their accommodation of our schedule, and the incredible food--get the sea bass--at our personal tasting. Following our choice, we learned of several friends that also would sing their praises based on prior wedding receptions.

Once the big day arrived, Atlasta did not disappoint. They showed up on time with all of the promised appointments/rentals/decorations. The appetizers, meal, and service exceeded expectations! They worked well with Desert Botanical Garden and agreed to serve the first set of cocktails during cocktail hour (eliminated a huge line during the first round of drinks). They even saved us some appetizers (would have missed them while taking photos). I highly recommend the "grown-up mac & cheese" as an appetizer and the sea bass as a dinner option. We loved working with Atlasta! After speaking with Alice Moon the first time and then experiencing the tasting, we knew this was our caterer. Alice and the rest of the wonderful staff made our lives so easy. We made a lot of changes the weeks and days before the wedding, and Atlasta were great at accommodating everything we requested. The food was amazing and our guests enjoyed both the food as well as the service. They did a great job the day of the wedding at setting up and got everything done with no worries on my end. The staff went out of their way to take care of us and our guests and left a great impression on all. Great job!

Alice and the Atlasta team were great to work with. They were incredibly flexible, both with the menu and the day-of details. For example, we had specific ideas about how the bars would be set up, but the venue was not able to accommodate those easily. Alice volunteered to have a “partial bar set up” just for cocktail hour, so that our guests would not have to wait in long lines! We had a few specific food items we wanted to include, and the chefs took our ideas and delivered something that was even better than we imagined! Alice was responsive over e-mail and always professional. We made a lot of changes to the menu over the nine months of planning, and she was always gracious and friendly, even if those changes meant more work for her.

We met with several other catering companies and Atlasta gave us (by far) the most bang for our buck. We thought this great value might mean subpar food, so we scheduled a testing even before signing a contract. The food was great, and Alice was able to incorporate our suggestions on the spot! The food at the wedding (for 140 guests) was just as good as it was at the tasting, when they were cooking for 5 people. We received a ton of compliments from our guests about how great the food was! We also heard (repeatedly) about how nice the staff/bartenders were, how pretty the station set up was, and how impressive the quantity and variety of food was. (What people didn’t know is how reasonable the pricing was!) Atlasta has great people from top to bottom, and that made our wedding day run smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone getting married, or throwing a party!

Our son's wedding was at the Tempe Center for the Arts and one of the catering vendors they recommend is Atlasta. Our son and his fiancé worked with Alice at Atlasta in determining their menu and beverage selections. Since I had a variety of questions for Alice as well, but live out of state, I emailed her during the planning stages. Alice was ALWAYS prompt in responding to my emails, and all of my questions were answered before the night of the wedding. I can't say enough about what a wonderful banquet they provided, with excellent food, quick service, and professional staff. Many of our guests even commented on how great the food tasted. We couldn't have been more pleased with our selection of Atlasta and would highly recommend them for catering any special event.

From the tasting to the day of our wedding, Atlasta was amazing! Alice and team did a great job to ensure we not only stayed within our budget, but had everything we wanted - from appetizers and food stations to the bar and wait staff.

The venue we used had a list of about 6 vendors that they prefer to work with and Atlasta had it all. The tasting was to die for and from there we worked with Alice to decide what type of meal we wanted (plated, buffet, food stations), along with food options (they have just about every type of cuisine to offer) and later added a bar and mixer package.

My only request was for someone to save me a few of these artichoke cheese puffs we had as a passed hors d'oeuvre at the cocktail hour (they are AMAZING) and the wait staff made sure to set some aside and always came by my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.

Would highly recommend them and will even keep them in mind for smaller events we may host in the future.

These guys were great. My guests raved about the food! They were environmentally friendly which I loved. The price was good. The service was great. The consultant/ agent I worked with was very attentive to me and patient with me for the many months up to the wedding. I must have changed the menu 100 times and she was always wanting to help.

Atlasta took care of us, from beginning to end in our wedding experience.
We first went to an open house where they were serving, then arranged a private tasting with them. By the end of the tasting, it was clear that they were the obvious choice.
I dealt with Alice in all of my communications, and she was always quick to respond to my myriad questions... there really did seem to be a never ending stream of them!
On the day itself, the staff did a superb job of setting up, and throughout the night, they were nothing but pleasant and professional.
Definitely one of the more reasonably priced caterers in town, and we found that the quality of food for the price far exceeded other vendors we encountered.

My husband and I moved to Arizona shortly after we became engaged. Being new to the area, we weren't quite sure where to start when it came to hiring our vendors. Atlasta was the first and only tasting we needed. And the food at the wedding was just as wonderful as it was in our tasting. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had (and we agreed). Not only was the food great, but the service and professionalism of everyone we worked with from Atlasta, both leading up to the wedding and the big day itself, was second to none. All of our rentals also came from Atlasta. They really took care of just about everything! I would recommend them for any event!

After many weeks of speaking with different catering companies in the valley we decided to go with Atlasta. We are so happy we did!! During our planning process we worked with Emily, Heather, Alice and Steve, everyone was so flexible and always professional. Emily was very helpful when it came to picking our menu and always helped us stick to our budget. They were even willing to price match on rentals. Heather was our onsite contact and did an amazing job we never worried once the day of. We have had so many compliments on how amazing the food was. I would not hesitate to use Atlasta again in the future and would highly recommend them!

I used Atlasta Catering for professional events while I worked for Arizona State, so when it was time for me to plan my wedding, I knew who to call. We worked with Emily, who was very friendly and responsive at every turn. Our tasting was a romantic event by itself, and she was very open to us tweaking the menu to suit our budget and our tastes. At our reception, I had lots of guests compliment the food, and a few even told me that it was the first wedding they'd ever attended where they went back for seconds! The caterers then packed up to-go boxes for us and for our parents, just in case we'd been too busy greeting our guests to have time to eat. The food was delicious and the staff did a great job of quietly making sure the buffet was replenished and people's dishes were removed when they were finished. They met all of our expectations and then some!

Atlasta is amazing. They are incredibly flexible and easy to work with. We were planning our wedding while working out of state and worked with Kristen, Emily, Alice, and Steve entirely over email. They were all incredibly professional and prompt with their responses, addressing all our concerns and even anticipating many issues we hadn't thought about. Planning with them was stress-free and the day of the wedding, I never had to even think about the catering. Everything ran smoothly in the background without any direction from me or anyone in my bridal party. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

My husband and I were married at the Historic Icehouse in downtown Phoenix. The venue is a blank canvas and working with Atlasta was a dream come true. Kristin was our coordinator and is honestly heaven sent. She helped us plan everything from our menu, to chairs, tables, room set up and even helped with colors and decor. Atlasta truly is a one stop shop for all things wedding.

We felt so comfortable after each meeting, phone call and email we received from Kristin that our big day was in good hands. And at the end of the wedding day, it still rang true. The food was wonderful!! Months later we are still hearing from guests how good everything was. That is a rare comment to hear from wedding guests. The menu Atlasta helped us with was unique, had a lot of variety and met the needs and diets of all of our guests. Many people commented how grateful they were that the options were locally grown and organic. Even the pickiest of eaters were happy with the options.

Honestly, I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was with Atlasta and Kristin. To put it simply, our day would not have been as stress free and beautiful had it not been for her. We are so grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone!!

First of all...the food at our wedding was AMAZING! From the set up and display, down to the actual taste, our guest were talking about it for days after! Second, working with Kristin was a brides dream come true. She is without a doubt one of the best catering & event planners in Arizona. I worked for a catering company for 4 years and was set on using them, but the venue I wanted would not let my outside cater come in, I had to use Atlasta. I was nervous and not really happy about "settling" Once we met Kristin, I quickly realized I was not "settling" what so ever! Her attitude was amazing, her work impeccable and she was a consummate professional throughout the process and day of. She got to know us and paired a menu that was truly above our expectations. A wedding can certainly be a stressful day and somehow she managed to keep everything light and fun while keeping everything and everyone on schedule. She was ALWAYS available by phone or email and quickly responded at all times. There’s no question that we would recommend Kristin and her team at Atlasta Catering to anyone looking for great food and coordinator!

I booked Atlasta over a year in advance while my husband was deployed. Crystal was so helpful the entire time, and helped make the choices easy. They allowed me to design a custom menu and provided all the rentals for my wedding. They even agreed to do a second tasting when my husband got home so he could give his input. A couple months before the wedding, Crystal moved and Emily took over. The transition was seamless and Emily was fully briefed on our wedding. Both women were very friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with. They checked up with me every so often so I felt like they were truly invested in our wedding. They came to do a final walkthrough a couple weeks before, which relieved my anxieties. They arrived early to set up and the food was served hot and on time. The food was delicious and I received many compliments on it being plenty and flavorful. We chose the buffet option and everyone was pleased. They were priced competitively and we definitely got what we paid for. Their service was great and I felt like they helped plan the biggest part of our day. Our only complaint was that we chose to save all the leftovers, but they boxed them up and took most of them. Overall I was extremely pleased and would recommend their service to everybody.

Atlasta Catering is awesome! Our wedding guests were more than pleased with the food at our wedding, and so were we. Their cheese tortellini carbonara is to die for! But beyond the food the level of customer service that Kristin Sanchez provided was outstanding. She met with us several times before our wedding to ensure we had all of our questions answered. She was always responsive and has a truly genuine and calming demeanor, which really helps when you are planning your wedding. The day of the wedding she helped our parents decorate and when we got to the reception location everything was perfect. While our guests were enjoying the cocktail hour, my husband and I were taking our bride/groom photos outside. Kristin came out multiple times with glasses of water for us and some of the hors d'oeuvres. She wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated out in the AZ heat, and that we got some of the yummy food of course. I can't say enough great things about Kristin and Atlasta. We would highly recommend them!

Atlasta Catering was great to work with (and also a great company, in general) and provided us with an amazing meal that fit our needs! My husband and I are both vegan (as are many of our friends) and we wanted the food at our wedding to be representative of us as a couple so we requested an all-vegan menu. Atlasta was very flexible and creative with the menu to make it delicious for everyone--vegans and meat-eaters alike! The food was amazing and all of our guests commented on how great everything tasted. The service staff at our wedding was so friendly and helpful!
Atlasta also provided all the rentals (tables, chairs, linens) and everything turned out amazing! I am so happy that I chose Atlasta Catering!

Atlasta Catering provided the Garden Lunch menu for our afternoon wedding and all the setup that goes with the wedding and reception as we had our wedding in our back yard. Kristin was very responsive to our wants and wishes. The food was so good and fresh and different and we have a lot of leftovers even though everyone who said they were coming, did. Kristin visited many times to get the setup for just a perfect day and worked with my last minute changes in a very responsive manner. My mom and dad are still raving about the beautiful, perfect wedding and reception. I would recommend this vendor for any of your catering needs. Kristin is a really neat lady too!

I used Atlasta for my wedding last weekend and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Crystal & Chelsey were so helpful along the way, checking in with me regularly over the course of the planning process and answering my weekly annoying questions promptly and with friendliness every time. The wedding itself was incredible! The food was amazing and there were lots of extra items that we didn't even know they were bringing (a variety of salsas, tortillas, etc.) -- things they could have easily skimped on but they chose to go above and beyond. My guests loved the food and a few commented that our catering staff were "stealth" -- they got everything done smoothly, quickly, seamlessly, and without being any intrusion on the event itself. So completely impressed by this company!!! I also had several comments from people who were impressed by their taking the time to recycle everything they could. I would absolutely use them at a future event and I wholeheartedly recommend them. as someone who is a neurotic control freak, Atlasta made me feel completely comfortable and confident to let them take over on the day of my wedding.

Our food was excellent! We had lobster tamales and grilled chicken with a mango and strawberry slaw- so it was not very "traditional wedding food" but our guests loved it! The appetizers were amazing as well!
The staff did a great job at being very attentive to our needs and checking in with us when needed. I would recommend Atlasta to anyone!

Nothing less than spectacular! The food and set up were great and they also added a few things such as bread etc... The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the bartender. They were there at the specified time and the bartender actually helped load the remaining kegs and wine/champagne (that I purchased) into my vehicle for me at the end of the night.

We had Atlasta cater the food our wedding. From the very beginning, we were so happy with them. We had a tasting in April and were able to personalize our menu based on what we liked. Crystal was so helpful and created the layout for the reception - where tables should go, the buffet, DJ, dance floor, etc. Our reception was held in our godmother's backyard, so this guidance was essential.

As soon as we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with a plate of appetizers to have a chance to eat before seeing everyone. We were also served our food first before the guests at dinner. The food was delicious! Everyone raved about the appetizers and my cousin who owns a restaurant commented on the moist chicken he ate.

I would use Atlasta again and recommend their catering.

I LOVE this company! Patty and Steve were absolutely amazing, the food was great, we got compliments all night long! they really worked with us alot on getting everything just right. We plan to use them for every event we host from now on, they are that good.

All of the food and service Atlasta provided for our reception was fantastic. They provided many tastings, and the food was better on the day of our event than it was in the tastings! You can't beat the food they provide for the price.

Atlasta was one of the preferred vendors at our venue for our wedding on January 21st. The process was pretty simple. We did our tasting at their restaurant in Tempe which was lovely. One of the entree's we tried was okay. It wasn't bad but didn't blow us away. So we took a gamble and chose something for our menu we didn't try. The portion sizes were very good, no one left hungry. The food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments. The best part, was that when we got home the day after the wedding, they had sent us home with togo boxes of a full meal for each of us and a bottle of champagne. That was a very nice touch and we were impressed.

Atlasta was one of four caterers allowed at our venue (Tempe Center for the Arts). I contacted all of them and Atlasta was definitely the easiest to communicate with and had the most options for our limited budget so it was an easy choice! Alice Moon was a pleasure to work with - even though we had to make several last minute changes and our wedding fell during the holidays - she was so flexible and made sure everything went smoothly.

Atlasta was the ONLY caterer that got my vision of wanting food stations, not a buffet or appetizer station. They were so easy to work with and made us feel like they would do anything to ensure our day was perfect. They were very open and patient to all of our many changes and made our night perfect. They're food is also delicious! It was not your typical wedding food! It was modern and yummy. They also did a "late night" snack bar for us which included dipping apple and floats. They had never done that before so I appreciated that they made it work and it was awesome! The bar service was great as well. There was never a line and they were very nice. Atlasta was amazing to work with!

Atlasta was outstanding and made our wedding perfect. Not only are they a one stop shop for an event like our sophisticated backyard wedding, but the staff was exceptional. Many of our wedding guests attend catered functions often, and all raved about the service and the food. The bartender remembered all of our specialty drinks and kept track everyones favorites and the specific way they like them. The lead caterer took great care of myself the bride and my groom while the rest of the staff was totally on top of service and clean up and even helped out with things that weren't their job - like the dessert buffet my mom put together so she could enjoy the night. The deliveries, setup and tear down were precisely on time and for a control freak like me, that made my entire time line run on schedule! I would not hesitate to use Atlasta again, and I would absolutely and already have recommended them to others - something I am often fearful to do.

Atlasta catered and provided the bar for our wedding of 125 and did a great job. We booked them through our planner, so I can't really say a ton about how all the paperwork process worked.

However, i can tell you that they were very generous with both the food and wine tasting that we scheduled. The food at the wedding was great (i heard, i was pretty much to excited to eat) - especially the crab cakes, short ribs and mushroom ravioli (which i did manage to eat!) - and their servers were sufficiently attentive and professional. They worked to accomodate the menu we wanted, and also worked with us to design a more affordable bar service.

I was completely satisfied with the experience.

Atlasta was great to work with. Nadine and Alice were quick to respond to my questions and very flexible with meeting with me. They adjusted the menu to work within my budget and offered lots of options. The food was tasty and they were able to accommodate various food allergies. They also provided an alternate kids menu for the picky little ones. Their lead staff person onsite - Patricia - was wonderful. She attended to our every need and went the extra mile for us.

The food was simply amazing, and our guests absolutely loved it as well. They were prompt to reply and very accommodating. They even let us come in for a second tasting after their menu changed. They were a preferred service for our venue. Would definitely recommend!

Atlasta Catering put on an amazing presentation and spread at our wedding! Alice, the sales manager was so easy to work with and she is so sweet.... even with all of the changes I kept on making the last week prior to our wedding. :-) Our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food. We also had them for our open bar- the only thing I wish was better was higher quality and selection of alcohol- a little Jack Daniels would have brought the party up a notch. They had our dressing rooms filled with yummy food and drinks as well. I would definitely hire them again!

Atlasta provided the catering services for my wedding and we were very pleased with the quality of food and service. Throughout the whole process, everyone we were in contact with at Atlasta was very quick in their responses and extremely helpful. Our tasting was great and they were very accommodating in letting us choose items from several different menus to get the meal we wanted. As soon as my husband and I arrived to the reception, the servers brought us over prepared plates of food so that we could eat before we started mingling with guests. The food was great (especially the bacon tortellini carbonara!) and all of our guests said they enjoyed it.

We were drawn to Atlasta from the start! They have a ton of menu choices, their prices are reasonable, their food is delicious, and they are a very environmentally friendly company! We went with a buffet-style dinner, with the main dishes of cheese and bacon tortellini, vegetable pot pie, and chicken piccata, all of which were delicious. Their layouts were perfect for our venue and were very visually appealing, and their servers went out of their way to provide our guests with everything they needed. Atlasta also handled all of our rentals and created a beautiful atmosphere. We customized many aspects of our wedding to fit our particular vision, and Atlasta was ready and willing to work with us every step of the way. Dozens of our guests have told us that our food was the best wedding food they've ever had, and several weeks later they're still talking about it! I can't recommend them more highly!

Atlasta provided us with a phanomenol menu for a very reasonable price. Their help a long the way with changes and ideas was amazing...and I will never forget the beautiful looking buffet at our wedding. Their servers were nice friendly and prompt! Atlasta's food was amazing and the service was flawless. The staff was particularly helpful with me as the bride, making sure I had water or cocktails before the wedding, and provided me with a take-home bag at the end of the night with two boxed dinners, champagne glasses and champagne. They were so friendly and were helpful with a few last minute requests I had before the wedding.

The food was great and everything was perfect for the day of the wedding. We also used them for our rehearsal dinner, and they did a wonderful job with that as well. The tasting was fun and they really worked with us to make sure we had the food we wanted at the wedding and rehearsal dinner. My only negative comment was dealing with our contact. If we e-mailed her, she pretty much never responded. If we wanted to get a response from her we had to call, and sometimes that was difficult given our work schedules.

The good things was that they where flexible with the menu.We had a lot of vegetarian plates and healthy alternatives for our guests.Their chefs are really understanding and added a attractive look to the dinner that we really enjoyed.

Atlasta provided a memorable night for us at our wedding. We mostly dealt with Alice, who was amazingly sweet and kind. She had great ideas, and provided a lot of feedback and insight into what we wanted.
When we got to our final walk-through at the Venue, Tempe Center of the Arts, Alice wasn't there but we had another agent Kelsey. She was caught up on our wedding, but was a little pushy about adding more services such as linens or tableware, etc which was a bit uncomfortable. The last thing you want to do, after you've already paid is thinking about paying for more services.
Overall, the wedding itself was amazing, everyone loved the food, and they even gave us some to-go which was awesome, as I don't think either of us really ate on our wedding day. The servers day-of were amazing and very thoughtful, seeking us out to ask if we needed anything during the whole day.

The food from Atlasta was amazing! We used them for our bartenders as well and they were very easy to work with and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and they did include a tasting at no charge. The only thing I was disappointed with was we didn't have any leftovers when an entire table didn't show up at the wedding.

It could have been because we started planning so early in advance, but we worked with 3 different people through out the process of choosing our catering, and our actual wedding night. Each of the 3 people we worked with were very friendly and responsive. The only think I didn't like is that each time there was a change of person we would be working with, we were never notified. I had to reach back out and check in myself. The tasting, and the quotes were all correct and very clearly defined. The day of went without a hitch. My guest complimented us on our food. We felt like it was a great value. They should let their bartenders put out a tip jar though, as we felt obligated to tip the bartender at the end of the night since none of our guests could.

We had a great experience overall with our dealings with Atlasta. It definitely was a long relationship. We started tasting food in early 2014 for our March 2015 wedding, and we were in regular contact with our representative Alice. I have to give Alice a ton of credit; she was professional throughout, always willing to work with us as much as possible on menu choices, pricing options, and presentation requests. She was very timely in her responses, and did a great job of explaining any issues that we were not able to have go our way.. I can't recommend having Alice as your contact enough.

In regards to the food, we had so many people approach us during and after the wedding to say how good the meal was for the reception. Not just good for a wedding, people were surprised how quality of a meal that they were receiving. It was great to be able to mix and match menus, and we thought our choices really reflected our tastes.

I think the alcohol was the only area where there was some struggle, but most of it was due to the limits of our venue. It took awhile to come to an agreement that worked for both of us, but once again, Alice did a fantastic job of being open and honest about what they could and could not do, and tweaking things when she could.

Service was fantastic during the event. While I didnt approach the buffett, the servers were attentive and very helpful to my bride and I, and we did not hear one issue with any of the service providers.

Overall, we had a great experience with Atlasta. Considering we were "stuck" with them as a vendor (they are one of 4 options at our venue), we could not have had a better experience.

The food was delicious! Alice and Jenn were great to work with and very accommodating of our vastly varied menu requests. The staff at the event were fantastic, particularly our captain, Alicia, who made sure that we had a chance to eat at least a few bites at the reception and packed doggie bags for us to have at the hotel later. (Confession: We were so tired, we never actually ate the food she sent with us, and I had a guilt complex because I KNEW how delicious it was!) Highly recommend this caterer!

It was my wife's idea to have Atlasta Catering work on our dinner menu.She instantly fell in love with the menu they had and knew that's what she wanted.I wasn't very picky about things and the price was lower than I was willing to pay.The staff seemed to be doing a pretty good job all night.

Atlasta was great but the girl I worked with had some trouble pinning down some details. I'd look over the contract she emailed me and then write back with 4 things to fix. She'd fix 2 or 3 and send it back. Then I'd tell her about the 1 or 2 she missed and it would come back with those fixed but one from before was wrong again. I couldnt figure out why she couldnt adjust each thing and have it all be correct at once. But the food was great, the price was great, and they were prompt with their communication.

They were a suggested caterer through my venue and we really enjoyed working with them. We didn't get to eat at our wedding, which I hear is common, but all that did said it was great. They do a great food presentation also.

Our reception site used Atlasta in their package. They offered tastings each month at the reception site for up to four people per party, so it was great that we could bring different groomsmen and bridesmaids each time to help us decide which entrees we wanted. However, we never got to try the actual dishes we ordered since it was chef's choice each month, but we did try their ravioli over and over. Not much variety during tastings! However, the food at our wedding was still great and we had many guests still talking about the walnut salad and prime rib after the event! Before our wedding, it was very difficult to get ahold of someone to ask any questions, I ususally had to leave a message and wait a few days for someone to call back and emails were rarely answered. There were many times I was left off the list for tastings-but luckily there was always enough food. When writing up the contract I had requested maple rye bread be served, a request they said there was no problem fulfilling and even wrote into the contract as the only bread choice, however the bread served at our wedding was sourdough and marble rye. A minor inconsistency that did not affect any guests and only my groom and I knew, but it was a slight annoyance. Additionally, when I dropped off all the champagne to be served for the toast, there was one bottle of nicer pink champagne (all else was a brut) to be served at the head table only. However, after sitting down from the first dance as a couple, I noticed we had regular champagne and looked around finding the whole bottle of pink champagne left on a random guest table already halfway poured. Again, not an error that affected the guests or wedding, but left me extremely disappointed and annoyed. My groom politely let the guests at the table know of the mistake and retrieved the other half of the bottle for the two of us but the rest of my bridal party missed out. Finally, the service was exceptional, but almost a little too good. As the bride, I had a personal waiter who followed me around the buffet filling my plate and carried it to my table. He poured all my drinks and everything was top notch. However, after a few bites, I got up to speak to my mother and when I returned five minutes later, my plate was taken away. I requested another plate of food and got it, but after going up for one dance, it was taken away again with only a few bites taken this time. The same happened with members of the bridal party and several guests. Serving the cake we had the same problem. My Maid of Honor had a full slice of cake taken from her after it was served up and she went to get a drink from the bar. Overall the food and service was good, but I went to Denny's afterwards with my bridal party.

They were a little hard to get in touch with at times, but the food is DELISH!! Especially the tortellini carbonara. We didn't get enough of it at our wedding but our friends got married 2 weeks later with the same caterer, and my husband and I had two plate fulls! When we scheduled our taste night, they did not have us down on the schedule, however they made it up to us and cooked up full orders of what we were expecting to try. We had a good time eating and a great deal of leftovers to take home which was a plus. Everything did work out well the day of the wedding and everyone loved the food. We even had tons of people compliment the salad!
