We had our wedding in Ballroom B at Aria and it was absolutely perfect. We had 130 guests and the space felt very spacious. There are so many amazing photo opportunities both indoors and outside, which was important to us in case of rain. The chapel photographed beautifully, and the white marble gives it a clean, peaceful feel. The ballroom has great natural light from all the windows, and the chandeliers make the space feel polished without needing much extra.
The team was so easy to coordinate with over email and phone, which was important to us since we were planning from out of state. The 6-month, 1-month, and 1-week planning appointments kept everything organized and made the process feel very manageable. Andrew was awesome!
We did not need a separate day-of coordinator because their team really has everything down to a science. They handled all the basics for setup — signage, favors, cake stand, cake cutting utensils, card box, and more — which made things much easier. Everyone we worked with was kind and professional. Our bridal attendant, Sydney, was outstanding and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. It was clear the team knows exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend this gorgeous venue!! -

We just had our wedding at Aria on June 20, and to say our experience was exceptional is an understatement. Guests have been complimenting us on our venue choice since the wedding, with the delicious and plentiful amount of food being the favorite component of the night. The venue space was frequently mentioned as well, which included the shape, garden area and ballroom. It was clear from the moment we toured Aria over two years ago that their entire team is professional and experienced, and our planning experience with them has been extremely pleasant. Aria left no stone unturned regarding service and attention to detail. We've had wonderful interactions with Lina and Greta leading up to our wedding, and with Gino (maitre d') and Sydney (bridal attendant) throughout our wedding day. Every member of Aria put us at ease. I could not recommend Aria enough as a memorable spot to celebrate a wedding day! -

Our wedding at The Aria was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From our very first meeting with Andrew, we knew we were in the best hands. After every meeting, I always walked away saying, "Wow, I feel so much better." His professionalism, attention to detail, genuine care, and reassuring presence made every part of the planning process feel effortless. What could have been a stressful experience became something we genuinely enjoyed because we knew we could trust him completely.
One of the biggest reasons we chose The Aria was the incredible value, and somehow it still exceeded our expectations. Compared to every other venue we toured, the amount included in the price was truly unmatched. An open bar, what felt like a never-ending selection of cocktail hour appetizers, a delicious three-course meal, no cake-cutting fee, a bridal attendant, an amazing Maitre d', assistance with décor, and countless other thoughtful touches were all included. We paid around $130 per guest and genuinely felt like we received far more than what we paid for. The value simply cannot be beat. On top of that, the venue itself is breathtaking. The air-conditioned chapel with its crisp white marble and sparkling chandeliers is absolutely stunning, and the beautifully landscaped gardens and fountains create the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and photos. Every detail made us feel like we were getting so much more than we ever imagined.
A special thank you to my bridal attendant, Sydney. She was the sweetest person and anticipated every need before I even had to ask. She took exceptional care of me, my husband Nick, and our entire wedding party throughout the day. When our cake delivery was unexpectedly delayed, Sydney and our Maitre d', Gino, handled the situation so seamlessly that we barely even knew there was an issue. They resolved everything without letting it interrupt a single moment of our day. Sydney is an absolute gem, and I can't imagine the day without her.
Our Maitre d', Gino, was equally outstanding. He was kind, patient, organized, and incredibly reassuring. Weddings can feel overwhelming, especially for families who aren't used to events of this size, but Gino made everyone feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. He kept everything running flawlessly and made sure every detail was executed perfectly.
The food was phenomenal, the bar and wait staff were attentive and friendly, and every single member of the team made our guests feel welcomed. Our friends and family are still talking about the seemingly endless, delicious food and the breathtaking grounds. Many guests said they felt like they had found a little piece of Italy right here in Connecticut.
Our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had. It was absolutely perfect from beginning to end, and we are so grateful to Andrew, Sydney, Gino, and the entire team at The Aria for making it such an unforgettable experience. We will never stop recommending this venue to future couples. Our hearts are so full, and we will cherish these memories forever.

We toured Aria back in 2024, and from the moment we saw the venue and met Andrew, we were completely sold. We toured a few other venues before Aria, and truthfully, Aria blew every single one out of the water. The venue is beautifully designed, decorated, and effortlessly elegant! What truly left us speechless was the chapel. The gorgeous chandeliers paired with the all-white marble make it such a breathtaking space. It feels timeless, bright, and incredibly special! Another huge selling point was how reasonably priced Aria is for everything you receive! A maitre d’, bridal attendant, open bar, an extensive cocktail hour, endless entrée options, flexibility with dinner service, staff setting up your décor, the list truly goes on! Throughout the entire planning process, we were lucky enough to work with Andrew, who is genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. He is funny, honest, incredibly responsive, and made the year and a half leading up to our wedding completely stress-free and enjoyable! One thing I especially loved was how Aria schedules multiple planning appointments ahead of time, each focused on a different aspect of the day (ex. one for menu selections, another for linens/lighting/rough timelines, final details, etc.). It made the entire process feel organized and manageable. Aria quickly felt like a second home to us, and Andrew quickly felt like family! On the day of the wedding, before I even walked into the building, my bridal attendant Sydney was already waiting outside for me, bringing my items in, offering me a drink, and immediately making me feel calm and taken care of. Sydney was absolutely OUTSTANDING. She somehow knew what I needed, what my photographers and videographers needed, and what our family and friends needed before any of us did. She constantly checked in on my husband and me, brought refills just as we were taking our last sips of our drinks, coordinated seamlessly with vendors and the maitre d’, and kept everything running smoothly. Because of her, the entire day felt effortless. Gino was our maitre d’ and also handled our seating chart (look up Julea Design!), and he was AMAZING to work with both leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. In regard to the seating chart, Gino was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and is unbelievably creative and talented! He made the most beautiful suggestions and turned our seating chart into something absolutely breathtaking, it truly exceeded our expectations and was very reasonably priced! On the wedding day, he communicated with every vendor, kept us on schedule, made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when, and ran the timing of the ceremony PERFECTLY (which was something I was nervous about since there’s no rehearsal. Trust me, you do not need a rehearsal or a day-of-coordinator if you pick Aria!). Thanks to Sydney and Gino, we truly did not have one ounce of stress on our wedding day! And the food, SO GOOD!! Honestly, it somehow tasted even better on the day of, than we remembered from the expo! Our guests are still raving months later about the cocktail hour, entrees, cannoli station, late-night station, and gelato station! Long story short: book Aria for your wedding!! Between the stunning venue, unbelievable food, flawless organization, and the kindest, most patient team you will ever work with, Aria made both the planning process and our wedding day completely unforgettable. We are endlessly grateful!! -

Aria and its incredible team truly made the wedding of our dreams. From the very beginning, we worked with amazing individuals who genuinely cared about making our vision come true. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. We got married in Ballroom A with our ceremony in the gardens, and it was breathtaking. I cannot stress enough how majestic everything is at the facility.
We received so many compliments about the entire day, and that wouldn’t have happened without the assistance of every single staff member at Aria. They are all incredible, kind, and dedicated to making sure you have the best day possible. The food was amazing, with so many options for stations and add-ons — they truly curate the perfect experience for you and your guests.
Any questions, concerns, or requests we had were answered quickly and efficiently, and we were able to do everything we wanted and more. On the day of, the bridal attendant and maître d’ were exceptional, attending to us, the bridal party, our parents — everyone — making sure we were all happy and cared for every single moment. The owners are so involved and genuinely want your wedding to be exactly how you’ve always imagined it; they truly make your dreams come true! Cannot thank and praise them enough!!! -

We booked Aria as our wedding venue 2 1/2 years prior to our wedding date and it was the best decision we made! Leading up to the date, the meetings and communication with the staff at Aria was phenomenal. They walk you through all details and dates things are due on. Lena is incredible and extremely helpful. Aria is a well oiled machine that knows exactly how to make your wedding day special and flawless. Our wedding day was exactly that, as everything went off without a hiccup. The team and staff on our day were very helpful and cared about our day. Pier and Melissa eased any stress we had and we thank them so much! The food, service, and venue was incredible and everything we wanted! We highly recommend Aria to anyone who is looking for a venue. 10/10 experience and the place is beautiful!

I rarely write reviews but boy does Aria more than deserve a review.... Aria hosted our wedding in November 2021. Where do I begin... Starting with Lina, whom we worked with while planning our wedding. She was so sweet and accommodating. She worked with us through each step. She was considerate of what we wanted and really made our day super special.
The food... Guests CANNOT stop talking about our cocktail hour and main dishes. My husband is not such a fan of the filet mignon... he said it was the best he's had... I had the salmon, it was delicious. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the food.
The venue--- needless to say, absolutely breathtaking... Every inch of this place is a dream! Just stunning.
The service was outstanding. The waitstaff, bridal attendant and maitre D-- just the absolute best. So attentive to all of our needs and the guests.
I wish I can relive this day over and over again. Thanks to Aria for a making this a fairy tale come true. My husband and I are so grateful and appreciative of everything. We will definitely use Aria again and again and again.... Thank you to all. I wish I remembered everyone's names... but as you can imagine; so many emotions on that day. From the moment we got engaged, my fiancé and I knew that we wanted our wedding at Aria. The entire staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating for us as we navigated through postponements and the general planning process. Lina was the most kind and helpful guide to have as we decided on food, timing, and ceremony options. Our guests continue to rave about both the quality AND quantity of food that we had. We continue to have our guests tell us that it was the best meal they’ve had at a wedding EVER. My only regret is that I didn’t eat enough of it! Aria provided us with a bridal attendant (Mariah) and a Maître D (Michael) and they were both PHENOMENAL. Mariah was kind and calming, and truly made sure that our every need was met. Michael kept our evening flowing efficiently and kept everything on time! We truly could not have imagined a more perfect day. The venue itself is gorgeous, and we were able to take pictures outside in their beautiful courtyards. We are so happy that we made Aria a part of our day and only wish that it had lasted longer! Elegant wedding venue
Aria was amazing! At my wedding, i didn't go overboard with flowers and decors because the place itself looks so divine! It can easily turn your wedding in to a romantic fairytale wedding. Aria is a place of elegance and the decors are timeless.
The owner and every staff in Aria are amazing and accommodating. They really took good care for us.
Let me tell you about the food...it was really good! It's so good, it was made to perfection! My guests really enjoyed every cuisine, every meal. From the hor d' oeuvres to the main course, absolutely amazing! only positive feedback from our guests.
The only thing that was disappointing though was the chapel..the construction didn't get done in time for our wedding which the staff of Aria has no control of. We only found out about that few weeks before our wedding, wish it was communicated to us early. But honestly, it might have been a blessing in disguise because the weather was so perfect for a gazebo/garden wedding. although I was a bit stressed out checking the weather forecast. But it all turned out so perfect! -

I’ve never been one to write a review on anything but this place, surely deserves
one. From the moment we scheduled our date and toured the venue everything went seamless. Every single question we ever had was answered promptly and professionally ALWAYS!
The day of our wedding was nothing short of pure perfection. The staff was A1 and the manager on site was incredible very nice, hospitable and accommodating. The food was delish and all of our guest said cocktail hour and desert hour were
delish. If your still hunting for a location and are seeking a venue that can do it all, we highly recommend the Aria.

From start to finish...perfection!
Especially during the difficult time of a pandemic, Aria was the place that offered the most understanding and flexibility with our wedding planning. Not only do they have impeccable outdoor and indoor facilities, they were very creative in accommodating us while maintaining governor sanctioned Covid restrictions. I truly believe there could not have been a better venue to have a wedding at during this time. Manager, Lina Mosca, was so thoughtful and attentive to every detail of our wedding. She gave us options to make the ideal wedding take place at Aria during the pandemic. At each turn, she was there to guide and direct with the most creative options we could not have thought of ourselves. She maintained her professionalism and expertise while offering productive solutions to each governor mandate. Aria is immaculate, opulent, timeless, elegant and spacious. The staff is superior with customer service, the amenities are of the highest quality and the decor is designed with such taste and elegance. No expense was spared with the finishes and craftmanship of the architecture including the outdoor gardens. The food selections are bountiful and scrumptious. It really felt like we were family and we were treated as such. Every effort was made to accommodate our every need with class and charm. If you are looking to have an elegant wedding with romantic mediterranean influences, top notch gourmet food selections, superior customer service with a smile, Aria in Prospect CT. is the place. -

Thank you Lina and the wonderful staff at Aria for pulling off our dream wedding through Covid! This year has been nothing short of easy, but this venue is hands down amazing. Lina put up with my weekly phone calls through Covid, as I was unsure if this would even get to happen. Aria got guidance from CT Health Dpt of how to set up the wedding during Covid and it was truly a magical evening. Our guests said it was elegant, romantic, intimate and the nicest wedding they have ever been to. We are full of gratitude that we were able to have our special day and grateful for Aria for how much work and planning they put into this. I was sure when I first got to Aria that I could never afford anything so extravagant. But their winter package is SO AFFORDABLE! We were thrilled when we booked and are still so happy we chose this venue. Our photos are stunning both inside and outside. My guests are still talking about the food we had weeks later. It was amazing. My bridal attendant, Katya, was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her. I did not want for anything on my wedding day. I got to feel like a princess while the staff took care of everything. Katya was even there for me reminding me to breathe before heading down the aisle. She was wonderful. The best day
There are no words to describe our wedding day. From start to finish it was everything we could have hoped for and more. I cannot believe it went that smooth, not one hiccup. I wish we could re-live the entire day again. From the minute our party bus arrived, Besa was outside waiting to greet us and bring us inside to get settled. She did not leave our side the entire night. She was always there and attentive before we had the chance to ask her for anything. I was very cold after taking pictures outside, and she brought me something to warm up. She does EVERYTHING and goes a step further. She is just amazing and we all loved her. Sergio and Besa work well together. Lina, Lory, and Kelly are wonderful. They are so personable, honest, and were always available to answer questions or give input. Joe, the owner is a one of a kind guy. So sweet, humble and truly wants everyone to be happy. What a beautiful place he has created along with his staff. We were so happy to see him at our wedding. I have not one complaint. I can’t think of one if I tried. The food was outstanding; everyone is still raving about it. The ballroom was set up when we arrived, it was a beautiful thing to see our vision come alive. This is the place you trust with one of the most important days of your life. From day one Aria has made planning my day seamless. Everything was executed to complete perfection. All of the meetings catered around my schedule, and their staff was friendly and responsive. Nothing beats their elegant decor and beautiful gardens. The on-site fountains added an extra magical element to my day. They helped me not over think things and made sure I knew what was going on at all times to help keep me stress free. My bridal attendant Krissy was so wonderful, attentive, and professional. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through my special day. My Husband and I were married on June 9th, 2019 and every one of my guests has said it was the most beautiful and most fun wedding they have ever been too. While all of my vendors made my happily ever after a reality, I haven't had one complaint about anything, only extremely positive feedback on the food and service. Aria was the perfect place to exchange our vows and celebrate our love. I wish we could get married all over again. Thank you to everyone at Aria for making the happiest day of my life even more special.

If you're looking for a perfect venue in CT to host your wedding reception, Aria in Prospect, is the place to go! As a native New Yorker, I was skeptical about having my daughter's wedding in CT but from the moment we walked into this beautiful venue I knew we had to have her wedding here. The hilltop views are breathtaking, the banquet rooms and outside gardens are magnificent and the food and service cannot be beat! Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The Geloso family treated us like we were members of their family. Joey Geloso, one of the owners, met with us a few times prior to the affair and was so helpful and accommodating. He helped us select the menu and worked with us to make it as affordable as possible. On the day of the wedding, the Aria staff worked tirelessly to make sure all of our guests had all of their needs met. The cocktail hour stations were exceptional, the main course meals were served promptly and were delicious and the Venetian Hour was absolutely amazing, From the prosciutto station to the fried dough station to the crepe station to the gelato station I don't think anyone could have left this wedding hungry! There just aren't enough good things I could say about this venue! I highly recommend it to everyone and I hope to be a repeat customer in the future! Beyond perfect
As mother of the bride I wanted my daughter’s wedding to be nothing less than perfect! Our oldest daughter got married 11 years ago so I started all over looking at venues. My husband and I made an appointment at Aria...what a venue. We sat down with Lina Mosca who went over the brochure, pricing and everything in between. Now my daughter was pretty sure she wanted the wedding in the Queens New York area as that is where she and her now husband resides. I was fair, we viewed venues in New York and she in turn came to a few in CT. When they walked in to Aria we again met with Lina. Needless to say after them discussing it..they decided it was where they wanted to celebrate their new chapter! We started with a Sunday date but had to change to Saturday. Lina was beyond wonderful. Fast forward to May 25, 2019...cocktail hour was a feast in itself...dinner was perfect. Aria was beyond perfect. My only complaint is that it’s over...this was wedding was perfect💜Aria Wedding and Banquet Facility's reply:

Best day ever!
Words cannot express how amazing the Aria made our wedding day. They did everything from setting up to making sure we knew what was happening and how the day would play out. This venue is truly a fairy tail and turned my dream wedding into reality. We dealt with Lori who was very responsive and ensured us everything would be great, and it was. If you are looking for a fairy-tale kind of wedding and a one stop shop, Aria is ABSOLUTELY your place! My husband and I had our reception here and let me tell you, you get the royal treatment! We live in California, but had the wedding in CT and Aria was so accommodating. Every time we were visiting CT they would fit us in for appointments no problem. Professionalism from start to finish! They truly made our day one we will never ever forget! Book early because they book up FAST! The food and venue are to die for! Breath taking grounds and banquet halls! Each and every guest was literally blown away - from cocktail hour to the reception, everything was flawless. Be sure to ask for Besa to assist with your wedding because she is just the best! Lina and the Geloso men make a dynamite team! Thank you for making our dream of a wedding come to life! Thanks to all the staff at Aria I had the wedding of dreams.. The food was good. The drinks where amazing no long lines at the bar. My bridal attendant Demturius was amazing.. I love him so much. He made day so special.. While planning the wedding the Aria staff was amazing to me Lina and Kelly went above and beyond to help me.. My only complaint was the room attendant Siergo he was not friendly at all. He was actually mean to my bridal party!! He made it seem like we where a bother and he just didn’t wanna be their!! We recently had our November wedding at the Aria, and it was nothing short of perfection. Leading up to the wedding, Lina was SO helpful, responsive, and supportive through the entire process. The day of the wedding everything ran so smooth and efficiently. Our bridal attendant was phenomenal and so helpful, the food was AMAZING (we received SO many compliments from lots of happy guests) the whole ballroom was set up perfectly, and the Aria is just stunning and picture perfect. The food was outstanding even my guests were very happy with the amount of food there was and how good it was. It was just the perfect night I expected it to be thanks to aria and there team.

Alysha Sent on 07/09/2018Words can’t describe how happy we are with our choice to have our ceremony and reception at the Aria. Everything was perfect from the service, to the food and the organization. The venue gorgeous and also a perfect location for our first look photo shoot. We had about 190 people in the smller ballroom and it holds 200 but was a perfect fit. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service you get. If they do not have what you want, they will try to accommodate any requests. I woul absolutely recommend the Aria for any upcoming event. Our families have not stopped talking about how perfect the day was !!

Our bridal attendant was outstanding and was there for our every want and need the entire night. Multiple guests commented on the wait staff and how incredible they were. There was not one detail that was not perfectly planned and executed. Aria completely exceeded our expectations in every way!!!!

Antoinette Sent on 04/03/2018Our wedding on March 31, 2018 was truly one of the best days of my life. Aria is a beautiful venue, the food was amazing and the service outstanding! So many guests commented how good all the food was (awesome cocktail hour!) and how attentive and professional all the wait staff was. To top it off our bridal attendant was the sweetest woman. I couldn't have been happier the way everything turned out. I highly recommend Aria: the ballrooms are beautiful and the outdoors/ view made for some really beautiful photos. Plus the up lighting really turned it into party mode and they allow the sparkler exit there which was so much fun!

Jolene Sent on 01/10/2018I can not thank the whole crew at Aria enough for making our wedding day so absolutely perfect! As an Interior designer I had very specific visions and instructions to which were all matched 100%. Not only did they accomplish everything I had asked for as far as décor and design but the food and service was AMAZING! We were given a personal assistant from the moment we entered Aria which made our day easy to enjoy. She brought us food during cocktail hour, reminded us when our hot meals were served, filled our drinks as soon as we finished them and even bustled my huge dress perfectly. Everyone at Aria certainly knows how to run a wedding beyond expectation. I would absolutely recommend any couple to use Aria as their wedding venue. They will not be disappointed and your day will be more perfect than imagined.

Lindsey Sent on 01/02/2018We were thrilled to have had our reception at Aria! Everything from the service, to the food, to the atmosphere was outstanding! We had so many compliments from guests on how fantastic the food was and how much they ate! That was very important to us. We both had been to so many weddings in the past, and there is nothing more disappointing than low quality food... that isn't a concern here at all! We loved it so much, we decided to have them cater our Christmas dinner! I had a waitress assigned to me, and there was a waiter assigned to my husband the entire night. Anytime I turned around, she was there to help me with anything I needed! She even helped me take my heels off and put my comfortable shoes on! She was amazing! We had a huge bridal party - 9 guys, 11 girls, and 4 kids, and we all fit in the bridal suite perfectly with room to spare. They brought all of the cocktail hour food upstairs for us which was so convenient. I can't say enough about Aria. As soon as we pulled up to the property, I knew this was the place we needed to get married at! We met with Lina and she was very helpful. Everybody was...Kelly, Donna, our maitre d, & our bridal assistant. I went to every bridal showcase and their monthly Monday night dinners to try the food, which was UNBELIEVABLE! The whole process of choosing our menu, linens, even bringing our decorations/favors was a pleasurable experience. The ambience of ballroom A was magical. The grounds & views are spectacular. Let's not forget the Bridal suite....just fabulous. Every room was spacious & oversized...plenty of room for everyone. Every inch of that venue reeks of glamour & elegance. And what a treat to walk down the dual staircase. Every time I went there, I just felt so special! I can't thank Aria enough for an unforgettable evening. I can't wait to come back for another dinner or to host another event!

The venue was nicer than any of the other venues i visited abd the price was unbeatable.
