As a wedding photographer myself, my expectations for who would plan my own wedding were pretty high as I have seen planners hit it out of the park for my clients and also, fall really short. The most important component to having your day run smoothly is having a team you can trust and Ashley and Renee both were that for me. They were literally a dream come true and blew every expectation of mine out of the water. I had a short engagement and huge dreams for my wedding day and they made every single one of them come true. I literally could not have asked for more! They were the best decision I made, second to marrying the man of my dreams, for my wedding. :) Ashley was so beyond on top of everything and the timeline she crafted was the best I had ever seen, and I work with other bride and groom's timelines on a weekly basis as a vendor myself.

I cannot recommend A Wedding Collection highly enough! From start to finish, they were the definition of detail-oriented and truly made my vision come to life flawlessly. Every little element, from bringing my tablescape design to life to making sure I felt heard every step of the way, the wedding was a dream!
What really set them apart was their flexibility and constant availability. No matter the time or day, they were always ready to answer questions, ease my nerves, or brainstorm ideas. They made me feel like I was their only client, giving me their full attention and support throughout the entire planning process.
Most importantly, they put my wants and needs above all else. They never pushed trends or outside opinions and everything was centered on what I truly wanted. I felt completely heard and understood every step of the way.

Renee and her team were amazing! We did not know what to expect in planning a wedding, but Renee quickly came in and helped us organize our thoughts. My daughter and I had no idea how many details there would be, but Renee and her team kept us on task throughout the year leading up to the big day. Renee has a calming personality, and never made us feel overwhelmed. My daughter has a specific look she was after, and Renee went above and beyond to track down China and stemware in another state that helped us achieve the "curated" look Mary Grace was after. Renee also helped us plan the Rehearsal Beachside Dinner. It was one of my favorite parts of the wedding weekend! We loved collaborating with Renee to create this beautiful event. I highly recommend Ashley at A Wedding Collection to handle your wedding. She has great vendor recommendations, her monthly phone calls are detailed and she goes above and beyond to get you answers. Her best work is just prior to the wedding. I honestly was the calmest mother of the bride two weeks out because I knew everything was planned and taken care of by Ashely and her team. I was able to enjoy the Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding as if I was a guest. Everything went off as planned, and we have received rave reviews from our wedding guests!

The most perfect day!
I knew I wanted to have a wedding planner for my wedding and combing through websites of multiple in the 30A area, A Wedding Collection stood out to me. Their portfolio of weddings was gorgeous. The cherry on top was my initial conversation with Ashley who put me at ease.
She understood the uniqueness of what I desired and continually kept an open mind when discussing design. I can't say I'm someone who thinks of every detail, and for that, I was more than grateful for Ashley's expertise. They have the most amazing vendor list and I am so glad I went with her recommendations.
Our wedding day in Carillon Beach couldn't have been more perfect. Everything went smoothly and it was absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could relive that day again and again. Thank you, Ashley, for everything!

Renee, Liz, and Renee's entire team are absolutely top notch! As an out of town bride, Renee's expertise while choosing vendors was crucial to ensure that our vision became a reality. She uses the aisle planner software which allowed us to all be on the same page while reviewing vendors, signing contracts, managing the budget, showing inspiration pics, tracking RSVP's, assigning seats, etc. From the rehearsal to the timeline and run of show, Renee's attention to detail, organization, and thoughtfulness was apparent. She went above and beyond so that every aspect of our day ran smoothly and we couldn't have asked for more! Renee had our drinks and appetizers ready for us right when we got to the cocktail hour. Additionally, her team made our plates, laid out my sandals to change into, passed out lei's and light sticks, and constantly refilled our drinks to allow us to maximize our time with our guests who traveled near and far to celebrate us on our special day. Liz even drove us off on our get away golf cart! My bridesmaids also said that it was the smoothest and least stressful wedding that they had ever been a part of. We are so thankful for Renee and everything she did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives! I would 10/10 recommend her and her team!

Perfect Wedding
Renee and Liz were amazing and we’re so thankful for everything they did to make our wedding day perfect. Planning a destination wedding felt like a big undertaking, but with their guidance it happened so smoothly. Trying to find great vendors in an area that we didn’t live would have been really difficult, but all of Renee’s vendor recommendations were fantastic and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision. Renee was able to help us think through all of the what-ifs that we had in the planning process and her and Liz did an excellent job making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. I cannot say enough good things about a wedding collection! Ashley and her team made my dream wedding come to fruition! From the outset, they were incredibly professional, organized, and efficient. I booked the full service plan, which included a custom wedding vision board, regular planning calls, vendor correspondence, and so much more. Ashley ensured the entire process was smooth and stress free. Her knowledge and insight in weddings anticipated every detail and ensured not a single one was missed. Ashley suggested an exclusive list of vendors compatible with my vision, and corresponded with each one for services, planning times, etc. Leading up to the wedding, she made a detailed master timeline of the order of events, and contacted every single vendor to secure their time. This was an absolute life saver and my wedding absolutelt would not have been possible without it. As for the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team were my right hand men! They oversaw the entire wedding to make sure everything went accordingly to plan and we’re right there every step of the way. Renee and her team were everything I didn’t know I needed to make my wedding dreams come true. They helped navigate us through all the ups and downs, which there are bound to be at some point. So you want someone who you can trust and knows the best of the best. She was able to communicate to all our vendors, provide great references and honest opinions, as well as be a mediator for all planning decisions and calls. She is so professional and friendly and we loved having her there from beginning to end. Definitely made my big day as least stressful as possible, and when I forgot something or needed something dropped off somewhere, she was already on it and her intern was lending me her shorts to avoid a very bad wardrobe malfunction (and they were even LULULEMON I mean come on!!) TOP NOTCH Wedding Planner
I had a wonderful experience with Renee from start to finish. We worked very well together for months leading up to the wedding as we planned all the details- big & small. We do not live in Florida but had a destination wedding near Rosemary Beach. I was not familiar with any of the local vendors, but Renee helped us choose the best ones to fit our needs and made us feel comfortable with our choices. She worked with my tight schedule and facilitated a full day of meetings with ALL of our vendors! I cannot say enough good things about Renee and her team on the wedding day- everything was literally seamless and perfect. At first I was skeptical planning a destination wedding all the way from TN - being so far I never had the chance to meet Renee in person until rehearsal… But oh my gosh, she was SO easy to work with. The Perfect Planner

An Absolute Dream
Working with Renee and her team was a phenomenal experience! She provides an easy guide to follow when trying to make tough wedding decisions, especially from afar. Our wedding was absolutely magical! The staff was excellent and helpful throughout the entire process and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Renee and her staff pulled off the perfect wedding! I never even saw the venue until the week of the wedding-Renee was easy to work with and helped make choices easy! Renee and her team from A Wedding Collection did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. I was a little nervous doing everything for the wedding via email, but the wedding was 100 times better than we had ever imagined. Renee was very easy to work with as we made the plans. And her team, including Allison and Anna, were amazing at the rehearsal and then the entire wedding day. I don't know how we would have done it without them. I cannot say enough about them.

stress free wedding of my dreams!
Renee, Allison, Anna, and the rest of the team made my wedding day more than I could have ever imagined. They treated my husband and I like royalty. I live over six hours away from where we got married and Renee took care of everything. I never had to call a single vendor and we only met in person one time. I put my complete trust in her and she put together a wedding of my dreams. I could cry thinking about how much the wedding collection team and other vendors mean to me!

Dream wedding - beyond what i could imagine!
Renee and her team were INCREDIBLE! From the beginning of planning, Renee was always respoonsive and quick to be able to jump on the phone with my fiance to answer our questions. She made the entire process perfect. Each and every detail was covered. Being in Missouri, planning a wedding in Florida, I really did not want to get into the nitty gritty of wedding planning. I shared my vision of what I was thinking, something simple, classy, fun, underneath a house on the beach. Even after we double our guest list, Renee was always always professional, friendly, fast, easy, warm, to work with. I didn't want to be bogged down by silly little details like silverware, place setting, centerpieces, chairs, whatever. Renee was incredible in putting everything together, coordinating vendors, arranging shipments, set up, tear down, everything. She still gave me the freedom to add my personal details like a memory table for my passed family members. I even decided the week before to create my own seating chart and Renee never complained or cared. She was always supportive, creative, and easy going. The night of our wedding, we walked around admiring all of the special details her and her team added, from a chandalier, to a fun/cozy seating area, to an antique dresser for our wedding cake. Everything was BEYOND perfect. I am so incredibly grateful for her and would highly HIGHLY reccommend her to anyone getting married in Florida!!!!

Renee was AMAZING to work with from start to finish-- being an out of town bride, she eased any worries about planning a wedding from a distance. She was extremely organized and quick to respond to any and all questions we had throughout the process.
In terms of design, she NAILED it! I simply gave her examples of things I liked, and she brought the vision to life. All of our guests were floored with how beautiful the ceremony/reception was.
I also cannot say enough good things about Renee's staff -- her day-of-director, Allison, was a life-saver and knew what to do, say, and/or provide before we even asked.
The best thing is that Renee knows all of the best vendors-- she handled everything from catering, cake, and bar vendors to florists and photographers-- she also suggested the best agents to work with for booking our band.
On the day of our wedding, all we needed to do was enjoy the day and have fun!

The perfect team to pull off our perfect day!
When people asked us about our wedding planning our answers were slightly shocking to the average person...We chose a wedding planner we'd never met. We chose to get married at a location we'd never been to or seen. And since we ultimately wanted to be guests at our own wedding, we entrusted many of the finer details to Renee and her outstanding team. And they delivered - BIG TIME! We truly had the most perfect dream wedding we could have ever hoped for. Renee brought our vision to life and we, along with our guests, were able to fully enjoy the big day together!
We initially reached out to Renee based on her 5 star reviews and her specialty with helping out of state couples plan a beach side wedding - on a budget no less! Renee lived up to the reviews and so much more. She's so thoughtful, friendly, and caring. I looked forward to my planning calls with Renee and knew that she was willing to help out with anything, and I trusted her fully to own the details of the day. When we finally met (at the rehearsal!) it was like meeting an old friend. Her team is also phenomenal - they had the timeline memorized and all the little logistics (such as a feet cleaning area post beach ceremony) down to an art and science. We were able to fully be guests at our own wedding - enjoying every moment without worry or stress.
If you are a bride looking to plan a wedding out of state, I would 100% recommend Renee. She has multiple options and ideas to make each couple feel special and to make your event unique. And she'll care for you like family!

Exceeded Every Expectation
I cannot say enough good things about Renee and the team at Ceremony Design Company. Planning a destination wedding at a venue you had never seen (Carillon Beach) is VERY intimidating and terrifying. Renee was absolutely amazing. Not only was our wedding PERFECT, it was done one week after a category 4 hurricane hit the same county.
I cannot begin to describe how beautiful and perfect my wedding day turned out. Renee and her staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care of, honestly I felt like a celebrity the whole night. I was reluctant to hire a planner bc we wanted to keep within our budget, but I have to tell you it is literally the best money you will EVER spend. Worth EVERY SINGLE CENT. I did not have to think of one detail and everything was EXACTLY as I dreamed, and honestly better. I wish I could have another wedding just to re-live how easy and perfect the night was...which I think is a rare thing for a bride to say.
If you are a bride looking to plan a destination wedding and don't want to have to plan all the details but want a gorgeous down to every detail, perfect in every way, beautifully decorated, romantic, delicious food serving, perfect entertainment, amazing photographer and just all around great time for everyone event, then you HAVE to hire ceremony design company. You will NOT be disappointed.

We can't thank Renee and her staff enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!! We had a small wedding on the beach in Pensacola with our reception at a beach house we rented. Renee completely transformed the carport of the beach house into a beautiful wedding venue! On the day of the wedding Renee took care of every last detail, which allowed my husband and I to just relax and enjoy the day. All of the vendors she brought in were excellent - the food was amazing, the cake was beautiful and delicious, and the bartender kept the party going! We had already hired a photographer and DJ before we found Renee, but she was very open to working with them and made sure everyone was on the same page. Leading up to our wedding day, Renee kept track of everything we wanted and made me feel like all of my questions/concerns were important to her. It can be stressful to plan a wedding from states away and to put this amount of trust into someone you haven't met, but Renee made me feel confident that things would be great and she couldn't have made it any easier for us! A huge thank you to Renee and her incredible staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be!!

I'm so glad I found Renee! Her vendors are top notch! It was very hard for me to just give a planner control over everything being a few states away. I never dreamed I would plan everything through phone and emails, but she pulled it off. It has almost been a year now and my family is still talking about how beautiful my ceremony was. The flowers, the venue and setup, the photographer, the guitarist, the officiant, and the DELICIOUS cake was perfection. If you're on the fence about picking her or just planning from hundreds of miles away, DO IT. You won't regret it!

Renee Armour and her staff were just perfect! They take care of every little detail and are pleasant while doing it. My daughters wedding was exactly want she had dreamed of and that made this mother very Happy!
Renee brought in the photographer, which I loved-lots of fun. The bartenders were on top of their game and attentive to our guest. The cakes were delicious and beautiful too. She recommended a great hair stylist Jamie Stiener and we were looking good when we stepped onto the beach that afternoon.

Renee and her team are AMAZING! Every detail of our wedding was planned out and executed perfectly! We planned for over a year and though I had only met Renee in person one time before our wedding she and i emailed almost daily talking about details, design and I felt like I had known her for so much longer! She is so responsive to answering all my questions and since we live in Kentucky planning a destination wedding is not easy. I did tons of research on wedding planners, wedding day of coordinators and even all inclusive weddings in the area and when I stumbled upon Renee and the ceremony design company I knew from the first email she was the perfect person! The price was affordable, her packages were customizable and flexible but it made my life so much easier since she has so many referrals and connections in the area! Every company she referred me to was wonderful! The DJ was awesome, the photographers, the catering and staff, the day of coordinators were wonderful as well! She had great suggestions and even when I wanted to do some details myself she was open to my ideas! Every single one of my guests was in awe of how they transformed the backyard of our beach house into a beautiful reception and everyone is raving about how awesome our wedding was! We love this company and have them to thank for giving us the most perfect wedding we could have ever asked for!

Renee and the team at CDC were wonderful from start to finish. They completely understand and accommodate brides on a budget. They were so patient as we worked through pricing venues, making decisions, and giving encouragement throughout the process. One thing that I really appreciated was their knowledge of all the state laws and rules we needed to follow. Coming to Florida from out of state I had no clue what was allowed and what wasn't. They talked me through it and also helped me find alternatives when something I wanted wasn't compliant. For example, I wanted some sort of unity ceremony but candles and glass weren't allowed on the beach. She let me know that all I needed was to make sure and have a plastic or acrylic container and we could do a sand ceremony. Problem solved! They were all so nice and so accomodating. if we ever decide to renew our vows, we'd gladly use CDC again!

I am so overdue for this review but I figured better late than never. I don’t know where to start. Renee, you, Ashleigh and Hannalori were absolutely amazing. My dream wedding wouldn’t have happened without ya'll. You were all so professional, energetic, and I had a blast working with you. From the very beginning of planning to the very end, you were always there with great advice. Being a destination bride with a 5 hour time difference, you understood my busy schedule and made the wedding planning process easy. Renee, Ashleigh, and Hannalori went above and beyond with helping us make our wedding day perfect. I don't know how anyone plans a wedding without a coordinator. Renee took care of everything from flowers to cake to DJ and photographers (which were also AMAZING) and much much more! One thing I loved about the process was that Renee set me up with a wedding planning website where we could share photos and communicate through and that made things run so much smoother. The day before the wedding at the rehearsal she set my entire immediate family and I up with a extremely detailed timeline which I absolutely LOVED! Renee went above and beyond to keep me happy before and on my wedding day. I was not stressed at all because I knew you had everything under control and every detail covered. Renee is an absolute angel! I fell in love with Ceremony Design Company after finding photos of their super fun surfboard ceremony set up and decided I HAD to book them. Even though she was going out of town the weekend of our wedding, Renee was willing to do the set up - and it was gorgeous!! Renee was a godsend. Throughout the entire year of planning, she gave pertinent feedback and guidance to make sure our dreams and visions of a wedding day came true. Being states away and trying to plan a destination wedding proved very stressful, but she always had answers to problems and her depth of knowledge of the industry made everything so simple. She was quick to respond, whether it be emails or phone calls, and she was so friendly. I immediately felt comfortable with her from her very first response to my email seeking a planner.
In regards to her knowledge, EVERY vendor she recommended was top notch. She has the best team, by far, of vendors that she works with, and you will not be disappointed. She helped us find a caterer, photographer, DJ, bartender, hair stylist, makeup artist, and officiant. Every single one of them left us completely and beyond satisfied. All of our guests raved at how great every piece of our wedding came together. And the added bonus is that her and her team of vendors were extremely affordable. She will work with you to guarantee your dream wedding is in your budget.
Not to mention, Renee and her team flawlessly executed our wedding day. Ashley, her assistant, was a tremendous help and made sure Don and I were happy the entire night. She even handled security when the neighbors called on a noise complaint. She rocked the whole night!
Looking back on the whole process and the day of, we could not be more happy. It all came together beautifully, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day to start our new beginning. If you choose Renee and her team to plan your big day, you will not be disappointed :)

My son and new daughter-in-law used Renee and her staff at Ceremony Design for a destination wedding in Destin FL. Couldn't have had a better experience. Friendly, laid back, so knowledgeable and they took care of everything including small details we might not have even thought of. All I had to do was get my dress and show up! Where do I even begin! I really cannot say enough great things about Renee and her wonderful team. Let me start by explaining what led me to chose a destination wedding. As soon as my fiance and I got engaged this past June we started planning a huge wedding for the following summer. It's just what you do in Dallas. Have huge, country-club, summer weddings. After a few weeks of getting into the planning process, we were completely overwhelmed and decided a big, fancy wedding was just not for us. We wanted to get married as soon as possible with just our closest family and friends. Enter Renee. I had been doing some research on wedding coordinators in Florida, but I was running into two major problems. Either no one could get back to me or they were too expensive. When I found Renee, I knew she had great taste and a style that matched my vision. Laid back, classic and beachy. She emailed me back the same day and offered to put together a package for me immediately. When I told her I wanted to get married in September (less than 3 months!) she was never worried, and assured me we could get it done. I never had time to do an onsite visit, but I knew I could trust Renee. She was responsive to all of my emails throughout our planning process, and really made everything so easy! Which is exactly what I needed! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and no one would have guessed we put everything together in less than three months. Her team was so organized and friendly, and I could not get over their attention to detail. All of our guests had the most amazing time and the word everyone used to describe the wedding weekend was "magical." None of that would have been possible without Renee and Ceremony Design Company.

In just 3 short weeks Renee with Ceremony Design Company put together a beautiful destination wedding for my daughter in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Renee and her staff were amazing to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone planning an event...especially a wedding! She arranged everything from rentals for the ceremony and reception (both held on the beach at the beautiful home Ebb & Flow), décor, flowers, officiant, wedding cake (the cake tastings via mail were excellent), DJ, bartender, dynamic duo photographers Mad Love Weddings, and recommended the very talented Jess with Make Me Blush for hair and makeup, and rehearsal & day of coordination. She immediately picked up on the bohemian styled wedding my daughter dreamed of and went above and beyond what we anticipated. The boho bean bags were a wonderful surprise and addition to the reception area. Even a last minute dash for a solution due to a wardrobe malfunction for the mother of the bride.
The entire evening was magical and all the guests were in awe of what she created. She is very attentive to her clients and we were absolutely blessed that Renee and her team were a part of this very special day. If you are planning a destination wedding anywhere from Pensacola to Rosemary Beach...do not waste your time looking for a planner...Ceremony Design Company and Renee are all you need!

Renee and her team are simply amazing!!! We planned our Florida wedding from Maryland and it could not have gone any smoother. Renee was so organized and accommodating to all of my ridiculous questions and requests from the very first email I sent her. I chose all of the vendors based on Renee's recommendations and everything was wonderful-food, flowers, hair, makeup, music- LOVED it all. Renee's day of coordinator made my wedding day a time that I could actually enjoy without all the added stress. At one point I looked over and she was playing with the kids and even cutting their chicken nuggets!! That was huge so myself and the other parents could actually have a great time during the reception. My guests are still talking about the wedding 3 months later. HIGHLY recommend. :) :) :) :)

I'm not sure where to start. Renee and her day-of squad were absolutely wonderful. It was, without a doubt, the best day of my husband and I's life (ask anyone... because we can't stop telling people).
Renee and I have been in touch for the past year planning our wedding. She is prompt and provides tons of information. She answered every single silly question I threw at her... and with REAL answers/solutions. I can't tell you how many people (guests/wedding party) ask random questions that you have no idea how to answer on the last few weeks before the wedding. Renee has an answer. Its astonishing. Talk about a relief... because, seriously, like you need more to do or think about.
The week before the wedding was so organized. Excellent communiction. Fixing last minute issues so fast, you forget that there were even issues that came up.
The day-of was completely PERFECT. Relaxed, fun, exciting, and perfect. It was everything! I sat back, got pampered, had mimosas with my girls, and took it all in! Enjoyed every moment.
I always hear people say that they wish they could have used the money they spent on their wedding on something else, like a house. I feel like it was worth every penny. What a wonderful experience. I honestly give all the credit to CDC. I'm still on cloud nine about it!

I would absolutely recommend Renee and Ceremony Design Company for wedding planning and event rentals. Renee was very easy to work with, always responded quickly to emails, and provided great assistance and advice during the planning process. I planned our wedding at Carillon Beach, FL entirely from Indiana having never seen the venue in person before. Renee was very on the ball with planning so that I never felt as though anything was falling through the cracks. Upon arriving at our rehearsal Renee provided everyone with a detailed timeline of the wedding day so we knew exactly where to be and when. The timeline allowed us to kick back and enjoy our wedding day and know that all of the vendors and details were being taken care of by Renee and her team. Looking back I feel like the day went perfectly thanks to the planning and execution of the Ceremony Design Company team.

Renee was fabulous and I am so thankful that I chose her to plan my destination wedding in Miramar Beach! I looked at many wedding package providers in the area and her designs are simply the best out there at this price point. I love vintage style and my wedding reflected that. From the funky mismatched guest chairs to the rustic arbor with romantic chandelier and lace curtain, everything was perfect! My favorite touch was the addition of Victorian plush chairs and a lovely antique table for photographs after the ceremony.
Speaking of photographs, you could not ask for a better photographer! Ashley of Mad Love Weddings was phenomenal. Both Ashley and Renee were friendly, organized, and accommodating. When I waited until the last minute to book hair and make-up, Renee found someone for me. When we ended up without someone to cue our music, Renee did it herself while her assistant guided us through the ceremony. When rain and impending doom were clouding my morning, Renee reassured me that we would pull it off and that the pictures would be even lovelier with the moody sky. Ashley arrived early because of the threat of rain, which I really appreciated. I am a bit camera shy, but Ashley made the photography experience so much fun that i didn't want it to end. The bridal bouquet was also amazing and it included succulents and peonies, just as I had requested (even though I did not pay extra to guarantee their inclusion).
The entire wedding was simply stunning and I can't thank the entire team enough. I was impressed that they poured so much effort into it for such a small party of 14! I only wish I'd had the money to have them do the reception as well, but we were in the midst of a house renovation that was completed just a few weeks before the wedding and our funds and time were limited. I had very little time to devote to planning and could not have pulled it off without the Ceremony Design Company!

We already had Ceremony Design Co booked to do our wedding when we realized our rehearsal dinner would be more than we could handle since we decided to invite more than just our wedding party. We asked Renee to put something together for our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. My wife did a few little prep things but for the most part Renee handled everything. It was more than I could have asked for. It's like she knew me and exactly how I wanted things. I'm sure my wife communicated a few tidbits about me, but it's like she really knew me. Our decorations were perfect. They were rustic and manly, but the women still said it was beautiful. Our food was perfect. I don't even know where it came from, but I know I ate 2 plates. The whole night was laid back and I couldn't have asked for better. I'll be honest, I tried to convince my wife we could do everything and save some money, but at the end of the night I ended up confessing how right she was about this party being worth every penny. I know as a man you're thinking "I can throw a party with the best of them" but trust me, you cannot possibly put on something as great as Renee did. As a groom's mom you're thinking "I'm an excellent party planner" but this took the cake as far as rehearsal dinners go. Don't kid yourself, hire them. It was worth it for us to be able to enjoy ourselves and the company around us and not stress. Best decision I ever made, second to the whole marriage thing.

This was a destination wedding for us, we live in Mississippi but wanted a beach wedding. I found Renee and Ceremony Design Co. and just emailed her out of curiousness and she had me sold! This was the easiest thing! I stressed about finding reputable vendors but she already had all hers so that was a huge selling point, not having to wade through that. Renee set up all that stuff for us. She was always prompt with emails and very personable, she practically knew my whole family by the time we got there. She got to know my likes and figured out my style quickly; I trusted her completely to pick and choose things for me and was not disappointed. She had suggestions for helping with the budget and where we could cut costs but still have great things (like suggesting cupcakes rather than a cake which was the GREATEST idea and a huge hit!) and had great suggestions for how to incorporate all my ideas into the plan. My wedding day was everything I wanted: stress free, gorgeous, and Renee and her crew managed to give us a beautiful party. Unlike a lot of couples at their wedding, we actually got to eat an amazing dinner too because the girls sat us down and brought us our plates and cupcakes. That was really going above and beyond anything we expected but I am so thankful for the little things like that!
We wanted to have fun over anything else and wanted our guests to have fun and everyone did! Ashleigh and Lauren were great too! They were right where we needed them when we needed them. I could not have done this on my own, not even close. Renee is by far the best, and I would more than suggest her and her team to plan ANYTHING. I'll probably end up trying to con her into coming to Mississippi to plan baby showers, kids birthday parties, family get togethers, anything. I love them that much!

Selecting Ceremony Design was absolutely the best decision I made in regards to my ceremony … Renee and Lauren are wonderful!
I live in Kansas City and tried to plan a wedding ceremony on my own in Destin Florida. Simply put … it was a stressful disaster. Renee was referred to me by another wedding planner and the minute I viewed her wedding site, I knew she could bring to life my vision.
She made decisions easy in regards to décor and it looked absolutely spectacular. I had strangers come up to me days later and telling me how beautiful the ceremony looked. The décor was not the typical cheesy “beach wedding” look. It was tasteful and complimented the natural beauty of the beach.
Renee also had fantastic ideas that I would not have thought about on my own. For example, she helped us figure out a wedding ceremony location and it was perfect. For our needs, with all of our guests traveling in, have the ceremony at a condominium complex was ideal. She was able to refer me to an appropriate complex and our guests loved the location.
My husband and I were paying for the wedding ourselves (and the large reception back in Kansas City) so sticking to our budget was very important. Renee was very understanding and never made me uncomfortable when discussing our budget. Having her input and help was worth every penny.
Lastly, both Lauren and Renee are very organized. Renee communicated with us during the 10 month planning process and met with us the night before for a rehearsal. On the day of, Lauren was instrumental in making sure the ceremony went smoothly. We also loved working with the photographers, Ashley and Deanie from Mad Love Weddings!
Years from now, Phil and I will look through our wedding photographs and remember our ceremony as special and perfect for us. We will have these memories because of Renee, Lauren and Ceremony Design. I will forever be grateful for them and their help.

My son's wedding was a destination wedding in 30A. Renee at Ceremony Design came highly recommended. Because of Renee and her attention to every detail for the ceremony and the reception this celebration was beyond our dreams and visions. She walked side by side with us through every month and detail as the deadlines approached. She guided us but didn't hurry us. Her timeline and her process made the entire planning away from our hometown a breeze and pleasure. She was always steady. Always congenial. Always professional……..and always fun. We knew we were in good hands and therefore weren't worrying or fretting as we were celebrating in Watercolor the week of with family and friends. She has a "can do spirit and attitude". Her theme props collections are phenomenal. So beautiful. Nothing tacky or cheap. Her creativity and detail to finishing touches is exquisite. The wedding looked like we paid double or triple than what we did. I have another son and if that bride chooses 30A she will be my first phone call.

I couldn't be more pleased with the services that Renee of Ceremony Design Company and her coordinators provided for my destination wedding. It rained all day on my wedding day (like seriously poured!) and it was a beach wedding and outdoor reception ( I was freaking out to say the least,but determined to proceed with a beach wedding), but Renee kept her cool, setting up everything in the rain, carefully watching the weather radar, and directing 75 guests through the delays. In the end, I got to walk down the aisle in between rain storms with a rainbow above me, she had timed it perfectly (who knew wedding planners double as meteorologists?!?!) and the reception went as planned with only a few showers in the very beginning. All in all I wouldn't have changed a thing now looking back. We have a fantastic story to tell and we have Renee to thank for that. So if you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner on the Emerald Coast, I would say to you "Do it, you will not regret it if you do, but you definitely will regret it if you don't!" and if you are debating on who to hire look no further than Ceremony Design Company. Their ceremony and reception set-ups are AMAZING! And Renee and her crew are simply the best!

Renee made it simple. She sets up a basecamp account and informs you when something needs to be completed. She gives you professional advice and provides numerous choices for decor, bakery, hair/makeup, officiant, location, catering, etc. We loved how attentive she was to even the smallest details. I was super impressed with Renee from Ceremony Design Company. She took care of absolutely everything. Neither my bride nor I had ever met Renee prior to the weekend of the wedding, but we spoke with her often via e-mail and telephone in the months leading up to the big day. She was always accessible and ready to handle any issue at a moment's notice. She made us feel relaxed and we never had to worry about a single thing. Both my bride and I were so thankful to her for everything she did. Renee was very organized, took care of every detail, and was very sweet to us and our families. She was also super professional. We couldn't have been more pleased with Renee and Ceremony Design Company! She exceeded all expectations. Her communication was very timely and helpful all throughout the process and the day of she executed the set up and management of our wedding flawlessly...it was everything we had imagined it to be!

Renee was absolutely great in every aspect of planning my wedding! Not only were her designs exactly what I wanted, she took every idea that I had and ran with it. Renee was flexible when I was indecisive and changed my mind, and she was quick to respond to my many emails. I cannot express how helpful she was. She made the process stress-free, and the wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better day!

We had a great experience with Renee at Ceremony Design Company. She was a pleasure to work with! We had a very small (12 people including the bride and groom) wedding. We simply wanted something intimate, personal and stylish, but affordable. I didn't find it easy to find someone in the wedding planning business, with a style and feel that I wanted, so willing to work with such a small group. Renee was always responsive to my requests and offered many great ideas. I needed someone to coordinate the wedding ceremony and the people involved. I'm from out of state and had never been to the area before. Renee recommended a fantastic photographer and the minister was equally fabulous! She made a ton of recommendations for places for us to have dinner afterwards since we were not doing a traditional reception. We chose one that worked out very well. We felt like we had a very meaningful ceremony for our family to enjoy and things could not have gone better. My husband and family all commented on just how well everything went and how perfect it felt for our small group. Thank you Renee!

I cannot say enough how wonderful Renee and her team were for my wedding! I lived in Virginia and had my wedding in Miramar Beach, FL. When I attempted to plan this wedding myself I became very frustrated, but from the moment I contacted Ceremony Design Company (CDC), Renee planned this wedding as if it were her own! CDC does have beautiful package weddings, but Renee went the extra mile to listen to my vision for my wedding, encorporated pieces from her packages, and found things specifically suited to my wedding. Renee planned everything from decorations to flowers to DJ to photographer, and created an easy-to-understand spreadsheet that broke all the prices down so we knew what we were purchasing. Every step of the way she contacted me via email and/or phone to keep me updated on the progress of things and ask my opinion. Renee was also VERY flexible when I had a few, last second changes in decorations, order of the ceremony, guest count, etc. Renee created a WONDERFUL timeline of events for the rehearsal and wedding day, which broke events down to the minute. This was so useful because I sent it to all individuals who had a part in the wedding so they knew exactly where to be. Renee was also there for the rehearsal, which made organizing the bridal party and family so easy! She came with a plan, directed everybody efficiently, and we got through everything! The day of the wedding, CDC had everything set up way beforehand, and absolutely everything went according to plan. I absolutely felt like from the moment I contacted CDC, my wedding was in good hands!! I would recommend Renee and CDC to ANYBODY planning a wedding in the FL panhandle area! I could NOT have done it without her, and the value for her services were FAR above what we paid.

As the Mother of the Bride I worked with Renee from across the country via email mostly. She was always very helpful and listened to all my ideas and concerns. She helped us every step of the way from initial beach house selection to rehearsal and the event itself. When the wedding day came she was very nice and polite to everyone, she proficiently organized for a beautiful wedding on the beach and reception at the beach house. Her decorations were exactly what my daughter was looking for to complete her dream wedding. Many of the local friends stated that was the most beautiful beach wedding they had attended! I would definitely recommend Ceremony Design Company.

Renee with Ceremony Design Company is extremely talented and I am beyond blessed to have been her client for my wedding on October 5th. She helped me plan both the ceremony and reception exactly the way I dreamed it to be! From the moment we first met, I knew that not only would this be a working relationship, but it would turn into a friendship. She always listened to my ideas and came up with ways to execute them or help me tweak them so that they would work more effectively. I trusted her opinion due to her experience and just her confidence in her planning abilities. We had so many little elements that went into both the ceremony and reception and she executed them ALL flawlessly! Unfortunately, a few days before my wedding, the news channel forecasted that Hurricane Karen would be coming to town. She was the first one to tell me, "Lauren, we have to come up with a serious plan B." She has so much knowledge of venues in Santa Rosa Beach and the Emerald Coast. We were able to get in touch with Arnett's Gulfside Trails and Events and they were available on my wedding day. Therefore, 2 days prior, Renee and I worked diligently to call all vendors and make new layouts so that the day would flow smoothly. I just know that this day would have been a disaster if it wasn't for Renee's experience and confidence. I am so lucky to have worked with her! When I walked into the venue space with my father as I walked down the aisle, I couldn't even believe how gorgeous everything looked and how well thoughout and put together it was.
I am trying to express in words how amazing she is, but I just don't feel like they show it well enough! Thank you Renee for being seriously SO AWESOME!

Renee Armour was extraordinary! She is passionate about what she does and puts every effort in to make sure the event was perfect. I had constant communication with her - phone, text and email, making it SO easy even though we were in different states. She made sure that everything was taken care of in time. She primarily took care of decorations at the ceremony & reception, set up and breakdown, but she also coordinated all of my other vendors, making great recommendations for photography, video & florist! She has impeccable taste and was a great support to me, allowing me to have my dream wedding. It rained on my big day and after she had already set up outside, Renee was able to flawlessly relocate everything to the backup location. Renee was a pleasure to work with- she was patient, kind, flexible, thorough, creative, and willing to try anything I asked. I couldn't believe how much extra effort she put forth to make sure I had the BEST wedding possible!

Ceremony Design Company worked with me for my June 1,2013 wedding in Seaside, Fl. Renee did an amazing job giving me exactly what I wanted. I live in Dallas so planning a wedding in Florida was a bit scary at first but Renee exceeded my expectations and every detail was perfectly in place on the day of the wedding. I don't know what I would of done without Renee and her team. I would love the chance to use Ceremony Design again in the future and would recommend them to all of my friends.
