  Maci was an absolute angel throughout our whole wedding process. When we first got engaged, we had no idea where to start and it was all very overwhelming. Maci not only eased our stress about the wedding, she also helped us pick ALL of our amazing vendors. Without her, our wedding would not have been as magical as it was. Plus she’s a fantastic Day-of coordinator that kept the day going as planned and even helped at the end to make sure the venue was spotless. Thank you so very much Maci for a dreamy, magical wedding. We couldn’t have done it without you!!

  Maci is truly the best!! Throughout the planning process all of our meetings were fun and productive. She went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't have to lift a finger wedding day and that all the details were handled timely and gracefully.

  Maci was a pleasure to work with and helped make our wedding day seamless. Her professionalism and attention to detail were apparent from our first meeting.   One of my bridesmaids knew Maci from college and used her for her wedding then recommended her to me. She worked SO hard, met with me countless times (always at my convenience), and fully executed above and beyond my vision. We were short on helpers day-of (my fault) so she brought her husband! I cannot say enough good things about Maci, I have already recommended her to my recently engaged friends. You will not find a harder working/better value wedding coordinator in Seattle. Maci- thank you SO much for all of your hard work at our wedding. My family and I still talk about it a month later.

  We had Maci for our day-of-coordinator. It cant say how thankful I was that we had her for our big day. Maci was wonderful and super helpful. My husband I didnt have to worry anything, she had it called covered. She coordinated the wedding party, caterer, DJ, speeches, dances, etc. with ease. I would highly recommend Maci for your wedding!

  Maci was an incredible asset to our wedding day. She supported us with the planning process through regular meetings and helpful checklists. She made a special trip in order to orchestrate our rehearsal and brought a warmth and peace to a potentially stressful couple of days! Having Maci took so much off of our plate, and importantly, off the plates of our families. This meant that we could really enjoy our day and our loved ones. Maci communicated with all of our vendors and was able to seamlessly coordinate a food truck, a rental company, a florist, a photographer and many more aspects of our day. We are so thankful for her--we honestly feel that she was one of the best investment we made in our wedding. I would highly recommend that you work with Maci--you will be so thankful you did!

  Maci started off as one of my bridesmaids, but the day before the wedding she started becoming more of my last minute wedding coordinator!!! She was amazing! Between her and my maid of honor the day of I had no worries!
  She handled the overall set-up the tables, tents, etc. and made sure everything went smoothly and made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing.
  She is super organized and is able to roll with anything that happens!
  I definitely recommend her to help with anyone else's wedding :)

  Maci was an absolute dream to work with!! She not only helped get my fiancé and I on track with planning in the beginning, but she also helped talk through wedding concepts and go over many check lists all the way up to the big day.
  
  She also was a huge help when we found out that we could not do a rehearsal at the wedding venue. Instead, Maci came to the venue a few weeks before the wedding and paced out the ceremony and then led the rehearsal in a field instead of the venue (the Old Hollywood Schoolhouse in Woodinville, WA). It worked like a charm and everyone knew exactly where to go on the day of the wedding!
  
  I can honestly say that I have no idea what I would have without Maci! She completely executed my vision and helped my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend you work with Maci if you get the chance!

  I didn't think i needed a day of coordinator until i realized how much was going into my big day! When i met with Maci, she assured me that with her help, i wouldn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding.....and boy was she right! Maci was a very attentive listener to all my needs and shared the same vision as i did when it came to the wedding. Maci was so organized, she created a perfect timeline of events for the day and made sure that everyone stuck to the schedule. She delegated to the bridal party and my family members on where they needed to be and when. She made sure that my photographer, caterer, dj and officient were all aware of my needs and the schedule. Anytime i needed anything....she was there. She even made sure that myself and all my bridesmaids had coffee in the morning before we started getting ready. No task was too big or too small for her! My wedding day was perfect and I never had to worry about a thing! I would highly recommend Maci Nelson for her day of coordination.
