    Amanda at Atlanta Event Studio has been a lifesaver. I never planned on getting married, and I certainly never thought I would plan a wedding! I'm thrilled to have met the love of my life, but the wedding part still intimidates and overwhelms me. When the shock wore off that I was actually engaged after years of proclaiming that I was uninterested, many friends told me I could go the planning route alone. I am beyond grateful that I found Amanda, however. And I did my research. I took the time to interview several planners, knowing that I needed a unique combination of work ethic, compassion, understanding, intelligence and style. I'm not super easy to work with in any capacity, and I knew I needed to find someone who could help me in spite of my idiosyncrasies and unusual desires. During the interview process, Amanda stood out so far above and beyond the others. She takes her business seriously but is personable and friendly. Throughout planning, she has exceeded my expectations, combining high level professionalism with a beautiful knack for managing my mood swings. She calmly responds to my ever changing mind, and I always feel comfortable contacting her with a new idea or question. Her sense of design is exceptional, and you will not find anyone with better taste. She always makes herself available to help, and her time management and budgeting skills are phenomenal. Now, whenever anyone tells me "you don't need a wedding planner," I just tell them, "you just don't know Amanda." I cannot recommend her more highly!

    Amanda at Atlanta Event Studio is my go to preferred vendor for wedding coordination. As a wedding photographer we get asked by our clients who we recommend for coordination and Amanda is always my number one pick. She is professional, easy to do business with, responsive, and organized. Above all else, Amanda is unflappable on a wedding day. No matter what happens she rolls with it and knows how to make an event go off without a hitch. She is a valuable asset to any wedding day vendor team and I highly recommend that you chose her to coordinate your event.

    The absolute best decision I made about my wedding (besides the guy I married!) was hiring Amanda at Atlanta Event Studio. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement.

    She started working with us about 10 months before the wedding, and the only thing we'd done was set the date and book the venue. At the time, we were living in Florida, but having the wedding and eventually moving to Atlanta, and it was invaluable having someone doing legwork while we were hundreds of miles away. She suggested the majority of our vendors, not just based on who she's worked with before, but who she thought would be a great fit for us (and they all were!).

    The week of the wedding, I hardly had to lift a finger. She communicated with all the vendors and even our bridal party.

    I was fully able to enjoy my wedding day because of Amanda. She kept the schedule moving along and coordinated the entire day. The day went off without a hitch, besides us getting hitched!

    Amanda Ready was our day of coordinator for my daughters wedding in July. She went well beyond what we expected and was extremely helpful in the planning process. My daughter lives out of town, and Amanda's help in responding to our emails and recommending vendors made our decisions much less stressful. We were never made to feel that we were bombarding her with questions or emails. She stepped in at the last minute on several items and handled them beautifully. She was extremely organized and attentive to details, we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding and were able to relax and enjoy. Everything you would look for in a wedding planner!

    We booked Amanda only four months prior to my wedding and she jumped right in and helped us plan an immensely successful wedding day. I was overwhelmed with work at the time, and despite having several other weddings lined up, Amanda took over so much of the planning and I was able to focus on other things while feeling confident that the wedding planning was going smoothly.

    Others have written here about Amanda's responsiveness, and I can attest to that as well. She was always responsive through email and was open to answering any questions. She had great recommendations on vendors and we found some great people to work with. I didn't have any idea where to start looking for florists or certain design elements, and she did a lot of research and provided me with some great resources.

    Our wedding day was spectacular and Amanda was very supportive all the way through. There were so many details I didn't have to worry about that she took care of. Thank you Amanda for all of your work and support throughout the process!

    I am so happy we chose to hire Amanda as our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond in every way: she was professional, responsive, and flexible. Whenever I was feeling overwhelmed or had a question about something, Amanda was just an email away- and she would ALWAYS respond that same day. Her day-of coordination of my wedding was perfect. She handled every detail and I was able to enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. Hiring a wedding coordinator is the most important decision you will make when planning your wedding. Atlanta Event Studio will exceed all of your expectations!

    Amanda Ready (Atlanta Event Studio) was the wedding planning consultant for my daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. She was magnificent in planning, overseeing, and handling every detail of the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception! Words cannot express my gratitude. Her industry expertise and exceptional skills provided our family with a flawless, stress free wedding. She met and worked with each vendor on several occasions. The timeline she created that included the bride and groom, vendors (photography, video photography, florist, band, catering, hair/makeup artist, etc.), rehearsal, wedding, reception, departure, and cleanup covered every detail and was seamless. Amanda worked closely with my daughter and the Ritz Carlton to ensure correspondences were addressed and contracts were adhered to for the wedding and reception. Amanda’s answer to every task and/or question was “I have it handled or I will handle it.” Her caring attitude and full attention to my daughter’s wedding vision made the day perfect. If there were any problems or concerns leading up to, during or after the wedding we were unaware of them. Please do not think you can plan and enjoy the perfect wedding day without a wedding planner. I, the mother of the bride, would not have gotten through this one-in-a- life-time special event and been able to enjoy every moment without Amanda and her assistant every step of the way. The cost of Amanda’s services was worth every penny! Her respectfulness, calm mannerism, professionalism, and wedding/reception knowledge played an enormous role in preparing and conducting my daughter’s dream wedding. My beautiful memories of the wedding and reception are everlasting. Thank you!

    I hired Atlanta Event Studio for day-of planning for my wedding and I tell everyone that it was one of the best decisions I made. The owner, Amanda, had everything planned so well and dealt with all the vendors so I felt like all I did was show up, got married, and had a blast celebrating, which is exactly what I wanted. There were even changes that had to be made last minute regarding rain and she was able to take care of everything without having to ask me. She was very calm and seemed like she had everything under control. Leading up to the wedding, she was available via email to answer any questions I had. We had an initial meeting where she asked me questions so she could best figure out how to coordinate the day of the wedding. It was also helpful for me because she asked me some questions regarding details that I hadn't yet thought of like who was going to hold my bouquet and how was I going to feed my photographer and DJ. She then attended a meeting with me at the venue with the caterer (who was also providing tables/chairs/flowers) to ensure she knew all of those details, which was also helpful to me because she asked them questions that I hadn't thought of. Amanda then attended the rehearsal to run through the ceremony. I am so glad my friend recommended her and I would hands down recommend her for the services she provided me!

    Dear Amanda,

    I just wanted to tell you what a lovely job you did for Katherine and Gray's wedding....really...
    Being from out of town, and knowing that they were planning a wedding in Atlanta, I had just asked my daughter for ONE thing--and that was to get a good planner for her wedding day!!! And she chose so wisely in deciding on you! :)

    And I will tell you that I truly felt you assisted them so beautifully in the early stages from what she said, and I also felt you kept us all in excellent touch as the weekend arrived. I think you do a great job with leading a bridal group and the families in such a gracious, competent, and professional manner. You were a joy to have as a planner.....

    I felt we were WELL cared for--that you covered every detail, and that when the reception came, that it went so smoothly and each part of the party went off easily with your lead (but you were always quietly working so hard behind the scenes.). Once everything was all done, you again, were there--already having packed up the car for us, and taking care of everything. WE were so very grateful!

    I cannot begin to tell you how much we able to enjoy our daughter's wedding....and that was because you made it an easy and enjoyable and joyous day for us as well....we did not have to worry about a thing....

    I hope you were able to relax a bit today...and that you know how thankful we were for you. Please let me know how we might assist you in writing a referral--I would do so with NO hesitation!

    Amanda stuck out from the beginning as someone who listened to ME and what I was saying to her (def. used the least eloquent words possible to describe my thoughts - she was faced with an uphill battle!). I really felt - in comparison to the other people I met with - that she actually cared about our wedding specifically. It's hard to put into words, but it felt like I was talking to a friend vs a vendor who was fitting me into their wedding calendar/reinterpreting what I told them into something they thought would work better.
    We used Amanda for a month of coordinator, incl. her day of services. But she was the best the whole way through. I asked her a million questions. Her policy of always responding the day you email her is AMAZING, especially in comparison with the other vendors I was working with. She makes you feel way less crazy than you might be (are).
    Once her month-of services kicked in, it was a relief to hand over the reins. She took over that whole side of the planning. Frantic emails at that point were like "Amanda, does the sound guy even know we actually want him for the wedding?","Amanda, my mom keeps asking about whether or not the church will be air-conditioned for the rehearsal" or "Amanda, I can't get hold of my (vendor)!"
    The wedding week, I didn't have an hour in my entire week to deal with logistics, and I didn't have to. What a BLESSING.
    The night of the wedding, we could focus completely on the evening - and we did - and it was delightful. All I remember were the celebratory & sacred & happy moments of the day. I can't imagine how a person tries to manage without someone like Amanda to absorb all the details leading up to and happening during the day.
    My biggest regret of my entire wedding was not taking a picture with Amanda for how much she meant to me during the whole process. I know she has plenty of clients for whom she helps create special weddings, but I've only had one wedding, and she was crucial to how truly special it was.

    There are not enough positive things my fiance and I can say about Amanda Ready at Atlanta Event Studio. To be frank, our wedding would not have happened without Amanda! She was our go-to and our right hand every step of the way. She kept in contact with our vendors, organized the rehearsal and handled everything the day of our wedding. She is also a wealth of knowledge and wedding advice. There are SO MANY things you do not think of on the day of your wedding--Amanda made sure that all of the behind-the-scenes work was handled, the vendors were paid and were on schedule, the bride and groom were where they were supposed to be and when, and that they always had a drink in their hands. Amanda made sure the guests knew where to go, and at the end of the evening, the car was packed for the bride and groom, etc.

    Amanda was available to us throughout the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. She is very prompt in returning calls and emails, answering questions, and was always available to meet and do walk-throughs. While most venues have a coordinator (ours at Fernbank did), you don't realize how much you need a person like Amanda Ready to run your wedding. The day was flawless (and if it wasn't, we never knew because the bride, groom and family didn't have to worry for a second!) and it was because she was so prepared, organized, and professional. Amanda has an eye for detail and will make sure everything is perfect.

    I honestly do not know how people could have a wedding without Atlanta Event Studio!

    I highly recommend Amanda of Atlanta Event Studio to anyone planning a wedding. I initially thought I could pull everything off on my own, but as things started coming together, I realized that I was going to need some assistance. Now that the wedding is over, I can honestly say that hiring Amanda was the best decision we made regarding our wedding as well as the best money we spent. We had a beautiful and flawless wedding thanks to Amanda and I cannot imagine having pulled it off without her. She guided me and was always available for advice throughout the planning process, communicated with our many vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, developed our day-of timeline, and seamlessly executed our wedding rehearsal the day before. On our wedding day, she took care of EVERYTHING so that we could truly relax and enjoy the day. Both of our families raved about how organized and professional she was. At one point, she even left to go buy special food for a family member with dietary restrictions that we were unaware of. Our wedding was everything that we imagined and more and we owe that to Amanda!

    Amanda was available for advise and provided professional opinions to any and all questions we had regarding our daughter's rehearsal and wedding. Our rehearsal was directed efficiently. All of the wedding party ,which included twin flower girls age 41/2 and a ring bearer age 5, were put at ease and left the rehearsal confident in what to do and where to be. Coordination with the food and decoration venders, DJ, string quartet, and chauffeur was extremely helpful and negated me, the bride's Mother, from that responsibility! The wedding day timeline was coordinated with our photographer. Again, this informed everyone of their whereabouts and what time. From the morning make-up and hair to the sparkler send off, the day was flawless. Amanda was even prepared to help a wedding guest with a broken dress zipper!

    Amanda at Atlanta Event Studio truly was a God-send. Her help was invaluable making it so easy for us to simply enjoy the wedding of my daughter. She was always available to answer questions, provide wise counsel, calm nerves and take care of anything that may have arisen so we didn't have to do anything--in fact she did things so seamlessly we were never aware of any issues! She was so professional, but also so approachable and fun to work with. I know that we couldn't have done it without her! I look forward to having to plan another event so we can use her again.
    Needless to say, I highly recommend her--don't miss out on the pleasure of working with her!

    Amanda took charge the first day we met to discuss the plans for our daughters wedding. She was always extremely fast in responding to our questions and concerns throughout the planning process. Our daughters wedding went according to plans without any problems. Amanda was there ensuring everything and everyone was in place and on time. The ceremony, dinner reception and after party were problem free thanks to Amanda. She is a true caring professional and I would hire her again without any reservations.

    As a creative person who loves planning parties, I was scared that bringing on an event planner would "take the fun out of it" for me. However, when I asked Amanda at Atlanta Event Studio to step in and take over, she allowed me to still have the fun of coming up with ideas - but she then took those ideas to a higher level than I could have on my own (not to mention she took over the not-so-fun parts of researching the best deals and handling all the details)! She talked to different vendors and was able to pull everything together to produce the most creative and well-done baby shower I've ever seen. I was thrilled with her friendly professionalism, and the product was truly incredible. I look forward to working with Amanda on many more events!

    I am so thankful that I had Amanda from Atlanta Event Studio to rely on as my day-of coordinator for my wedding! Even before the wedding, all of our vendors were impressed with how organized we were and that we already had our timeline put together—this was all due to Amanda! This made me feel so much more relaxed in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, I have no idea what I would have done without her! Any time an issue arose, all I had to do was tell Amanda, and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was SO nice to be able to enjoy my entire wedding day, stress free, because I knew everything was in such good hands. I received so many comments from the wedding guests stating that they had never seen such a smoothly run reception. This made me so happy to hear, and I know it was all due to Amanda’s planning! I highly recommend to her to anyone looking for a coordinator. One of the best decisions I made was to use a day-of coordinator—I would tell any bride that she definitely needs to plan for one in her budget because they are worth every single penny and more!

    I know it seems like we just gave 5's for all categories but we truly mean it when we say we loved working with Atlanta Event Studio. We came to Atlanta Event Studio with huge ideas and a tiny budget, and our planner, Amanda Ready, did an awesome job of planning our dream wedding on a limited budget. She listened to our ideas and helped us find cost effective ways of achieving them. She kept us abreast of her progress through a board on Pinterest which was great for communicating our visions of the wedding. She made us feel comfortable to reach out to her with any and all questions which we really needed. We had a very boring conference room for our reception and she was able to transform it into a beautiful event space that we both loved. We feel very blessed to have worked with Amanda from Atlanta Event Studio, she is truly awesome.

    Amanda was great to work with! She was very organized and professional and has a great eye for decor/design. She has lots of ideas that helped me to plan a beautiful wedding and was so much fun to work with! I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
