Walter's Wedding Estates is the company to go with!!! With that being said, aristide flower mound was everything I could have asked for and more! To Emily, the representative that I worked with from start to finish, to Raven and Joyce, our wedding coordinators for our wedding day, to DJ Carson, our absolute Goat of a DJ, and to all staff and cre that made my day magical... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! From the moment we toured the venue, a representative of Walter's wedding estate was there to hold our hands the entire time. If I had a question or a request, or if I just needed some reassurance and support, they were there! Emily was an absolute sweetheart, answering my many many questions, coming to me with absolute transparency and being thorough patient and kind. Raven and Joyce were very organized, experienced, patient, sweet, and did amazing jobs of making sure that we did not have to stress about a thing on our wedding day! DJ Carson was an absolute beast! He made sure that we knew exactly what was going on, he asked us what we would like to do, and made sure that our entertainment was everything that we wanted. I forgot her name, but the lady who baked the desserts and our cake... OMG!!!! I'm so glad that they packed up one of every dessert that was on the dessert table for us, with extra slices of cake, because every one of the desserts blew my mind!! Do yourself a favor and book them!!! -

I had the pleasure of attending a close friend's wedding at this gorgeous venue. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and made everything run smoothly, ensuring every detail was taken care of. (shout out to Kaitlin B. who was a delight!) I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for my friend and I will definitely keep them in mind for myself in the (hopefully!) near future. -

I couldn’t be happier with Aristide. My husband and I were not wanting to deal with the hassle of a wedding and multiple vendors and Aristide was a one stop shop for us. All we had to do was sign on the dotted line and provide our selections and they took care of everything.
I also want to make a special shout out to Sydnee. She was the absolute best to work with. She understood everything we wanted and brought out vision to life. -

This was the first venue my fiancé and I toured. We loved it so much that we didn’t even care to look at other venues. The staff that works there is very nice and so helpful. Our Wedding Planning Representative Emily H. She was super helpful at our meeting, gave us great advice and great details. We felt so comfortable with her and most importantly she was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face. Very professional. I will be recommending this venue to couples that plan to get married. The vendors were great too. Super easy to contact them. We love Aristide! -

Our experience at Aristide Flower Mound was amazing! Angela was so wonderful and eased all of our concerns during our venue tour and our planning visits. On-site staff was professional, kind, and made everything so easy. We loved the venue, and our guests enjoyed it too. For our small wedding it was perfectly intimate while still feeling like a big beautiful day!
We asked for our brunch menu to be tailored to our needs (hubby and I are both vegetarian) and they accommodated so well. Everyone enjoyed the food and didn’t miss out on meat because the vegetarian options were sooooo good! We definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the area looking for a well-organized and low stress, lovely experience. -

We chose this venue for our wedding reception only as we got catholic married in a church and it was awesome. The management, staff and online tools they use make it easy and they are flexible with lots of things. We had a change in wedding manager/coordinator about a month before our date but that didn't really effect everything and it all went swimmingly. I do think that this place is a little big for a 50 person headcount wedding which ours was but overall I'm satisfied with what we paid for, get the food upgrades, they are worth it. -

My husband and I got married at Aristide and it was perfect!!! The venue itself is so beautiful we hardly had to decorate because I didn’t want to take away from the beauty of the venue. One of the main reasons we picked Aristide was because of how much was included in the package. From the food and alcohol to the decor and coordinator, it was so nice not having to worry about those things! Avery was amazing every step of the way and helped make sure our day ran so smooth! I will always recommend Aristide Flower Mound to any couple I come across! -

Planning a wedding during Covid is hard enough but I was so lucky to have such an amazing venue to plan things with. I had my wedding on Sunday which cost me around $8,000 but it was honestly worth every penny. I had unlimited visits to the venue to help plan and there are so many packages to pick from for you wedding. Avery is a coordinator at this location and let me tell you she was the most helpful, kind, encouraging and incredibly helpful for the day of my wedding! If I needed anything done she was right there to make sure it happened.
I loved my wedding, my experience and wish I could go back to relive such a beautiful and perfect day. So to all new brides looking for a venue please check this location out and ask for Avery 🤍 You will not be disappointed. 😊 -

Aristide Flower Mound was not our first venue choice but because of Covid and after touring with Emma, we were sold! Wedding planning is stressful, no doubt, but working with Emma and Avery throughout all my planning in the months leading up to the big day made it so much easier. Due to Covid, we were unable to taste any of the food prior to the event which made us somewhat concerned since the food was one of our main priorities. We were highly impressed with the quality and temperature of both the hors d'oeuvres and dinner and got nothing but great feedback from our guests. Daniel was our day of coordinator (highly recommend adding the venue coordinator) and I could not thank him enough for making our weekend go by so smoothly that we were able to just relax and enjoy! Also a big thank you to Reagan who took over at the end of the night. She made sure we always had a drink in hand and that the rest of the night went out perfectly. I can not recommend this venue enough!! Thank you so so much. -

Wedding of the Year
From start to finish Aristide and all their staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. We chose the Flower Mound location which provided an intimate French setting with a beautifully classic touch. Everything from the pews in the Chapel to the spacious suites was more than what we could have asked for. Typically when you go to a wedding there is something you don’t like, whether it be the atmosphere or food, but let me just say that although we did not have a chance to eat our food until later, it was still delicious. We also received very high praise from the guest on the food as well as the overall staff. Saving the best for last, I cannot say our wedding would have gone the way it did if it wasn’t for our coordinator Daniel. He made every aspect of the planning and day enjoyable and stress-free which is precisely what we wanted. As always things did not go as planned, and he did everything in his power to make sure we were taking care of. From our view this was not just another wedding for him, and he demonstrated every step of the way he was there for us. Not once did we have to ask for anything (and I am very particular) because he was ahead of my thinking the entire time. We would highly recommend any of Walters Wedding Estates as well as our fantastic coordinator Daniel! -

Etheny was our venue day of coordinator and kept everything running smoothly! She was proactive and professional and made our wedding day perfect! We just got married here October 7th and my wedding was SERIOUSLY PERFECT and so dreamy. Emma was so awesome at coordinating everything, the day of the wedding I literally didn’t have to worry about one thing. I didn’t expect my wedding to go as smooth as it did and I am just so grateful. Also, we used the catering and it was sooo good. Everyone kept talking about the food. -

I'll try to keep this brief, but I could write positively about this venue for days- 1st of all this venue is gorgeous! The bridal suite is very spacious with excellent lighting and plenty of space for getting ready, makeup, and hair. The ceremony space is timeless and reception space is the perfect size for an intimate wedding (for reference we had 75 guests but 100 or so could totally fit comfortably). Hands down, the team at the Aristide Flower Mound made sure we have the most perfect day ever. From the moment I took the initial tour, every one I encounter was professional, courteous, patient, and really understanding of our needs. The details meeting was very helpful in finalizing our timeline, every thing was setup as requested and any minor changes were handled quickly. I love the packages at this venue! I'm a bride who didn't want a ton of DIY, I loved how we could customize our florals, desserts. invitation suite, etc... and show up on our wedding day stress free! Shoutout to Zac for being the most calm and collected day of coordinator. He constantly checked in to make sure our needs were met the entire day and he made sure we adhered to the timeline. Angela was also amazing as the event manager, making sure the venue was setup just as we liked. We really enjoyed the pre-service mimosas in the bridal suite, and guys were provided sodas and beer. Angela also set up our wine unity ceremony. The catering staff and bartenders were also amazing, food was delicious as well. Finally, our DJ was top tier. Jay T who works for CoHost made sure to create the atmosphere were wanted, incorporating afrobeat music for our traditional Nigerian entrance. The photobooth, uplighting and exit vehicle are totally worth it- so if you're debating on the vendor package, definitely go with the Elite! I wouldn't change anything about the day- by the end of the night my husband and I were exhausted and Zac graciously arranged for the exit vehicle to pick us up a little earlier per our request. We felt like royalty getting picked up in a Rolls Royce and our driver was amazing as well! If you're looking to have an intimate wedding with a timeless/vintage feel, this is definitely the venue for you. -

I never leave reviews anywhere, and I’ve waited almost a year to write this so I could fully gather my thoughts. (I got married here on September 19th, 2024).
At first, the experience was fine while planning with Kait. She was friendly and relatable. She mentioned that she wouldn’t be at our actual wedding, which was a bummer, but we understood since she said she’d communicate everything to her assistant and still be at the rehearsal to make sure everything was set. When rehearsal night came, however, Kait wasn’t there, and there was no communication that she wouldn’t be. This would have been fine as well, but none of the details we had planned with her were given to her assistant. The whole rehearsal was very disorganized. The assistant kept asking me questions I had already gone over with Kait, and I was told by Kait that all my plans and details were in the wedding plan document—clearly, they weren’t. (The assistant even kept saying "I don't see that in this document")
Meeting with the photographer and DJ was also chaotic, as they were both 10–20 minutes late to meetings.
Then came the wedding day itself. Nothing was organized when it came to planning and details—where family would sit, when certain songs should play, and even décor that Kait said would be provided. My biggest wish was to have a wooden cross as the centerpiece for the ceremony. Kait told me they’d try to bring it over from another venue as they have done it before. I would have understood if she said they couldn't but we weren’t told anything, and I’m not confident the request was even made. To show up and not have something meaningful you were expecting was very disappointing.
My sister had to keep reminding the assistant about things, and the DJ even came into the bridal suite while I was getting ready to ask me questions—questions I had already gone over with him on the phone, along with detailed notes and song requests I had entered into the app he directed me to use. I wanted to walk down the aisle at a specific part of a song, which I mentioned many times and even gave the exact time stamp, yet it was still wrong when I walked down (super embarrassing).
The photographer also took several poorly framed photos where members of the bridal party were cropped out. During our first kiss, the pastor kindly stepped off stage so he wouldn’t be in the pictures—but the photographer didn’t wait two seconds, so now the photos show him awkwardly walking across the stage. When we got the photos back, I didn’t complain or ask for edits, because you can’t fix bad timing or framing. At that point, I was just exhausted by the whole experience.
To make matters worse, throughout the wedding, the assistant and DJ were goofing off a lot. Normally that would be fine, but when everything is disorganized, the last thing you want to see is the staff being distracted.
Lastly, my husband is in the military. When we first started planning, Kait told us that they usually don’t combine discounts with military, but she said she could probably figure something out for us. We never heard about it again, even after submitting a request for the Walter Weddings Military Fund program, which supposedly covered some military weddings.
Overall, I would definitely choose somewhere else unless you want to have a stressful wedding, micromanage the day of, and waste thousands of dollars. -

BEWARE of Aristide - Flower Mound keeping your full deposit. Just don't do business with them, go somewhere else.
It was the first time they hosted a Quinceannera for our beautiful daughter and I am hoping it is the last one after people read this review.
Even though the DJ screwed up the walking song in the Chapel and our first dance song which was supposed to be the Waltz, the evening ended up being fantastic.
Everything was perfect, the place, the decorations, the gazebo, the food, the shoe exchange ceremony, my totally unprepared speech that still made people cry and even the silly music that wasn't quite our preselected playlist.
Fast forward few weeks when we attempted to get our $700 deposit back and the local manager took 3 full weeks to answer our email just to let us know we were not getting anything because a little bit of confetti on the pitch dark parking lot (it was almost 11 pm), resulted in "excessive cleaning" worth that much. They also mentioned decoration were left on the gazebo and send a picture of it even though I took them down the next day (it was a holiday btw so they had nothing scheduled that day) since it was dark outside and they have no light in the gazebo area. So on top of it, they lied about one of them just to keep our deposit. The party was mainly teenagers so obviously the place is not teenagers friendly.
When I complained to the general manager, he threw the contract at my face that says confetti is prohibited on the premises and blabla so you don't get your deposit back, period. He also said we didn't pay for the extra guests (so I should be grateful I guess?) and the extend on the confetti was more than shown in the picture. So first of all, they were so smart to take the picture after cleaning most of it and send us the photo with very little confetti in it with the deposit denied! statement. Second, I did run my credit card for the extra guests. It seems they can't even get their facts straight just to argue about keeping your deposit. Third, them cleaning up the gazebo decorations was a complete lie as I have the gazebo decorations at home.
Again, it was dark and the little confetti is shown in the PARKING lot only as it came from departing party favors for the guests. Nothing inside. Do they keep the parking lot and the gazebo area bad lit so they can do these type of things? Who would be going around the parking lot at 11 pm with a flashlight to look for trash after a 5 hour long party, while packing all your belongings and being tired from several days of preparations leading to it? Then 3 weeks go by to just deny it and the local manager hasn't returned our follow up calls or emails. So in my opinion, they seem to do this all the time due to the lack of response from the manager. It is too bad because I would have recommended them to anybody wanting to do a Quinceannera or a Sweet 16.
At the end, what it was a fantastic night for our family the day before Thanksgiving day 2021, now it is partially a sour memory due to the money hungry people managing the place. Please don't do business with them as they'll find the tiniest fine print in the contract and the lack of lighting outside at night just to keep your whole deposit with the "excessive cleaning" line. It's too bad. For sure I know now where I won't be having my three girls weddings in the future.
The final note here is that they seem to pay $700 per hour to clean confetti from the parking lot so please do apply for a cleaning confetti job there.
