Highly recommend Artathomp Event for your wedding!

We had the incredible fortune of working with Reseda and Chanya for our wedding in Barbados and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. With less than two months to plan everything, we were understandably anxious about pulling off our dream wedding smoothly. From our first meeting Reseda assured me that everything would be taken care of and they certainly delivered beyond our expectations. Every detail from the venue arrangeents to the decor and coordinating with vendors and day of coordination was executed flawlessly. Their expertise and meticulous plannig ensured that our day flowed smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment with our loved ones. June Barbados Wedding

Wow! The service, the delivery, the execution, were all impeccable. We are so appreciative and thankful we found Artathomp! Our wedding was magazine material! Everything was absolutely what we dreamt of. Raseda was our main contact throughout all of the months. Very sweet and pleasant, one of the nicest persons I've ever met. Chyna was also so very sweet and pleasant. The day of, the team did great with coordinating the entire day. We planned this wedding all the way from the States and they did not disappoint at all. We are so grateful for finding such a friendly, loving and caring company. We love you all at Artathomp!! See you all for our vow renewal in a few years!

The best day thanks to Artathomp Events!

Wow! What can I say… Reseda has been an absolute dream to work with over the many years of planning our wedding day (having to cancel 2 times due to covid). She was so helpful and patient throughout, and the day really was perfect - she bought my dream to life! Everything looked absolutely beautiful, the floral decorations, the lighting - everything! The day was planned so well and everything went so smoothly, all of the vendors she booked for us were so friendly and honestly couldn’t have gone better! Thank you so much - Sian & Ryan

Reseda from Artathomp Events literally made our dream Wedding in Barbados come true. Her service was absolutely outstanding, from a year in the making all the way throughout. There was not 1 thing that went wrong, and every single guest at the wedding said it was perfect. And that it not easy when planning a wedding abroad, but Reseda went above and beyond. Because of her, I was the most relaxed bride in the lead up and on the day. Thank you so much Artathomp events for making our dream come true.

The Best Wedding Planning and Design Company in Barbados

Our wedding was perfect! You and your team did such a brilliant job, and we couldn't imagine going with any other company. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. When people would say “you seem really relaxed for a bride” I was thinking it’s not like I had to do anything anyway, you did everything for me!!! Everyone should use you and your company for everything. Even though we were nervous about the rain in the morning, you remained calm and cool and it was great to know that we did go through a back up plan. Best Wedding Planner and Designer in Barbados

Words cannot express my gratitude for Rahanna and her staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I came to them with a simple idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!

Rahanna is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this is a planner and designer if you are coming to Barbados to have your wedding!! Rahanna is like a design genius! It's like she was reading my mind!! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Every step, every person, every moment... EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!

Artathomp Weddings and Events, for an unforgettable night, and a lifetime of great memories

was raining that day, but it didn’t rain at the venue. This had really upsetted me as I envisioned a sunny day walking down that aisle. The team however, were very quick to liaise with us regarding the weather and we had a marquee up in the end as precaution. So nonetheless, we all had an amazing night. The time flew by SO quickly. The feedback from our guests were they ABSOLUTELY LOVED the venue, décor, AMAZING food, and impeccable service (thank you to Rahanna as well). The spacing between the tables were also perfect with still so much space for the dancefloor. My husband and I would like to say THANK YOU to Rahanna’s team, Reseda, Terry, and Sarah for the wonderful service. A special thank you to Rahanna, our coordinator and design, who ALWAYS had excellent and prompt communication, was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared. She was very meticulous about every part of our wedding planning and design and always offered invaluable advice, so greatly appreciated that. We are incredibly happy that we chose to have our wedding here and would HIGHLY recommend brides and grooms to consider the them. We honestly hope our friends will host their weddings with them, as their services are next to none, and trust me we did our homework. I truly recommend working with Artathomp Events

Myself and my Husband became man and wife on the 30th May 2019 and it was truly an amazing day - we wish we could do it all over again - please believe me when they people say capture every moment as the day does go far too fast.
We worked with Reseda planning our wedding and Reseda was great to work with- very attentive and helped me plan our perfect wedding to the very last details.
We got married in St James Church followed by our reception at Bellevue plantation house. The cottage was beautiful in which we stayed the night before and the venue was incredible. It was outside under a marque with the most amazing environment lighting and purple glow under the tent with candles on every table.
From waking up at 5am starting getting ready to the very last song at 12pm we had the best day possible and savoured every moment.
I would truly recommend working with Reseda and her team. Our best day ever, we could not ask for anything more and we look forward to visiting our wedding venue again in the future to relive our memories.

First Class Service. Excellent Wedding Planner and Designer in Barbados

As we planned our wedding in London from various places, Rahanna was our first constant contact and had everything under control. She had a wealth of information, gave constructive ideas and suggestions, great quality contacts and bucket loads of enthusiasm; you can really tell she loves her job and her and her team made us feel so special.

I believe a great bonus to this company is also that they have a rental division, so when at the last minute we needed extra items, they were able to accommodate with no fuss.

They are truly lovely persons, an a wedding planning and design expert; I would highly recommend entrusting Artathomp Events with your wedding!

Amazing Team. Amazing Work. Attention to Details. Well Prepared.

Rahanna, Reseda and the team have been truly amazing with planning and designing our wedding day. We also had the day of the wedding coordination which trust me is something you'll definitely be grateful you got. They truly understood the direction we wanted to go in with the aura and decor, and well just the overall wedding day and they have surpassed our expectations. Working with them leading up to the day was also a pleasure as I was not stressed, it was truly a dream experience. I could not imagine going with anyone else. Awesome and stresse free

They were very accomodating. They provided fantastic service. They had everything well organised and made my day stress free. Leading up to the wedding I was getting a little stress and decided to put everything in their hands. When i arrived to Sugarland... the transformation was so awesome... I was so happy as everything was a surprise to me. Even though the rain fell... they were able to have a plan b and it was executed very professionally. This was the best day ever.

Decorating

We hired Artathomp Events to decorate our venue and we loved the work they did. The draping was perfect and in keeping with our theme. The team also took some pictures for us, which we are looking forward to seeing. We would highly recommend to others.

My husband and I were married on 4/4/2019. We initially started searching for a wedding planner in October of 2018. From day 1, Artathomp was responsive and professional. Reseda was an absolute joy to work with. Since we were planning our wedding from the United States, we relied heavily on Reseda for our venue and vendor choices. Reseda visited several venues for us, sent us videos of each location, and promptly updated us with estimates based on whatever ideas we were floating around at the time. We visited in January to go over some final details, and when meeting with Reseda in person I felt an immediate sense of relief and confidence in her ability and her commitment to helping us have the wedding we envisioned. From start to finish, Reseda was thorough and detail oriented. On our wedding day, Reseda and Rahanna made sure everything went smoothly. From the venue, to the decor, our photographer, to the wedding favors, everything turned out even more beautiful than we could have hoped. Thank you so much to Reseda and Rahanna :)

I have just arrived back to the UK after having my wedding last week in Barbados. My wedding day was perfect, the team made sure everything ran smoothly and I was able to enjoy my day stress free.

I started planning my wedding February 2017 and after comparing prices with a few wedding planners on the island, Rahanna offered the most affordable package. I was lucky enough to be on the island which gave me the opportunity to meet with Rahanna to discuss wedding ideas and see my venue. Rahanna and her team were welcoming, warm and friendly and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable around her.

The following months were constant emails back and forth between the two of us. Mainly me coming up with new Ideas and Rahanna always managed to get back to me without any complaints.

I, like many girls dreamt of the perfect wedding day and Rahanna truly delivered. Raseda was our main point of call once we arrived on the island and she was just as professional and friendly as Rahanna. The photographers made us feel like we were shooting for vogue magazine, I could truly see they were both passionate about their art.

We didn't want to spend too much on our wedding and I was worried that we wouldn't get alot for what we had payed. Wow was I wrong, I honestly felt I got so much more for my money.

Thank-you guys from the bottom of our hearts. You all were amazing!

For anyone planning their wedding on the beautiful island of Barbados, please don't hesitate to book your wedding with Artathomp. You will not regret it! Xx

This time last year, we exchanged our vows in Barbados and Artathomp events were amazing. We must have messaged Rahanna a million times before with different ideas that we wanted to explore. On the day, the setup was amazing, everything was even better than i had pictured it. The team were super friendly, polite and on top of everything throughout the entire ceremony and I cannot recommend them enough. Coming from overseas and having never been to Barbados before I was quite nervous when I booked everything for our wedding, but honestly I had nothing to worry about, they were fantastic. Thank you.

I was one of those persons that believed planning and designing a wedding couldn't truly be that difficult and ventured out trying to do so myself. All that did was create a world of sadness, worry and frustration for me and my fiancee, which as you trying to do all the way from Canada, is no joke. The most frustration was also waiting to get in contact with and getting information from other vendors. DH decided that this is not the way the most special day of our lives should make us feel.

When we contacted Rahanna, and Reseda from Artathomp I was literally about to give up, but everything turned around. Within a week we were able to acquire estimates, chat about prospective venues and even touch on our decor. We clicked from the beginning, and she totally made us feel comfortable. On the day, while getting ready she had an assistant dedicated to me and the girls that was there for us if we had any questions and who helped with getting dressed and any wardrobe malfunctions. She also helped time us down so even I wouldn't have to worry about us being on time. The flowers, and the decor was amazing. Our ceremony and reception were in two separate places and her team of coordinators where present each step of the way checking in to make sure we were ok and if we had any concerns. We truly were blessed to find them, and we have truly become friends. Can't wait to visit when next we are back in Barbados.

Rahanna and her team at Artathomp Event Rentals and Services were absolutely amazing. She was easy to get along with and she truly captured our visions for our wedding day decor. On the day, I was nervous about the weather in the morning, but through it all they worked tirelessly through the elements and finished every in great time. When we saw both our beautiful ceremony and reception, we just stood in amazement. I literally felt as if I were dreaming seeing it all come together. The flowers, the decor everything was perfect and the weather even cooperated. We had sunny skies right through. If you ever need to plan a wedding in Barbados please use Artathomp decoration and planning services. Planning a wedding in Barbados from London isn't an easy task, but Rahanna and the team at Artathomp have been flexible, accommodating and creative. They came up with a decor plan and style to suit our vision and budget. They are always on hand to provide advice and to work with suppliers and also their service is very tailored to each wedding and budget. They are also very organised and diligent in their planning so they were setting up for our wedding at the venue with the team the day before, they ultimately take away any planning stress and do it all with a smile on their face. I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks guys for making our dream a reality.

From initial decision to get married in beautiful Barbados we contacted Rahanna and her team at Artathomp Events, and knew that we made the right decision in hiring their services. We only had a few small ideas of how we wanted the look and feel of our wedding to be like, the team brought our ideas to reality. We arranged to fly out the February before our wedding which was booked for December 2016, where we met up with Rahanna and co. This was a great chance to meet face to face, as before this, all correspondence was done via email. During our visit we arranged food tasting, hair and make up trials and best of all, to see our beautiful venue in the flesh! We chose a relaxed beach style wedding, where we read our vows, then on to one of the most stunning locations on the island: the bellevue plantation House. The property is steeped in history, which only added to our joyous day. The team really were one of a kind, so attentive, so relaxed, and really made our dreams come true with everything they had to offer. Thanks to Rahanna and her team, we will always look back in fond memories of our special day, and realise how lucky we were to spend it in such a stunning location. We would also recommend all our chosen suppliers: including food and drink, hair and make up, flowers, photographer, our priest and steel pan player.

We are taking time out of our honeymoon to gush about Artathomp. We loved every detail of our wedding from the planning process to the end of the wedding day. The decor was absolutely stunning and better than we pictured. Rahanna was extremely friendly and approachable and easy to contact if I had any worries. We visited their beautiful showroom on island only a few days before the wedding and they even designed our guest table layouts just so we could have a sneak peak and I loved it! On the day, their team constantly checked in with us and was present for all the vendors. I would recommend that and have started to anyone looking to get married in Barbados.

God blessed Marlon and I with the most amazing wedding vendors anyone could ask for on this small island of Barbados. The service which Artathomp Events provided us with from our initial meeting up until last minute changes during showers of endless rain on the day of the event was unimaginable. The entire team showed nothing but professionalism, kindness and extra-ordinary service throughout our entire journey. Rahanna, Reseda and Terry did an excellent job in providing their expert advice to ensure our day was as magical as we could have ever imagined. The entire team was extremely helpful and ensured all communication was timely and effective with all the relevant parties. Great Experience working with Reseda

Getting married during the Covid-19 pandemic was hard and stressful! By the time we decided on Barbados, we knew it would just be the two of us and wanted something carefree, but still pretty and special. We worked with Reseda at Artathomp and with some very loose feedback from our end (and a tight timeline) she coordinated everything. I'd certainly recommend!! We had a fantastic day.

Thank you Rahanna and Terry for helping me plan and coordinate my wedding earlier this year. You were always easy to talk with and were always willing to help me out whenever I needed. Your entire team put so many things together to make my wedding ceremony and reception run smoothly, timely and with no mishaps (at least not any that I was aware of --- which is exactly how I imagine any professional wedding coordinator should do it --- (don’t let the bride know anything that goes wrong). You were competent, thorough, detailed in the work that had to be done while you still managed to be thoughtful, kind and considerate throughout the entire wedding night. I even remember two beautiful girls on your team (they know who they are) making sure I was happy, that I had eaten enough food and they even asked if their was anything more they could do to make my night even better. I am so grateful for all your hard work to put together the most amazing wedding I’ve ever been to! Thanks guys!
