They were wonderful for our summer wedding. The tent and outdoor space had a lot of space for our guest. Inside the mansion was beautiful as well. The coordinator was wonderful to work with - professional, organized, and kind.

This venue is amazing! Kristen is great to work with and has built many strong relationships with caterers and other vendors, to ensure the day is perfect.

We held my daughter's bridal shower at the Asa Waters mansion at the end of August. The venue was perfect - grounds were beautiful and so was the mansion. We were a little nervous about holding the small event in the middle of a pandemic but it was managed and handled perfectly by Kristen (the executive director of the mansion). I highly recommend this venue and the cost was very reasonable!

Asa Waters is an amazing place to have your wedding! The history and natural beauty speaks for itself. Our wedding was all outside; we lucked out with amazing weather and the tent was plenty large enough for our guests. The yard games were a bonus! The best part was the price and everything that is included within that price, you will not find elsewhere, not to mention how local it was for us. Kristen is extremely professional and helpful and is perfect within her role. Answers all questions in a timely manner and always there to help, organize, and prepare you for your big day. Our guests were also just as impressed with the venue as we were and loved how the ceremony and reception were all on location. Our guests raved about this venue just as much as we did! I would not have changed a single thing! Go with this venue, you will not regret it!

Asa Waters Mansion last spring. It was a beautiful venue for the event and everyone commented on how lovely the mansion is. Kristen was very helpful through the planning stage and on the day of the event.

The Asa Waters is a great place to have an event. We held a bridal shower for about 40 people and it was perfect for this size in the main ballroom. Kristin Livoti was very helpful and always prompt in responding to any questions we had. We used one of the recommended caters and the food was wonderful.

A Beautiful Historic Mansion we had the pleasure to have our wedding reception at. The Director Kristen Livoti was fantastic to work with. She also baked a Beautiful cake for the festivities. I can't say enough about how great the event turned out and everyone who attended was impressed.

If you are looking for a special place in Central MA this is it. The new outdoor tent blends in perfectly with the property and provided a wonderful setting for my event!

Kristin and the team did an amazing job providing an elegant space and outstanding food that best captured a vintage afternoon tea party. The food and the atmosphere of the mansion complemented nicely with the vintage tea pot centerpieces/decorations and favors giving me the exact vintage look I imagined. Many thanks to Kristin and the team for helping me plan a special day for a wonderful daughter.

The Asa Waters mansion is Millbury is the perfect venue for a wedding. From the planning stage to the actual wedding day Kristen was so helpful! Her attention to detail is amazing. The mansion is the perfect backdrop for a perfect day. The gazebo, grounds and the mansion make for the most perfect fairy tale pictures. We rented the tent and were so happy with how it looked. They let us use their cornhole boards and parquet and the guests loved it! I cant say enough about how perfect this venue was for our wedding. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone we know!

Kristen and her staff were fantastic! They handled every detail and provide impeccable service, niot to mention the delicious food. We highly recommend having a function there. The grounds are beautiful and the mansion is not only steeped in history but gorgeous inside.

We had our rehearsal dinner & Chinese Tea Ceremony at Asa Waters this past spring. We struggled for awhile to find a venue that would safely seat all of our guests during COVID while allowing us the flexibility to bring our own decorations & food. We found that restaurants were too crowded and most venues had strict policies about a specific caterer you could use. Kristen worked with us the entire time to make the process as stress-free as possible. She was quick to answer emails and patient during multiple phone calls to plan the event around the ever-changing COVID guidelines. The night of the event was perfect - Kristen helped make sure every detail was in place, worked with our caterer to sort out the schedule (I barely even talked to them, Kristen handled everything), and the venue itself was a beautiful setting. We had about 30 people indoors and everyone had a great time. The indoor space is perfect for small - moderate sized events and Kristen works so hard to make the event perfect for you, even making additional suggestions for things you may not have thought of. We also felt the pricing was very affordable for such a gem of a location. Overall highly recommend!

During these confusing times Kristen was a wonderful font of knowledge, helpful above and beyond the scope of the facility. The site itself is beautiful inside and out, with many photo opportunities. Additionally, the history of the building was a great draw for us (here’s to equality for all)

What can we say about Kristen, in short she is incredible! We were a covid-couple, who had to postpone our wedding twice, and find a new venue. We booked with Kristen in late 2020, and she worked with us every step of the way. She helped us rethink how to make sure all the religious aspects that were important to us could still happen according to Covid guidelines. Then, when restrictions were lifted, she helped us rethink them again! She also thought about the little things. Kristen knew that Arielle and I wanted to make sure we didn’t see each other until first looks, and she also knew that we were getting married on the second longest day of the year, so it was going to be hot. Kristen recommended that I get ready on the first floor so I could be in central air and avoid overheating while getting ready.
Additionally, she quickly replied to all our emails, sometimes in less than 12 hours. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. Kristen also got a sense of who we were as a couple, and each of our individual needs and helped each of us stay calm and collected when stress levels rose. Not only did she do all of this, she even made our wedding cake! WHICH WAS DELICIOUS! We cannot speak highly enough of Kristen and all that she does!

The venue itself was also gorgeous! Asa Waters, in the wake of Covid, decided to rent an outdoor tent with a stone floor to hold outdoor weddings. The tent was spacious, gorgeous, and elegant. It provided ample space for a large dance floor without feeling too crowded or empty. We also held some of our events indoors, and the ceremony and reception outdoors, which provided our guests with the opportunity to see the different beautiful and historic spaces of the property. In short, Kristen is AMAZING, Asa Waters is BEAUTIFUL, and YOU WILL HAVE A GORGEOUS WEDDING AT THE VENUE!

The Asa Waters Mansion was the perfect setting for my daughter's Tea Party Bridal Shower. The director was accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our event was special. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the interior will take you back in time. I highly recommend the Asa Waters Mansion for any event!

Asa Waters Mansion was the perfect venue for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary...being an historic location in the town my parents have loved their entire lives. Kristen Livoti and her staff were extremely easy to work with, very professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since the arrangements were made long-distance via telephone and emails. We could not imagine a better venue. Thank you Asa Waters Mansion staff!!!!

My new husband and I recently had our wedding reception at Asa Waters and it was absolutely beautiful and I love the old colonial charm this mansion brings to Millbury. John was so helpful in working with us and helping make our vision a reality. I cannot wait to get the pictures back. Asa Waters is a beautiful local venue for a wedding. We got married there in October 2017 and it was *perfect* for our wedding. We had about 65 guests, had the ceremony outside at the bandstand, ate our meal inside in the Great Room and had dancing just outside. John was very responsive to all my pre-wedding questions and anxieties. The volunteers who helped out as "point people" on the day of the wedding were so kind and professional! I would definitely recommend this venue to other couples.

The executive director and volunteers at the Asa Waters Mansion are excellent! They helped plan every detail of this event and were present to ensure the day was stress free and enjoyable for all. Asa Waters is a hidden gem. The house and grounds are beautiful. Our event was in March. To come into the lit up mansion with its period crystal chandeliers and graceful spiral staircase was a lovely experience. Catherine, the manager, was thoughtful and offered advice along the way. The woman who staffed our event, Aline, greeted my guests like a family member would. I am so happy that with our event we could support local color and history!
