We could not have asked for a better DJ than Aaron! Everything was flawless at our wedding. Aaron knew exactly how to get the party started and keep every single guest engaged throughout.
The entire planning process was so easy as well! It’s no secret that wedding planning can be stressful at times, but Aaron made everything so smooth - his online platform is very organized and easy to navigate (this really is an awesome tool to have in the planning process), while every question you may have will be answered instantly. Can’t say enough good things. We highly recommend Aaron and his team for making your wedding day so memorable and exciting for yourselves and all of your guests! -

Asking Sean to DJ my wedding was not even a question for me. After all, I’m his DJ boss! But I absolutely know what it takes to keep a wedding flowing seamlessly and full of energy — and Sean absolutely nailed it! As a groom that was definitely all over the place, he made sure all of our important moments happened just as we imagined, keeping everything on track while creating the best atmosphere. The dance floor was packed, the transitions were smooth, and it was an absolute blast having him bring the party! -

I am so happy we hired Arbutus Entertainment and DJ Aaron for our wedding! DJ Aaron absolutely killed it on the dance floor and also did an amazing job keeping our wedding flowing smoothly — from speeches and toasts to dances. Many of our guests commented on how seamless the day felt, so thank you, DJ Aaron, for helping with the flow!
He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything catered to what we wanted on our wedding day. He brought incredible energy, and we had a packed dance floor all night! The foam sticks were also such a fun addition to the dance floor.
I also have amazing things to say about the photobooth and guest book addition. Our guests absolutely loved it — both the dance floor and the photobooth were packed all night, and the props were so much fun! Looking back at the photos in our guest book has been such a special memory. -

The Arbutus Entertainment team is amazing! Sean was our DJ for our wedding and he kept the party going! He made sure to play the songs we wanted, but he also kept people on the dance floor all night! He was super fun to work with and made it stress free. We also added the Photo Booth option. Daisy was so sweet and executed our vision perfectly. Highly recommend this team if you want your event to be talked about for a lifetime! -

DJ Sean with Arbutus Entertainment absolutely crushed it! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. From the first time we met him to the last song of the night, he was nothing but amazing. Sean was incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive - he went above and beyond to meet with us before the wedding, help us organize our songs, and made sure the music and flow of the evening matched our vision perfectly. He did such a great job reading the room on the night of our wedding as well! The dance floor was never empty. His energy, optimism, kindness, and fun personality really made the night! On top of that, the photo booth was such a huge hit! It was set up beautifully, super easy to use, and gave our guests something fun to do in between dancing and dinner. They also put together a super fun book with our guests pictures and notes inside!! Arbutus is not just good at what they do - they are great! DJ Sean is great with people, totally in tune with the vibe of the room, and genuinely invested in making the night amazing. Sean far exceeded every single one of our expectations and helped make our night absolutely unforgettable. If you’re thinking of booking him, do it now!!! -

Sean Made the Stephens Wedding a Party!
We were recommended Arbutus entertainment from my mother in law as they are family friends and knew it would be good based on the positive reviews online. Let me tell you, Sean EXCEEDED our expectations!!!! Throughout the whole process he was extremely supportive, positive, encouraging, celebratory of our marriage, and quick to respond to any questions via email or text. The online planning service is easy to navigate and he happily accepted a Spotify playlist for certain songs that were not in their database. The online questionnaire was exactly what we needed for him to understand what we wanted from our ceremony and reception, and it was followed by an encouraging and detailed FaceTime to solidify details and any questions we had. The ceremony was perfectly timed with the music, all pre-ceremony and cocktail hour music was exactly what we wanted, and the reception was a PARTY!! He knew exactly how to work the crowd and make sure everyone was having a good time. Such amazing quality for a reasonable price. I would recommend Sean and Arbutus entertainment for any wedding or event if you want to trust that everything will go smoothly, you will be the most important people in the room, and that everyone will have a great time. 100000/10 -

We love DJ Sean!! We had the best experience using Arbutus entertainment. They are so detail oriented and took care of all of the little things that you wouldn't even think of to help the day run smoothly. Sean was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and was always checking in throughout the day to help adjust the schedule and needed and to provide guidance. He worked seamlessly with the other vendors and the whole day ran smoothly. We had Sean MC and run the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The energy, the music, the vibes - all amazing! He is an incredibly kind person who loves the opportunity to help couples on their special day! We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to make their day even more fun!! -

ARBUTUS ENTERTAINMENT IS THE BEST!!! I would give a million stars if I could! Aaron knows how to throw a party, y’all! Seven years ago Aaron was the DJ when my sister got married. I remembered how awesome he was and how much fun everyone had so when I got engaged, I knew exactly who I wanted. Aaron knows how to keep the dance floor alive and the party continuing!! After our wedding, I received so many compliments on how fun the dance floor was and how AMAZING Aaron is! Everyone was raving about how awesome Aaron was! My guests also really enjoyed the photobooth, which was also provided by Arbutus Entertainment, and it was used all the way til the last second! Aaron is welcoming and adaptable and an all around great guy! 110% recommend Arbutus Entertainment!!!! -

Arbutus Entertainment is the real deal!!! Aaron added so much to our wedding! Not only is he a wonderful person, but he's also incredibly gifted at what he does!
He made communication so easy, especially since my husband and I live in Kansas City. I never once worried about how the reception or music would turn out -- Aaron always had everything under control.
He offered a Black Friday deal which allowed us to save some money and still get someone of his caliber. Not once was there an awkward moment or lull at our wedding -- Aaron handled emceeing and his DJ booth wonderfully. He even let us get behind and have some fun for a bit!

I would give Aaron & Sean a million stars if I could! We worked with Aaron for booking & planning our wedding, and Sean was our DJ on the day! Aaron is very responsive, professional and beyond helpful every step of the way. Sean was an outstanding DJ, and kept the party going all night! We also used their photobooth, and they practically had to drag us away at the end of the night!! They provided so many fun props, and the best part was when Aaron sent us a link the next day to view ALL of the photos! We also had access to their online planning system and it made planning our wedding 10x easier! Highly recommend booking with Arbutus for any event! -

He played a great mix of old and new songs that had everyone, young and old, dancing the night away. His energy was infectious and he had a great sense of how to keep the party going.
Not only was Sean a great DJ, but he also provided top-notch customer service. He was easy to work with, responsive to requests, and made sure that everything was set up and ready to go on time. He even went above and beyond to accommodate some last-minute changes to the wedding schedule.

Hire these folks. Seriously. Aaron made sure that our day was perfect, and it was. He is easy to talk to, very experienced, and made the planning and execution amazingly easy for us. On the day, he took care of everything to do with the music and entertainment, as well as getting the officiant mic'd up for us. He even let me (the groom) parade around with a wireless mic for a while during the reception. I can't overstate how amazing it was to work with Aaron, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. -

Great service
Arbutus Entertainment did a phenomenal job with our wedding. My wife and I are a fairly young couple and had no idea what we were doing. Aaron and Shawn did an amazing job helping us through. Shawn was upbeat and did a great job looking out for our cues and keeping us on track throughout the day. They met with us over zoom before the wedding and we went over details ahead of time in a way that helped my wife and I feel much better about our upcoming wedding. Their website is very easy to use and has an intuitive method of adding music. It also has a message app on the homepage that gives you a list of everything they've sent you so far, which was super helpful because my email kept putting everything they sent it into the junk folder. Thanks to the design of their website, I was able to find things I'd missed. I don't plan on ever needing Arbutus Entertainment again for a wedding, but if I need a dj for anything else I will certainly give them a call. -

Arron walked us through booking, quotes, planning, and much more- communication was always amazing! He has a great personality which makes for such a fun night, the music was always flowing and people were dancing all night long! We also had the Social Booth at our wedding & again 10000% recommend!! Our guests loved having this there to make even more fun memories. Aaron also provides a personalized photo book with the Social Booth which our guests were able to sign & place there pictures! This is something we will cherish forever! Arbutus Entertainment exceeded our expectations! Aaron went above and beyond from booking and planning, all the way to our big day! Highly recommend Arbutus Entertainment for your DJ and photobooth services. Aaron and Hunter were amazing to work with. Hunter was the DJ for our wedding day. We met with him a few times prior to the wedding and each time he made us feel assured that the day would go smoothly because we were both fairly clueless on order of events, etc. They provided mic services for the ceremony and music throughout the rest of the night. Hunter did amazing with our music preferences and was such a joy to work with. He brings good energy to anybody he is around and we would high recommend to others! -

Hunter was the DJ at our wedding in July and he did a fantastic job! I requested a quick phone call to chat through our requests and ask a few questions and Hunter eagerly obliged. Music is a big part of any wedding, and Hunter didn't take his job lightly. He helped give guests instructions, followed the energy of the crowd when selecting songs, and made sure guests' requests were heard. The platform they use to curate your wedding day songs is super user-friendly, which I appreciated. Hunter even went as far as videoing a few songs that guests really got down to and sent the videos to me - such a thoughtful "gift" that I enjoyed watching back the next day. I highly recommend Hunter/Arbutus Entertainment to anyone searching for a DJ that is professional, and polished, but brings the energy! -

We had Aaron as our DJ at our wedding back in April and we wouldn’t have changed a thing! When we met for the first time we immediately clicked and knew he was gonna be our DJ. The best, most fun & personable dj!
Our family friends actually had Aaron at their wedding back in 2016 and from that night, I literally said "I want him at my wedding when that time comes." Fast forward to 2022 and Aaron was the DJ at our wedding. Crazy!
From the very start of planning all the details with us to the actual wedding, Aaron was amazing! Any little question I had before the day, he was so quick to respond. His personality is what truly made it- so friendly and personable, yet also loves to have some fun! So many of our guests truly said this was the most fun wedding they had been to in quite some time- all thanks to Aaron! I would recommend him to anyone! -

Best DJ ever!!!
Aaron was amazing through the whole process! We were both feeling anxious and overwhelmed and Aaron reached out to schedule a meeting to go over everything and any questions we had. After that Zoom, we both felt SO relieved. He helped us figure out the flow of our wedding and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. He literally walked through every step of the online forms with us, which is exactly what I needed! He made our day perfect! He went with the flow and he was very flexible when things didn't go exactly according to plan. He was down to party with us and made everything so much fun! He also took care of the setup and breakdown of his equipment. Aaron is organized, down to earth, funny, punctual, energetic, and makes people feel comfortable when talking with him. He's got a great vibe! It is apparent that he loves what he does. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to have him at our wedding! Random, but this made us so happy- I LOVE cows and two cows made an appearance during our ceremony. Our photographer captured the moment when Aaron was taking a picture with the cow and I can't explain the joy that picture brings me, so good! He just loves his work and has fun. He will also be my brother's DJ at his wedding this September! He is now our family DJ 😁 -

Aaron was our DJ for our wedding and he couldn’t have made it more perfect! He is amazing at was he does, as well as the rest of his team!
Aaron is professional, friendly, funny, caring, and passionate! He was on time, not only to our wedding, but each meeting we planned. His energy and vibes are radiant and it makes a difference! He met with us often, checked in on us, answered ALL of my questions, and had or found all of our special song requests (which wasn’t too many since we trusted him to create our playlist). When I say I’m a planner and perfectionist, it’s an understatement. We rightfully trusted him to pick most of our music. He’s that good! Not to mention, that was one less thing to worry about with wedding planning! Of course, you have the choice to pick the songs you like!
All of our guests ranted and raved about him! There were people constantly on the dance floor. It was an honor to have him even be there as our DJ, let alone do our entrance announcements. He made us feel so loved and special! He surprised us by picking our special dance song at the end because we wanted it to be a surprise. It was a one of a kind song. A song that has been missing from our lives. The meaning behind the song, and who created it, and sang it made it that much more special y’all! He knows his music! He gets to know his clients to get a feel of what you like. He was spot on with us and our guests. He can read a room.
I can’t stress enough how amazing him and his team are! Stop your DJ search because you’ve found him! -

THE BEST DJ OUT THERE!!! Finding a DJ can be hard that hits all the check marks with capabilities, Aaron hits them all! We used him as a DJ and his photo booth package & it was amazing!!! He provided a book for our guest to tape their photos into with a note & it is one of our favorite wedding keepsakes ❤️❤️ Aaron is such a crowd pleaser, knows how to feel a room for song choice, and is awesome talking on the microphone to your guests! We are so thankful he was apart of our magical day, wouldn’t of gone with anyone else! -

Aaron was the best DJ EVER for our wedding!!! He has a very easy to use and convenient portal to choose songs and put them in order of ceremony through reception. He had a video call with us before the wedding and would answer questions via email and text before and after the wedding. Aaron provided all kinds of advice and played some of our quirky requests. He had the best attitude and pumped up our wedding guests and was full of energy the whole night. We got so many compliments from our guests on how great he was. You are the best and we are so glad we found you!

Best DJ ever!!!
Aaron was the best DJ I could ask for! He was so communicative leading up to the day and really tried to get to know my husband and I so he could make our wedding music perfect to fit us. He is super nice, funny, and personable! I heard nothing but rave reviews from people who had used him or attended a wedding where he DJed. I feel like he really set a great atmosphere the entire night, even when we had lulls in getting our crowd to dance. I had the absolute best night and I wouldn’t change a thing about our day! I knew I made the right choice when 2 weeks before my wedding, my cousin attended a wedding where Aaron was the DJ and texted me right after saying “Oh my gosh your DJ is awesome, you’re going to love him!!!” I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to make their day perfect! We also got the social booth as part of our package and I think it’s a must for your wedding day! Our guests all thought it was so cool! -

Aaron was amazing! He truly went above and beyond and was so easy to work with. He was always just a text away, and always was so patient and kind with my 50,000 questions. He basically took care of my timeline for me which was amazing! He is great at getting guests on the dance floor and keeping people entertained. The social booth was such a big hit with our guests and we are so glad we opted to have it! By some wild coincidence, I attended 2 weddings that he was the DJ at after I had hired him and I just knew I had made the best decision! You will not regret booking him for your big day! 🤍 -

Hunter was so much fun!!! We really didn’t give him much guidance on music for the reception, our only request was to keep people on the dance floor and he did not disappoint! Working with Aaron and Hunter leading up to the wedding was great, they made the process so easy! They have a great portal that makes selecting the songs for the ceremony so easy. Having a DJ that keeps the wedding flowing is so important and Hunter did an incredible job! We also used the Social Booth and it was a huge hit with our guests. Phenomenal!
Aaron exceeded every single expectation I could have possibly had! We used Aaron for his DJ services for the ceremony and reception as well as uplighting at the reception and let me tell you, both were TOP NOTCH. Aaron was there early to make sure his equipment was set up and I never had to worry about the quality of service he was going to provide because I knew it was going to be amazing and it absolutely was. The uplighting provided such a beautiful ambiance to our reception and music was perfect to match the vibe of not only what we wanted but he kept it appropriate but still fun for the kids and guests attending. He was by far the easiest part of my wedding planning! Aaron was always quick to respond, extremely flexible with timeline changes, and made our wedding day perfect! I had previously attended a friends wedding that Aaron was the DJ at, I had such a great time at that wedding I knew when the time came to book a DJ he was the only option I was willing to choose. His online planning tool was very user friendly. I even told Aaron at one of our meetings, his portion was an absolute blast and the best part of planning our wedding! We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the wedding to finalize the details and we could’ve talked to Aaron for hours, he was such a pleasure to work with! I had multiple people tell me after the wedding how awesome the music was, and how great the DJ was. He kept everyone on the dance floor & even slowed it down so my father and law and I could have a special dance together which didn’t leave a dry eye in the entire room. If there was anything I needed from him, he made sure it was done. Our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without Aaron as our DJ. Beyond amazing!
We had a meeting with Aaron about a week before our wedding and we left that meeting with nothing but excitement for Aaron to DJ & MC our wedding! All over a great guy with great communication through our engagement and the days leading up. He listened to every detail but we felt confident enough as well to let him do whatever he thought was best. He did a fantastic job of reading the room of what music to play when and everyone was on the dance floor ALL night!! All our guest had nothing but great things to say also!
10/10 you need Aaron!!! -

HUNTER KILLED IT!!!!!
My husband and I LOVE to dance and his only request was “we need a GOOD DJ… not your typical wedding DJ.”
I am a major perfectionist and wanted every detail

& Hunter EXCEEDED our expectations and made our wedding night so great 😍
We had SO many guest compliment our music and had a full dance floor all night!!!!

Aaron at Arbutus Entertainment was AWESOME!!! He DJ’d our wedding and reception. He was easy to work with, professional, FUN, and great with all the guests.
We included the uplighting package and the photo booth package which was well worth the money. The uplighting really set the mood for the reception. The photo booth was hit! Everyone had so much fun taking pictures.

Wow! Where to begin with DJ Hunter. He was fantastic from day one! We met him at a bridal show hosted by our venue and was immediately drawn to his enthusiastic and outgoing personality. He met with my husband and I multiple times during the week (zoom calls) to help us plan our DJ list. He truly made me feel like we were his only clients (which we know he is a busy man)! He provided excellent DJ advice to some of the special songs we wanted to play and helped navigate us through building our list on their very friendly website. The entire process with Hunter was fun and stress-free! He also played every single song that we provided for our dance list. He was a huge part in make our special day so special! Everyone was out dancing...he knows how to work the crowd! I highly recommend Hunter and Arbutus Entertainment for your wedding or any event!

Aaron found all of the songs I wanted for our ceremony and reception even though some weren't listed on his site. Aaron was very informative via email before we were able to meet in person for everything we needed to do! When we met in person he helped explain everything in a little bit more detail and helped us come up with a more solid plan of how the night would go along with helping us make some song choices. His services are most definitely worth what you pay him. The night of our wedding everything went off without a hitch. We were supposed to end the night at 10, but decided to end the reception 20-30 minutes early and he went with the last minute changes perfectly. If I had the night to do all over again I would definitely hire him again! For anyone looking for a great DJ for a reasonable price this is a no brainer! Aaron is AMAZING! -
