We had a great experience.

Absolutely Exceptional — Saved Our Event!
We cannot express enough gratitude to this incredible banquet hall and their amazing team. Our previously booked venue canceled on us the Tuesday before our event, which was scheduled for that same Sunday. We were devastated — until we found this gem.
From the moment we reached out in complete panic, they welcomed us with open arms and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together flawlessly on such unbelievably short notice. The space was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded anything we could have imagined given the circumstances.
The food was absolutely delicious, and we received nonstop compliments from our guests all night — especially about the soup, which everyone raved about. On top of that, the value for the money was truly on point. They were more than well within our budget, and I was very pleasantly surprised by everything we received for the price. The quality, portions, service, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations for the cost.
A very special and heartfelt THANK YOU to Ann, our phenomenal coordinator. Ann was truly a blessing! She handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. Her calm guidance, quick problem-solving, and warm personality turned a stressful situation into a celebration we will never forget. We are endlessly grateful for her dedication and support.

We recently hosted an event at this banquet hall, and overall it was a very positive experience. The hall itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great layout that accommodated our guests comfortably. We loved the Ashton Place
We held our wedding at Ashton Place in August 2025, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Fantastic nonprofit charity dinner!
We decided in January that we wanted to host a fundraising dinner for March, which is a tight timeline! Jennifer was our contact throughout the informational phase, planning, and event date. She was amazingly helpful throughout every step of the process. I had lots of questions (some extremely basic), and she answered them promptly and without any judgment. We had to add tables even up until the last day, and she was flexible and calm, making my experience much less stressful. She anticipated our needs and helped us address some we didn't even know we had! The room was beautiful for the event. The food and beverage staff were kind, efficient, and helpful. And overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and recommend Ashton Place!

This is hands down the best Event Venue in Chicago!
We recently hosted my son's wedding, and overall it was a wonderful experience,
The Venue offered a stunning backdrop for the wedding. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and welcoming.
Mr Puneet and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. There were absolutely zero mistakes, everything went off without a hitch. The event coordinators worked seamlessly to manage every detail, from planning to execution, addressing every need with efficiency and a personal touch.
The food was a standout feature, with an exquisite selection of dishes that delighted every guest. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were outstanding, truly a culinary highlight of the occasion. My guests were unanimous in their praise, with numerous compliments about the food being some of the best taste.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it for anyone planning for wedding or special event.

Beautiful Venue and Amazing Weekend
We had our wedding at Ashton Place and the experience was incredible from start to finish. We did a formal Indian wedding so it was the whole multiple day event. From signing the contract, to final meetings, to the weekend of, Puneet made the entire process easy and calming that my wife and I were not at all stressed or panicking about "did this happen" or "did this get done".
The venue itself was incredible, and everyone complimented everything, from the chandeliers to the size of the venue to the lighting and even the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend Ashton Place and Puneet's team for all future events, whether it be a wedding, baby shower, engagement, or any other event.

Lunch event at Ashton place
We hosted our granddaughter’s Bismillah, a childhood religious event, at Ashton last month.
From the get go, I knew we had chosen the right place. The staff, especially Jennifer Rojas, took care of everything. From the event planning, to food, to arrangements for a children’s section, and answering questions , to accommodating our small requests , she had a can-do attitude, and a smile. Arranging the stage decor, the microphone, the prayer section, everything was answered with” of course “. And the day of the event went smoothly and flawlessly. The staff were quiet and efficient, and made it all look easy!!

90th birthday
Ashton Place is definitely a venue that we will use to celebrate birthdays or other events in the future. We celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary in the year 2011 at Ashton and decided to have my mom’s 90th birthday at Ashton. Everything went smoothly. Ashton Place didn't disappoint us. We hosted our daughters sweet 16 party at Ashton place. From the very first meeting to the final day of the event, Stephanie was fantastic to work with. My daughters wedding was amazing overall at Ashton Place, but I REALLY want to give the biggest thank you and shout out to Jennifer Rojas, our INCREDIBLE venue coordinator. From the very first phone call with her, I could hear the warmth and smile in her voice and I instantly knew she was my girl and someone I wanted to work with. She went overboard to help my family and I from start to finish, literally. With our blended family and lots of us involved, it was no easy task to adapt to all of the changes (trust me they’re were more than a couple lol)……but she made sure everything was executed FLAWLESSLY. She acted like one of the family, our friend, who cared about my daughters wedding just as much as we did. They’re truly not enough words to describe how absolutely incredible she is and I couldn’t recommend her any more than I do!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Had a great time working with Stephanie. Made sure I got the value I needed but also helped make the event look totally glamorous along with the decorator. Excellent coordination of services with catering, sound system support, and having a venue that accommodated approx 300 guests. Will def recommend this for anyone in the south suburbs. From the time we sat down with our wedding coordinator to the moment our party ended, it was pure perfection. Every single detail was covered and the evening was executed spectacularly. We ended up getting married onsite and our ceremony was held in one of the rooms. The food was fantastic, staff was fantastic and the venue was gorgeous. Pricing was very modest compared to other venues we looked at but the professional, knowledgeable and attentive service we immediately received was most impressive.

From the initial meeting to the actual date the staff at Ashton Place were great. Puneet & Stephanie were responsive, checked in with the food tasting, were available within 24 hours from any request and the 4-6 weeks leading up to the wedding it was within 30 minutes. We had gotten engaged in May of 2022 with 3 events to plan in October of 2022 (approx. 300 people). We both truly appreciated the care they gave to us, our families, & our vendors. Venue was nicely decorated and well kept with needing minimal decoration to make our big weekend simple.

A Hidden Gem

My husband and I got married at Ashton Place on 4/16/22. The day of the wedding, the venue was immaculate and had a great ambiance. Puneet and his team took care of all our needs, which made our wedding day less stressful. From the beginning to the end Puneet was very helpful. He was very prompt in returning our emails. He was very flexible when it came to our choice of vendor for catering.

Diwali at Ashton Place
Experienced a Diwali party in this banquet. Everything was just beautiful, the food was amazing and served carefully to every guest. and the decor was pristine and seemed very fancy. Awesome Venue and Excellent Manager
I've been to a number of events at Ashton Place and we love this place. This summer we had a wedding in the family and couldn't think of a better place for the festivities. We ended up doing 3 events here and they went off so well. The folks at Ashton are super accommodating, they have excellent recommendations for other vendors like decorators, caterers, DJ, etc. The facility itself is updated and great. The staff was so helpful, as well. I have to say the manager during the wedding in our family was the best. Puneet. Everyone should pray he's on duty for your event as well. Good luck all and I'm looking forward to more parties at Ashton.

A Beautiful Night
Ashton Place is an amazing place to have your wedding or special event! My husband and I were married in October 2020, and this was a rescheduled date. Ashton Place was always there for us throughout our wedding planning journey (during a pandemic)! Chloe was our wedding coordinator and she absolutely exceeded my expectations! I am a very observant and detail oriented person, so I loved noticing the little things at our beautiful wedding. It brought me so much joy to see Chloe in action and you can tell she simply loves events and her job! Ashton Place was so kind and helpful to each of our day-of wedding vendors. We even scheduled some new vendors ten days before our wedding! You also need to know, the catering and food selection at Ashton Place is amazing! We were extremely happy with the food and polite service at our wedding. We chose to have our ceremony at Ashton Place too, and Chloe made sure the details were perfect. Our wedding guests were comfortable and our wedding started on time. Ashton Place is a perfect choice and they run a great business. They are keeping their clients and guests safe during such an extraordinary time, and I am so grateful for their professionalism and care. From the beginning of the process to the end, all the staff were very accommodating and ready for any surprises for the event. The space was perfect for our large wedding and it did not feel like my guest were too close and crammed together. The perfect place for your dream event!
Dealing with Ashton Place was by far the more streamline, effortless process. Puneet is an extremely understanding and helpful individual who is extremely understanding of circumstances and was always willing to help. He never made us feel pressured or obligated, and the best part was he always made things into a team effort, rather then just making a single party focus on a decision. As someone who had to primarily deal with him on the phone to take care most of the arrangements he was always available. We had setup a few touch base calls a once everything was set and good to go, just in case something was changed so that they could adjust for it. Overall very happy with the service and experience!

Choosing to have our ceremony and wedding at Ashton Place last Saturday, September 28th was honestly the best decision we made in our planning process! The venue itself is beautiful and included almost everything we needed in one place so that helped to reduce stress. After looking at many venue options and from working in the event industry, I can also honestly say that you will not find a higher quality choice of venue for the price point of Ashton Place- their wedding packages are a really great deal! The service we received was also above and beyond- our coordinator Kari was nothing but kind, patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process including the evening of our wedding! Every question we had she quickly had an answer for and every request we made she was more than happy to accommodate. She is an experienced professional and it definitely shows. My wedding vowel 40th renewal was on February 16, 2019. There are not enough words for me to express how beautiful my wedding ceremony and reception were at the Ashton Place. My coordinator Kari Jeffery was so professional that I did not have to worry about anything. The ceremony was perfect and my reception was absolutely amazing. My guest could not say enough about the venue. The food was delicious we had family style. My wedding cake was beautiful and delicious and it came with my Wedding package. We also had late night snacks which were delicious. The entire staff did a remarkable job. The bartenders and servers were awesome. The minute you enter the building it is Impressive. The entire location is beautiful from the entry too the banquet hall which has high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers and really nice carpet. A beautiful brides and grooms room which they served us appetizers and champagne. A beautiful entry for a bride if you’re having your ceremony there. The bathrooms are very nice and clean and they have numerous stalls in the women’s bathroom a plus for me.
My coordinator Keri Jeffery Was a godsend she is very professional and was spot on with all my requests. I had a lot of decorations and numerous tables to be decorated and she did a marvelous job of getting everything I wanted and the way I wanted it done. Kari answered all my questions and requests in a timely manner. The day of my wedding Kari had everything under control and I didn’t have to worry or do anything. My wedding was magical and I am so very grateful that I decided to have my ceremony and reception at the Ashton Place. I would highly recommend the Ashton Place for either a wedding reception or a wedding vowel renewal ceremony and reception. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place and awesome people
My fiancé and I wanted to plan the perfect wedding for our friends and family to attend and after searching for several weeks we finally decided on Ashton Place. We decided not to go with a wedding planner because we wanted to be very hands on with the planning of our wedding ourselves, who would’ve known that so much went into planning a wedding! Toni was very helpful along the way throughout the entire process, giving ideas and telling us different things make sure we include to make sure our day was just right. Throughout the entire wedding planning process whenever I reached out to her she responded rapidly and if she didn’t know the answer to something she would let me know right away and always informed me that she would check into it, which she always did! She allowed us to store decorations at the venue a few days before the wedding and her and her staff also assisted with the set up and clean up. They were absolutely amazing! Everything went well I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, we really appreciate Toni and the staff at Ashton Place! PS THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND ALL OF OUR GUEST LOVED IT🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I had my wedding at the Ashton Place on 9/28. It was beautiful!! Toni was my coordinator. She was the absolute GREATEST. She was incredibly kind and so very patient with me. I planned my wedding myself while working full time and trying to move so I was not the best communicator as I was alway tied into other things. She still made sure that all of my needs were met. She called and emailed and stayed on top of everything for me. The day of She was there start to finish. She made sure my suite had the snack platter and champagne and was sure to listen to anything I needed. The facility was decorated beautifully and everything was set up to perfection. The food was delicious from the soup to the cake! All my guests raved about how good the food was. I would recommend the Ashton Place to any bride and I was 100% recommend Toni as a coordinator! can honestly say my wedding day would not have been as great of a success without her!!

We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. We had the two middle rooms and it was the perfect size for our 140 guests. Kari was so easy to get in touch with, patiently answered all my questions and so flexible to work with. All the staff there are professional and very helpful. We had a few hiccups (unexpected guests, misplaced card box) but Kari and all the staff were quick to accommodate them for us and even went as far as letting us borrow a card box for the night.

I just got married on 28th May 2017( memorial day weekend) at the Ashton Place. This place and people are just amazing. Puneet and Akanksha did great job. We appreciate Akanksha's work a lot, she handled everything so gracefully on our big day. Ashton has all facilities one would need for any function. Also they are very flexible with all other vendors. I would highly recommend Ashton Place for any small/big functions. They are the best event organizers.

Akanksha, the coordinator, is truly amazing. She was available anytime we needed her, accommodated for all of our needs, and made our day exactly how we wanted it. She will always be apart of our memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Ashton place itself is absolutely stunning and they work extra hard to make sure your night is amazing. They offered to warm up our food since we were away thanking the tables, they gave us all the last minute items we needed, and they followed all of my requests in terms of avoiding interruptions and accommodating for guests. I don’t even know where to begin with this venue. I think one of the favorite parts of my wedding was walking into my reception and seeing how beautiful it was. Dianna, our wedding coordinator, was the BEST ever. We were hesitant at first when our initial coordinator had changed, but honestly we are so glad and lucky it did happen! I didn’t really have much of a vision to what I wanted my venue to look like. She was super helpful with what colors would work and what people like. She was also available whenever I needed her, even on her days off! The food was amazing! We had two different appetizers, a coffee bar, late night snacks, and the family style dinner. Everyone raved about the food, which also leads me to say they did a complimentary food tasting before we even booked. Soooo many places don’t offer that! They also did a tasting for appetizers too. The decorations they provided were so pretty! I did a coral theme so they provided the table runners, chair covers, sashes, and pink uplighting! I also had half the tables with the floating candle centerpiece that they provided and everything just all together turned out so beautiful. Everything ran smoothly, I would not change one thing! I would recommend this venue to anyone, and I especially recommend working with Dianna. I could go on and on with wonderful things to say about this place but I will leave it as if you want a memorable extra special day, choose this place!

The venue was beautiful I wouldn't of had it any other way, the room looked gorgeous. We worked with jackie she was the friendliest and always was always there to help :)

Dianna was PERFECT! I have always been told and have witnessed that weddings don't always go as planned. Ashton Place made our wedding better then what we imagined! Everyone keeps talking about how beautiful everything was, how all the food was delicious, and how the service was excellent! :) We could not be happier with our big day.

I have always wanted to have my wedding reception at Ashton Place, so when I found out that they had openings for my wedding day, I was so excited! Ashton Place gave me everything I could have ever wanted in a reception. The food was amazing and they provided most of the decor that I used. They also use an outside bakery for the cake, which was a big help! Everyone had an amazing time! All the people there are so friendly and are willing to help you have the perfect day. They really know their stuff when it comes to planning a function and I knew I had nothing to worry about when I got there to celebrate!

Working with Dianna was a dream come true! She made sure our wedding was perfect. She was always available, professional, and very accommodating. The venue was perfect! The staircases were beautiful. All of our 200 guest loved the service, the food and the venue. The wait staff was phenomenal. If u want a beautiful wedding you must book Ashton place today :-)

Wow. All I can say is Wow. Working with Jackie at Ashton Place was such a joy! She was more than prompt with correspondence, worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for our big day and gave us the assurance we needed that everything would be wonderful for our big day. And BOY! did she come through! Our banquet hall was set up to perfection, the cake was beautiful, the servers were amazing and the whole night had a flow that was unheard of! Everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been too, and I feel that was largely in part to Jackie and her hard working staff! I would recommend this banquet hall to anyone looking to throw and amazing party. Such a wonderful, wonderful experience!

They were the greatest place! The food was the best food at a wedding or anywhere(all our guest also said that), the people there are so nice and accomidating. The prices were great and they have alot of extras you can add to make it even more spectacular. We can't say enough good things about the place and people.

Ashton Place appeared to be the run-of-the-mill reception hall. They met all my needs and exceeded EVERY expectation!! Every person, servers, bar tenders, everyone went above and beyond!!! I would use Ashton Place 10 times over!!

Ashton Place was awesome. We worked with Jackie Casale, she was amazing and went above and beyond for us. She made sure everything was perfect; even things I never thought of. Something that I definitley recommend is upgrading to the premier package because it is definitley worth it. There is so much included when you upgrade, that it would be stupid not to. She made every detail wonderful and all of my family and friends commented as well that my wedding was fabulous!!!

By far the best hall we had looked at for our wedding. They had provided everything I had wanted for our reception at such a reasonable cost. I loved the chocolate fountain and chair covers and the food was awesome... When I walked into the room on the day of our wedding with all the candles lit and everything set up the way I dreamed.... I almost cried... It was what I dreamed and so much more.

I worked with Jackie and she was very helpful and kind. She was very responsive to my requests and very prompt with returning my phone calls and emails. The day of the event everything was just as I imagined it would be. The food was great and the service and staff were great to work with.

Welcoming Celebration for My Daughters
This is my first time using the Ashton place for my celebration of 180 people. I worked with Stephanie on all the arrangments and planning for my party. She was very flexible with all my needs and made sure that my party is a huge success. The Saphire room where we had our party was spacious and brightly lit with beautiful chandelier. The room set up was exactly as I expected. The servers were courtious and fast. They worked as quitely as can be without plates noise or clutters. Also, Stephanie is a wonderful coordinater and was with us the whole time checking on us and making sure everything is to our liking. The food prices were reasonable. They have verity of meals to choose from. I chose the pretzel covered chicken with cream sauce. It was fantastic! and it came hot from the oven. Yum! Thank you Ashton place for the beautiful experience.

We truly enjoyed our experience with Ashton Place. Akanksha was always very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole planning process. The food was DELICIOUS, and the venue was well set-up. There was another wedding reception the same night as ours, and their music was heard VERY loudly through the wall divider during our speeches, but that was the only downfall. Nevertheless, Akanksha handled the situation promptly. We would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

When my now husband and I walked into Ashton Place to select our wedding venue, we fell in love. It is beautiful inside and the staff was very accommodating. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night regarding the food and the sweet table.

Ashton Place was an amazing place to host the reception to our wedding. We searched through many places in the 60527 area code and they were by far the top competitor for pricing. The food was exceptional and they offered a large selection of choices for the money we spent. Also, Ashton Place is unique in that you spend a bottom line amount to book a room. We had 3 out of the 4 rooms, so we had to spend 20,000 but could do it any way we wanted (food, cake, decorations, balloon drop, ice sculpture, chocolate fountain, etc). They were extremely helpful with all the planning. The only downside is that they can have up to four other events going at the same time as yours. If your big concern is being the only bride on the grounds, then you might want to think twice about Ashton. However, if you are about getting the most for your money, then Ashton is the place for you!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Ashton Place on 8/26/17. Akanksha was an excellent coordinator to work with through all the planning! She was responsive, professional, and attentive to all the details we wanted to incorporate into our special day. There were a few times in which information communicated over email was unclear and needed to be clarified but in the end everything was figured out. We are grateful for the rest of the staff who made our night unforgettable! All the food was DELICIOUS and our guests were raving about it. Service was wonderful, the venue was beautiful and clean, and we were pleased with how the staff at Ashton Place accommodated our big wedding. I definitely recommend this venue!

I had my wedding there on Sept 29th, 2018. It was beautiful and Toni handled everything. she made sure our day was special. The food was great we are still getting calls from our guest on how much they loved the hall and food. I would recommend The Ashton Place to anyone that's looking to have a nice elegant event. My wedding Was absolutely beautiful thanks to Toni.

Looking back there are a few complaints that I have about the Ashton Place:
There were very few food choices in each price range. I wish that there were a few more options.
They messed up the cake. While it looked fine (which is perhaps the most important) the cake's filling was wrong.
When I told them that I wanted to sub out the ice piece for lights and tulle on the balcony I did not figure that they would put another ice piece on the dessert table. (I think that they are tacky and overdone).
The ability for guests from other parties to come to my reception and get free drinks was something that I found enormously tacky.
Overall though it was a great place to have a reception. The staff was very attentive and was able to make sure that all of my requests were fulfilled. The venue its self is gorgeous especially the room set aside for the bride and the groom.

Beautiful venue! Excellent food with many options for personalizing your wedding! They changed our event planner mid way through the process, but she was also great to work with. Highly recommended!
