I don’t have enough amazing things to say about Ashley Rae Studio. We hired her for our rehearsal dinner on Friday, our wedding day on Saturday, and content creation—and she absolutely exceeded every expectation.
Ashley made us feel so comfortable from the moment she arrived and captured the most incredible shots throughout the entire weekend. Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how efficient and organized she was during family photos, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
From start to finish, I couldn’t recommend her more. She asked thoughtful questions beforehand to truly understand our vision, and it showed in every single photo. Our reels were delivered so quickly, along with sneak peeks and then our full gallery shortly after.
We are over the moon with how everything turned out. Choosing Ashley Rae Studio was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She and her team are so talented and we feel so lucky that we got to work with her. -

Ashley, Caleb, and their team are truly the best wedding photographers and videographers on the Central Coast! We are blown away not just by the quality of the photos and video, but how the deep care that they put into their work so clearly came through in the artistry. Our family and guests agreed that our photos and video were the most beautiful they had ever seen -- other wedding photography/videography doesn't compare! Moreover, Ashley and her team went above and beyond for us when special circumstances arose and they made themselves available to photograph and do a livestream for our pre-wedding elopement. They helped make the most emotional time of our lives one that was truly special and handled with the utmost care. We are so deeply grateful to Ashley and Caleb. They are the best of the best, in every way! -

We went with the Ashley Rae Studio Associates team and cannot recommend them enough. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole and Andrew for photo & Shane and Kai for video and they were just incredible. The entire team was so friendly and accommodating; they were always hyping us up and were such a fun time! We have gotten the sneak peeks back so far and they are so beautiful; we absolutely love them and their artistic style! The team was so helpful and patient and just all around lovely people. I was originally just a bit worried not knowing who our photographers/videographer would be and not seeing previous work for the specific associates and once the day came around I knew it was going to be amazing because they are such an awesome team, and once we got the sneak peeks back we knew we 10000% made the right choice, the photos are just like anything Ashley Rae would do and they are incredibly beautiful. Our only caveat which is a personal note based on our personal preferences was that there was a lot of time spent during family and friend photos staging everyone (the typical one hand in the pocket/arm, balancing men and women on both sides of us, etc) that we would have rather spent the time maximizing our cocktail hour with guests. So if you share our opinions that the group photos don't have to be perfect, we would recommend advising this prior to the wedding. Overall we truly can not recommend a better photographer and videographer than Ashley’s team! We can’t thank Nicole, Andrew, Shane, and Kai enough for all of their hard work and fun attitudes, they made our day amazing! -

Ashley and her team were such a pleasure to work with. I had very specific asks for the photography style I wanted, and she knew exactly how to execute. We got such a high-value package for the price we paid too. On our wedding day, her team didn't miss a beat. They were calm and organized, each working to capture every moment and detail from various perspectives. Our "sneak peak" photos are jaw dropping, and I can't wait to see all the final photos that come in a few months. I highly recommend working with Ashley and team! -

We were lucky to know about Ashley through my planner for our wedding in Maui in 2021. Both my husband and I were nervous about being awkward in front of the camera. But Ashley made it so easy. I met Ashley the first time at our wedding but It definitely felt like we have been friends before. She is very easy to work with. The pictures were delivered to us on time as the contract said despite a busy wedding season. We are still overwhelmed with all the beautiful pictures. All the wedding details were well captured. Each picture took me back to the magical moment and will be cherished for the duration of our lives. Working with Ashley was a highly enjoyable experience. My friend saw our wedding pictures and said: “Ashley deserves an award.”. I totally agree! 😊 -

Ashley and her team are incredible!
I really can't say enough good things about Ashley, Caleb, and the whole team. Photo and video were one of our top priorities so Ashley and the team were one of the first vendors we met with and secured for our big day. Ashley was amazing to talk to and we just felt so comfortable and like we were in great hands from the get go. Throughout the whole planning process Ashley was a rock for me when things were so uncertain with COVID. On the day of, Ashley, Caleb, and the whole team were nothing but fun and supportive. They made the entire process seamless and so easy on everyone. I felt like I barely noticed them during the cocktail hour and reception and then when going through photos and videos taken by guests I see them getting every single shot and moment but still ensuring everyone felt natural. Our sneak peek after the wedding was to die for and I can hardly wait for the rest of the photos and videos!!! Also it goes without saying, but Ashley's eye and attention to detail is just incredible, she captures the most beautiful and elegant images that will last a lifetime! -

Phenomenal photographer with eye for detail
Ashey and her husband, Caleb, have created a wonderful business! My husband and I could not be more ecstatic regarding the turn out of our wedding and engagement photos and wedding video. Each time we interacted with Ashley, we couldn't believe how much better it could get. She always went above and beyond our expectations. The effort they put into the small details and personal touches are what truly put the final touch into a wonderful experience. We hope to use Ashely Rae Studios again for future life events and family shoots. -

Ashley Rae Studio is simply incredible!! We hired Ashley for photography (engagement photos + wedding day) along with her husband Caleb for videography. They are an unstoppable team and a worthy investment! Ashley was beyond helpful in coordinating a difficult engagement session (it rained on us, we were travelling from out of town, had to find new locations, and so on!) and the photos turned out AMAZING. She also went above + beyond for our (extremely detailed) wedding day and even did some gorgeous film shots. Caleb is so unbelievably sweet and will instantly put you at ease even with a camera in your face. Both A+C made us feel so comfortable and their team of second shooters were equally amazing to work with. Ashley Rae Studio is dedicated to producing the highest quality work possible, they are extremely flexible and hardworking beyond what we could've imagined, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for fine art, clean, romantic and contemporary photography and videography services. From the detailed and intimate moments to the expressive and celebratory one, Ashley Rae Studio will capture them all stunningly! -

Sara Sent on 08/03/2018Found Ashley on wedding wire and got so lucky that I was getting married on a random weekday and she had availability! I fell in love with her style and she stood out ten fold compared to every other photographer I was checking out to book.
Not only is she amazing her and her husband have the BEST energy and are so easy to work with. Both my husband and I have huge families and she was able to herd everyone and get the best shots of every aspect. When she sent me the photos I cried at every one of them and I am not even a crier!
Her prices are MORE than fair for getting such magical, intimate and vibrant photos that will last a lifetime. She also traveled from SLO to shoot our wedding in ojai and Thousand Oaks and was totally on time and prepared. I couldn’t give her a better review she nailed every aspect of a photographer that I could ask for. We are definitely keeping her in mind for our future family photos! Thank you so much Ashley! -

My husband has never had professional photos taken and she made the both of us feel so comfortable being photographed. I got so many compliments on our photos and so glad we booked with her for photos that will last a lifetime.
