  As You Wish catered our breakfast-for-dinner wedding. They were very responsive and flexible, they even were willing to do a taste test with our groomsman since we live across the country. The food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments from our guests!

  Hope, Billy and the whole team were the best! Couldn't have asked for a better Team of Catering Servers and Bartenders. They went above and beyond in all aspects. We couldn't have pulled it off without you. It was a pleasure having you at my daughter's wedding. Thank you all for making our special day perfect in every way.

  I had the pleasure of working with Hope Lawler as my wedding caterer. First off, she is fun and witty and made the whole experience enjoyable. Planning the menu was effortless. On the day of my wedding, Hope made sure I knew that she'd take care of everything and that I didn't have to worry about the food aspect one bit. I don't think she asked me a question all day. She and her team handled it all flawlessly. Hope even got plates of appetizers for me and my husband so we could stay at the head table and chat longer. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable catering experience!

  Hope and jeanne and their team catered my daughter's wedding at a beautiful barn in pownal in August 2015. It was a semiDIY( do it yourself wedding) because we wanted funky, creative and didn't have an endless budget. we spoke with and met with endless caterers and hired Hope . She had NOOOOOOOOO Problem with a venu with no kitchen, no running water, no airconditioning., a bride that lived in England but wanted to be in charge, a mother of the bride (me) who had to organize the whole thing and didn't have a clue. Hope provided endless direction and advice. She is a real pro and knows EVERYONE!!!!. When we wanted anything.. Her response?.... NO PROBLEM. We had barbeque, appetizers fresh vegetables, salads, cheeses, and desserts with a Maine flair ( think lobster meatballs or blueberry cobbler with maine blueberries, creme fraiche, and maine maple bourbon sauce) . The food was great, the service, organization, and attention to detail incredible. I highly recommend her.
