  DJ Aaron is the BEST!!!

  Arbutus Entertainment is the real deal!!! Aaron added so much to our wedding! Not only is he a wonderful person, but he's also incredibly gifted at what he does!
  
  He made communication so easy, especially since my husband and I live in Kansas City. I never once worried about how the reception or music would turn out -- Aaron always had everything under control.
  
  He offered a Black Friday deal which allowed us to save some money and still get someone of his caliber. Not once was there an awkward moment or lull at our wedding -- Aaron handled emceeing and his DJ booth wonderfully. He even let us get behind and have some fun for a bit!

  Sean- Wedding Dj

  Sean was our DJ at our wedding in April & was absolutely the BEST! He made us feel so heard and truly made all of our ideas come to life! He had such a positive attitude throughout the whole process and was so intentional. 100% reccomended him and his company to anyone looking for a DJ for any event!!

  Best djs ever!

  I would give Aaron & Sean a million stars if I could! We worked with Aaron for booking & planning our wedding, and Sean was our DJ on the day! Aaron is very responsive, professional and beyond helpful every step of the way. Sean was an outstanding DJ, and kept the party going all night! We also used their photobooth, and they practically had to drag us away at the end of the night!! They provided so many fun props, and the best part was when Aaron sent us a link the next day to view ALL of the photos! We also had access to their online planning system and it made planning our wedding 10x easier! Highly recommend booking with Arbutus for any event!

  Hire Aaron!!

  Hire these folks. Seriously. Aaron made sure that our day was perfect, and it was. He is easy to talk to, very experienced, and made the planning and execution amazingly easy for us. On the day, he took care of everything to do with the music and entertainment, as well as getting the officiant mic'd up for us. He even let me (the groom) parade around with a wireless mic for a while during the reception. I can't overstate how amazing it was to work with Aaron, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

  Dj extraordinaire!

  Sean and Aaron worked together for our wedding and from day one of planning and communicating they were my favorite vendors of the whole event! Quick responses, exceptional value and supportive of my husbands’ active duty military status. They were such a blessing and so easy to trust after just our first conversation. I loved that everything they play is clean versions which ensures an always classy event and removes anxiety of any requests. They also let you list songs or artists you don’t want to hear so even if a guest requests it, you don’t have to hear a song you don’t like, which I appreciated.
  
  They also sent some photos to me after of the event which gave such a cool perspective! I think one of my favorite aspects of working with them was the planning tool which is worth the price of the service alone!

  Arbutus Entertainment did a phenomenal job with our wedding. My wife and I are a fairly young couple and had no idea what we were doing. Aaron and Shawn did an amazing job helping us through. Shawn was upbeat and did a great job looking out for our cues and keeping us on track throughout the day. They met with us over zoom before the wedding and we went over details ahead of time in a way that helped my wife and I feel much better about our upcoming wedding. Their website is very easy to use and has an intuitive method of adding music. It also has a message app on the homepage that gives you a list of everything they've sent you so far, which was super helpful because my email kept putting everything they sent it into the junk folder. Thanks to the design of their website, I was able to find things I'd missed. I don't plan on ever needing Arbutus Entertainment again for a wedding, but if I need a dj for anything else I will certainly give them a call.

  We are so thankful that we found Arbutus Entertainment for our wedding DJ services. Hunter was our DJ, and he was very kind and responsive through the entire process. The day of our wedding, I did not have to worry one time about how things would go. From the ceremony music, to helping the evening flow through events, to curating our perfect mix, it was a gift to be able to trust Hunter with just handing everything! He was very thoughtful with his choices and double checked everything with us multiple times before and during the event. Also, we talked and worked with Aaron who coordinated conversations between us and Hunter in the beginning. Aaron also double checked everything with us before our event. The communication was great through the whole process. The online portal was easy to use and helped us make a plan for the day. It honestly helped us think of some things that we had overlooked!   Wonderful experience!

  Hunter was our DJ for our wedding 3/11/23! He was flexible, kind, and listened to our every need! Aaron was also very helpful with coordinating the event with us! Great experience with this company! Our wedding was something we will never forget! Everyone said that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! Thank you Arbutus Entertainment!

  Aaron was fantastic from day one all the way to our wedding day. He made our planning experience and our day of experience super easy and fun. He was very personable and so sweet all around. We cannot recommend him enough. Thankyou Aarron!

  Aaron did an AWESOME job! 4 days later and I am still having my guests talk to me about how great he was. He was quick to responding back about any questions I had leading up to the wedding. Aaron was so on top of everything, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and overall AMAZING! He made sure the night was fun and kept everyone on the dance floor! He and the online planner made our wedding music such a stress free part of the process! I would not change a single thing about the day, especially not about the music and Aaron’s entertainment, his energy was sooo great!!! The ceremony was perfect. The reception was perfect. Everything was perfect!!!I am so beyond thankful for Aaron and all he did to make our wedding dreams a reality! 110/10 recommend!!!

  Highly recommend Arbutus Entertainment for your DJ and photobooth services. Aaron and Hunter were amazing to work with. Hunter was the DJ for our wedding day. We met with him a few times prior to the wedding and each time he made us feel assured that the day would go smoothly because we were both fairly clueless on order of events, etc. They provided mic services for the ceremony and music throughout the rest of the night. Hunter did amazing with our music preferences and was such a joy to work with. He brings good energy to anybody he is around and we would high recommend to others!

  Easy and breezy!

  We had Hunter DJ our wedding and it was wonderful! Everything was so easy and we didn’t have to worry about anything or any announcements the whole night. The dancing was so fun and he kept everyone excited and up beat all night. He was super nice and helpful before the wedding and listened to any requests we had!
