    Delicious food, great service and warm friendly staff

    I have always been picky with my Indian food and as soon as I had the first bite at the tasting I knew everything was going to amazing.

    Mr Daljeet was always patient with our questions and offered many suggestions that helped lower our overall cost drastically. His company provides quality food and service at very affordable fee. A word of advice, when Mr Daljeet suggests anything for the event be it staff, supply counts, etc.. factor that into your planning. He was spot on each an every suggestion. He worked with us multiple times with supplies and logistics which in turn prevented us from over spending.

    His manager Mr Ali was warm and ensured everything ran smoothly. He put us at ease whenever we needed anything. Food being our love language, we were glad our guests raved about their food. Try not to miss out on their Dahi puri, Shahi Paneer and Goat Curry!

    It was a pleasure working with Mr. Daljeet. He was very professional during our food tasting as well as catering our daughter's wedding.
    We highly recommend him for every occasion.
    Every dish was unique and got very good input form all our relatives and friends.

    Amazing Choices of Live Stations!

    We had only heard of them through the Shaadi Expo that happens 3-4 times a year.
    Their sample items there were amazing. We blindly decided to hire them for our wedding.
    Mr. Daljeet Singh and his staff were professional and helpful during food tasting and menu selection process. All our guests loved the food. They have already told me to book the same caterer again for future events.
    Some of the live stations we had were the South Indian Station, Punjabi Station, Chaat Station, Tandoori Station. The dessert and food was also on point.
    When the Bride and Groom are happy with the food and so are their families and all guests attending -- you know the caterer has done an amazing job and deserves an applaud.

    Great food, outstanding service

    Enjoyed greatly working with Daljeet at my daughter's wedding reception at our home. Throughout the process he was very helpful and responsive. The event was to be outdoor but unfortunately it rained. He and his team did a great job adjusting. Our guests LOVED the food, cooked fresh on the grill. Highly recommend Aroma and Daljeet Singh!

    All our guests were impressed and so happy!

    Aroma was amazing to work with - they helped us figure out the rentals and flow, as well as designing a menu that fit our needs! Almost everyone we talked to after the wedding specifically brought up that the food was amazing, and multiple people said it as the best food they had at a wedding ever. He went above and beyond to cater and I would recommend them strongly to anyone!

    Overall excellent job done

    Aroma and it’s team did a wonderful job! I like the fact that Mr Daljeet Singh brings creativity and superb ambience to the event. He is personally involved to ensure everything goes well . Food quality is also very good.

    Excellent Food and Catering Services!

    Daljeet and his staff did a perfect job for us catering 3 events over 2 days. My guests specifically complimented us on the food and taste. Very professional and responsive, I hadn't a single concern on the big day, they took care of it all, thank you!!

    Wonderful Experience

    What Aroma promises it delivers beyond expectations! Food is excellent and presentation is like artwork, it definitely has the wow factor. All the tension and stress is taken out of the equation so you can focus your time on other aspects and details of your special day.

    Aroma just catered a big party for us and did a excellent job as usual.

    Aroma does a phenomenal job on each and every aspect of the event. Food is always Superb. Service is Great. Staff is very courteous and Polite. Owner Daljeet goes out of his way to make sure each and every detail of the party is taken care off. We have been using them for helping us with all our events, be it holiday parties or birthday parties or our kids wedding and they do a great Job.

    Creative and Delicious Catering!

    Daljeet-ji and his team did a fantastic job of catering our wedding. The food was delicious, flavorful, and creative. The team is professional and was well known to our wedding venue as well. All of our guests raved about the quality of the food. From Daljeet-ji's years of experience, he added small touches to our food that made it unique and memorable. He was accommodating with our menu and provided creative suggestions. He is experienced in the food industry and it showed in our food. Aroma catered for my masi's wedding 25 years ago, and I was so glad that they catered for us with the same care and quality as back then. They are truly different from other Indian restaurants and we would gladly hire Aroma for any future catering needs!

    The Aroma blew our socks off. We hosted a family wedding reception for 35 people of ages ranging from 7 to 80. The location was in their private dining room which was decorated in such a way that it took our breath away. Everyone had a wonderful time as the Aroma provided tasty appetizers and beverages beforehand and a delicious buffet dinner. Their bakery chef, Mr. Huy, prepared a wedding cake that was spectacular. it was an unforgettable evening.
    Mr Singh worked with us to select a variety of Indian food that would meet dietary restrictions for those who were allergic to gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Our guests knew what wonderful Indian foods they could eat without fear. Even the younger children ate with gusto. The staff was exceptional in attending to our guests need. It made the whole wedding celebration experience that much more memorable. We will use this venue again without hesitation.

    Catering for my partys for over 25 years

    I have had gatherings for several reasons, my son's weddings, dinner in honor of the United States Senator, opening ceremony for my retail stores in upscale mall, for my social get-to-gathers,.Aroma has served fusion food, Indian style cooking,, barbecue party's. My guests have raved about tandoori chicken, Jamaican style jerk chicken and Lamb BBQ making my
    BBQ a me or able one.

    Excellent Indian food (Cocktail Appetizers stations) and dinner Buffet for a reception with over 200 guests in Marriott, Bethesda, MD.

    In August 2022, we hosted a reception for over 200 guests reception to celebrate and bless the newlywed couple (my son and his wife) at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, MD. Aroma Indian Cuisine did an excellent job of providing four Appetizer stations for the Cocktail reception with more than ten selections of appetizers, and everyone loved the food. Chicken Tikka, Tawa Fish, Seekh Kebab other vegetarian choices were a great hit. Aroma staff person managed each station with a smile on their faces.
    It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Daljeet Singh to plan the event and selection of appetizers, dinner buffets, and desserts.
    Dinner Buffet selections were great, and many of the appetizers and bread were made on-prem with Tandoor. Goat Meat Masala, Bhindi, Bagian, Alu on Tawa, and Saag Paneer were great hits among the guests. Great selection of desserts and fruits.
    I will highly recommend you to use their food and excellent staff to manage the whole process.

    We had our Indian wedding catered by Aroma Indian Cuisine (aka Aroma Indian Restaurant or Aroma Catering) in Virginia across several events. The owner was quite responsive and professional to deal with in planning, however he and the team fell short during execution. The didn't provide the quality OR quantity of food as discussed. As with any wedding there were several iterations of the menu which the owner, Dalijeet, failed to document. On the day of the wedding, he demanded extra payment because we made adjustments to the menu a few weeks prior but he failed to document that it would increase the price, even when I asked if it affects the price and he originally said no. Through the process of dealing with him I asked several times for him to write version numbers on his proposals but he failed to do so each time. We were also charged extra by the venue because his team damaged the lawn! Moreover, they had a very poor ratio of the various types of bread and ran short during the wedding lunch. Overall, I would NOT recommend this vendor. There are plenty of other Indian caterers that you can go with, and I would not recommend Aroma.
