If you're getting married in Flagstaff, Snowbowl is absolutely the best venue there is! Everything from start to finish was perfect and we couldn't be happier. Lauren the events manager is a pleasure to work with and is extremely professional and timely to respond. All my extra little details were handled the day of the wedding and the food was incredible. The setting is incredible and the staff is amazing. Don't get married here without checking out Snowbowl! You won't be disappointed!! -

We can't say enough wonderful things about Michael, Hazel, Allison, and the entire team at Hart Prairie Lodge at Arizona Snowbowl! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. This team was incredibly detail-oriented, thoughtful, and always willing to accommodate our custom requests—even at a moment’s notice. When one of our table number settings went missing right before the reception, they recreated it beautifully within 15 minutes—saving the day without skipping a beat. Throughout the entire planning process, they took thorough notes and asked all the right questions to make sure every detail was just right. On the big day, they kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, and they stayed until the very end to make sure everything was perfect. The chef also deserves a huge shoutout—our guests are still raving about the appetizers, and the entire dinner was absolutely delicious. If you're considering Hart Prairie Lodge for your wedding, don't hesitate. Michael, Hazel, Allison, and the whole team are absolute pros who truly care and go above and beyond to deliver a magical and stress-free experience. We are so grateful to them for making our day unforgettable! -

Snowbowl was just the perfect venue for us. We were prepared for it to be way more "rustic" than we thought in terms of the bridal yurt and room for the groomsmen, but they were beyond expectations with cute personal touches and extra goodies that saved a couple emergencies! Lauren was a dream to work with. She was super communicative, kind, and made our dream day happen. She handled our rowdy group SO well and made our ceremony an absolute dream. -

Our wedding day was absolutely incredible, and it’s all thanks to Lauren and her team at Snowbowl. Lauren was so thoughtful and organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding day ran smoothly without any issues, and every single staff member at Snowbowl was kind and helpful to us and our guests. I could not have asked for better service. Oh, and I haven’t even mentioned how BEAUTIFUL this venue is! Our wedding photos are stunning. -

We picked this venue for our summer wedding and couldn't be happier. Not only is the location stunning the Snowbowl wedding event team is Amazing. The team was always available to answer questions, and solve problems. The team made sure that not a single thing went wrong on our special day. The venue has multiple different options and packages to make your special day exactly what you dreamed of. They are very flexible and made all our special requests possible. The packages are reasonably priced and can fit into a variety of budgets. This was the best decision hiring Snowbowl for our wedding! -

We got married in September 2021. Snowbowl is the most beautiful wedding venue! Lauren and her team made our big day flawless, they made everything so simple and stressful and they are so accommodating! We got there and they had champagne on ice for the girls in the yurt and a cooler with beers for the guys! The food was the best wedding food I’ve ever had, all of our vendors and guest were raving about it! I could not recommend getting married at Snowbowl enough, it was the best experience!! -

Lauren Bruni was our venue coordinator for our wedding at Arizona Snowbowl. We were meant to have our wedding at Snowbowl, but unfortunately because of the fires and forest closures we found out we were unable to have it there a few days beforehand. As the bride, I was so sad about this as I was so excited to have our wedding at this beautiful venue, but Lauren saved the day! Seriously, Lauren saved our wedding day. From the moment she found out about the venue closure, she was working hard to get us into a different venue. Thankfully, she was able to get us into another venue in Flagstaff within a few hours, and she worked closely with the coordinator at that venue to make sure that everything was perfect. She was also with us during our rehearsal and on the wedding day at the new venue to help ensure that things ran smoothly. A potentially devastating situation was turned into a positive because of her. We’d definitely recommend having your wedding at Arizona Snowbowl not only because it’s a gorgeous venue but also because you’ll be able to work with Lauren, who will do everything she can to make sure your day is perfect! -

We used Arizona Snowbowl for my sons rehearsal dinner. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, Lauren Bruni was amazing, and the scenery was beautiful. She made sure everything was set-up and ready to go for their wedding the next day, and helped with anything that was needed. Her level of professionalism was top notch. The whole process from booking the place, to picking the menu, and the actual day of the rehearsal went without a hitch. Lauren was on the ball, and intuitive to our needs before we even asked to make sure everyone was taken care of.
My son and his bride also had the wedding here and it was beyond everything we hoped for. Lauren made sure once again everyone was taken care of. Everyone had high compliments for the venue, food, and service.
We highly recommend using Arizona Snowbowl for your rehearsal and wedding. Thanks again Lauren and Arizona Snowbowl for making the weekend one we will never forget. -

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Lauren and her staff made our wedding day so amazing. We did not have to worry about a thing. They took care of everything for us, from day one of planning to the day of coordination! Freemont Bar and Grill was very comfortable for 150 people, and had the best scenery just outside on the patio. The food was also amazing!! Snowbowl was very respectful of our budget and made sure we got what we wanted. I would highly recommend Snowbowl for any event! All of our guests raved about everything! It was a huge hit! You cannot beat the beautiful natural scenery of Flagstaff! -

I never thought that I would be able to afford to get married at such a beautiful venue. Our event planner helped us customize our event for our budget and always was willing to price out other options for us when needed. We also had a unique situation in where me and my husband had already been married and our event planner Lauren took some of our unique requests with ease. The reception was beautiful, the weather amazing, the food was delicious and I didn't have to worry about a thing! My wedding photos turned out amazing, Snowbowl is a BEAUTIFUL venue, I would highly recommend. -

Lauren and the Arizona Snowbowl team were absolutely amazing. We did a winter wedding on skis, so it was not your typical wedding and had a plethora of complication. However, Lauren was able to make all of our requests, and even built a snow platform for our ceremony that we skied into. Lauren was able to coordinate with our vendors and make sure everything was set up and flowed smoothly. I cannot thank her enough, and certainly, we would not have been able to have such a perfect day without them. -

Our son was married at Snowbowl this fall. Lauren and her team were amazing to work with and paid great attention to detail. We were in danger of a thunderstorm and everyone was prepared with Plan B. Thankfully, it was not needed, as we experienced the most stunning 12 hour reprieve anyone could ever ask for. The venue was beautiful and the dinner delicious. With 200 guests our limit was $25/pp and the team worked hard to create a buffet dinner within our budget. I am thankful that we also hosted the rehearsal dinner at Snowbowl and were able to enjoy the stunning views and delicious food an extra evening. -

Amazing Views and Service!
We planned our destination wedding in Flagstaff because we wanted amazing mountain views (we’re from the uber flat Midwest). Snowbowl delivered!!! The atmosphere was perfect for us! Our guests had an awesome time and could not stop raving about the service (extra big shoutout to the bartender)!
With rescheduling do to COVID we had a lot of questions during the process but Lauren was on top of it all! She helped us figure out what we wanted and checked in to make sure everything was still correct. I would just be sure to keep the same email chain going or use a google document so you have everything in one spot!
Overall our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend! -

Ashley Sent on 10/16/2019A little frustration but overall my beautiful wedding was worth it
Dwelling in Tucson, my now-husband and I love camping and snowboarding in Northern AZ, and we chose Snowbowl because we love the area and Flagstaff has enough restaurants/hotels/Ubers for guests. We chose a prime leaf-peeping October weekend for our wedding. The bright Aspens were an absolutely stunning backdrop for photos. Everything ran smoothly and we had an amazing day. Because the mountain is open to the public for scenic lift rides during this season, there was a lot of traffic on the road, which caused our ceremony to start late, but it was no big deal.
I did experience frustration with the responsiveness of the coordinator, Lauren. We wanted to pay for our wedding in installments to make it easier on us financially. Every single time I wanted to make a payment, including our initial deposit, it was a strange, multi-day game of email/phone tag to get it done. One time I couldn't get a hold of Lauren at all, something about her phone being down? An online payment gateway would be helpful. Also, note the contract is purposefully vague, so they may adjust your pricing. We ended up being okay as we changed our bar service to a tab, but we initially had asked for an open bar of wine and beer (all the beers they offered on tap plus bottles), and we were told a month or so before that the only beer they could give us for that price was Coors Light. We also did a custom menu and didn't realize a dessert wasn't included with that option. If you want anything extra, it seemingly costs $5 per person. I wanted a hot chocolate/cider bar, which I ended up canceling when I realized it was going to cost more than $600 with tax and a service fee. I literally could have taken every one of our 80 guests to Starbucks and bought them hot chocolate for less. Snowbowl will charge a 22% service fee, but that is all your staff gratuity, so that is one less thing to worry about. I'd advise couples to not pay their balance in full until it's due. If your guest count and/or costs are lower than you expected and you overpay, I'd imagine you'd have a hard time getting any money back.
Despite being very lax the entire planning process, Lauren flipped a switch and became very Type A on our wedding day, and she was more on the ball than I expected. We were told drinks would be brought to the bridal party, which didn't happen until shortly before our ceremony and I had to ask. But Lauren was good at organizing the bridal party and making announcements to our guests.
Snowbowl doesn't do tastings so I had no idea what our food would be like, and I must say I was impressed. We had them do a custom bbq-style dinner for us, and we had chicken and pulled pork, truffle mac 'n' cheese, salad, and rolls. Many guests commented on how good the food was. I was told in our initial communication they would also include grilled veggies, which were not present, but I honestly didn't even miss them. As the bride, you have little time to eat, and Lauren made sure we got the chance, which was nice. But I wish I had gone back for seconds!
