I would definitely recommend and use atlas rentals again! Staff was super friendly and helpful during initial meeting and every other interaction with them. Had the napkin print I was looking for which was a challenge with some other companies!

I am so grateful I went to Atlas’ showroom and met Carla! The inventory they have is on-trend and high quality, and Carla’s expertise helped me select the perfect items for my wedding day. I appreciated her time to get to know me as a bride and help me imagine what we could create, together. Her insight led to details I didn’t know I needed!
The connections Atlas has with vendors like my venue, Jupiter Beach Resort, made the whole process as seamless as it could be logistics-wise. No sweat, and the results were stunning. Thank you, Atlas, for being so good at what you do!

I had such a wonderful experience with Atlas Event Rentals!! They have such a wonderful showroom I was able to visit with my wedding planner and tons of options! I found exactly what I wanted which were items that were classic, and timeless. They have so many table linens and their team was excellent in helping with decisions. I used them for our ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, kings table, linens, reception chairs, and serverware. They have such beautiful rentals options! Everything was well priced, arrived timely, and their crew was great in setting it up and pickup! I will 100% be using Atlas for any future rental needs! Thank you all so much you were wonderful and my wedding came out beautifully!! -

Atlas Event Rentals was the icing on the cake when it came to our wedding! Heather helped us put together our dream tablescape with ease. She thought of everything and made it seem so simple! They had everything we were looking for! We received so many compliments on how elegant our wedding was and this was mostly because Atlas offered us beautiful, high quality rentals! Our wedding was entirely outdoors in a garden. Our venue didn’t provide furniture, so we had to rent/provide virtually everything. We actually preferred this setup, though, because it gave us a blank canvas to create our dream day from scratch.
I got quotes from lots of rental companies in Miami. I chose Atlas for two reasons: 1. They had my favorite chairs for our ceremony. 2. Overall, Atlas was the most cost effective for our needs.
For our ceremony, we picked antique white folding chairs that looked plucked straight from a garden tea party. We had an elegant, Art Deco vintage Italian truck setup as our bar and photo booth (provided by a different vendor), and the white chairs complemented that style perfectly. We rented bamboo chairs for our boho, desert-themed dinner. Atlas’ vintage-style pink and amber goblets were the perfect finishing touch for our dinner table. We also rented folding tables for our both our dinner and cocktail hour. Everything was beautiful and exactly as described.
We had a lot of unique setup requests—we wanted our ceremony chairs and reception tables/chairs to be placed in a very specific layout. We drew diagrams ahead of time for Atlas to follow. Delivery, setup and breakdown all went smoothly and efficiently. There was HUGE event in Miami Beach on our wedding day, which made traffic and access to our venue difficult. But you never would have known because Atlas made everything seamless.
It was very easy and stress free to work with Atlas. I love the automatic quote generator on their website. I changed my mind over and over about what items I wanted, but the website provided a pressure-free way for me to browse and check prices until I was ready to talk to a consultant and sign a contract. -

Rented a few items from other companies but their service did not compare. Everyone also complemented us on the decor - we rented chairs, linens, lounge furniture and dinner ware from Atlas. It was easy and stress free to work with them. I highly recommend their services to any bride. I booked all of this less than a week before my wedding that was on New Years eve and they just made everything so easy! -

My mother in law uses this company every year for Thanksgiving and the quality of service and professionalism is always top shelf. Extremely affordable too! -

Sarah Sent on 04/21/2011We rented our table linens from Atlas Party Rental for our wedding. They respond very quickly to email and have great products for the price. They quoted me the best price by far. The delivery charge was pretty high so we decided to pick up and drop off ourselves. They are pretty lenient with the drop off and pick up dates and everyone was very nice at the facility.
The linens were in great condition and we were very happy with the time they took to help us figure out what sizes we needed. We would definitely recommend and use Atlas Party Rental in the future! -

In the end, everything looked beautiful. They showed up on time with the supplies, and promptly picked them up that evening. -

Maureen Sent on 08/08/2011We rented chivari chairs, custom linens, and some other misc items from Atlas. All of which were wonderful and of good quality. The only issue we had was when the price of our linens changed midway through our order. We chose a linen that was new to the company, so they had to order and make the remaining ones we would need. We were originally quoted and contracted for one price, which later increased by a few dollars per linen (resulting in over $100 increase). I loved the linen so much that even though it bothered me, we still decided to go with it. It was a great decision!!! The room looked fabulous and everyone loved it. Delivery was smooth and on-time.
