We had a wonderful experience with Archeo as our wedding venue. Responses were prompt in the planning stage, and the staff during the event were friendly, professional, and appeared invested in making our day special. The food was excellent, and the venue was beautiful with minimal decorations. The forecast called for rain on our wedding day, so up to the last minute we were unsure whether we'd have the ceremony outside or inside, and the staff were very flexible and accommodated our desire to see if the rain would hold off (and it did!). We received lots of positive feedback from our guests regarding the food, staff, and event overall. We were very pleased!

I am absolutely thrilled with our wedding at Archeo. The staff went above and beyond my expectations for the day of. The staff were on point with meals, drinks, clean up, etc... The food was delicious and we still receive many compliments from friends and family saying that it was by far the best wedding food they ever had. They were very accomodating and helped when anything came up. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this venue to everyone!

The food was fabulous! Intimate atmosphere allows you to feel close to all of your guests.No need for a lot of decor, the space speaks for itself.

The Prefect size and atmosphere for our 75 guest wedding. Great value for food and bar, Patio and Restaurant were the perfect indoor/outdoor combination. Because it's a restaurant, rather than catering the food was summer fresh and delicious!

Archeo is a very beautiful wedding venue and it was the perfect size for our wedding of about 100 people. Service on the day of the wedding was excellent. We received many compliments from our guests on the choice of venue and service.

However, responsiveness of service leading up to the wedding was lacking. We often received inconsistent responses to our inquiries, which made planning difficult. It is a very busy venue so perhaps this is to be expected, but we were often frustrated in our dealings with them in the time leading up to the wedding.

Between the time we signed our contract and the wedding itself, they changed their menu structure and pricing scheme. Under the arrangement we had originally agreed upon, guests had a choice of appetizer. Under the new arrangement, instituted a few months prior to the wedding, providing this choice would incur an extra fee. The fact that our original arrangement was not honoured struck us as unprofessional.

We were served the wrong main course (very tough beef on the bone instead of the bourguignon we had ordered). We received several complaints from guests about the beef. Archeo acted professionally and ultimately refunded our money for that course.

Oddly, the bartenders refused to serve drinks to the DJ, even though we had paid for him as a guest as part of our bar package. It was somewhat embarrassing and we had to apologize to the DJ afterwards.

Overall, our wedding went beautifully despite these issues. However, we would be somewhat hesitant to recommend Archeo.
