If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, look no further than Tina! She made our dream destination wedding in Arizona an absolute reality, and we could not be more grateful for her attention to detail, passion, and dedication to making our special day amazing.
From the moment we started working with Tina, she felt more like a friend than a vendor. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, truly understanding our story and priorities for our wedding. She helped us find an amazing vendor team and was always there to answer any questions!
Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but Tina’s guidance made it smooth and enjoyable. Her organization was impeccable; she had every aspect of the wedding weekend timeline mapped out to perfection, ensuring that nothing slipped through the cracks. She coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly, so everything ran on schedule. All we had to do was enjoy our day! Our guests were in awe of Tina's ability to execute the most perfect day!
Throughout the planning process, Tina was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions via text/email, provide updates, or hop on a phone call. On the wedding day itself, she was a calm and positive presence, handling everything behind the scenes so we could focus on each other and celebrate with our loved ones.

Tina Wojciechowski - AZ Wedding Planner
We worked with Tina for about nine months, planning our destination wedding in Arizona (we live in Texas). The bottom line is that we could not have planned this event without her. She knew the best vendors to partner with, was familiar with our venue and its staff, and held our hand through every tedious decision. She always went "above and beyond", constantly exceeding our expectations. She is dependable, timely, knowledgeable, sincere, and the absolute best in the business. She will be a lifelong friend. There is a reason she has only 5-star Google Reviews - we even ended up hiring her for the Rehearsal Dinner, too! We simply cannot recommend her enough! -

Tina was amazing!
Words cannot express how amazing Tina was as our wedding planner. First, our wedding was supposed to be in May 2020 but it was delayed 2 years due to Covid. Tina stuck with us the entire time and was very helpful with all the reschedules we had to do. She guided us through every step of the planning process, and absolutely mastered the tasks of a wedding planner from sourcing vendors, reviewing contracts, attending vendor meetings, helping to create a cohesive design for the wedding, and setting up a very detailed day of timeline to orchestrate all details of the big day. She planned, organized, and managed all aspects of the ceremony and reception, and ensured we stayed on track with all of the decisions we needed to make, often times pointing out things we didn't even think of.
Tina definitely went above and beyond her role of a wedding planner. She responded to all emails and texts right away, and was willing to hop on a call any time we needed it. The day of the wedding went flawlessly. We had a minor hiccup with one of the vendors and a seating chart mishap but I didn't even know about it until the next day! She did such a great job of handling all the moving pieces so we could enjoy our big day, all the while constantly keeping us hydrated, and taking pictures and videos on her personal phone of all the key moments of the ceremony and reception which she texted us the next day. She even took home a bunch of stuff for us that was left over from the wedding so we didn't have to worry about it as all our guests were riding shuttles to the after party.
Lastly, Tina was really warm, friendly, and fun to work with. We really enjoyed getting to know her and definitely recommend her for anyone looking to have an amazing, stress-free wedding! -

Above & beyond!
Tina, and her team from Arizona Wedding Planners, were truly invaluable. We hired Tina for her “Day of Coordinator” services, but let me tell you she goes above & beyond! We had multiple meetings with her leading up to the day, she toured our venue with us to plan the layout, and she was available for as many late night emails or phone calls as we needed.
Tina was able to provide fabulous recommendations for other vendors, she had amazing resources for planning the ceremony itself, and above all she was unbelievably kind and patient with us. As someone who is a list-maker and very detail oriented I could not have asked for someone better to be there on our big day, nothing was too small and no worry was unreasonable. She had our back and she made sure that the only thing we were concerned about on our wedding day was enjoying ourselves and being in the moment.
I would truly recommend Tina to ANYONE and EVERYONE. -

Couldn’t happen without you …
I’m assuming most brides hardly know what to expect when they take that first step into the wedding process …..I know I certainly didn’t
It was almost as if it was a divine appointment when I met Tina . She just got me . She understood and was ready to unfold my wedding dreams
Our wedding happened December 2021 … and would not have been as beautiful or flowed as perfectly as it did without Tina and her crew … She made sure to communicate with every vendor every step of the way .. she offered brilliant ideas during the process … stayed in touch during all the twists and turns of planning .. and covered every detail ….
The day of the wedding we moved our reception venue indoors. It was on my mind (but I thought there would be no way we could actually pull it off) Tina must’ve read my mind - and suggested it the morning …. I eagerly gave her the go to move the entire reception indoors
Miraculously everything was moved inside for the reception and unfolded more beautifully than I imagined
Tina stayed late into the night to make sure every detail was finalized after the celebration
Tina is by far the most amazing wedding planner anyone could pick
Looking back into the process I don’t think it could’ve been possible without her

Best day ever
Tina was outstanding as my day of coordinator. She made sure to take care of all the little things and it was sooo wonderful to not stress about anything. She took care of all the vendors and even handled all the tips at the end of the night.-

Unbelievable experience!
The best wedding planner! Tina is not only an amazingly talented professional, but she is such a good person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress-free. From every vendor, she recommended to not shedding a single ounce of worry the day of the wedding. She did it all. She always kept to her word, stuck to her timelines, and made the entire process of planning a wedding seem like a breeze. I can’t get over of how perfect the wedding day was! I also know she was going through a ton of hard circumstances in her personal life. I had NO idea the entire time working with her. It wasn't until AFTER the wedding she told me. WOW! We love tina!
Tina came highly recommended to us by friends of ours who had also hired her for their wedding. My husband and I are not planners by any stretch of the imagination so we were so happy to have Tina take the reigns and help us with some big time decisions leading up to the big day that we may not have otherwise thought of. She was super easy to work with the whole way through (was more than accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding a year due to COVID) and made sure everything ran smoothly day of. We are so grateful to have had her there for our big day - we may have not pulled off a successful wedding otherwise LOL. She not only knows her sh** but is quite possibly the sweetest person ever. Can’t recommend Tina enough! -

Tina has helped us with two family weddings, and we now consider her part of the family.
We were so incredibly blessed to find Tina! I am a control freak, and when my first daughter to get married suggested that we interview an event planner, I almost took it as a personal offense - as though I couldn’t manage to have the wedding without help. We have had many parties with a couple hundred people, and I wasn’t thrilled about turning over the reins to anyone. Wow, was I wrong to question the need for help!! Tina was so gracious and kind - she was there for us for anything and everything that we needed but she never imposed her vision in lieu of my daughter’s vision. She made excellent recommendations on just about everything, and seemed to know everyone in the business (caterers, bartenders, etc). When my first daughter’s twin sister recently got married, there was no question in any of our minds - Tina was the first person we called! She helped us coordinate with every vendor - she was able to lend an air of calm and control to a day that might have otherwise been chaotic so we could just relax and enjoy our family and friends! She was delightful, truly! Thank you, Tina - you are one of the family! -

Tina is amazing!
We could not have had the amazing wedding we did without Tina! She came recommended from our venue (Sanctuary Camelback Mountain). She did an amazing job helping us break down what we needed and how to organize it, it made things so easy! With her, planning the wedding always felt more fun than stressful. She was always available and on top of everything so we never had to worry and could get all of our questions answered. She knew a bunch of great vendors and helped us replace one that dropped out a month before. Our day went off without a hitch and we were so happy that we had Tina to help us each step of the way. -

Exceeded all expectations
I can without a doubt say that Tina was one of the best decisions we made as part of the wedding process. I was on the fence between day of planning and partial planning at the start, and I am so glad I had her help us with partial planning. It was worth every penny and then some.
Tina was such a great local resource, as we were not living in Arizona while planning the wedding. She connected us with so many great vendors. She was very responsive to questions and easy to jump on the phone with to talk through different options that we were working through during the COVID unknowns. She even let me mail random stuff to her so we wouldn’t have to mess with traveling with it!
I didn’t know what to expect going in, but I can say that she exceeded all of my expectations for what a planner would help me with during the entire process. She was amazing throughout but I really appreciated all the extra help in the few weeks leading up to the wedding when she was handling all the vendor confirmations and making sure the timeline was squared away. It was so nice to have someone in charge of the details on the day of so I didn’t have to worry about those, as well as anyone in my family. It all went off without a hitch - we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you Tina! -

Don’t hesitate to hire Tina for your wedding! She was patient through our whole process; our original venue was canceled last minute and we were still able to have a dream wedding at a new venue. Tine from Arizona Wedding Planners was amazing!
I am so pleased I had Tina by my side to help navigate my wedding through the pandemic. I was able to keep my original wedding date in November and it was truly the perfect day. Tina created my entire day of timeline and seamlessly made sure we were on schedule. She handled all my vendor relations the week prior to the wedding, which was such a relief! She sent each vendor my timeline and her contact information to ensure I wouldn't have to deal with any issues that may arise. She was always available when I needed her and she gave really insightful input during the walk-thru and rehearsal. She was such a joy to work with that I now I miss wedding planning with her! -

Perfect, Organized & Personable Wedding Planner
Tina was an absolute dream to work with! She has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely detail oriented (which is crucial in wedding planning). Each and every meeting we had was productive. Tina did not leave a single thing up to chance. She asked every question for every situation to ensure there were no surprises day-of and that a clear and concise plan was in place. She handled all vendor communications the month-of the wedding and I could tell everyone was well versed on the day-of plan thanks to Tina's guidance. On top of her attention to detail, organization and depth of knowledge, Tina is also fun and personable! She made planning sessions fun and exciting.
I am personally a very "Type A" personality which makes it difficult for me to trust others to handle things or plan on my behalf. With Tina, I was able to truly let go and trust that she had everything under control. When the Big Day came, I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy the day with my new husband and didn't have a second of panic or stress thinking about what needed to be done or remembered. Tina made our day absolutely perfect and memorable and we'll never be able to thank her enough for that! I highly recommend Tina and thank her for her incredible work on our wedding! -

Best wedding planner ever !
I knew I wanted a wedding planner since I knew there was A LOT I didn’t know about getting through the process . In our first meeting , I knew I could 100% trust Tina through the biggest event in my life. She’s incredibly detailed , polite , communicative , and so friendly ! She was always so responsive to all emails and texts from then forward to the day wedding. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Even when I needed personal advice on how to handle an in-law situation , she was there ! Highly recommend her ! -

Plan for everything, and then Tina will get you thru a pandemic :)
You probably shouldn’t hire your best friend as your wedding planner, but what if your wedding planner cared as much as your best friend?
Tina was amazing, responsive, and thorough throughout an exaggerated planning process.
Tina was with us going into the pandemic and ready to go, and she was there for us throughout an unseasonably warm Phoenix day after we rescheduled.
She was amazing in providing referrals and feedback on potential vendors, and then coordinating with them above and beyond what I would have ever thought to do.
From very early in our planning process, I knew that who we picked as our planner would be a huge win. I was right and despite having generally atrocious luck at every step of the way with the pandemic and associated headaches, Tina was definitely a win.
She was great with phone calls, emails, texts. I mean, I didn’t try to send her a carrier pigeon but I’m confident she would have sent back a falcon with a bottle of water. She did get a bunch of ice for an extremely warm wedding day, and countless other things, many of which I probably don’t even know about because her priority is for the wedding to be amazing, not to nickel and dime every step along the way (we definitely met planners in the interview process who were different). I’m sure I am forgetting a variety of big and small things she did to make our day as perfect as it could be.
As a high achieving couple, Tina exceeded our expectations and we probably left her waiting on things from us far more than we ever needed her to move faster than she did, if that is even possible.
She is also a very capable photographer, which was a very appreciated surprise the day after our event.
She is an emotional support human, which you will definitely need if you are a regular human getting married.
I honestly asked if she could just go ahead and plan the rest of our lives, but apparently that will only be wishful thinking.
Book her if she’s available for your date and if she isn’t available for your date, change your date ;) -

Amazing Support and Communication
This is an odd review to write, as we didn't end up having the dream wedding we spent months planning. We had planned to get married on April 11, 2020 at Desert Botanical Garden. Ultimately, COVID-19 cancelled our planned wedding, but we proceeded with a small backyard ceremony. Despite the circumstances, I couldn't not write a review about our experience working with Tina. She was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout the chaos that occurred a few weeks before our wedding. We didn't end up needing her services, but should we need them in the future we certainly won't hesitate to hire her again! -

Tina is absolutely amazing -- She was a vital part of our wedding being such a joyful celebration!
Contacting Tina with Arizona Wedding Planners about providing day-of-coordination for our wedding was without a doubt the best decision that we could have made for our wedding day! My husband and I celebrated our wedding in my parents backyard with about 200 guests, and recognized immediately that we would need to hire someone to help orchestrate the evening. My mother was nervous at first about hiring a wedding planner to orchestrate an event at her home, given that she so often hosts large gatherings, but upon meeting Tina, we all knew that she would do a fantastic job in assisting us with our wedding plans. Tina was humble, kind, extremely organized, and insightful throughout our entire planning process. She helped us in contacting vendors, coordinating seating and layouts, and even in setting up for the event! She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was a success. Tina greeted us when we arrived at the venue with champagne, got us appetizers while we greeted guests, and graciously ushered guests to their seats, all the while making sure everything from catering to bar service was running smoothly. My husband and I, along with my parents, will be forever grateful to Tina for giving us the gift of truly celebrating and cherishing such a special day without once having to worry about 'pulling it all off'. To see my mom and dad enjoying themselves and at ease in their own home, just being parents of the bride, was absolutely priceless. The most touching thing that Tina did for my husband and I though came the morning after the wedding. Throughout the night, I was so swept up in the joy of celebrating that I forgot to ask anyone to record special moments like speeches, dances, etc. (we had photographers there, but no videographer, and I intentionally had left my phone put away). It did not even occur to me that I would want to have these on video until the next morning. While I was so excited to have had such a beautiful celebration, I was a little sad that I wouldn't get to hear my sisters giving their speeches again; but I knew that I would have the photos to remind me of those beautiful moments from that day. Later that morning, I got a message from Tina congratulating us on our new marriage. She proceeded to send us photos and videos that she had taken throughout the night, including clips from all of the toasts and dances. It honestly makes me want to cry just thinking about how much it meant to my new husband and to me to have these videos, and we didn't even think to ask for them. My sister is getting married in the fall, and I told her what I would tell anyone else: 'Tina at Arizona Wedding Planners is without a doubt the best wedding coordinator you will find. You will need her guidance and support, even if you think you can DIY your way through it right now. You would be crazy not to hire her!' Thank you Tina for giving my husband and I the best day of our lives! :)-

Tina is fabulous! She went above and beyond to make our Sedona wedding beautiful. I originally wasn't sure if we would need a day of coordinator, but after we started more of the planning process I realized it was going to help so much and knew we needed to find someone to help with the details and pull everything together. It was important to me to have fun on the wedding day and not to stress! And after the first phone call with Tina I knew we had to have her help us on our big day! Tina will go above and beyond!
Tina was one of my friend’s day of coordinators and she was highly recommended. Because I wanted to do my due diligence, I talked with three different coordinators/companies and when I talked to Tina the first time, it was like she was reading my mind. We connected immediately and I could tell she’d be the perfect fit. Tina is well organized, responds very quickly, and always let me know ahead of time when she was going out of town in case I needed something. She was so helpful with ALL of my questions (and trust me I had plenty and asked them frequently). She was patient with me and made the wedding planning experience a breeze for me. I asked her opinion about vendors, typically pricing, family issues, and so much more. You name it and she was prepared. The week before the wedding, I met with her to go over any and all final details, she had thought of things that had never even crossed my mind (and I'm a HUGE planner and thought I had asked every single question I possibly could've). She could sense I was starting to stress a little during the meeting and talked me through everything. She handled the rehearsal perfectly and it was so easy going! The day of the wedding while I was getting my hair and makeup done, she sent me a sweet text and it was so thoughtful. I even made a last minute decision a few hours before first look photos about the ceremony space and she said no problem and pulled it off. I was completely stress free the day of the wedding and I firmly believe it’s because I knew my wedding was in good hands that day with Tina in charge. -

Tina took the time and paid attention to not only what the bride and groom said but the vibe they were hoping for. Tina wrangled all the vendors, took on the big and little tasks that allowed the parents and the B&G to graciously host without effort. Tina mapped out an evening that was flexible enough to support spontaneity and fun. She made sure we had the easy to forget stuff like chapstick and stowed our day of "stuff" inconspicuously yet accessible. She smiled, was plesant and like an Energizer bunny kept going all night. Tina some how was always at my shoulder just when needed yet inobtrusive. Attentive not obsequious. Organized and authoritative without being rigid.
We loved our experience and highly recommend Tina's services. -

Dianne was amazing!! Highly recommended
We had Dianne as our “day of” coordinator since our wedding was in our backyard. We had 200 people and hiring her was the best decision we made! She kept the whole night on schedule and when we ran out of beer and forgot to pick up our cupcakes she got someone to do a beer run AND went and picked up the cupcakes in the middle of our party! Total lifesaver. She was so professional and and over all pleasure to work with! She also captured some amazing photos and videos for us:)-

Best decision I made
Hiring Tina Wojciechowski to help with my daughter's wedding was the best decision I made. I was on the fence about spending the money, but so glad I did! Her support and insight was invaluable in making sure everything flowed smoothly. My daughter and her now husband had a wonderful day and Tina is a big reason everything came together so well. Everyone needs Tina as a day of wedding coordinator
Arizona Wedding Planners (and Tina) are the best. I would recommend that every bride have a day of wedding coordinator. Tina's services are invaluable. She brings ideas and knowledge to the planning process that many first time brides need to make the wedding run smoothly. Tina takes care of everything the day of the wedding, which will allow you to just relax and enjoy the day. Tina helps with venue layout, wedding day timelines, vendor coordination, event set up and take down, and does it all with a smile on her face. I am a detail oriented, organized, DIY bride and needed every bit of Tina's help. She asks questions about details I never would have thought of and had great recommendations for local vendors. Tina was the day of wedding coordinator for my sister's wedding in 2015 and I knew then, that I wanted (needed) her help when I got married. Tina's services are worth every penny (and then some). Where do I even start?! Kathy was truly incredible. I plan events for my career, so the idea of having to leave my wedding in someone else's hands and releasing control was terrifying to say the least. In addition, we were having a destination wedding, and I didn't meet Kathy except over the phone prior to booking her as our day of coordinator. Throughout the entire process, she always went above and beyond. She provided amazing local vendor recommendations and reached out frequently to see if she could help. When it came to the day of the wedding, OH. MY. GOSH. she was LIFESAVER!!! I'm sure things went wrong (they always do), but I could not tell you what happened behind the scenes because Kathy took care of EVERYTHING and my only concern was having fun and enjoying our special day! She made sure we were following my timeline, that we ate, had cocktails in our hands, and communicated with all of my vendors throughout the evening. AND she did a fantastic job at setting up before the wedding (it looked perfect/beautiful). She also made sure all of the t's were crossed and i's were dotted at the end of the night. Hiring Kathy was the best decision we made. We had the most magical, carefree, perfect day, and didn't have to stress the small stuff. Tina was the coordinator for our wedding and we went with the full coordinator package and have no regrets! She was so incredibly helpful and stayed on top of everything including the vendors and the venue. She followed up with us as needed and made sure we also were on track with everything on our end. Tina was very personable and friendly on top of being a fantastic planner/coordinator. Our friends and family also commented how great she was during the wedding. We also had a venue coordinator and Tina worked great with her. She knows when to be stern to rally everyone and get tasks done and she knows when to laugh and enjoy the moment. I cannot say enough good things about Tina! She is truly the reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did. As someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, I wasn’t initially sure how much I needed a day-of coordinator. After one conversation with Tina, I was sold - she is warm, kind, and caring and will do whatever it takes to ensure your wedding vision comes to life. She took the time to get to know us and really get a feel for what we wanted. She covered bases and asked questions about logistics that never even crossed my mind. The month before our wedding was SO much less stressful thanks to her - even the day-of services extend beyond just setting up that day! Destination bride looking for day-of help...
Tina is EVERYTHING!!! We are from Seattle, but planned a destination wedding in AZ and after a lot of finger crossing and 'hoping' that things would turn out as we imagined, I realized I needed day-of help! Enter Tina, my angel! From the minuted we chatted, I knew that she was the perfect person to execute our vision to perfection and did she ever!! Tina made me feel like she had been part of our team from day one. She familiarized herself with our vendors, ideas, visions and created the most amazing timeline of exactly how and when things would be taken care of on the day of the wedding. She is professional and experienced and quite honestly, one of the most lovely people I have ever met. She has a bubbly, warm, kind disposition, yet gets stuff done. A perfect combination for this industry! Tina was there to run our rehearsal and she made sure everyone felt comfortable and understood their responsibility. It was exactly the structure and experience we needed. On the day of there were a few decor areas where I wasn't 100% sure on how things would look in person as I had only seen them online and felt completely confident in handing them off to Tina to complete. She went above and beyond to make them look incredible! She has an eye for detail and is beyond creative! About two months out from our wedding, the coordinator we had planned on working with essentially disappeared and we were left trying to find someone else very close to our wedding date. I was a bride with a pretty small budget, and I chose a DIY venue to try and save some money. This was before I realized just how much work actually goes into planning a wedding, and all the little things you'd never think of that really have to be thought of. After a couple months straight of freaking out, I decided to cave and look into a day-of coordinator. I called up Kathy based on great reviews and very reasonable prices. I think my blood pressure returned to normal for the first time since booking the venue when we chatted.
Throughout the entire process, Kathy was organized, always on time, had great suggestions, kept my vendors in line, and kept me calm. There were a lot of moving parts with my wedding, which gave me plenty of anxiety. On the day of, I looked up, saw that everything was done, and told my husband, "Thank god for Kathy". There were hiccups, like any wedding. I forgot to bring water pitchers for our servers and didn't realize until the middle of dinner. This would have been a huge problem if it weren't for Kathy; she is your insurance for all the stupid mistakes you will inevitably make.
Thank you Kathy for all your preparation, insight, and hard work! You made my wedding perfect. You let my family be my guests instead of my crew, and you let me relax and actually enjoy the day. -

We decided to use Arizona Wedding Planners after I spoke to Tina their primary planner on the phone. I had been so stressed navigating all the planning for a large wedding and she immediately relieved that stress by explaining how she could help as my day of planner. She was amazing throughout the entire process with advice whether it was rental companies or DJs, organizing my guest lists and how I would manage seating, and ensuring I had everything planned by contacting all of my vendors and arranging times. She is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Our DJ decided to leave town and she was not only able get the company to fully refund us, but she found an amazing replacement in a pinch. She actually wrote the email for me to send to the previous company saving me time and effort (and awkwardness). I cannot say enough good things about Tina! She can highly recommended to us and from the first meeting she was so helpful, very responsive, and always full of great questions and ideas. We hired Tina as a day of coordinator but she really was helpful every step of the way for 8+ months making sure I had everything I needed. She was absolutely indispensable on our wedding day too! Despite wind, rain and below normal temps, Tina took care of everything, and were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about details. I would recommend her to anyone!! -

From the very beginning i knee Tina was perfect. She responded right away and gave me the best price. I had already done most of the work and was looking for a day of coordinator, Tina was more than that. She made me feel like I was her only client. There are no words to describe how valuable she was for us that day. My husband even loved her and was so against hiring a day of coordinator, but all that she did for us totally changed his mind. Tina was a pleasure to work with and offered a wealth of knowledge and tips that were beyond helpful. She was always available with suggestions and answers to my millions of questions. Kathy Wagoner was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! She was so kind and helpful leading all the way up to the wedding, meeting with us and offering suggestions and advice for things we never would have thought of. Although we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she was so instrumental in the months leading up to the wedding as well and was always so kind and easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, she was such a rockstar, making sure our parents weren't stressing about anything and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. There was even a moment where my dress split a little down the back, and she immediately rushed in with a sewing kit for my friend (who is a seamstress) to use on me. Crisis quickly averted! There were countless things she did that day, from helping clean up and make things tidy, to making sure guests got their favors, to adjusting lighting problems, and more. I highly, highly recommend Kathy! She really is such a delight to work with. -

I am a very organized planning type person so when I got engaged, I knew I wouldnt need a full time wedding planner but I would definately need a day of planner because I wanted to enjoy the day and not be stressed. What I got from Tina was so much more then that! Not only did we meet a bunch of times the months leading up to my wedding for her to keep me on track with my own planning, but the amount of work she put in the week of to help me coordinate the vendors and make sure everythig was on track was well worth the price! I would recommend Tina to anyone and everyone getting married even if her price was a million dollars - she was not only an amazing planner but her price is very reasonable for the amount of work she puts in! We were initially thinking of doing everything ourselves, we didn’t think we needed a wedding planner. I’m glad we came to her senses and that we found Tina. Not only did she make our day less stressful, she gave valuable information on how to put together the venue/worked with venue to get the most of our money/gave us resources for flowers and dj and overall saved us A lot of stress as well as money. Tina was my life saver that day! I chose to plan my own wedding, and a few months in realized I could use some help. A friend recommended a "day of coordinator" and tagged Tina in a Facebook post. Tina was immediately responsive and helpful; I fell in love with her personality and knew she was the one to help make my vision come true. We had multiple meetings and conversations about our day, and she truly got a sense of what my groom and I wanted our day to be like. We did things a bit differently than the typical wedding, and Tina was right on board with us, while offering guidance and ideas on how to make everything run smoothly. Day of, we had hiccups with bartenders and she handled them (multiple times). We also had hiccups with decorators forgetting they had to decorate things (imagine that!) but Tina got it done! She also handled floral issues we ran in to without much problem. Thanks to her, we were able to get some money back as well. Tina had previously worked with both my DJ and my Photographer, and they have nothing but wonderful things to say. She is direct (especially at the rehearsal which is exactly what you need), confident, helpful, respectful, and someone whom I can say putting my trust in was 100% well placed. I adore this woman and all of her help at making our wedding day as beautiful as it was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! -

Tina was truly a god send. She completely exceeded our expectations. Our wedding went went off without a hitch thanks to her. She is always one step ahead in the planning and we so appreciated her attention to all the little and big details. Tina felt like she was part of the family and addressed all facets of the wedding. I would recommend her 100%. We had a minister lined up to officiate the wedding and he unfortunately had a medical emergency a week before the wedding. Tina jumped into action and had us a great replacement within 5 minutes of hearing the news!! She coordinated all of our vendors and made sure they did exactly what they were supposed to do. We didn't have to worry about a thing and felt so blessed to have her running the big day. She is extremely affordable and worth every penny (she's worth a lot more than she charges). If you are getting married, you need Tina! You couldn't possibly find anyone more dependable or genuinely concerned about making sure you can enjoy your wedding day. -

I cannot thank her enough for taking an unsure (and to be honest, disorganized!) bride and making my dream day come true. She was so incredibly organized and pleasant to work with, several of my vendors even mentioned her professionalism to me. She work hard to make sure that everything was completed on time and seamlessly despite the very hot weather and some very delayed deliveries. She also brought her daughter, Tatiana, along to help assist her due to the large number of guests we had. We were very lucky to have been able to work with Kathy Wagoner - she made all my worries about all the little things go away! A friend of mine said the #1 thing she regrets from her wedding was not hiring a coordinator - and I will tell you the #1 thing I am SO glad I did was hire Kathy! She was our contact person for the wedding day so none of our family or friends, or Jeff & I, would be bothered by any last-minute vendor questions. She made it very easy to lay out a timeline of the day, which seemed very overwhelming at first, and took charge of how everything was to be set up and organized on the day of! Regardless of how many questions I had for Kathy, she was always there to respond in a timely manner. She helped us go through 2 ceremony options for our rehearsal just in case it was raining and we had to go with Plan B (which we did!). Andrea was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding! I was one of those brides that started planning right away so I got the important details set in stone right away. A few months leading up to the wedding, I realized a 'Day of Coordinator' might be something I needed to look into so I could take away the stress from my mom and myself. I received Andrea's card from our venue and they told me how great she was so I decided to reach out to her. We had a great first phone conversation and I found out she was very familiar with my venue which made me feel even better. I booked her right away! She organized the rehearsal beautifully and took all of our decorations and everything else that needed to be set up and made it look beautiful the day of. Another really amazing thing Andrea did that made our wedding so enjoyable was she took on the responsibility of creating a timeline for all the vendors and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. My husband and I hired Andrea Horwitz through Arizona Wedding Planners. We were very impressed with how quickly she responded to emails/texts/phone calls, and her recommendations were spot on. Andrea kept us on track leading up to the wedding, and made sure we had EVERYTHING in order and ready to go. I was very happy and impressed with all the work Andrea did, and all the terrific vendors she put me in touch with. I am a little OCD when it comes to being detail oriented-and there were some days I probably sent Andrea five to ten emails laying out exactly what I wanted. Andrea responded to every single email and made sure my vision was realized. When it came to handling problems that popped up (guests were late for the ceremony because they couldn't locate the venue. We hadn't realized that the battery operated candles didn't come with batteries) she acted quickly and decisively; I didn't even know about the battery fiasco until my sister mentioned it after the wedding. We loved having Andrea as our wedding planner, and would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Andrea!

We worked with Kathy and she was amazing from start to finish - we love love loved her! She helped us stay so organized and was SO easy to work with and accommodating of our crazy schedules leading up to the wedding. She brought everything off without a hitch - I didn't have a super detailed plan about how to set everything up at the ceremony and reception and just gave her creative license, and it looked A MILLION times better than I ever could have imagined! My fiance and I were on the fence about whether to hire a day of coordinator or just let friends and family help the day of the wedding. We are SO glad we decided to hire Dianne for our big day. We didn't have to worry about one thing since she was literally running around making sure everything was perfect and our friends and family got to just relax and have fun with us. For our meetings, Dianne always had great suggestions and wanted to be super clear on her tasks for the day so she could get it right for the wedding. She always responded to calls or emails quickly. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to and then on the wedding day she was very professional, organized, and kept everything running smoothly. She set everything up exactly how I wanted it so when I walked into the reception space, it took my breath away! There were actually a couple issues with two of our other vendors that I didn't even know about until after the wedding because Dianne fixed them right up without us or the guests having any clue what was happening behind the scenes! She really gives her heart and soul into what she does. Best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Dianne for sure! Their rates are incredibly reasonable and we got way more in hiring Dianne than we expected-we truly couldn't have done it without her. We will always be grateful for a wedding day more amazing than we could have imagined due to her hard work. Thank you for everything Dianne! -

I have no idea where to begin with this review. Tina was absolutely amazing and that doesn't feel like I'm saying nearly enough. She was the most valuable vendor we booked. From the moment we talked on the phone for the first time, we clicked and I knew we were making a great call hiring her. She had so many ideas at our first meeting and was the absolute key to keeping me organized, reminding me of things I never would have thought of on my own. Tina coordinated every vendor and every moment of the wedding day flawlessly. I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't stress enough how incredible it was to know that the last minute details (and any day-of crises!) were handled and that no one in my family had to worry about dealing with it. She took great care of me, my groom, and my family! We're all so impressed. My father-in-law commented afterward that he was impressed with how calm, relaxed, and happy I was that day - and I credit so much of that to Tina!
When a potential disaster struck (five alarm fire half a mile from the venue), Tina got in touch with the authorities and they created a just-in-case evacuation plan for us, which I never knew until days later how close we were to having to use. Tina was calm, knew exactly how to handle the situation, and never let me or my groom realize we were on the brink of our wedding getting shut down. She is fabulous - you will never, ever regret having Tina help you with your wedding. -

Tina and Andrea were absolutely amazing in all they did to make the wedding ceremony and reception an unforgettable special day for my son and his bride! We had the event in our backyard and honestly do not know how we would have pulled it off if it weren't for the help and advice that Tina provided through all the stages of planning.
The day of the wedding Tina and Andrea showed up early and basically pulled it all together so the bride and me did not have a thing to worry about except getting ourselves ready! If I had any advice at all to someone starting to plan a wedding it would be to call Tina! Do not try to do everything on your own. There is way too much to do and stress over. Tina has done so many weddings and has so much experience. In other words she's seen it all, done it all, and can handle all! Tina and Andrea are also so professional and pleasant! Love these girls! Why are there only 5 stars available? I don't even know where to begin to explain how spectacular Kathy was as our Day Of Coordinator! From the very first phone call I knew Kathy was the one for us! Every single contact my husband and I had with her was completely professional, informative, helpful and so incredibly positive! Kathy oozes positive energy. She helped us establish the timeline for our special day, recommended the most amazing vendors and was there for every one of my millions of questions. She was always so quick to respond that I thought she could almost read my mind! On the big day, Kathy ensured that every detail was exactly how I had envisioned it and made it all look effortless! She interacted professionally with all of the vendors as well as my guests. In fact, several of my friends have asked for her information so they could use her in the future. There was not one moment that I had the least concern that every single detail had been taken care of down to the smallest. She even made sure we had a goodie bag of left over desserts placed in our get away car so we could snack at the hotel. Kathy was an absolute dream to work with as a day of coordinator, I don't know what I would have done without her! She responded to all texts and emails immediately and was a huge resource for vendor information, timeline set up and over all coordination. I did not have to spend one minute worrying that everything would be absolutely perfectly organized for my big day. In addition to being super helpful before the wedding, Kathy arrived early and stayed late at my event just to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, polite and just delightful. Many of my guests commented on her professionalism and her ability to almost "read their minds" when they might need something. Kathy made sure my groom and I had snacks and drinks during our after ceremony photos and we never wanted for anything the rest of the evening. We were planning our El Chorro wedding in Arizona from NYC, so I truly appreciated Tina's responsiveness, keeping us on schedule and making sure we remembered details that we had not even thought of. The day of, Tina and Andrea went above and beyond - we had an outdoor traditional Persian ceremony on Camelback mountain and they climbed stairs, picked up rose petals, and did so much more in 90 degree heat to ensure our ceremony was perfect. We came back to El Chorro to find everything assembled, ready, and beautiful. Luke and I were able to relax and enjoy our reception, and Andrea and Tina made sure everything went smoothly. It made a world of difference to have them managing our wedding, and my family was impressed by their warmness, competence and thoroughness in ensuring the day was a success. -

I hired Tina and Andrea for my wedding last November. I hired Andrea as my event designer and Tina as my day of coordinator. Hiring Tina and Andrea was the best decision I made. Andrea worked nonstop to make my vision a reality. From meetings with the florist to picking out design elements to make my venue amazing, she was with me every step of the way. As a busy professional, I don't have time to comb through all of the many design options. Andrea gets to know your vision so well that she is able to present you with amazing options to pick from. She is such a talented and creative person and was so fun to work with. All of my wedding guests were beyond impressed with the event design and vision that Andrea brought to life. I would highly recommend working with her.
Working with Tina for my day of coordinator was a dream come true. Not only did she meet with me on multiple occasions, but she was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails whenever I needed. Tina helped me with any issue that came up along the way from vendor recommendations to timeline organization for the day of the wedding. Thank goodness we had Tina run the rehearsal the night before because it was clear that many things needed to be rehearsed. Thanks to Tina, the day of the wedding went perfect. Tina ran the entire day from top to finish and the day was perfect. Because of Tina I was able to enjoy my wedding day knowing that everything was going exactly as planned. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was planning a wedding with a friend because Tina is such a joy to work with and such an awesome person.

The most common piece of advice I received about my wedding day was to get a day-of coordinator. I was a little reluctant in the beginning because I thought this would be an expense I could cut from my wedding. Thank goodness I decided to work with Kathy Wagoner. Many venues offer their own day-of coordinator services, but I learned that I definitely needed a central point of contact who was an advocate for me. I only met with Kathy a couple times before my wedding and shared many emails leading up to my big day. My wedding had some non-traditional elements (dessert table instead of a cake, patterned decorations, and a very specific timeline customized to the flow I wanted for my wedding). Kathy was very open-minded with my requests, and she offered insight into the small details that we brides might often forget during planning - transportation, an extra copy of the vows if you're writing them, leaving decorations at the venue the night before, etc. Beyond the obvious organizational skills Kathy had, she also was very good at reassuring me. Throughout my wedding planning, I was told that by several people that everything will end up just the way I want, it's my day, etc. but something about Kathy's reassurance really put me at ease. When I saw Kathy on my wedding day, she immediately came up to me and said that all the details have been taken care of and that I didn't have to worry about thing. Amongst all the coordinating, she even kept an eye on me during the evening to make sure I was hydrating and eating. She had a great mix of the assertiveness needed to be a great a coordinator as well as the compassion and demeanor to emotionally calm me down. Even after only a couple meetings, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Affordable often means that you get what you pay for, but Kathy far exceeded the charge for her services. -

Tina was far and away one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. We used her "Day-of Coordination Package" and it was worth every penny! From our initial contact with Tina to our grand exit, everything she did was beyond helpful. She provided references and suggestions for our other vendors without ever feeling pushy, she helped us bounce ideas around, and she was the mastermind behind our timeline. Words cannot express what an ABSOLUTE blessing Tina was to me on my wedding day!!! I had a very negative experience with the first day-of-coordinator that we hired…so bad that I was a complete stressed out mess when I finally came to my senses and called Tina. We hired Tina to replace our previous coordinator with only a few months to spare before the big day, so there was a lot to do. Since we live in Chicago, we had an additional level of stress planning a destination wedding in Sedona. Not being able to physically meet with our vendors, or visit the venue more than once, was a bit rough on my Type-A-bride personality, so I needed someone responsive that I could trust to be there in our place. Tina had experience working with a number of our vendors already and quickly put me at ease that everything would be perfect --- and it was!!! :) She and was so professional, understanding, and warm from beginning to end. I knew right away that she was the perfect person for the job! She took initiative and handled things I hadn’t even thought about. She was always available when I needed her and I’m pretty sure I exceeded the limit on her email inbox more than once the month before our wedding! :) She even met us at the airport with items we had shipped to her ahead of time and ran extra errands for us. It was such a relief to know that she was there to take control of any issues so that we could enjoy every aspect of our wedding day. We spoke to several wedding planners before Tina and after the first 30 seconds on the phone with her, we both knew that we were going to work with Tina! Her attitude was amazing and she was so warm and fun to talk to. Her services were very affordable. Over the 8 months that we worked together she was always professional, fun, positive and ALWAYS on top of things. She has guided us though every step of the process, always had options for us, and made things so easy. She even helped us with the vows, invitations, etc! Initially, I was one of those brides who thought I could do it all on my own. However, I finally came to my senses and realized that if I wanted to really enjoy my wedding day, I couldn't spend it putting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, and finalizing last-minute details. I wanted to feel relaxed and beautiful, not stressed out when the big day arrived!
I contacted Affordable Wedding Coordinators and Kathy quickly responded that same day. I did talk to a couple other day-of coordinators in the Phoenix area, but Kathy's rate was most affordable and she had glowing reviews. And for good reason.
Kathy was so amazing to work with. We chatted on the phone about my itinerary and she helped me identify any potential issues with the timeline. She also helped coordinate the rehearsal of our ceremony. She kept everyone on track and organized so I could enjoy time with my family and friends.
On the day of the wedding, I was able to sleep in (as much as possible on the most exciting day of your life), have breakfast with my family, and enjoy getting my hair and makeup done with my bridesmaids. I didn't have to worry about setting up reception decorations or getting any frantic calls from vendors! The day went off WITHOUT A HITCH (at least, if there were any hitches, I didn't hear about them)! I could not believe how we were able to stick to our timeline and didn't have a single issue all day. The reception décor that Kathy set up was beyond my expectations. Besides the big things, Kathy is great with the small details, like pinning the boutonnieres on the guys, handing out tip envelopes to vendors, and making sure we had a glass of champagne for the reception.
I know for a fact I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day as much as I did if I had not hired Kathy. Whether you need a little help with your wedding or a lot of help, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. You will not regret it. Thank you for everything, Kathy! -
