The best photographer to have by our side on our big day!
I was a pandemic bride who had to postpone not once or twice, but three times. I was searching for a new wedding photographer and happened upon Ariel’s Instagram account. I just fell in love with her journalistic style and crossed my fingers that she would be available on our new wedding date. Luckily she was! She was extremely responsive and during our initial phone call I appreciated her asking questions and genuinely getting to know me and my fiancé’s love story. We also had a few things in common, like our hair stylist (!).
During our engagement photoshoot, we were so excited to take photos at the dog beach with our pup Cosmo, and I was so happy that Ariel became obsessed with our dog as much as we were. She was extra patient with us and our crazy dog and all the shots turned out so beautiful!
Our wedding day was no different. Ariel’s calming presence was something we needed on this crazy busy day. We spent a lot of time with her but I never felt like we were just at a photoshoot. She was capturing the best moments of the day but also let us enjoy time with our family and friends. She is such a sweet and caring person to be around and work with, I’m just so grateful we crossed paths. We left the day after our wedding to go on our Honeymoon and I was so surprised to find a few sneak peeks of our wedding day already in my inbox. We were on cloud 9 looking at them while up in the air and that was such a special treat! Ariel really goes above and beyond for her clients and she is worth it! If I have any future milestones that need to be captured, Ariel will be the first person I call. -

Ariel was absolutely amazing. We are so happy that she was there to capture all the moments of our wedding day. We are both pretty awkward when taking photos, but she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and really allowed us to enjoy every minute of that day. Looking back at our wedding photos has been such a gift as we get to relive all of the big and small moments. She is so talented, kind, and an absolute joy to be around. Actually, one of the things we talk about the most when thinking back to our wedding day is how great having Ariel, as our photographer, was! We could not recommend her more! -

Military Homecoming
Ariel had just officially started her photography business when I hired her for to photograph my boyfriend's military homecoming. She was professional, communicative, and made me feel at ease, which is especially difficult at these events with so much anticipation and emotion. Ariel discussed what kind of shots I would like to have, and already had ideas for anything I wasn't sure about. She had thought ahead of what kind of shots would be good to get before the service members arrived at the squadron. Once they landed and everyone ran out to greet our loved ones, everything was a blur. I didn't even know what shots Ariel had managed to get until she sent me the pictures (within just a day, I might add). I was blown away. She captured our reunion perfectly. To be able to get such incredible photos during all of the chaos was quite a feat. Her pictures showed the emotion and joy of that day and were so well composed. I am so happy that Ariel was able to photograph this event for us. We will treasure these photos forever. -

A fun yet incredibly organized experience!
Working with Ariel is such a treat. Between her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment she's also a very fun person to be around at the end of the day! I've worked with Ariel a few times now and I can't recommend her enough, she always exceeds mine and my client's expectations. -

Ariel has been one of the few things at during our wedding that was keeping us so grounded! She was helpful in every single step of the way.
My husband and I rarely took nice photos, so we were nervous when meeting her. She flew into San Francisco and made our engagement photos so easy and fun. This was the same for the day of the wedding as well -- she was able to capture the moments we asked for and was seamlessly integrated into our wedding. Our weddings guests also commented on how friendly she was and how beautifully she captured our photos.
I would recommend Ariel to anyone that wants a personable and helpful photographer! I wish I had more reasons to book her because she is such a dream to work with. -

Her photos are simply beautiful and so elegant! She has a true passion for photography and all our clients can’t say enough about her kind and warm disposition. I urge you to take some time to speak with her on the phone to help in your decision. She listens to her clients and makes them feel so comfortable - something important when you have a photography by your side throughout such an important and emotional day. I can't say enough about Ariel, she did such a wonderful job on our wedding photos that I don't think we can ever thank her enough. From the moment we met her at a cafe in Bird Rock, we just knew we needed to have her capture our special day. She actively listened to what style we were after, and heard us on our low key, relaxed, and just generally fun requests. Ariel is honest and so incredibly down to earth - she made all of our family and friends at ease, just as much as us. In spite of COVID restrictions and changes, Ariel made the lead-up and our special day total calm, this is how you know that she is a true professional and an expert of her craft. The photos that we got were just beautiful and ones we will cherish for many years to come! Ariel, we feel so lucky to have met you and cannot thank you enough! -

Engagement Photoshoot
Doing the photoshoot with Ariel was so fun! Although my fiancee and I felt awkward getting in front of the camera together she made sure we were comfortably and ourselves. Many of the shots were great and candid/natural. Even the editing style is very natural and very real to what was actually going on at the photoshoot - just a little bit more enhancement and touches. If I could I would book all my future photoshoot with Ariel for family and personal/professional reasons. She’s the best - amazing at what she does, fun to be around and very professional and personable! -

Ariel's incredible and natural photos speak for themselves, but it is her grace and patience that makes her the perfect wedding photographer! Ariel was such a pleasure to work with from the moment we had our consultation. She was patient and listened to what me and my then-fiance wanted and always made it clear that capturing our day exactly as it was was her number one priority. On the day of the wedding this was further apparent as she captured and managed our friends and family perfectly.
The photos that Ariel delivered are INCREDIBLE and we cannot wait to enjoy them for our entire life! I definitely recommend Ariel and cannot wait to find a reason to work with her again! -

Ariel did such a great job with our engagement photos. We were a bit apprehensive at first as we don’t typically like to pose for photos beyond the standard holiday family photo. However, Ariel eased us into the whole process, made great recommendations and suggestions, and ultimately produced such amazing photos which brought me to tears! I will cherish these for the rest of my life! -
