  Morgan is the BEST!

  Morgan was absolutely incredible, and we cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she kept every detail organized and made communication throughout the planning process seamless. As our wedding day approached, she created a detailed timeline for the entire wedding weekend, which helped calm my nerves and allowed me to truly enjoy the experience.
  
  On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Morgan handled every detail behind the scenes, and I never once had to worry about what was happening next. She made sure everything stayed on schedule while creating a stress-free environment for us, our families, and our guests.
  
  Because of Morgan, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of what was truly the most perfect day. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we honestly wouldn’t change a thing. We are so grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and care throughout the entire process.

  Cannot say enough good things about Morgan.

  Morgan was AMAZING in every way. We selected her as the day of coordinator but don't let the word day of fool you. She was helpful from the day we met. She always answered questions, offered suggestions and recomended vendors and was just all around perfect. She took care of everything - vendor communication, rehersal run through and obviously everything the day of our daughter's wedding. We did not have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy the day. Do not hesitate!! Contact her ASAP!!

  The absolute best wedding coordinator :)

  Morgan was absolutely incredible and helped our wedding day go seamlessly! Even though we only hired her as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond before and after the wedding answering any and all questions that we had, recommending vendors, and creating a detailed timeline that was shared with our entire wedding party. Morgan was extremely responsive, very professional, and most importantly really invested in us as a couple. From driving all the way up to Plainfield to pick up decor the week beforehand, to stitching up my dress minutes before I walked down the aisle, Morgan was an absolute gem and our day wouldn't have been as amazing without all of her help!

  Everybody needs a Coordinator

  Morgan was great to work with. She took control with all of the different vendors I had booked. She made sure they were ready and set up on time. She worked with the different vendors to set the perfect time line for the day. Morgan and her team helped with the set up and flipping of the room. I was able to spend the cocktail hour with the guest and she made sure to help us clean up and be out on time. We could not have had such a special day without her and her team.

  Morgan was absolutely outstanding as our day-of-coordinator! She was an integral part of our planning process, and she had fantastic vendor and detail recommendations. Rehearsal and wedding day activities went so smoothly thanks to her calm, genuine demeanor. Any day of decisions from vendors went straight to her, which made for such an easy and amazing day! Morgan created a timeline to share with our family and wedding party as well- so helpful. She is so kind and energetic! I would absolutely recommend her services to any future couple! Thank you for everything you did for us, you are incredible!

  Incredible addition to our special day - cannot recommend enough!

  Morgan and her team were such a wonderful addition to our wedding. As the day-of wedding planner, she took so many of the "last minute" responsibilities that started at the three month mark. Further, Morgan was such a delight to work with and allowed us to truly enjoy the wedding week, instead of working through many details that we had forgotten about. Morgan is extremely detailed oriented and was responsive during the entire wedding planning. I could not recommend her enough! We were extremely impressed.

  Top notch, kind, and skilled

  Morgan was absolutely incredible! Not only is Morgan kind and respectful in every interaction with her, she was incredibly skilled at her job. She connected us with top notch vendors, quickly turned around drafts for us to review and sign off on, thought of every detail to make everything meaningful and fun, and orchestrated a breathtaking wedding for my family! And we came to her for help just 4 months before the wedding!! We are incredibly grateful for her and all the outstanding work she did. She really went above and beyond, and everyone raved about her work! Thank you for making my cousin's wedding so special, fun, and gorgeous! We are so grateful!

  Hiring Morgan was the best decision we made in planning our microwedding

  Morgan was an absolute dream to work with when planning and executing our (micro)wedding. Not only was she on top of everything and made the process incredibly stress-free, but she also saved us thousands of dollars by graciously agreeing to be our florist and doing an INCREDIBLE job. The flowers and decor were absolutely perfect in every way - even more than I could have hoped. Everything went so smoothly on the day of and she coordinated our vendors seamlessly. The bottom line is that we planned a wedding within 4 months of getting engaged… and the fact that I was able to fully be present and enjoy the day stress-free is all thanks to Morgan and all of the work she put into it. She is an amazing human being on top of being trustworthy and extremely talented! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I 1000% recommend it - and specifically recommend this gem of a planner. :)

  They were AMAZING! I hired Morgan and her team about 2 1/2 months before my wedding as a day of coordinator and she was fabulous. Morgan and her team made everything stress free, seamless and helped make our day special! Anything you are dreaming of on your wedding day Morgan and her team help it come to life!   Top notch!

  Morgan with Ashley Weddings was amazing. We had one month to plan a wedding reception and Morgan was crucial. In retrospect, we don’t know how we could have had our event without her, and we absolutely would not want to. We felt unsure about hiring a coordinator (isn’t that just a luxury for wealthy fancy people?), but we are SO GLAD we did. If you’re on the fence, book her. We opted for the day of package and I still question whether we paid enough for all she did, from helping us conceptualize the event, to structuring our work so that we could not only identify all the necessary details but also work through them all, to silently and seamlessly taking care of mountains of work on the day of, Morgan was amazing. She received our deliveries, helped with picking up various items we needed, coordinated with vendors and found us great people to work with just a month before our date. We chose our flowers, linens, and colors and on the day of, Morgan put it all together to make it GORgeous. We ordered flowers from Sam’s club and Morgan brought them to the venue and arranged them beautifully. She did an INCREDIBLE job with the decorating. Everything was organized, inviting and beautiful. She also did a great job of monitoring the timeline for the event - what a huge relief to be able to just enjoy the day, checking in with Morgan for when it was time for transitions. From start to finish, the amount of stress she took off our shoulders was TREMENDOUS. I am so grateful for her and 100% recommend working with her. She’s amazing at what she does. Book her!

  Amazing and Stress-free

  Morgan is great to work with. She coordinated my reception since we had a destination wedding. She was intuitive when it came to things I tried to describe from my head. My reception was beautifully decorated and she reduced my stress level by 1000% just by being so organized and on top of everything. She was so accommodating to everything I asked and even things I didn't know to ask for. I would reccomend Ashley Weddings to anyone I know getting married.

  Morgan with Ashley Weddings and Events was AMAZING to work with! Although we hired for "day of coordination", she helped with so much more than that such as vendor recommendations and timelines. As an event planner myself, I didn't want to have to worry about any of the logistics the day of and I am happy to say that I did not! I had full trust that Morgan and her team were on top of it and would make sure that the day went smoothly and it did. This allowed us and our families to enjoy our wedding day without stressing over the details! We had so much fun meeting with Morgan throughout the wedding process.. she is one the sweetest people that I know and I would recommend her to anyone!

  Morgan went above and beyond for my wedding. I was living out of state and my mom was traveling a lot the last 6 months leading up tot the wedding so I relied on her heavily to keep us organized! she does everything with a smile, puts you at ease and makes the process enjoyable. She was always in my corner when it came to decisions too which was really nice too. I recommend her full package to keep your stress levels down. She can handle anything!!!

  Morgan made our day run incredibly seamlessly! She was incredible from the very beginning and made sure the groom and I were able to enjoy our day to the fullest extent. We had literally zero stress because anytime something started to go wrong, we would just send them to Morgan. Now I'm an evangelist for hiring a wedding planner/coordinator because Morgan did such an incredible job. Do yourself a favor and hire Morgan -- you won't find anyone more responsive, fun, and professional!

  Morgan was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! We had to postpone our wedding a year due to a family illness and Morgan was so helpful during this tough time as well as being wonderful once we were ready to start the planning. She made the whole planning experience and day of wedding move seamlessly. The day of the wedding my bridesmaids were emote anxious than I was and when everyone asked why I was so calm, I just answered "because Morgan has it under control". She made sure every small and large detail we had talked about came to life. She was amazing and wonderful. I highly recommend her for any future bride. She is great!

  Morgan was amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. She helped us come up with a package that was the right fit for our budget and what we were looking for. During the wedding, I didn't worry about a single thing! She had everything lined up and ready to go and made sure the whole day ran smoothly and with no issues. I don't think I could have done it without her! My only regret is not hiring her earlier on in the planning process. Totally worth the money!

  Morgan and team were absolutely AMAZING! We booked her for the whole shebang - from early planning stages all the way through the big day. I was planning an Indiana wedding all the way from California so she really helped me and my family make sure we got everything done that we needed to. If there was ever a time I wasn't sure we'd get something in on time she had it handled no problem! I had missed the mark for one of the larger vendors I wanted to use, but Morgan has amazing local connections and was able to get everything ironed out perfectly.
  
  She helped us plan through every detail, manage our stress levels, coordinate with all our different vendors, and put our big ideas into action to pull-off the wedding of our dreams. Her professionalism and experience really showed through - I'd recommend her 10x over again :)

  Morgan and her team made the wedding of our dreams come true! My day was so organized and so less stressful than I’ve seen many of my friends go through on their wedding day. Morgan’s team picked up and brought us lunch so that we didn’t have to worry about eating while trying to get ready the majority of the day. Morgan responded so quickly to my endless bridezilla emails and always made me feel at ease for our future wedding day. Morgan made any Pinterest ideas I had come to life and my flowers that she arranged were absolutely beautiful! Morgan and her team tore down the decorations from the wedding and delivered them to my house so that we could enjoy the rest of our wedding night at our hotel. We didn’t find out until after the wedding that my junior bridesmaid didn’t like our served meal and within 30 minutes Morgan had a cheese pizza delivered for her to eat. Morgan and her team are worth every penny we spent and more!

  Morgan was everything I could have wanted in a wedding planner and so much more! She goes above and beyond to make the day smooth from beginning to end and does it all with a big smile on her face. I could not be more thankful for the service Morgan provided for us!! As a wedding photographer myself, I have seen other wedding planners in action and Morgan runs circles around all of them. One of the best decisions I made when I was planning my wedding, for sure!!

  My husband and I hired Morgan with Ashley Weddings and Events after we decided to get married in Bloomington, IN. We definitely needed help when planning a wedding from out of state and Morgan helped us every step of the way! She sent us checklists of things to do every month, and had phone and email check-ins with us to coordinate all the details. Morgan is organized, thoughtful, enthusiastic, patient, and all-around wonderful! She made making decisions about the wedding easy, which cut out the majority of stress from wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, Morgan simply handled everything. We are certain we will never know exactly how many things she did to set up and coordinate everything, but it was like a fairytale. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Everything was so beautiful, Morgan went above and beyond to make our wedding day fantastic. Morgan's full service wedding planning package is amazing, it's everything we could have wished for our wedding and more.

  Morgan was so so so easy to work with. In the lead up to our wedding, so many people asked us if we were stressed about the planning process and we could consistently answer, "No!" Morgan took care of all the details, kept us on track with our part on checklists and made any last minute curve balls invisible. She took amazing care of us, responded quickly to emails, and told us what details not to sweat because our guests would never notice. The wedding felt flawless and fun to me and I felt able to enjoy it in the moment.

  Hiring Morgan was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process! I get very anxious about timing, and I knew I didn't want to feel that way on my wedding day. When the day arrived, the only nerves I felt were from being the bride - I knew everything else would go perfectly because Morgan was so amazing! Both my dad and my husband were skeptical about hiring a wedding planner. By the end of the wedding, they were both amazed and so glad Morgan was there. My dad was so happy with how everything turned out, he even gave Morgan a hug at the end of the night and still raves about how perfect she made the day! Do yourself a favor, and hire her - you will NOT regret it!!!

  Morgan was so helpful in planning my wedding! I had the most perfect wedding thanks to her. She provided vendor recommendations for all budget points, had creative ideas and quick solutions and kept me feeling organized throughout the planning process. I was never stressed at all while planning my wedding and was able to fully enjoy my special day while Morgan took care of all the details. On top of that, she is the most friendly and nice person! 100% recommend!! Working with Morgan was the best decision I made!

  Morgan with Ashely Weddings and Events brings so much to the table: she is very well connected in the wedding community in Monroe County and other counties, she is respected by everyone I have ever spoken to, she is the most optimistic and bubbly person I've ever known, but she will tell you what she thinks-she is not afraid to give honest reviews of vendors she has worked with even if those are less than favorable. Morgan is up for literally anything, she never turned her nose up at the mud around our barn or my lofty plans for our unfinished barn event, she comforted me with the plan when I didn't know If it was all going to get done. She is professional, always dressed to a T and is just plain pleasant to be around. I was told more than once from one of our 300+ wedding guests that we had the best wedding they had ever been to and there was not a single glitch. I am sad that I only get one wedding, I felt like a pretty pretty princess, loved marrying my husband and I truly enjoyed working with and being around Morgan. If I had it all to do over again, directly after my husband got off his knee in November of 2015, I would have called Morgan to pick a date when she wasn't booked and I would have let go of the reins more because this lady has taste and knows how to throw a party.

  If you're looking at these reviews, you've probably already figured out that Morgan is The. Best. Go ahead and hire her now. We were on a budget, but I will never regret hiring Morgan as a day-of coordinator. She was very flexible and put together a package for us that gave us what we needed but not what we didn't. Even though she was just doing day-of coordination, Morgan always went above and beyond. We were able to have multiple in-person and video/phone conversations with her, and she always brought up great points that helped us make the important decisions and stay on track. She was always around during the wedding weekend. As a bride, you often hear compliments on the food, or the venue, or the cake. I have never heard a compliment for the coordinator. But Morgan was so excellent that our guests really did notice and comment on how smoothly everything went. Honestly, I didn't expect that my wedding day would look like it did in my head, but because of Morgan, it truly did. I would have paid her double what it cost because she's totally worth it.

  My daughter had the final say in selecting Ashley Wedding & Events after we interviewed different people and she definitely made the correct call. We live in Indianapolis and knew we would require much help in coordinating a wedding to be held in Bloomington on the IU campus. Morgan Banks (Ashley Weddings & Events) was organized, professional, and was well known and liked by all of the other vendors used for this wedding with consistent responses; “oh, yes we’ve worked with Morgan before – she’s great!” This was an outdoor service which required vendors for chairs and with transportation provided to the guests to and from the ceremony site so there was a lot to schedule and coordinate, including coordinating with and creating the schedule for the event planner at the hotel for the reception. Morgan did so perfectly and with the most positive, caring and upbeat attitude - even with rain threatening to alter the outdoor plans, she cautioned us to "give it a little longer because weather can clear quickly" - and she was right! Having student interns working with her was an added bonus to coordinate different groups and for everything to work smoothly. These young ladies were professional and delightful. Morgan was present during the entire wedding ceremony and reception to ensure things ran smoothly and we did not have to concern ourselves with anything except enjoying our daughter's wedding and reception. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Ashley Weddings & Events. Although we had 3 face-to-face meetings, most of the planning and coordination of events was accomplished via emails back and forth. Morgan was always available and extremely prompt with her responses to emails. If you want someone who is skilled, organized, thorough, professional, upbeat, positive, resourceful and flexible, this is your person. Thank you Morgan for a wonderful wedding experience and weekend!

  I cannot say enough great things about Ashley Weddings and Events and Morgan Banks! I never thought I would want a wedding coordinator, but I fell in love with her flower arrangements at someone else's wedding, and when I got engaged six weeks later, I called her. Because my wedding included two ceremonies (a Hindu service and a Christian service) and then a reception, and it all happened with only five months planning (and 300+ were in attendance), we NEEDED Morgan. She was so wonderful and kind! She made me feel like our wedding was the only thing on her mind and on her plate, and yet, it most definitely was not. She just really took care of everything we asked her to. My parents were also initially concerned about the need and the cost, and after the wedding, they said it was the best money we could have spent. My husband and I agreed. And our floral arrangements were beautiful too. I could not recommend her more highly. She help make our day perfect for us.

  Morgan and her team are seriously LIFE SAVERS when it comes to wedding planning! If she is available for your date, BOOK IT while you can! We hired Morgan as a day of planner, and the only thing I would have done differently would be hiring her as a full service planner because the amount of details that go into a wedding are endless!! If you're on the line about hiring a planner, trust me, the services Morgan provides are PRICELESS & it will be the best wedding planning decision you make (and your moms will thank you for it!!) I was amazed at all the work that goes on behind the scenes the day of, and having Morgan there allowed us and our wedding party to actually enjoy the wedding day! Morgan really does think of every detail and you can bet her team will be ON TOP OF IT to make sure your wedding day goes as smooth as possible!   Morgan and her team are ABSOLUTELY the best of the best. I signed up for the 'day of coordination' with Morgan and got so much more. With a large wedding of around 250 guests, in a fairly new venue, with mostly new vendors to Morgan and the venue as well, with mostly out of town guests - it could not have gone smoother. Besides that, Morgan was the happiest, most reassuring face to see all day. She cares so much about each of her brides, bridesmaids, grooms, groomsmen, family, guests, vendors.
  
  In addition, Morgan has planned most of my friends weddings! I've seen her plan large, glamorous, traditional celebrations and small, intimate gatherings. She has dealt with extremely difficult family situations, less than optimal weather situations, and basically everything in between. I would trust her with any wedding and recommend her to EVERYONE getting married in the southern Indiana area.

  Morgan is a magical girl that make our wedding absolutely perfect! Both her charming personality that will make you warm/relax/happy and her attention to details that helped the wedding go exactly as planned! We used her day-of service, but she helped us much more than that, she went all out and helped us picked out a perfect wedding vendor team. She is very responsive in emails/text/phone calls. She was with us for all the meetings with other vendors and everything at our wedding was beyond our expectations!
  We planned an outdoor ceremony. I started checking the weather and realized that it gonna rain! I was stressed out, but thank to Morgan, she helped me create a detailed rain plan, and kept me calm. On our wedding day, the rain held off for all our photo sessions (2pm to 4pm). Everything was set up outside for the planned outdoor ceremony. However, a thunderstorm came at 4:30 (our ceremony was scheduled at 5:30). Luckily, Morgan is so experienced, so when the rain came, we were prepared. My groom told me afterwards that Morgan ran out in the rain without any hesitation to help people outside deal with the rain!
  The result? The rain stopped 20 min prior to our ceremony! Morgan and her team started to react immediately after the rain stopped. And we had our ceremony outside as planned! The aisle was beautiful; all the seats were nice and dry. It looked like the rain never happened!
  With Morgan on my side, I felt relaxed and enjoyed our big day 100%.
  When I was went into the reception hall that Morgan created, I was blown away. It was exactly what I wanted but 1000 times better. She was so organized and helped us to the very last detail! I only told her my vision, she totally got me!
  I could go on and on and on about how wonderful Morgan is! If you want a wedding planner, look no further! She is hands down the best wedding planner you could ever ask for! And her work is worth every penny!

  Morgan was WONDERFUL! My daughter, the bride, and I are both VERY detail oriented people and without Morgan, we would have both driven each other (and everyone else) crazy and not have been able to enjoy any of the wedding day. But with Morgan, we could both relax-- She was excellent with details and we grew to trust her completely. And it worked. I literally did not worry about one thing on the day of the wedding and everything went exactly as planned with no input or help from me or my daughter-- Morgan did it all! She was a bargain and worth every cent. We used her day-of services, but she still met with us several times, regularly answered all of our obsessive emailed questions, recommended vendors, and gave us ideas. All of the vendors we worked with (not all chosen by her) did nothing but praise her and say how much they love to work with her. She stayed calm and helped us to deal with a couple difficult situations with grace and calm. Even the skeptics (groom and father of the bride) both, independently, ended up saying, "Morgan was worth every penny you paid and then some!"

Having access to Morgan's inventory of decor was essential in planning our Indy wedding from the East Coast.   Our daughter got engaged 2 years ago and the venue that was chosen was in Bloomington, IN where they both went to school. (So this became a destination wedding) Morgan was hired at that time and we chose her because of the recommendations about her. For over a year and a half she worked with us and NEVER let us down. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She gave great ideas along the way, and most of all gave my daughter HER dream wedding. They worked together, and when we arrived at the wedding/reception - it took my breath away. Morgan is a true professional and I will also be grateful to her for giving us the perfect day. Her coordination of the day was flawless. All of our guests will tell you - it was the perfect day, perfect wedding - and I owe that to Ashley Weddings.   I cannot say enough about Ashley Wedding and Events and the service we received. My daughter had a rather large wedding in Bloomington (my daughter lives four hours away and I live an hour and half away). Morgan did an amazing job of coordinating so many aspects of a wedding in a town where none of us even lived. She took my daughter's vision for a perfect wedding and delivered it exactly. We counted on her for so much and she was always there to help with anything we needed. While I know she was running many weddings simultaneous, she always made us feel like a priority - as if we were the only family she was working with. The wedding was absolutely perfect and Morgan was a huge part of that. I would highly recommend Ashley Wedding and Events to anyone.

  Morgan and her staff were absolutely the best part of our wedding (besides the marriage)! Without Morgan's help, our wedding would not have been nearly as special and relaxing. She not only helped my husband and I to plan many details of our wedding, but she always offered advice, preferred vendors, and even arranged our flowers for the ceremony/reception herself! She did a beautiful job on all of the floral decorations (centerpieces, decor, bouquets, bouts, etc). Everyone complimented that part of our day. As we are beginning to look through our many wedding photos, we find ourselves complimenting her work from the biggest projects to the smallest, most intimate details, both of which made our day SO perfect. Our bridal party and family members were able to relax and enjoy the day because Morgan took care of every last thing, even picking up our lunch and scheduling/meeting all of the vendors the day of. If we could go back and do it over again, we would have purchased her full package (we only did the day of with some extras added on). She was absolutely the best vendor we dealt with and we are so blessed to have gotten to know her and have her help with our wedding!

  If you are looking for someone to make your planning come together, relieve your stress/ planning questions, and help your big day run smoothly, Morgan Banks is who you've been looking for! Hiring Morgan was the best vendor decision we made for our wedding, hands down. Although we hired her to help us mostly for day of help, she helped us so much along the way. She had great advice and so many wonderful ideas. I was actually relaxed and calm on wedding day because I knew Morgan and her interns had everything under control. I could not have done it without her. Everything I had asked her to do she did, and beyond. She was even up in a pine tree on a ladder hanging lanterns for us! All of my visions came to life and even better than I could have imagined. Although she is very busy working on so many wonderful weddings, I felt like she always responded to emails promptly and made us feel like she cared about our concerns and questions.   Morgan was our wedding fairy godmother! In our initial planning stages, we had opted out of a wedding planner, but as the big day came closer we decided we needed to recruit additional help. Morgan was key in finalizing our last details and coordinated the rehearsal and day-of events. I can honestly say we couldn't have done it with out her! Morgan's planning and organizational skills allowed us, and our family, to have a fun and carefree day! We didn't have to worry about anything because Morgan and her team had it covered! They were an absolute joy to work with and we're so happy she was a part of our special day.

  Morgan with Ashley Weddings & Events deserves all the 5 star reviews she gets. My wedding day was zero stress because of her. I was drinking champagne the morning of my wedding and literally just showed up when it was time. Without Morgan, we would have all been running around frantically and wouldn't have enjoyed ourselves at all. Morgan did a lot of the planning stuff for me and did the day-of coordination and decorating. She created the wedding day timeline for the entire bridal party as well. She also recommended several vendors that I ended up using and they were great as well so I really trust her recommendations. The ceremony and reception venues looked SO beautiful thanks to her. I got compliments on the decor all night. It wouldn't have looked even half that nice if I had done it myself. The best part about Morgan is she takes her time to get to know you and what you want and then just runs with it. If you look at the pictures of weddings she has done, each is unique but they all look beautiful.
  
  Morgan is also an all-around wedding guru and answered my random questions about invitation wording and anything else under the sun very promptly. She also really goes above and beyond for her clients. My husband's birthday was a couple days before the wedding and I had gotten candles to stick on the wedding cake after we cut it so we could sing happy birthday to him. I forgot the candles in my hotel room and Morgan quickly left the reception to buy some for me so we could still do it. She's such a sweetheart! I definitely recommend hiring Ashley Weddings & Events for any event!

  Our daughter, Kaitlin, was married at McCormick's Creek State Park, near Spencer, IN. Kaitlin lives in Walla Walla, WA and I live in Kansas City, MO. We knew we would need someone local to help us plan Kaitlin's wedding even though the plan was for a small wedding (50-75 guests). The best decision we made was to hire Morgan Banks as our wedding coordinator. Not only was Morgan adept and responsible, she was also a dear person with whom to work. She never lost her enthusiasm for making Kaitlin's wedding the event she desired. In addition, her crew was amazing. Headed by Morgan Hough (affectionately known as Morgan #2), they made the necessary adjustments to move a wedding ceremony originally scheduled for an amphitheater to a park shelter house because of a thunderstorm in less than 20 minutes. The shelter house transformation was so beautiful we all decided you couldn't tell it wasn't the original plan. Kaitlin described it best when she said hiring Morgan was like "renting a best friend to help with your wedding."

  Working with Morgan was beyond a doubt the best and easiest part of wedding planning. She is incredibly responsive, even on vacation and late at night. She is always cheery and kind in her dealings with myself, family and vendors. She knows all best vendors in the area, and they also complimented her highly. The value was her service was beyond anything I ever expected. She communicated with me and met with me for months before the wedding, on the day of planned all the logistics, did all the set up and decorating with her interns and also did all the clean up and delivery of gifts to our house.
  
  Morgan is such a joy and pleasure to work with. I hope to have the chance to work with her in the future. You WILL NOT regret hiring her. She is truly a professional to the highest standard.

  Hiring Morgan from Ashley Wedding & Events was the best decision we made for our wedding! My mom and I 'planned' the wedding, but on the day of, we just wanted to enjoy our day, so we hired Morgan as a 'Day-Of' wedding planner to make sure the whole night ran seamlessly and it absolutely was seamless. We met with Morgan two days before the wedding, discussed our 'vision/timeline' of the day, and Morgan totally did the rest. She showed up earlier than her contract stated, helped decorate, monitored our gift tables, helped everyone find their seats, made sure the whole night flowed together, and the best of all, made sure my family and I enjoyed the night--without ever worrying about a single detail of the reception. Morgan's flexible and friendly attitude made her so easy to work with, and her knowledge of wedding planning made our night unforgettable.   I highly recommend hiring Morgan Banks of Ashley Weddings and Events to support you in planning and realizing the wedding you hope for. Morgan provided reception coordination for my daughter and son-in-law for their early fall state park wedding. They had many family and friends involved in setting up their event, but since neither the bride and groom or any family members lived locally, Morgan's services were essential to pulling everything together on the Day Of.
  
  Morgan is professional and responsive and is an excellent listener. To say she goes above and beyond what would be expected is an understatement. Her team was so helpful in setting up the reception and accomplishing the last minute tasks that made everything ready for the guests when they arrived from the ceremony.
  
  My daughter and son-in-law had the wedding they wanted, and they and their families are grateful they had Morgan and her team to help make it happen.

  If she could receive 10's---she would!!!! I was only the MOG but very involved in doing the flowers and a few other details. She was simply amazing. She is super professional, dependable x 1000, enthusiastic, kind, sweet, tireless, remembers all details, never misses a beat----and that's just the tip of the iceberg. She even made sure the Bride and Groom had a plate full of food in their room after the reception---knowing that they would have probably just nibbled throughout the night.I'm not sure when she sleeps. Don't hesitate for a minute to hire this precious young lady and her crew to do your wedding----the entire wedding or planning/day of.

  I cannot stress enough how valuable Morgan is during the wedding planning process and on the actual wedding day. I had been back and forth with hiring a wedding planner in the first place since I was very involved with a lot of the planning and thought I could do it all on my own (while working a full time job). I thought wedding planners were for those with a big budget, but in all honesty I'm glad I made the room for Morgan in my budget, it was the best decision that I made. I decided on hiring a planner for "day of planning". I had met with a few planners and none of them came close to the energy and enthusiasm that Morgan had. She honestly wants to go above and beyond for you. Other planners wouldn't do an extra service for you if it wasn't in their listed services. After my experience with Morgan I would suggest incorporating her into your wedding budget. You will not regret it one bit! I needed a planner so that I could focus on my family and friends.   Morgan was an absolute joy to work with!!!! She has the experience and contacts that are needed to perform her job top notch. My husband and I are overjoyed that we heard about her and hired her for our wedding planning. We were both overseas at the time of our engagement and her advice and help in planning things back home was invaluable. We never would have been able to pull the wedding off without her and her team's help. I honestly don't know how she did everything that she did, especially on the wedding day because I'm sure she put out fires that we don't even know about. She was able to help us get through some MAJOR snafu's with my wedding dress and make-up artist just days before the wedding. I would have lost my mind without her help. LOL Even if she charged twice the amount that she does, she would have been worth every penny! We not only were impressed with her expertise and professionalism, but she is a downright good person and we value that.   The entire Ashley Wedding and Events Team were beyond helpful and responsive not only in pre-wedding planning but in the execution of my Wedding Day! I had not considered hiring a wedding planner until I witnessed a friend's family try to pull off her big day. It seemed as if everyone was so stressed and the family was not able to relax and enjoy the event. I immediately contacted a few friends who recommended Morgan and her team. From the initial meeting I felt Morgan was very receptive to how I and my guests wanted to experience this once in a lifetime day!   We hired Ashley Weddings for day-of wedding services, with a few a la carte options. We wanted to do most of the planning ourselves, though she provided a lot of advice and recommendations along the way. It was exactly what we needed. I don't know how my husband and I would have gotten through our wedding day without Morgan! She went above and beyond to make our day special. I didn't know this until later, but she even sewed a button on by hand that had fallen off of my husband's suit before the wedding. She's so prepared. She took care of every hitch, without alerting me to any of it - which is exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day. I can't thank Morgan enough. I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding.

We live in Chicago but had our wedding in Bloomington, IN and she helped with everything including picking up the flowers from our florist, setting up the reception space decor (so we literally didn't have to think twice about it), she even filled in as our officiant for our rehearsal, along with SO MANY other things! She was there to answer every question and deal with all of the vendors. She kept everything very organized and was very knowledgeable on every wedding day detail.   Morgan was hired as my day-of wedding coordinator and the service that she provided to me on my special day was invaluable. She was always very prompt in answering my emails or texts with the random questions I had. She met with me in person several times before my wedding to make sure everyone, including all the vendors, were on the same page and took the time to make a schedule for the entire bridal party and immediate family. She was great at being able to communicate with vendors that were not timely and made sure to get them onboard! Not only is she a pro at what she does but she also has a friendly and warm personality, which makes it so easy to work with her. The day of our wedding was a whirlwind and I will never regret having her there to set up and direct the vendors so that I could relax and enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and family worry-free. I know that our day had some glitches but she never let me know and took care of them to where I never noticed. Since our wedding day, my groom and I have said countless times how our wedding would not have been as successful or fun without the help of Morgan (and her amazing husband, Justin, that was there in a supporting role as well). Morgan has a great team and would be a worthwhile asset to anyone's special day!! I can't say enough great things about her and her team.

  I was on the fence about hiring a planner/coordinator, and then I met with Morgan Banks of Ashley Weddings & Events and was instantly 'sold'. I worked with Morgan for nearly a year and a half planning our wedding. During that time, I changed my mind about so many things (the venue, the colors, the theme, the decor, etc), and I'm sure I made her rethink the 'unlimited emails' portion of her contract :). Morgan met every question and change with enthusiasm and reassured me I wasn't crazy or bothersome.
  
  Although we discussed my vision in detail, I was honestly still nervous about how everything would come together the day of the wedding. I am a bit of a control freak, and I wanted to be there to oversee the decorations. I was pleasantly surprised the day of. Everything was so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, from the floral centerpieces designed by Morgan to the perfect placement of the massive amount of various decor I had acquired over the last year and a half. Morgan also made our cake and cupcakes, which were beautiful and delicious. More than anything, we are so happy our family was able to just relax and enjoy the day while Morgan and her team made sure everything went as smooth as possible.
  
  Hiring Morgan is the best decision we made for our wedding. Her positive attitude is contagious. All of my friends and family who met Morgan loved her. My husband was opposed to hiring someone, but he commented several times during the planning process and after the wedding how awesome Morgan is. We're both so happy we chose her!

  Morgan did such an amazing job helping me out for our wedding day. In the planning stage she helped me think about many things I would've never thought about. And she executed flawlessly on everything on our day. I was completely stress free the entire day as she took care of all of the details. I would recommend her to any future bride! Such a sweet, professional and helpful attitude.

  Morgan was great! I was actually able to relax and enjoy my wedding and reception because I knew she would take care of everything for me. I wouldn't have changed a thing!

  I would recommend Morgan to anyone. She took the stress of wedding planning from us. No matter what crisis that occurred during our planning, Morgan always had a plan in place and was very reassuring. She made our wedding weekend memorable and wonderful. We are still getting complements on how well it was run and smooth flowing. I cannot thank Morgan enough for a great weekend. She is wonderful and so much fun to work with.

  I hired Morgan from Ashley Weddings & Events to help make my wedding day go smoothly. I was skeptical about hiring a planner in the beginning because I was doing so much of it myself, but I cannot say how grateful I am to Morgan for ALL the work she did for us! She is absolutely AMAZING, professional, and just an all around wonderful person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire an event planner! She definitely goes above and beyond for her brides, and you can tell that she has a strong passion for what she does. She made my wedding day absolutely perfect, and I can't thank her enough for all of the little things she did for my now husband and me along the way. We love Morgan!!!

  I hired Morgan to help with Day of Coordination and she went above and beyond that description. She met me several times before the wedding to go over everything, answered emails promptly, reminded me of things I would have otherwise forgotten, and made the whole day beautiful! I was so glad not to have to worry about small things on the wedding day because I knew Morgan would take care of them. I am so happy that she was there and she made our day feel so special.

  I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Morgan. From the start, she went above and beyond our expectations. She helped with everything from the selection of vendors, to various ideas, to coming to tastings with me, and so much more. I contacted her a billion times with questions and she always responded very quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The wedding weekend would have been complete chaos without Morgan. She took all of my ideas and put them together beautifully, organized and coordinated all of the vendors, made sure everything flowed properly at the wedding, and even had time to decorate our honeymoon suite with roses and champagne! She is perhaps one of the most enthusiastic and happy people I know and made our special day everything we had ever dreamed of and so much more! A couple looking to get married in this area would be crazy to not include Morgan to make the day completely stress-free and beautiful!!

  Morgan was our wedding planner for my daughter Molly's wedding. We live in Austin, TX and we really needed someone in Bloomington to help us out. It truly was our great fortune to have found Morgan. We were so grateful to her on all of her wonderful suggestions and she was so responsive to ours. We felt we got more than our monies worth even before the day of the wedding. She totally blew us away on the wedding weekend! She was so organized and helped with every aspect of the wedding. And she did it all with a smile on her face which never vanished. She worked so hard from early Saturday morning until way past midnight. I can honestly say that she was instrumental in making it the wedding of Molly and Tyler's dreams. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Bloomington. You will not be disappointed!!!

  My wedding was complete perfection and I owe it all to Morgan of Ashley Weddings and Events! Morgan is so amazing at wedding planning that all I had to do was give her my vision and she took care of EVERYTHING! Not only was I completly satisfied with her service, so were all of my family and friends.   Morgan is fantastic! Hire her. Just do it. She made sure everything was perfect, and handled a difficult family situation with grace. Hiring her was the best thing that I did for my wedding weekend. So much so that I tipped her 50%. Yes, that is how fantastic she is!

  I Loved my experience with Morgan at Ashley Weddings and Events. I'm a busy business owner and started out planning it alone doing some DIY projects. After meeting Morgan, I was convinced she would help prevent tons of stress, especially on the day of my wedding. Morgan was a great listener and understood exactly what I wanted accomplished, and she did it with only a few months notice! My wedding was beautiful and perfect! Considering how important your wedding day is, don't think twice about Ashley Weddings. It's definitely worth your investment.
