We loved our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. I would recommend this venue to any bride! Both Lauren and Olivia are well organized and helped make the entire planning process as stress free as possible. They took care of so many details, even with set-up! We loved every minute of our wedding at Arrowhead!

We have nothing but great things to say about Arrowhead – the entire planning process was organized and easy from the beginning. Lauren & Olivia answered every question in a timely manner & come the day of our actual wedding, put this anxious bride at ease. The food, drinks and staff were amazing & we had numerous guests relay the same sentiment back to us. All in all, we couldn’t be happier that we chose to have our special day at Arrowhead & would recommend it to all other couples.

It’s been a long ride to get to our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club, but we finally made it, and it was worth the wait!

We originally discovered Arrowhead in early 2018 by scheduling a private tour and attending one of their wedding showcases (an excellent way to get a feel for the banquet space, meet with their preferred vendors, and just have fun!). There were many pros that led us to booking, including the following: their reasonably priced packages, their policy in hosting only one wedding per evening, the array of food and drink options, the beautiful and clean ballroom, and their friendly staff. We pretty much knew at once this was where we wanted our wedding at!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding from 2020 to 2021 and finally to 2022. During the process of rescheduling, our coordinators kindly notified us of the social distancing measures they needed to implement at the time and were very patient while we determined how to move forward with our event.

When we finally gave the green light that we were a “go” in 2022, the final planning stages were very easy to complete. Arrowhead provided a worksheet for us to fill out and discuss in a planning meeting with details on our food choices, floorplan, timeline, etc. This helped us get a better idea on how our day would play out. We were also able to hold our rehearsal at Arrowhead the night before, and the staff was there to assist with the walkthrough and any questions that came up.

The day of couldn’t have unfolded any better! The Arrowhead staff worked with our day-of coordinator (Kara of preferred vendor Sarah Kathleen Events) in setting up the ballroom for both our ceremony and reception, as well as all our other vendors that came in for their services. Everything was set up exactly the way we envisioned, and they made take-down as easy as possible at the end of the evening. The wait and bar staff were so kind and attentive—drinks at the bar were served quickly, and the waits continuously checked in with us during dinner to ensure all was well. The event itself was perfect—we laughed and cried during the ceremony, practically all our guests agreed that we had the BEST wedding food ever, and we danced the night away after dinner!

Everyone we worked with over the years—Alexis, Brittiny, Alexa, Olivia, and Lauren—was absolutely wonderful. All were patient with our date changes, easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions as they came up. I personally had a number of tiny last-minute thoughts/changes as the day approached, and these were quickly resolved, putting my mind to rest.

My husband and I without a doubt recommend Arrowhead for weddings and other events!

Arrowhead was an amazing venue to have our ceremony and reception. They have been flexible with a few date changes due to Covid, responsive to emails, extremely helpful with questions and changes we made to our ceremony location, and just overall a great venue for us. The ballroom is beautiful and the food was delicious. We have received so many compliments already about our whole day! We have had other events here before and will continue to do so as the service, food, and hospitality will not disappoint!

We had the perfect wedding. The staff was amazing. Lauren Zomparelli, senior marketing manager worked with us and she is so great, pleasant, responsive and made this experience very memorable. less stressful. The reception area was beautiful and elegant. The reception service was great. The staff were very attentive and easily available. Food was great, cake was delicious, we loved the taste of the champagne served. We and our guests had a wonderful time. We are so grateful for the staff that worked with us. Beautiful venue, delicious food and amazing drinks. The ceremony site was large enough to fit 150 people, the venue was gorgeous. The staff was amazing to worked with. Highly recommended!

We have LOVED Arrowhead for both of our daughters’ weddings!! Can’t say enough good about them. Gorgeous facilities, perfectly kept, beautiful grounds, scrumptious food that our guests absolutely raved over, impeccable, gracious staff from beginning to end! Only wish we had another daughter to marry over there- but we are done (with daughters). Would highly recommend and were just so very pleased. Thank you once again for making one more daughter’s wedding day perfect!!!

I don’t even know where to begin. We hosted our long awaited wedding with Arrowhead this past Saturday. Alexa made the whole process of having to reschedule our original date simple and stress free. After that, we knew we picked the best possible venue to give our business to.

Alexa made our day stress free and one to remember. Her and her staff were AMAZING. The service (food and bar) were on point all night. We had so many family members (and ones still texting us) saying how amazing the food was and it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and not to be bias, but I agree ;)

Alexa truly cares about her brides. My dress was trashed from pictures before our ceremony and Alexa saved the day by scrubbing my dress with soda water to get all the mud out before I walked down the aisle.

Not to mention, she set up our venue PERFECTLY with the items we dropped off. Pictures of us, candles, etc.

Alexa and all the staff at Arrowhead truly made our day one to remember. We will never forget how well and fair we were treated throughout our rescheduling process. We will use Arrowhead for any future events and recommend them forever.

Like so many others, COVID forced us to make a new plan. Lauren was so helpful when planning our mini-wedding at Arrowhead. From beginning to end she was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, gave suggestions when I needed them, and was such a huge help day of. Lauren and Margaret were so amazing from bringing mimosas to the bridal suite to decorating our "getaway" golf cart. Everyone was talking about how great the food was but also the service, thanks Miguel! Arrowhead has special meaning to my husband and I, now more than ever before!

Alexa was a great coordinator to help with our microwedding! She ensured we had everything taken care of and helped us decorate since we didn't have a florist or decor team. She was a great resource when we had questions about food, drink, decor, and photography. We were very happy to have a beautiful back-up location since it rained on our wedding day. The food was amazing, we had so many compliments on the quality of our dinner choices! The wait staff and bartenders were great to work with and we were so happy we chose Arrowhead for our microwedding!

My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago. Our original wedding plans were cancelled due to COVID-19 so we had to quickly find another place to have a small wedding. Arrowhead was able to squeeze our event in with such a short notice! Their wedding coordinator, Alexa, was awesome!! She was so helpful and responsive and made sure that our day was perfect. She helped our day run so smoothly! We had a ceremony and a small dinner reception afterwards with 50 people. The food was amazing and the dinner space was so beautiful! The staff was wonderful, we had a great experience. I would recommend Arrowhead to everyone!

I was thrilled to get married at Arrowhead Golf Club! My husband and I toured several wedding venues in Michigan, Indiana, and the Chicago suburbs but no place gave us *that feeling* until we visited Arrowhead.

Arrowhead is beautiful- the decor is classic but modern and the grounds and architecture of the building gave us phenomenal wedding photos. So many golf clubs we toured were beaten up and dingy but Arrowhead looks brand new!! We particularly loved its private garden reserved for outdoor ceremonies- we found most golf clubs will just stick their wedding ceremonies on some random hole! I had been dreaming of an outdoor wedding so this was the major selling point.

As a Midwesterner, I also knew I had to make pretty robust rain plans. Fortunately, we had a beautiful sunny day, but the rain option (the ballroom) can be made just as beautiful and the building has several overhangs to utilize for semi-outdoor photos on a rainy day.

Arrowhead does kind of “nickel and dime” you (annoying but typical for weddings) and they will even charge you for more than 100 chairs at the ceremony. We booked with a wedding coordinator who ended up leaving a few months later so we did have to re-confirm details a few times. But these are not reasons to discourage anyone from booking Arrowhead- the food, staff, service, and setting was excellent and exactly what we dreamed of for our wedding.

We actually used them for both my bridal shower AND rehearsal dinner, and it was an amazing experience! The person we were originally working with when we booked both events had told us incorrect dates for when certain things were “due” (final count, menu selections, etc.) and then went on leave; so, we finished planning with someone else, but she was so accommodating, responsive, communicative, and overall incredible. The service during the events was amazing as well! They were on top of everything and were just so helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful time and I strongly recommend them!

I will get married this October 2019. Getting the venue was made so easy for us. Kimmie Reed is amazing, her service is exceptionally great. She shows she cares and everything flowed perfectly the day we signed the contract. This was our third venue we saw and my fiancé and I knew this was the place. They also hosted a bridal showcase, last month that my fiancé and I enjoyed so much. I cannot wait to say I DO this October at this beautiful venue.

We had our wedding reception here on October 6, 2018. Arrowhead gave us the wedding of our dreams! Alexis was our coordinate and she made it all happen. She was professional, prompt, and courteous during the entire process. The food was incredible, the venue is gorgeous, and the service top notch. You are the only wedding at the venue the night of your wedding, which is a huge plus. The vibe is the PERFECT cross between your standard ballroom and a country club - which was important to me. Cannot recommend Arrowhead enough in hosting your wedding reception!

I fell in love with Arrowhead from the first time I saw it and knew it was the perfect venue for my September 30, 2018 wedding, especially after I was told the venue only hosts one wedding per night, something that was very important to me. I started planning very early, 18 months in advance, but Arrowhead was nothing but accommodating and patient with me from start to finish, despite my 5000+ questions/concerns. My original coordinator, Brittiny ended up moving in the middle of my planning process, which was a concern at first. However, the transition to working with Alexis was seamless, and I instantly felt reassured and knew I was still in great hands.

I had a multicultural wedding with a belly dancing performance, a quirky ceremony, and a list of special requests. Arrowhead made all of my requests a reality, and I rarely heard "no", which was so wonderful as a bride with a very specific vision! Perhaps what I appreciated the most was that Alexis was willing to wait as long as possible to make the call about the weather, which enabled me to have my dream ceremony in their gorgeous garden space. It was perfect and so well maintained and beautiful.

To say that Arrowhead made my wedding day perfect and ideal is an understatement. Our guests will not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was, and how efficient, friendly, and accommodating the staff was. There were no long gaps between courses, glasses were instantly refilled, and we felt so special and cared for the entire day. I only wish I could go back in time and relive my wedding day at Arrowhead on repeat! My budget was not huge, but the promotions and willingness of Arrowhead to work with each couple's needs allowed me to have a wedding that felt and looked like it cost tens of thousands more than I spent! I cannot recommend this venue enough, they will ensure you have the wedding of your dreams!

We went with Arrowhead for our wedding reception and were so impressed with Alexis (our representative) and her team! When picking a wedding venue my husband and I were between two places. As it turned out picking Arrowhead was one of the best decisions we made! The months working up to the big day Alexis was always there to help us talk with vendors or layout the wedding day. When it came to the day of the venue was beautifully decorated and everything ran smoothly. When planning this wedding the number one thing I found with vendors is that your interaction will go well with them if they are excited for your day. With Arrowhead every interaction was smooth and eased my worried mind because they were just so excited to make that day amazing for us. They are all incredible people that care about their customers.

Arrowhead was the last venue we looked at and boy am I glad we did! I can not say enough about Arrowhead Golf Club! We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here on 8.18.18. We worked with Alexis for all the planning and then Natalie was our "go-to" the day of. She was AMAZING! Anything we needed, she was already a step ahead. Everything was perfect. The staff at AGC truly makes the day all about you. The outdoor site was beautiful and very well kept up. Being the only wedding was a huge plus. People do not stop commenting on how amazing the food was and I 100% agree! I am very grateful with how the team at AGC was and would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

The wedding & outside ceremony were at Arrowhead & it was stunning. The grounds & venue are breathtaking. The food amazing! We worked with Alexis and she was very responsive. Being the only wedding was important & having the food prepared on site a must. The words that I have heard to describe the venue & food, are: stunning, extravagant, delicious.! Very happy with the choice.

Arrowhead was so wonderful on my wedding day. They accommodated to all my needs and answered any questions I had. Alexis and Brittany were both fantastic Wedding Specialists, I could not have asked for a better group to work with on this adventure. So glad we picked the right place for our wedding! The food was sensational and our guests just kept talking about how good it was. They said they couldn't believe how great the food and staff was. We had a wedding with over 200 guests and we didn't hear 1 person have a complaint about the venue. Alexis was AMAZING to work with, the entire time, and she was so great about getting back to me whenever I had questions. She was flexible and made the whole process so much less stressful. Alexis truly made our wedding a night we will never forget. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Arrowhead was the 5th and final venue my husband & I looked at when trying to find a venue. It truly stood out from all of the rest, especially when they told us we would be the ONLY wedding they had that day; that was the selling point for us. Throughout the process of planning our wedding ceremony & reception at Arrowhead, Alexis and her team were so accommodating and always available to reach out to for questions. The outdoor ceremony site is beautiful, and the reception area is unique and elegant. The day of my wedding went so smoothly, and all of our guests could not stop complimenting the staff for being so attentive all throughout the night. Oh, and the food is AMAZING. I would recommend an Arrowhead wedding to any couple! It was a perfect day that we will remember for a lifetime.

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding and experience than what Arrowhead provided for me and my husband. Our person of contact was Brittiny and she put such hard work into making our wedding so memorable. She paid such attention to detail, and her poise, coordination and management skills were unimaginable. It was literally a dream come true! I just loved seeing everything come together. All the guests were thoroughly impressed by all the details Brittiny and the staff put together (especially the woman's bathroom!). There were definitely some bumps in the road, but Brittiny was definitely my rock and helped calm me down when times became stressful. She made sure that me and Drew were well taken care of and ensured us not to have a worry in the world that night.

Once the dancing started, my right strap broke and the Arrowhead women quickly took me aside and tried safety pinning it back together. When that failed, one woman actually sewed my strap back on! I couldn't believe it. The staff truly cared about making my night special.

And I cannot forget about the service at our head table, Nick. Nick's humor and his dedication to really making mine and Drew's reception flawless made him become everyone's best friend by the end of the night!

Arrowhead Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! We hosted our indoor ceremony and reception in their gorgeous upstairs ballroom. Brittiny was our main contact and she was incredible to work with, very responsive and always answered all of my questions within a day or two. I felt like I was in such good hands with her the day of the wedding and it showed. We got so many compliments on the beauty of the venue, and most importantly, the food. Our meals were delicious and our guests raved about them. We loved that we had a private food tasting ahead of time and were able to attend a bridal showcase to try all the wine and hor d'oeuvres. We did the upgraded Exclusive Package and it was well worth the money for the cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres, signature drink, cake and more. I would tell any bride looking for a beautiful venue with an incredible staff to consider Arrowhead. They really made our wedding a night to remember!

Truly a top class wedding venue. My husband and I had our reception at Arrowhead and cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. Brittiny was our coordinator and she was exceptional. We used Arrowhead Golf Club for our wedding reception in mid-October. Brittiny is a miracle worker – she always made us feel like our wedding was the top priority, and paid such close attention to all of the little details we wanted worked into our big day. Everything was perfect, and she was there throughout the reception to make sure all of the little details of our big day were perfect as well. The service, efficiency, communication, and attention to detail were first class; we could not be more thrilled to have had our wedding reception at this beautiful venue. All of our guests (still to this day) rave that the venue and service were top notch. I have never had more people express how delicious their food was either – a huge compliment to the chef! If you are looking for a wedding venue, I highly advise that you stop by and take in the beauty of this golf club (and course!). The service from all of the staff, Brittiny in-particular, make it a “no brainer.” Thank you all, for giving us the perfect wedding reception.

I can't imagine a more beautiful, flawless wedding than the one we had at Arrowhead. My husband and I had our wedding (indoors) and reception on August 20, 2016, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Our main contact was Alexis, and our backup was Brittiny. Alexis was friendly, professional and responsive (and always had an away message up when she was out of the office, so we weren't left hanging), and she was incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Alexis was present during our wedding, and was really just awesome from start to finish. We had less contact with Brittiny, but she was also excellent.

The venue is huge and beautiful, and has sprawling golf course views. The guest area for our wedding was basically the whole second floor of the building, and looks very classy and elegant. There's a large hall with a big dance floor, a seating area away from everything where people can relax and talk, a well-stocked bar, and a large cocktail area/anteroom that provided an area for guests to mingle and take a break from the music and dancing.

The food was so good. The best wedding food I've had. We chose the filet mignon, the spinach-stuffed chicken, and a vegetarian option. Everything was done perfectly and our special requests were fulfilled with no problem. I've had multiple compliments on how great the food was, and I myself really liked what I was able to eat during the busy evening. We also had a gelato cart and a nacho bar, which were HUGE hits with our guests. And there are TONS of add-on options like these. We chose the upgraded Exclusive Package, and were provided with additional alcohol, a cake, a huge variety of table linens to choose from, and various other upgrades, including additional (delicious) hor d'oeuvres.

Overall the service was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. It's pricey, but well worth the money. We had a beautiful, elegant wedding that went off without a hitch.

Arrowhead Golf Club was our BEST vendor (we had several great ones) and with how well our wedding turned out , we feel that is saying a LOT! Our primary contact was Brittiny and secondary was Alexis. They were both awesome! Brittiny was always supportive, available, and considerate. She coordinated all of our tastings (they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food choices), timelines, drop-offs, endless questions, etc, while seemingly always being available and willing to give suggestions and guidance when we needed. My now wife's mantra was "Just call Brittiny and it's taken care off." We chose the exclusive package which with all it included like upgraded bar, the cake, extra hors d' oeurve, and more, made it a great deal. Our amazing dinner choices were a little non conventional - bourbon salmon and apple cider pork. To this day, two months later, we continue to get compliments on how delicious all the food was. The only complaint about the food we ever heard was multiple people being upset they did not leave enough room for our dessert (the monogramed treats) and late night snack (nacho bar) both of which everyone said were incredible. Many guests told us it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. They also loved how the hors d' oeuvres were served, all at once with four choices on the plates rather than having to wait for each one. Arrowhead also went to great lengths to cater to the bride. We were provided with a private bridal suite, a buzzer if we ever needed anything, and were assigned a captain who personally took care of anything we needed. Finally, the place is beautiful. We had a Christmas wedding and the entire place was decked out to the point that we felt we did not need so much of our own flowers. etc. Even in the dead of winter January when we first saw it, its beauty shined. We loved being the only wedding there & having the whole third floor to ourselves. Arrowhead, Brittiny & Alexis, thank you so much! We loved it!

I never wanted to have a big wedding but I have NO regrets after having our wedding at Arrowhead. Everything was perfect and me and my husband and our families were completely stress free the entire evening! Working with Alexis and Brittiny made the experience even more personal and they could not have been more flexible and helpful. The whole day was more than I imagined. Everything went off without any flaws.

My husband and I could not of picked a better venue. We got married on 9-18-15 at Arrowhead Golf Club and it was just amazing. Every single guest raved about how good the food and service was. The staff was so attentive to every detail that we wanted. The staff is extremely organized and the level of professionalism is astonishing! We were hoping for an outdoor ceremony there at the golf club but it rained and the way the staff worked with me and transformed everything to the inside was just lovely! They really made everything perfect! I would recommend Arrowhead Golf Club to ANY bride! We loved the food and staff so much we had our rehearsal dinner there and we go back on weekends from time to time to eat in the restaurant. The grounds are breath taking, the staff is sweet as can be, and they are in our book the best venue around! Big thank you to Alexis and all her helpers for EVERYTHING you did for us! You made our wedding day perfect!

My husband and I got married on 9/12/15 and had our reception at Arrowhead. It was the PERFECT choice! Alexis and her team were absolutely great to work with, any time I had a question, Alexis responded extremely quickly. Our guests raved about the food, and how elegantly it was prepared. Our reception went so smoothly, there wasn't a single thing that went wrong. Alexis and her team were great about setting up all of our pictures, guest book, candles, and other display items for us so that we didn't have to worry about it the day of our wedding. It was great working with Alexis and the entire Arrowhead staff, I would recommend Arrowhead to any bride and groom!

Alexis was amazing to work with, she was always there when I had random questions. I loved that they had a bridal show for the brides booked with arrowhead. Going to the tasting was amazing as well. All my guests loved the food. I'm so happy with our reception & how everything turned out! I can't wait to see the amazing photos!

Arrowhead was fantastic. They were extremely professional, had a great process in place from start to finish, and had friendly and helpful coordinators over the course of 15 months. I LOVED that so many things were included in the "Exclusive Package," all of the food, upgraded bar, table linens, extra table runner, chair covers and sash, even the cake! It made everything SO simple and easy. Danielle answered quite a few emails quickly and kindly every time in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Then that day, everything ran unbelievably smoothly. I didn't have a wedding planner of my own, and I never felt like I needed one with the Arrowhead coordinators working so hard and doing such a great job. Every decoration was set out, dinner was perfectly smooth, and it could not have been better. Plus our pictures are GORGEOUS with the golf course and building in the background. I am SO glad we went with Arrowhead, and I would recommend to any bride!!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Arrowead Golf Club, and it was absolutely perfect! The entire planning process went so smoothly and could not have been any easier. The staff (we primarily interacted with Alexis who was fantastic!) were helpful and very responsive. The food was phenomenal. I have food allergies, and I was very impressed by how accommodating the chef was to make sure I had the perfect vegan meal. I would absolutely recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding reception venue!

Arrowhead was the perfect venue for us! Classy and elegant! The entire staff was professional and extremely accommodating. They made all of our requests happen and did so with a smile! My husband and I recently held our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead and it was wonderful. Jaci and Alexis were so easy to work with and extremely helpful. There were weeks that I emailed them at least twice a day everyday - they always responded promptly and kindly, never made me feel like I was a crazy bride. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and our friends and family are still raving about how awesome the food was. Having both the ceremony and reception indoors at Arrowhead requires a lot of coordination between the vendors and staff. I was nervous about the transition but went so smoothly I didn't even notice anything going on and the room looked amazing for both the ceremony and reception. Although Arrowhead a bit on the expensive side it is so worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about Arrowhead! Jaci was so wonderful to work with! She and her team helped to over-manage every detail and helped to create an absolutely flawless evening that was everything I dreamed of!

We had our wedding, both ceremony and reception, at Arrowhead in September. We were engaged for over a year, so had plenty of communications with Arrowhead leading up to the big day. Arrowhead just blew both myself and my husband away in terms of service and friendliness. We dealt with Jaci leading up to the wedding, and she was always so quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the planning process. The venue is just beautiful, and the set up of the ceremony and reception, was far beyond my expectations. I think the biggest comment I can give to future brides is in regards to the amazing food! I have been to plenty of weddings, with all sorts of chefs or caterers, and I can honestly say the food at Arrowhead was the best. Everything from the presentation to the size of the portions was better than I had expected. We got compliments all night regarding the size and taste of the filet. We have been married almost a month now and we are still receiving compliments! People have actually told us they have gone back to Arrowhead for the food SINCE the wedding. This isn't your typical golf course wedding, and if you have any desire for this time of venue, definitely check out Arrowhead. I signed the contract with them within 30 minutes of seeing it!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here a few weeks ago. We had such an amazing experience with Arrowhead Golf Club and I really wanted to share my positive experience with other bride/groom's. (You always hear about the negative, unfortunately). Everything at Arrowhead from beginning to end was extremely easy and wonderful. I fell in love with the building and the grounds, and my husband loves to golf so i knew he would be on board as long as the food was great. Once we met with Jaci and toured the inside and banquet area, that is when my mom and I truly fell in love. They have a wonderful package that included everything we were looking for and more! As I noted before, Jaci is the person we worked with throughout all of our planning. While all of the staff there is great, Jaci is one of the sweetest, most laid back people i have ever come in contact with. She just made everything a "no brainer." Don't mistake her kindness for weakness though. Every time I requested anything or emailed her regarding wedding decisions, she responded very promptly and efficiently. And if she didn't have an answer for me right away, she made sure to find out the information and get back to me. She was also very helpful in recommending other vendors that often work with Arrowhead (They were all wonderful as well). Did i mention i planned my whole wedding from Florida? This isn't the easiest task for some, but I am pretty laid back myself and with the help of Jaci, it was so easy and flawless. It is almost 3 weeks after our wedding now, and we are still getting compliments about how our food and service was the best they ever had at a wedding. The food, service, and everything included in our package exceeded our expectations and we can't thank Arrowhead enough for making our day SO special!

My husband and I just had our Ceremony and reception just a few weeks ago on 9/12/14. If I could give more than 5 stars for each category I would! Jaci and her staff are so professional yet they make you feel comfortable and at ease through every step of the process. Jaci answered all of my many emails within a few hours, provided timelines, and gave her advice when it came to making decisions. Our wedding was supposed to take place outside but the weather was not cooperating so it was moved in to the grand ballroom and it was just as beautiful. The night went without one hiccup and everyone is still raving about the food and service. Clearly, every experience has been positive. I love Arrowhead and 110% reccommend it!

My fiancé and I fell in love with Arrowhead as soon as we pulled up and then when we met jaci we fell in love even more! she is so calming and always so happy she truly wants to make your day perfect and perfect was an understatement! Jaci answered all my questions within hours of my emails and the staff were so great the day of our wedding! We truly had the most perfect and amazing wedding day! it was more than we could have ever dreamed of!

Venue: My husband is an avid golfer. Having golfed at Arrowhead Golf Club in the past, he suggested looking at the reception venue when we got engaged. From the moment we walked in, I knew it was the place for us. I loved the fact that we were able to have the entire upstairs to ourselves. It included a lounge (this was a nice quiet space for guests to retreat throughout the night), pre-function room (people spent a lot of time out here.. it was used for cocktail hour, our photo booth, candy bar, and late night snack), and very spacious dining room and dance floor. I also had my own "bridal suite" room to freshen up or take a breather. Finally, there were three balconies for guests to walk onto for a gorgeous view of the golf course.

Service: Jaci is AMAZING! She is extremely organized and always kept me on top of my timeline from the day we signed a contract. I had so many questions throughout the process, and she responded to my emails within a day! She truly made us feel very special during the process. We also had wonderful service throughout our reception!

Food/Drink: There were so many options for us to choose from! We were able to attend a complimentary appetizer/drink expo months before the event which was very well-organized. A couple months before our reception, we also participated in a small, formal meal tasting. We received many compliments on our food! Another wonderful perk was that our cake was included in our exclusive package through Oak Mill Bakery. The cake was absolutely amazing!

We have received SO many compliments about our wedding-- the venue, service, and food. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect reception. Thank you, Jaci and Arrowhead staff!

My husband and I were married at Arrowhead Golf Club in June of 2014.

Venue: From the moment we signed our contract with Arrowhead Golf Club, we had very high expectations. Having attended a wedding at Arrowhead in the past, we were generally aware of the ambiance, food and service. However, throughout our yearlong engagement and planning process, Arrowhead significantly exceeded every expectation we had.

Service: Working with Jaci Jesionowski was an absolute pleasure. Jaci was friendly, timely in her responses, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to any “side” requests we had. Jaci truly made us feel like we were the only bride and groom in the world!

Food/Drinks: The food and drink options are endless! We had multiple appetizers, a several course meal, desserts, and late night snacks! Everything was fantastic. The best part was that we didn’t have any surprises on the day of our wedding as we were able to attend a complimentary appetizer/drink tasting and a separate complimentary formal entrée tasting.

Our Guests: Not only did we have the best time at our wedding but our guests were extremely complimentary to us about how the food was GREAT, the location was BEAUTIFUL, and how the staff was so ATTENTIVE.

My husband and I LOVED everything about Arrowhead. the coordinators and kitchen staff have HIGHLY exceed our expectations an made sure we had a night to remember. There were NO fails with them. Although pricey, it was worth EVERY penny and you see where your money goes with them. Honestly COULD NOT HAVE ASKED for a better experience or had my wedding reception anywhere else! To the Chef and all who is part of the kitchen - - we can't stop raving about the food!! From the Arrowhead wedding expo, to the service at our tasting, down to dinner at our wedding day, we couldn't have been served any better meals. Our guests are still talking about the food! This means a lot to us, especially to my husband who is a chef himself and has worked years doing weddings.

Our entire experience with Arrowhead Golf Club was nothing short of amazing! From our very first tour, we knew Arrowhead was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous, and we loved that there is only one wedding per night at the venue. Our wedding pictures outside of Arrowhead are spectacular, even on a chilly March day with snow still on the ground! Jaci was amazing to work with. She kept us at ease and informed through the entire process. She is amazingly organized which helped us to be organized. Jaci was able to provide us with referrals and ideas that would help make our wedding special. The staff overall at Arrowhead are phenomenal. They made sure that the bridal party never had an empty drink and that all of our needs were met on the wedding day. There was a event prior to our wedding, and the staff converted the space from a Jewish celebration to our Wedding celebration in no time! The food was remarkable. Our guests continue to rave about it! Same with our late night snacks! What's even better, Arrowhead includes the wedding cake in their Exclusive package from Oak Mill Bakery. As luck would have it, Oak Mill Bakery is highly sought after - and the taste proves it! The cake was not only gorgeous, but super yummy! Arrowhead does a wonderful job of adding little upgraded touches, and the bar manager made sure we were happy with our bar choices for that night. Our guests had the best time and have marveled at how much time we must have spent in planning the wedding to be so gorgeous...but really, Jaci and her staff at Arrowhead made it so supremely easy that I can't take all of the credit for planning! We would highly recommend hosting an event at Arrowhead Golf Club!

We held our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club and could not have been happier. The place is gorgeous. It is modern yet elegant and timeless. They only host one wedding per evening, so the entire upstairs is reserved for you and your guests. The room and ambiance is warm and inviting. The dance floor is big, but not so big that it looks empty. The huge windows overlooking the golf course make a perfect backdrop to the room.

Throughout my 9 month engagement, Jaci, the event coordinator, was quick to respond to all of my emails and was extremely helpful in answering any question or concern I had. On the day of the wedding, Jaci and her staff ensured the room was exactly as I had imagined. The food was excellent. It tasted exactly as it did at the tasting and we have received so many compliments on how great the food was. The service was top-notch. The servers and bartenders were extremely attentive and no one ever had to wait for a drink.

Our guests have been raving about the venue, the food and the service. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Golf Club as the perfect wedding venue.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Arrowhead, and loved it. The food is great, the staff is helpful and very kind. Jaci, the events manager, is awesome. She is easy to work with, provides helpful advise, and takes car of everything! We still have people telling us how good the food and drinks where! We added the martini bar and the bomb chocolate table, and it was great, and people loved it, i would suggest adding it!

Arrowhead Golf Club was the perfect place to host my winter wedding! Not only was the staff incredibly accommodating, but they truly did everything to make my vision a reality. The staff was very on top of things and kept all the guests pleased! Jaci was always willing to make time to meet with me if I was in the area and wanted to look at the room again or change my mind on fabrics, and she would give her honest opinions about decor and arrangements. Arrowhead is beautifully decorated for the holidays, and I got numerous compliments from guests and attendants about how classy and gorgeous everything turned out. The food also exceeded my expectations, and the needs of everyone at the wedding were promptly taken care of. Arrowhead helped make my wedding day absolutely perfect! I highly recommend it.

My husband and I had our reception at Arrowhead on Dec 28, 2013. We both appreciated Jaci's swift response to all emails, the thoughtfulness of her responses, her willingness to work with us to get exactly what we wanted, and her support for ideas we had (such as bringing in an outside vendor or getting rid of wedding cake). She truly went out of her way to make sure the wedding was perfect and fit our ideas. She was helpful and supportive when I wanted to come in and set up the room with my decorations, and the room was even better than I could have imagined. The Christmas decorations looked stunning and every outside decoration I had was set up exactly how I wanted. The food was also phenomenal-we are still receiving compliments on how delicious everything was. The appetizers were fantastic, and we appreciated that there was food and champagne for both the groomsmen and bridesmaids in the bridal suite. She also worked with us on customizing the appetizers and specialized drink-that definitely helped make the day more “us”. The vegetarian and pork options were outstanding. Multiple people commented that they were full before the main course, but once it arrived they licked the sauce off the plate, it was so good. :) The ice cream set up was better than we had expected-she took 3 gallon tubs of ice cream and made it look fancy! At the end of the night everyone was helpful in cleaning up and getting the gifts packed away. The only non-stellar thing we noticed was that the cocktail room got very crowded during the first hour, but the ropes were opened up and that was quickly fixed.
Overall, we cannot thank Arrowhead enough for making our wedding exactly what we wanted. We are so thrilled with how everything looked and happened, there is not a single thing we would change :)

This venue was fantastic and gorgeous. The wedding coordinator, Jaci, was amazing and did everything to make my day special. With arrowheads help nothing went wrong during the reception. She also decorated the reception place just exactly how I imagined it.

We had our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. It turned out beautiful. Outside ceremony was just as I pictured it. We couldn't have asked for better weather for the ceremony and to take our photos afterwards. The reception was amazing and many of our guests complemented on the food and how beautiful Arrowhead was setup. My main decision factor on how we ended up booking our wedding through Arrowhead was the fact that there is only one wedding a day. Our wedding was the only one and we didn't have to share venue bathroom or space with anyone else. We had the whole floor to our wedding selves. Our wedding coordinator Jaci at Arrowhead was great to work with. She made it very smooth on making last minute changes.

I had my wedding at Arrowhead on August 24th, 2013. I could not have asked for a better venue and staff to work with. The venue is always kept in pristine condition and looking beautiful and clean. Jaci and her event staff including the waiters and bartenders are amazing. Jaci is very easy to work with even when I bombarded her with a million emails asking questions. She is always quick to respond and has an answer to all of your questions. They have a timeline to help you plan your wedding accordingly. From the moment I first discovered Arrowhead Golf Club, I knew I had found the reception venue of my dreams! The venue is absolutely gorgeous – the grand ballroom was exactly what I had envisioned. It was a delight to work with Jaci and the rest of the staff at AGC. Jaci saved the day after the cake was delivered when my bakery failed to include the gluten-free cupcakes that I had ordered. I didn't find out until after the wedding day that Jaci had sent someone to a local bakery to pick up some gluten-free cupcakes so that my guests who could not have gluten would have a dessert to enjoy. I cannot say enough great things about Arrowhead Golf Club. My husband Jeff and I were married there on Saturday, July 13th. It was a beautiful day all around, and it is because of Jaci and the Arrowhead staff.

Since booking in December of 2011, Jaci has been a breeze to work with. Our vision changed several times over the 18 months and she was always very accommodating, offering creative ideas and options. Over those months, I sent Jaci countless emails full of questions. She was always very speedy to reply, which made wedding planning stress-free.

The reception itself went off without a hitch. The servers were very attentive to our every need. Joe Hellar in particular was very helpful. After breaking down the tables/linens at the end of the night all of our decorations were returned to us in great condition.

Again, I can't sing their praises enough! Thank you Jaci and the AGC staff for making our wedding day unforgettable! Feel at ease to book your event here-they are fantastic!

Pick this place! My wedding would not have been the same if I would have gone elsewhere. Jaci, the wedding coordinator, was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, prompt and super sweet! Arrowheads food is delicious! They have an awesome appetizer event which allows u to try every appetizer! Yum! The staff was very attentive, I never worried about being on time. After determining that our downtown CHI wedding would be too $$ for our 160 guest wedding, I was disappointed I wouldn't be able to find an analogous experience in the burbs. However, we found Arrowhead and now that our wedding is over, I can't recommend Arrowhead enough to future brides.
Arrowhead was exceptional to work with. Jaci especially was professional, patient and responsive. Jaci also gave us great advice on how to make the day run smoothly. Arrowhead exceeded expectations on all fronts a bride would care about - service, food, cost, coordination, etc.

Everything was perfect! We worked with Jaci and she was wonderful. She helped us the entire way with decisions, details and embellishments. She was easy to contact and was always available. You feel like you are the only wedding with how much attention you get from the staff at Arrowhead.

Our outdoor cocktail hour was absolutely beautiiful, the food was amazing and the room was perfectly set up. Our guests had a wonderful time and told myself and my parents how impressed they were with everything.


Another great thing Arrowhead has to offer is letting future brides and grooms come in to try all the appetizers, late night snacks and different wine choices. This makes it so much easier to make choices when it comes down to finializing details.

We knew immediately that Arrowhead was the venue we wanted to hold our reception. The style of the interior, the downstairs bar available to guests both pre- and post- reception, and to add to it all - the Service!!!

Kristina and Jaci are beyond phenomenal. I was very much a hands-on, DIY bride, complete with millions of questions and favors I was asking about every single step of the year-long planning process. Every question was answered within 24 hours, or I was at least in communication with them, and they were letting me know when I should anticipate an answer.

I loved that Arrowhead hosted a "bridal expo" for already scheduled wedding couples and two guests, about six months or so before the wedding. It helped you narrow down appetizers, deserts, wines and late night snack options. We didnt think when booking that having only one wedding per night was that big of a deal, but after attending a few other weddings, while still in the planning process for ours, we realized what a huge incentive it really is to have the main focus on your big day only.

Highly, highly recommend!! Wouldn't hesitate to spend the money here again.

Kristina and her team were very responsive to my many questions during the planning phase. They helped prepare me for the many little details that go into planning both my ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding, everything could not have gone more according to plan. Everything was beautiful and just as I pictured it. Arrowhead was a gorgeous venue and we got so many complements on the entire event. Everyone really loved the food too. From the appetizers to the main courses, we received so many rave reviews. What was also a fantastic was that we got to sample all the food ahead of time. Arrowhead hosts a Wedding Showcase for all the bride/grooms and other family members. We were able to sample all the appetizers, wine, cakes and every other option on the menu. This was in addition to the actual food tasting for the entrees. Such a great perk!! Kristina and her team helped us have an amazing day where no detail was out of place.

When my husband and I first walked into Arrowhead to look at the location we both instantly thought "this is it!" Kristina and the rest of the staff are amazing and very quick to get back to you with any answers. The food was fantastic too. All of our guests have been raving about the food and how beautiful the venue was. I highly recommend having your wedding here!

Arrowhead is a beautiful place to hold a reception and ceremony. We had our ceremony in the main ballroom and it still looked great despite being inside. The prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected with the location and type of venue. One thing that I loved about it is that they only hold one wedding per night, unlike many hotels, etc. The inside and outside areas are all great too for pictures. Kristina and Jaci were great and easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner to any of my million questions. Food and drink selections are good too and we loved the food!

I dont have one bad thing to say about the staff, the venue, or the service included..
across the board, they nailed everything. Kristina & Jaci were available for all my questions while in the planning phases and made sure the day of went smooth! (Even with icky weather moving in!)

My husband Steve and I had our reception at Arrowhead on Friday, July 27th, and we could not have been more happy with our venue choice. Arrowhead is phenomenal. From the decor to the food and impeccable service, Arrowhead not only met but out-shined our already high expectations. Many of my guests have approached me in the weeks since our wedding and said that their dinner at Arrowhead was the best they've ever had at a wedding. My father, who is a tough critic, couldn't stop talking about how quickly he would recommend Arrowhead to anyone getting married in the future.

Furthermore, the year and a half between my engagement and the wedding was chalk full of emails to our catering manager, Kristina Nemetz. She always answered my emails promptly, quickly resolved questions or concerns that I had, and clearly never grew impatient of my many wedding-crazed requests. It is clear they truly do try to give every bride and groom the very best wedding possible.

I am an admittedly type-A, detail-oriented woman, and everything about Arrowhead made it the perfect place for my wedding. I highly, highly recommend choosing them as your reception venue. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Kristina and her team did an AMAZING job at making our wedding reception the one of our dreams! My husband and I had Arrowhead as our #1 venue choice - we did not even look at other locations. We loved the grand ballroom, the friendliness of the staff, the location with the beautiful golf course and the fact that they were able to accomodate our date! The food was incredible - guests commented on how great everything tasted (we chose the Chicken Forrester but Arrowhead was very flexible for special diet needs as well). In addition, we added 2 late night snacks (they have many really cool things to choose from) - gelato bar and build your own slider bar - we're still hearing from our guests that it was the best wedding they've been to other than their own! We are still getting emails and messages from folks saying how gorgeous the location was and how wonderful everyone was at Arrowhead - thank you so much for such a FABULOUS event!!!

Arrowhead Golf Club was great to work with when planning a wedding. They were always available to answer your questions in a timely fashion which is very important when having to plan a wedding. I loved working with the event staff!

We had an afternoon ceremony using Arrowhead's outdoor site and had a reception indoors. To start the outdoor ceremony site is so beautiful with it's landscape and brick walk way. We did not need any decorations outside as we felt the simplicity of the area made it that more elegant. The indoor banquet rooms were elegant, spacious, and very clean. There are so many great places for photo opportunities! My favorite is right outside the sunroom on the bench. I was bummed they had a table blocking the area, but luckily there are other areas that are equally nice. The staff is so professional and responsive and made it so easy to work out the details for such an event. We worked primarily with Kristina and she is more than awesome! They were available when I needed them and even made sure on the day of the wedding that they were overlooking each detail that was needed to make sure we felt very special. They went above and beyond to make sure our children had the lunch they wanted to eat (being that they are picky eaters). I would highly recommend Arrowhead for any event or wedding

I had my reception at Arrowhead in April and could not be more satisfied! I planned my wedding in 4 months and Kristina and Jaci were there every step of the way to make sure everything was on schedule. They were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Also, the quarterly event Arrowhead throws to showcase their appetizers, dessert and lake night snack options, and their recommended vendors is incredible. They really go the extra mile.

The day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. After church, we headed to the golf course to take pictures with the bridal party. The grounds are stunning and so well taken care of that our pictures were incredible. Both the ballroom and the pre-function room were set-up more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Our guests raved about the food – one even said it was the best steak he’d ever had. The drinks were strong and the bartenders were really friendly. Most of all, the wait staff, especially the head waiter, Jaime, was so attentive all night. The day came together perfectly – you would have never known it was planned in 4 months. Thanks to the entire Arrowhead staff for making our day so memorable!

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead. Our ceremony was outside and highly recommend using the outside ceremony space. The whole night went without flaw, and the staff goes above and beyond to make it your special day.

The venue itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed having the whole top level to just our wedding. The food was amazing, and got many compliments on people who chose the vegetarian option, which was a vegetable lasagna. The chef challenges his staff to come up with a vegetarian dish that will impress him, the best dish is the one that will be served, which is a very neat concept, and our guests were left satisfied! One of the primary reasons we chose Arrowhead was the big dance floor to accommodate all of our guests. We loved the layout of the room and the 3 separate balconies. Overall an amazing venue, would recommend it to anyone!

My son’s wedding reception was held at Arrowhead Golf Club and was a tremendous success. We and all of our guest were blown away by the elegance and excellence of literally everything that we experienced. The building itself rivals many private membership golf clubs in the area. The main banquet room is large enough for a sizable wedding party main table plus dance floor with a spectacular view over their shoulders. Great for pictures. But, without a doubt, the two most awesome parts of the reception were the decor and the meal. The Arrowhead staff lays out the tables, runners, chair covers, and place settings etc. to the bride and groom’s specifications down to the fold of the napkins. They do this with such perfection that the initial sight of the room by our guests generated gasps of awe. And the food, from the hors d’oeuvres to the three course meal to the late night snack, is as good as any I have had in some of the best restaurants in the area.
All of this does not happen by accident. Planning for this event was made more difficult by the fact that my son and (now) daughter-in-law lived out of state. But the banquet staff and especially, catering manager Kristina went above and beyond to accommodate them around their travel plans, seeing them when there were available in the area. Arrowhead offers several opportunities to see and taste those things that must be decided upon prior to the reception. In the spring they held a “Mad Love” gathering where brides and grooms could taste the offered hors ‘oeuvres, wine, beer, deserts, and many other food offerings before they have to make their choices. Also at that event, was a visual presentation of the main courses given by chef Pirhofer, himself. Later this year, the bride and groom had a private tasting of the main courses from a subset that they chose earlier. On the day of the reception, the staff gave extraordinary help and accommodation to us for access to the facility and storage of our person items that were to go on the tables.
Finally, one of the seemingly minor things about this place turned out to be extremely nice. Because almost all of our guests were from out of state, they stayed in specific hotels in the area that had free shuttle service to and from the reception all night long. This allowed the guests, from age 18 months to 90 years, to enjoy the reception as long and as much as they wished without thought to how they would get home.
My son and his bride spent a lot of time viewing a lot of well know places in the western suburbs and chose this place over all of them and we are extremely glad that they did. I highly recommend Arrowhead Golf Club.

I had my wedding at Arrowhead in May. For starters, the food was incredible. My guests were blown away. I had many guests say this was the best wedding food they have had. Kristina was great to work with; she was very accommodating and extremely fast in responding to my questions via email. Kristina recommended the nacho bar as a late night snack. Sadly, I missed trying them but my guests couldn’t stop eating them.

I would give Arrowhead a 5 star rating.

My daughter's reception at Arrowhead Golf Club was wonderful. We could not have been more pleased with the staff's professionalism and expertise in regards to the planning and caring out of the wedding reception. We have received countless compliments from our guests in regards to your beautiful venue, your delightful staff and your delicious food. Guests not only enjoyed how delicious the food was, but commented on the extraordinary presentation, especially the salad and mashed potato bar.

I am so thankful that Arrowhead's staff allowed us to enjoy the reception while they took care of every detail. I felt like I was a guest, not the host, of this fabulous event! We highly recommend this venue, and we look forward to being able to use Arrowhead in the future for our special occasions. We picked the absolute perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. That is a terrific feeling.

Arrowhead Golf Club was a great venue. My husband and I received lots of compliments on the architecture of the building and the overall aesthetic appeal of the venue. The food was great and the staff was very accommodating. My only wish would be that there were some unique "extras" included in the price but unfortunately, almost everything over the basics was extra.

The staff at Arrowhead was so willing to do anything they could to make our wedding a perfect day...right down to babysitting a 2 year old during the ceremony! Kristina Nemetz is extremely professional and makes wonderful suggestions. I knew our special day was in very capable hands with Kristina. The food was great as was the venue. We requested serving authentic southern sweet tea and were not disappointed...it was amazingly good! We were able to relax and enjoy our guests knowing everything would be taken care of as planned by the Arrowhead staff.

My husband and I had a winter wedding and Arrowhead was the perfect venue. The catering manager, Kristina, is super nice and easy to work with. She was incredibly flexible with us, even after we found a last minute error in that we had invited 50 extra guests. We had both our ceremony and reception there and I really think it is the best way to do things it worked out perfectly. There is only ever one wedding going on at a time which I preferred. The ceremony room converts into the reception room and in between is a cocktail hour while they switch it over. The transformation is amazing. Great food and big dance floor. It had everything I wanted.

From the moment we first met with Kristina at Arrowhead, we absolutely fell in love. The venue is so beautiful, and the staff is just awesome to work with. They are so friendly and extremely accommodating. Kristina was our main wedding coordinator and she was the absolute best! She responds to emails immediately, even on nights or weekends when she is out of the office. She did everything she could to make sure everything went absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I will be back to visit often and recommend Arrowhead for any event, especially weddings!

I had my outdoor ceremony at Arrowhead and my reception there as well. The outdoor space was beautiful in July! The indoor space is gorgeous too. The room was everything I dreamed it to be and Kristina was very easy to work with. The food was incredible and I would highly recommend this venue...but beware, it books up quick!

I had my wedding reception at Arrowhead Golf Club on September 17th this year, and the entire evening was spectacular! We could not have asked for a better experience. Kristina and the rest of the office staff was phenomenal to work with. I got so many compliments not only on the beautiful venue, but on the wonderful wait staff, bartenders, and event staff - everyone was so friendly and accomodating, it really made the atmosphere of the whole evening perfect. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone - you are not only paying for a beautiful event location and delicious food, you are also getting fantastic customer service.

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Arrowhead, and I simply can't recommend them highly enough. Every aspect of our day was flawless, and Kristina was so accommodating and patient with us during planning! The staff are unfailingly professional, the facility is stunning, and our guests are still raving about the food & bar selection. We had an absolutely perfect wedding, and that is largely thanks to Arrowhead - I would choose them over and over again.

We wanted something different from the usual church ceremony and Arrowhead provided that. They have an outside garden area where we held our ceremony. It overlooks the golf course with white chairs set up on each side of a paved walkway that leads up to the alter. It's a beautiful space and we would highly recommend this place if you're looking for an outside ceremony. The service there was awesome and they made sure the day went smoothly for us. All our guests are still talking about how beautiful the ceremony was.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Arrowhead. When my husband and I walked in to the reception room, we were speechless. It was absolutely beautiful. Our guests felt the same way, and we heard nothing but good things about the food and the service. I was determined to try one of everything at the reception, and I got pretty close. EVERYTHING was wonderful.

The staff was excellent, including everything from planning to helping us get stuff out to our cars after the event. I think working with the event coordinator, Kristina, in person really helped, too. Her suggestions were great, and helped make sure everything was flawless the day of our wedding. We felt that the whole staff wanted nothing but the best for us. We would absolutely recommend Arrowhead!

Words can’t even explain how thankful we are for doing our wedding at Arrowhead. They made the entire planning process easy, and made the entire night absolutely perfect. The food was served on time, and everyone could not stop saying how delicious it was. We did not have to worry about a thing when the day came. When we arrived, everything was set up above and beyond expectations, and the night went off without a problem at all. Our wedding coordinator, Kristina, was amazing. She responded so fast, and answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was how we wanted it. I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone that is getting married! Absolutely beautiful venue, and great people to work with. We thank the servers, chefs, and everyone else that helped make our special night a night to remember!!!

We are so impressed with Arrowhead and the reception they put on for us! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the staff is out of this world. The event coordinator, Kristina, is excellent at organizing and guiding, but more importantly, she is a calming force during the entire planning process through the reception. The day of our wedding, she greeted my husband and I at the doors as we walked in and continually checked on us throughout the night. Our head table was provided with an "instant access" buzzer for any request, but due to the diligence of the staff, we didn't need to touch it once. The food was delicious and the bar was top shelf with wonderfully poured drinks. For a stress-free, delectable, and fun-filled wedding recpetion, I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding reception at Arrowhead Golf Club!

Outside Ceremony: Beautiful and awesome! The venue was wonderful and flexible for the ceremony. Only difficulty was the "hill" onto the brick walk way was difficulty for a wheelchair.

Reception: Awesome! Kristina was wonderful to work with. The wait staff was great, the food was outstanding. I can not stay enough good things about Arrowhead.

Beyond our expectations!! That sums it up! Kristina was amazing to work with. They have great staff, food, well just great everything! They treat you like royalty! Everyone is still raving all about the food and how great everything was. This is not a typical reception food, this is an incredible meal their staff puts together! They are so willing to work with you on anything you may want or need. I just can't believe how wonderful everything was. Thank you Arrowhead and Kristina!
