Artisan Matchmaker created the most beautiful and cohesive stationery and paper products for our wedding, incorporating our custom crest and perfectly setting the tone for our summer black-tie optional event. In addition to save the dates and invitation suites, they also designed programs, welcome box cards, table numbers, bar signs, and menus. Since we had to postpone our wedding a year due to covid, they also created beautiful “change” the dates for us, complete with detailed envelopes and addressing. We can’t recommend Artisan Matchmaker enough for beautiful paper products that bring your design vision to life! -

Kathryn from Artisan Matchmaker patiently helped me dream up and create our custom wedding suite. As a creative person and DIY-lover, my ideas and questions were endless. Luckily, I had Kathryn on my team! She kindly answered all my questions, humored my crazy ideas, and accepted my pencil and graph paper sketches at all hours of the day. She was so easy to work with and very responsive. Together, we created a lovely, simple, and timeless suite that included, save-the-dates, multi-part invitations, a wax seal, programs, menus, a linen banner, and a watercolor map! Everything turned out beautifully and paired perfectly with our overall decor and feeling at our wedding.
I’d also like to add that we chose Kathryn because of the products we saw at an expo, but I grew more and more impressed by and excited to work with her because of who I saw she was working with. The Artisan Matchmaker team is working for and with amazing DMV event vendors and that says a lot about the talent and her character. You want Kathryn and Artisan Matchmaker on your team!

Absolutely beautiful invitations!
I met the owners of Artisan Matchmaker at a bridal exposition in Washington DC and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and charismatic demeanor. After speaking with Kathryn on the phone regarding the vision for my wedding invitations I knew she would be the perfect person to work with. She was wonderful during the design process, providing helpful recommendations and listening to the changes and adjustments I requested. She was even able to adjust the product design midway through when I found I found a design I liked better that my original request. The final product was even better than I envisioned, and I received numerous complements from our guests regarding the quality and beauty of the invitations. I cannot give Kathryn and her a team a higher recommendation and I will definitely be reaching out to her team for future projects! -

Kathryn was fantastic throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what we wanted after talking to us for five minutes and created the most beautiful invitation and monogram. She checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and met all deadlines and even delivered the place-cards directly to the venue’s event manager. We would recommend her without a single hesitation! -

Kathryn was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my millions of questions and gave me great recommendations on the choices I had for our invites and menus. She made my vision of how I wanted everything to look come to life. She also created a BEAUTIFUL illustration of our venue to go on our invitations that turned out better than I imagined. Lauren and Kathryn did an amazing job with my wedding day paper -- from programs to signs and laser-cut place settings. Everything they created got tons of compliments and it was one of the highlights from my wedding for sure. Their attention to detail was incredible and they suggested some very creative ways to accomplish our goals. Throughout it all they were incredibly responsive and patient with multiple revisions to get everything perfect for the big day. Recommend them highly!! -

The team was great to work with! They sat down with my, now husband, and I to discuss the design, color theme and more, right from the start. Then throughout the process they were extremely patient with all the changes we had and the end result was absolutely perfect! I couldn't have been happier! -

We absolutely loved working with Artisan Matchmaker! We were having so much trouble deciding what we wanted for our wedding stationary and the moment we met with Artisan we knew we had nothing to worry about. We met with Artisan and told them what we were looking for and they were able to take the image out of my head and make it a reality.
We were so in love with our invitations that we had Artisan pull together all of our paper product needs for our wedding, from table numbers to programs, to our wedding stationary. They were so easy to work with, provided several proofs of everything and even met us the day before our wedding to drop off the last of our paper products.
If you are like me and not finding exactly what you want in a paper store, I highly recommend calling Artisan Matchmaker to make your paper and stationary needs a reality.

We loved working with Kathryn on all our wedding stationary and signage. Kathryn did an amazing job working with out wedding planner to execute our unique style (think dark and moody). She is definitely an expert in her craft and did a fantastic job coming up with a great product at a price point we felt comfortable with. She also did an amazing job incorporating details, like our dog, in a tasteful, elegant way. -
