My husband and I got married at the Renaissance in Aruba in August 2022, after having postponed our wedding for two years due to the pandemic. That being said, we actually met with Jordy in January 2020 and we were immediately impressed by his company's work. Now that the wedding finally took place, I can confidently say hiring Aruba wedding for photography and videography was one of the best decisions we ever made. We recently received our wedding photos and video and we cannot be happier with the outcome. From the preparation, to the ceremony, reception, family portraits, etc., all fo the photos were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Our wedding day photographer, Rafael, was just amazing - fun, professional, passionate and extremely talented. The same goes for Kanter, our main videographer, who captured all of the most important moments of the night and put together one of the best wedding videos I've ever seen (although of course I am biased!). Everyone on the team was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We also did a "trash the dress"/Island tour photoshoot a few days after the wedding, which entailed taking portraits of my husband and I in different beautiful landscapes throughout Aruba. We absolutely loved the experience as a whole, and our photographer, Joshua, was a major part of that. Like Rafael, he was incredibly talented, patient, lively, and would do anything to get the best shot. The images that he captured on that day are just breathtaking. All in all, Aruba Wedding Photo is by far the best photo/video company in Aruba and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone lucky enough to get married in the beautiful island. We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with this photography and videography team. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding day. They were incredibly kind, professional, creative, and made the entire experience so much fun and enjoyable for both of us.
When we received our photos and videos back, we were completely blown away. Every single moment was captured more beautifully than we could have ever imagined — from the details of our rings, suit, and dress, to getting ready, the ceremony, our bride and groom portraits during cocktail hour, and all of the candid moments with our family and friends celebrating and partying throughout the night.
The team made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and somehow managed to perfectly capture both the big emotional moments and all the little details we never want to forget. The photos are absolutely phenomenal and truly feel like works of art.

We had the best time planning with Jordy and then being photographed by his team on our wedding day. Jordy helped me work a meaningful timeline within budget and was incredibly responsive. His team was AMAZING. So kind, caring and we had a few laughs that definitely helped with the stress. We received our photos so fast. Video within 3 weeks and photos within 6. We can’t say enough good things about this team! Everyone kept saying it felt like we were celebrities with their crew following us around and the photos absolutely make it look that way! We came to Aruba from Canada for our destination wedding with over 80 guests, and they captured every person and every moment perfectly. The photos and videos were exactly what we asked for: candid, gorgeous, and full of fun.
They were professional, clear, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. When we followed up later asking for a few more shots of a particular moment, they sent them over right away without hesitation. We also booked them for our legal ceremony and an island tour the next day, and they were just as amazing, friendly, organized, and so knowledgeable about the area.

We chose Aruba Wedding to be our photographer for our special day at the Divi All Inclusive in March. Our experience was excellent all around, our first meeting with the company owner Jordy made us feel very comfortable with the process and timing of the day. Jordy worked to with us to ensure that the timeline of the day fit what our vision was for the day. We were a little nervous about not being assigned a photographer until the week of, but those fears were quickly allayed during our first meeting with Rafael. Rafael, from the onset was a true professional. He advocated for us during our pre-wedding meeting to secure a décor change that made all the difference in our photos. During the day of, he and his team were truly amazing. They did a great job of making the bridal party and guests feel comfortable and engaged and kept everything on track without seeming pushy. Rafa and his team made it a point to prioritize all the shots we requested, they also went above and beyond by taking separate portraits of many of our guests during cocktail hour in addition to the candid shots that were on our shot list. The photos were delivered within the timeline as promised, the editing was spot on, with none of the finished photos looking too overdone or unnatural. Truly everyone we have shown our pictures to have been majorly impressed with the quality, poses, and moments captured on a truly unforgettable day.Aruba Wedding's reply:

We had an awesome experience planning our destination wedding with Aruba Weddings!
When we met with Jordy Koolwijk to discuss plans for our wedding photography, he really listened to us! Jordy expertly planned and executed our island tour wedding day photos.
Our photographer that day was Rafael Barragán. We met with Rafa two days before our wedding to plan our photographs. My husband and I liked him immediately. He picked us up at 5:00 a.m., but it was worth it to capture the sunrise at Seroe Colorado. Rafa guided us and encouraged our adventurous nature!
When we received our photos, they took our breath away! With Jordy’s plan and Rafa’s photography, our ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME love story was captured purely and authentically!

Our team for photography and videography was second to none for our wedding in May. Jordy is always very responsive and the entire team was so accommodating from our initial booking to the whole wedding day! We feel that we definitely got what we paid for, such great people to share our day with us and quality results. They really added to the vibe for the day, they were all so upbeat and friendly. We have absolutely no regrets in the investment we made for their services. We definitely will be reaching out to them in the future when we are back in Aruba for our honeymoon visit.
P.S. If you are on the fence about a videographer, just do it. We are so happy to have not only great photographs but videos which we can look back on. They got all the little details that are so special to us from the day of the wedding, nothing was not captured between the photography and videography teams. We chose the team at Aruba Wedding after meeting them from a recommendation from our wedding planner for our destination wedding in Aruba, and we are so glad that we did, they really did exceed every single expectation we had. Not only is the team incredibly talented but also friendly, very professional, and deeply experienced, you can truly see it in the work that they do!
We opted for the 8 hour photo and video package for the wedding day and an additional optional Island photography tour package (highly recommend!!), the results were absolutely breathtaking. They provided a few of the initial photos right away before we even left the island for home, and the final photos came back quickly within just a few weeks (faster and many more shoots than all of our other friends wedding photos!), video came back much quicker than we expected as well (they did wait on us a bit to scrutinize over our song selections for the video). Everything truly looked like something out of a movie, the highlight reel was cinematic-level quality that truly blew us and our friends and family away. I am glad we opted for the Island tour package, it was a real standout from not just the photo and wedding experience but our trip on the island this time as well. We pretty much received a guided adventurous tour of some of Aruba's most scenic off the beaten path locations. Not only did we get stunning nature shots form the experience but an unforgettable time as well! The team was very clear and supportive during the especially challenging shots (we opted for as adventurous as we could get!) and truly made us feel safe and comfortable at the same time (thank you again to the team you have a really tough job and we really appreciate it!!)
The managing director Jordy was incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent from the beginning, he walked us through their process at their studio, were we were able to view samples that were genuinely next-level. Our coordinating photographer Marald was amazing as well, he is very funny, personable, and VERY skilled at getting the best possible out of the camera (two of them started talking technically about the cameras and filming processes for a little bit during our ride that made you know these are truly real skilled professionals with tons of experience).
We received our final photos and video through Dropbox and Youtube, we loved them so much we also ordered their steelbook and metal prints. The value for the price is incredible, a very reasonable price to begin with especially considering the quality and team size, and the fact that so many people were involved for two separate days, something rare even for the highest end US weddings!
I would 100% recommend the team to anyone getting married in Aruba! The value for the price, the speed of delivery, the amount of content returned, and the caliber of the team are truly above and beyond -

As a former photographer myself, I could not be happier with my photos from Aruba Wedding! Where do I even begin with this review because they are SO GOOD? The images they captured are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I have received so many compliments on the images, I lost count. To top it off, our photographer was awesome along with her assistance who held the strobe light. They were kind, easy going, and honestly, downright FUN to be with. I have zero regrets and truly wish they could photograph me and my wife here in the States!

My husband and I got married in Aruba in May 2024. Of all of the options for photography and videography, we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Jordy and his professional and skillful team at Aruba Weddings for photography and videography.
Communication was easy via zoom meetings and emails and responses were always punctual. Once my husband and I got to Aruba we were able to have a pre-wedding meeting and discuss what we were imagining for our wedding photos and the videos we wanted.
On the day of the wedding they showed up early and ready to go. They are very organized and I’m still in disbelief of every little detail they were able to capture for us to remember our special day. While working they blend into the background but are so fun and lively you want to drag them out to the Dance-floor and enjoy their company!!
We received our photos a few weeks after the wedding and our videos a few weeks after that. They are beautifully edited, and we cried reliving our day. We will forever have videos of our first dance, amazing speeches, and dancing the night away with our loved ones.
Of all of the choices you make for your wedding day, other than your spouse, I truly believe photography and the videography is the most important. We love our wedding photos and we are so thankful for the videos captured that we are able to share with our family and friends who couldn’t join our destination wedding. It’s truly a gift to have these memories so beautifully captured and preserved, and I can’t recommend Aruba weddings enough!!!Aruba Wedding's reply:

Since the island tour photoshoot takes place a few days after the wedding, it was a fun and relaxed way for us to get some additional pictures around the island. I am 10000% happy that I chose Aruba Wedding for our proposal pictures! I chose the island tour photography package with champagne. Jordy was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and had great suggestions and helped create the perfect itinerary! Rafa was our photographer and with his fun personality made a very comfortable time. Intern Kevin was very helpful as well. They helped me surprise my fiancée and it went perfect. Rafa even suggested a site that was not originally planned and I am so glad we took his advice! They knew the right times for the best lighting and captured some amazing photos! I received the photos in exactly three weeks as they stated, the whole process was great! We think the pictures are so great they should be on their website haha! Totally Amazing Photoshoot!
Totally Amazing!!! I celebrated my 50th birthday and my nephew's 18th birthday in Aruba and Jordy was amazing. He was so easy to work with and such a nice person. He got great shots of all 14 of us and put us in great poses. I loved his sense of humor and he was very patient. He communicated well and made sure he got all great shots.

Aruba Wedding Photos
My husband and I wanted creative, candid pictures to commemorate our trip to Aruba, particularly during a sunset. Sunsets are one of the most beautiful backdrops in Aruba but can be challenging to capture properly. Our Photographer, Ames and her Assistant were amazing and made very good use of the hour we had during our session. She managed to capture gorgeous shots that will be displayed in our home and used for our Christmas cards this year. I highly recommend scheduling a photo shoot with Aruba Wedding. Their work speaks for itself, however their personable staff is just another thing that makes them that much more amazing! Their videographers, Kanter and Jonas connected with us right away and made our experience enjoyable and comfortable. We laughed with them the whole time. They also captured the exact vibe we wanted when it came to our video and included all the requests we had made, not missing one thing. SUPURB! From start to finish!
Everything turned out 100% PERFECT. I set all up with Jordy and Raphael (and as assistant) did the actual pictures. This was a surprise to my wife of 22 years as I re-proposed to her on the beach. She doesn't like pictures of her, but They worked around all! He and I had a codeword, so 1/2 way thru he had Carol turn to the water and said the codeword and I got on my knee behind her for when she turned around. Jordy and his amazing team were above and beyond!!! We had so many options to choose from. All the amazing photographers on the Island but not all of them offered 2in1 packages which is photos and videos. And of course price!! Which I'm sure all of us are looking for if comes to destination Weddings. It can be pricey but I have to say it's worth any penny!!! It's amazing to have it both especially when we all want to capture the most important day in our lives. My husband and I we didn't hesitate to have it both and after receiving all the photos and video we were amazed!! The team was professional, funny, helpful with making us feel comfortable and relaxed. We both are stiff if comes to professional photos😄 but they nailed it!!! We wish we prepared a list of photos we wanted them to capture but we didn't and that's a slight regret now but still they did what they thought was great and we loved it.

Picking a photographer for your destination wedding can be difficult however from the moment I spoke with Jordy on the phone, I knew I made the right choice.
