I definitely recommend Arrive in Style transportation. The owner was quickly responsive when I inquired about their 37 person shuttle bus for my son’s wedding. I was happy with the quote and shuttle was very nice and clean. I was impressed that the driver came early and didn’t rush us. I waited until the last minute to get quotes and many places were already booked, that’s how I found Arrive in Style. So glad I found them and will definitely use for my next big event!

From start to finish, their team was incredibly timely, organized, and easy to work with. On such a busy day where timing is everything, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our transportation was in such capable hands.
Everyone arrived at the venue smoothly, and at the end of the night, our guests were transported back to the hotel safely and quickly without any stress or confusion. Everything ran exactly as planned, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without worrying about logistics.

The car itself was absolutely stunning immaculate, elegant, and the perfect touch of classic luxury that made our day feel even more special.

Best Transportation Service!!
With Arrive in Style as my transportation company I didn't have to worry about anyone being stranded at the venue or hotel. Even when we were about to leave the parking lot of the hotel and we realized we forgot my veil, the driver had no problem pulling back up to the hotel and letting us get the veil. The driver saved my wedding day with such a small action that may others would not have done.

We hired Arrive In Style to provide an additional 10 person van as a shuttle from our hotel in addition to one the hotel provided. They were great! Ellen handled the booking and even made an appearance at the end of the night to make sure everything was going smoothly! They were responsive, friendly, and provided a flat price with tip gratuity included so there were no surprises. The van they provided was clean, on time and made as many trips as we needed to ferry everyone back and forth. Seriously they were great and we high recommend them.

Solid Option
A solid option for transportation in the Mercer County area. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and the owner was very pleasant. I will say that they brought the first shuttle of the guest earlier than planned and agreed upon (I was still taking photos and guests saw me in my dress. First shuttle arrived at 3:50 pm for a 5 pm ceremony which was not on schedule). In addition- the driver of the first shuttle told the bride that she couldn't play music because it was "such a short ride". It kind of put a damper on the mood since everyone was so excited to be leaving the hotel. After some negotiation he did eventually give her the Bluetooth info.
Transportation was fabulous at the end of the night. They were patient and made sure everyone got home safely. They even packed up our extra food for us and made the transfer process seamless.

Arrive in style was amazing to work with for our wedding day on 7/8/23. The shuttles were prompt, clean, comfortable (extremely hot July day). Ellen was great to work with as far as communication and answering all of my questions I had leading up to the big day and then helped me execute our timeline and a plan for transporting all of our guests to and from perfectly.

Transportation made easy!
Arrive In Style was a pleasure to work with while planning my daughter’s wedding. They are friendly, professional and reliable. They catered to our guests needs providing timing transportation to and from our wedding venue from the hotels. The staff was polite & professional and extremely organized. Arrive in Style shuttles for weddings
We had Arrive in Style for our Saturday wedding in April. They were so easy to work with, thorough, and very responsive with questions! We got two shuttles from the hotel to the venue (one trip each), and the same two shuttles from the venue back to the hotel (one shuttle came back for a second trip). The shuttles both dropped people off at a local bar for our afterparty before stopping back at the hotel. They handled making sure the shuttles were on time and filled so my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything day of! Highly recommend!

I recently hired Arrive in Style Transportation for my daughter's wedding. Ellen and her staff are absolutely AMAZING!
We used both the shuttle and valet services.
We needed shuttles to transport the bridal party, family and friends from our hotel to the church, around town for pictures, then to the venue, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. We also needed a shuttle to transport my daughter, her husband and a few friends to a nearby bowling alley for some post-wedding fun and the bring them back to the hotel.
The drivers were FANTASTIC! They were prompt (actually early), professional, well-dressed, and so accommodating. They assisted our elderly guests ( and those of us in gowns) on and off of the shuttle. They also helped us store our belongings in the shuttle's storage area. The shuttles were SPOTLESS and VERY comfortable!
As for the valet staff, all I can say is WOW! Our venue had no parking area, so we made arrangements with a church across the street to park our guests' cars there. The valet staff was so EFFICIENT, there was NEVER a line of cars waiting! Each guest was greeted promptly and assisted, if necessary. It was the same at the end of the night, when our guests were retrieving their vehicles. The valets wore company clothing, with "VALET" clearly marked to avoid any confusion. The valets were professional, friendly, and very helpful.
I cannot thank Ellen and her staff enough for the OUTSTANDING job they did! It was such a relief knowing that I did not have to worry about the shuttles or valet and I could just ENJOY my daughter's wedding day!

We were thrilled with the services provided on the day of my daughter’s wedding! One of the bridesmaids was in a wheelchair due to a severe leg brake and the driver was really helpful with getting her in and out of the navigator multiple times and with handling the wheelchair. And the bus to and from the reception was clean and comfy! George did some maneuvering to get it close to the building because it was pouring at the end of the reception. We all felt safe and blessed that we used Arrive in Style Transportation!

Ellen and the team at Arrive in Style were amazing. I heard about them through our venue, The Hamilton Manor. Arrive in Style’s prices were in our budget and Ellen was super clear with all of her communication. She reached out to both the venue and our hotel and ensured that everything was seamless. Great Shuttle Experience
From day one, Ellen from arrive in Style was extremely responsive and helpful while planning the shuttle service for my daughters wedding. She helped us figure out the best schedule and most cost effective solution. Arrive In Style as the name implies!
My daughter got married at the Ashford Estate on September 10. We hired Arrive In Style to trasnport our guests from the hotels to the venue. Ellen was extremely responsive and gave excellent advice on what was needed to comfortably and safely transport our guests. Most of our 200+ guests were from out of the area and staying at two different hotels. We also had 20 children attending the wedding. With the afterparty going until 1 a.m., we needed multiple return trips. Ellen's advice on our transportation needs worked out perfectly. We also hired Arrive in Style to provide valet service. All went smoothly and seamlessly. I would recommend this vendor.

I have to start by saying that Ellen and Arrive in Style totally saved my day. My wedding transportation vendor CANCELLED on me about a week out from my wedding, which left me in a crunch to find an alternative solution. Arrive in Style was highly rated and strongly recommended by one of our hotels, so I called Ellen, and I'm SO glad that I did. She was professional, compassionate, and a total problem solver. Not only was she able to find me two vehicles within our budget in a VERY short amount of time, but she made me feel totally at ease knowing that we were going to be taken care of. Honestly, one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who could attest to this! On our wedding day, both drivers were fantastic, the vehicles were spotless and comfortable, and our guest experience was totally seamless. Shuttle Service for my Wedding
Our Arrive in Style shuttle for our wedding was big, clean, and very nice! The driver was super friendly and helped load the flowers on and off for me. Ellen was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We kept having to postpone due to the pandemic and she made it an easy, stress-free transition to the next date, and the next. After our wedding they made an extra trip for me, my husband and his best man to get back to the hotel because we were not ready to go yet for the last shuttle. Everything went perfectly on our wedding day. I called and spoke to Ellen Maziarz and she was very helpful. She planned the transportation accordingly to work for my wedding and was very flexible in coordinating how many trips to the hall we would need and how many trips we would need back to the hotel. Our driver, although i forgot his name, was great as well. he was helping people who needed assistance get onto the bus, holding their arms to make sure they would not fall or slip. 5 stars and beyond. We used Arrive In Style for our shuttle service to and from our hotel and venue for our guests. My mom handles the booking and said they were excellent to work with. We had a cooler at the venue to take back to the hotel that we weren’t able to bring onto the shuttle, but the owner brought it over to our hotel with his truck which was really convenient! We had decorations to transport back to the hotel after the event - the crew helped us load and unload! They were just wonderful start to finish - definitely recommend!!!

Top Notch for Our Wedding
Ellen and the entire team were tremendous. They remained very flexible as our wedding date approached and handled all of our needs. They were also very helpful in guiding us along the way with recommendations from their history of handling weddings and events. I would highly recommend them for your event!

Customer service was wonderful. I was married during covid times so you can imagine my plans had to change several times and the staff was accommodating and understanding. The day of the wedding they were early and ready and transportation for my party and guests was flawless. Would recommend!

Outstanding service, very professional
Ellen and her team were absolutely OUTSTANDING and we will use them again. Our guests were so pleased with the accommodations and we were so pleased with their Hospitality and Service. HIGHLY HIGHLY would recommend. We spent 2 FULL days her teams, with challenging logistics -traveling between Villanova, Princeton and Allentown NJ. They were wonderful, accommodating to changes and easy to work with.

Very professional, punctual and the buses were clean. They helped to make our wedding run smoothly, all of our guests were on time and present for the wedding ceremony! I liked that the tips are included in the price - one less thing to deal with after the reception.

Wonderful Vendor
Booked Arrive in Style to help transport our bridal party, as well as any guests at the hotel to and from our wedding ceremony. Booking and working with them from day one was seamless, they were super responsive, helpful and flexible! The day of they were on time, efficient and kind! We had absolutely no issues and they even came back to make an extra trip end of night for me and my husband as we were straggling making sure we had everything :) definitely recommend!
