The Asa Waters is a great place to have an event. We held a bridal shower for about 40 people and it was perfect for this size in the main ballroom. Kristin Livoti was very helpful and always prompt in responding to any questions we had. We used one of the recommended caters and the food was wonderful. -

A Beautiful Historic Mansion we had the pleasure to have our wedding reception at. The Director Kristen Livoti was fantastic to work with. She also baked a Beautiful cake for the festivities. I can't say enough about how great the event turned out and everyone who attended was impressed. -

An amazing, hidden, gem
What can we say about Kristen, in short she is incredible! We were a covid-couple, who had to postpone our wedding twice, and find a new venue. We booked with Kristen in late 2020, and she worked with us every step of the way. She helped us rethink how to make sure all the religious aspects that were important to us could still happen according to Covid guidelines. Then, when restrictions were lifted, she helped us rethink them again! She also thought about the little things. Kristen knew that Arielle and I wanted to make sure we didn’t see each other until first looks, and she also knew that we were getting married on the second longest day of the year, so it was going to be hot. Kristen recommended that I get ready on the first floor so I could be in central air and avoid overheating while getting ready.
Additionally, she quickly replied to all our emails, sometimes in less than 12 hours. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. Kristen also got a sense of who we were as a couple, and each of our individual needs and helped each of us stay calm and collected when stress levels rose. Not only did she do all of this, she even made our wedding cake! WHICH WAS DELICIOUS! We cannot speak highly enough of Kristen and all that she does!
The venue itself was also gorgeous! Asa Waters, in the wake of Covid, decided to rent an outdoor tent with a stone floor to hold outdoor weddings. The tent was spacious, gorgeous, and elegant. It provided ample space for a large dance floor without feeling too crowded or empty. We also held some of our events indoors, and the ceremony and reception outdoors, which provided our guests with the opportunity to see the different beautiful and historic spaces of the property. In short, Kristen is AMAZING, Asa Waters is BEAUTIFUL, and YOU WILL HAVE A GORGEOUS WEDDING AT THE VENUE!

Asa Waters Mansion Bridal shower Afternoon Tea
Kristin and the team did an amazing job providing an elegant space and outstanding food that best captured a vintage afternoon tea party. The food and the atmosphere of the mansion complemented nicely with the vintage tea pot centerpieces/decorations and favors giving me the exact vintage look I imagined. Many thanks to Kristin and the team for helping me plan a special day for a wonderful daughter. -

Hidden gem of wedding venus in Massachusetts
The Asa Waters mansion is Millbury is the perfect venue for a wedding. From the planning stage to the actual wedding day Kristen was so helpful! Her attention to detail is amazing. The mansion is the perfect backdrop for a perfect day. The gazebo, grounds and the mansion make for the most perfect fairy tale pictures. We rented the tent and were so happy with how it looked. They let us use their cornhole boards and parquet and the guests loved it! I cant say enough about how perfect this venue was for our wedding. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone we know! -

Amazing in all aspects!
During these confusing times Kristen was a wonderful font of knowledge, helpful above and beyond the scope of the facility. The site itself is beautiful inside and out, with many photo opportunities. Additionally, the history of the building was a great draw for us (here’s to equality for all) -

We held my daughter's bridal shower at the Asa Waters mansion at the end of August. The venue was perfect - grounds were beautiful and so was the mansion. We were a little nervous about holding the small event in the middle of a pandemic but it was managed and handled perfectly by Kristen (the executive director of the mansion). I highly recommend this venue and the cost was very reasonable! -

I loved working with John and the staff at Asa Waters. The building and grounds are lovely, and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved everything about it and look forward to renting the mansion for other events. 5 stars! -

We did not want to get married at the Gazebo, as it is too close to a main road for our liking, so we chose a more secluded side of the mansion. We got compliments all night on how beautiful the ceremony was! We were so pleased with our choice -
