  Amazing and talented photographer

  Rodrigo did an amazing job at not only taking our wedding photos but also helping direct the moments to capture. We also had a call before the big day to go over details on what to expect and gave amazing advice on how to organize all the guests for photos. So happy we were able to book him for our special day! Highly, highly recommend!

  Top Photographer, Top Experience!

  We don’t have enough words to describe how HAPPY we are that Rodrigo was our photographer on our wedding day! Rodrigo is clearly an incredibly experienced photographer. He took the time to explain his cues to each of us so that we would know what to do and also what NOT to do, he made us feel comfortable and not at all nervous or worried about how the pictures would come out… we knew they would come out fantastic. He made the process fun, he listened to us, he allowed us to pause when necessary, he helped make my dress look gorgeous for all the shots, and he was just really easy to work with! We’ll be having him do all of our future photoshoots, and we certainly recommend his services for whatever the occasion might be!

  Amazing from start to finish!

  Rodrigo is hands down, the best!! He was extremely professional but relatable. He takes charge and knows exactly what he’s doing. Thankfully, he has worked with my wedding venue for quite some time, which helped, but overall just an absolutely fantastic experience with a very knowledgeable photographer! 10/10 would recommend!!

  100 degree weather champion: Hire him!

  Rodrigo was AMAZING! He was a life saver in making sure we knew what to expect, recommendations on making things run smoothly, and handling family and friends through the process. His photos were amazing! we had a small venue that had to be hard to shoot, it was literally 95 degrees and it rained. I mean we threw all of it at him and he still pulled off beautiful shots without feeling stressed or forced! i HIGHLY recommend

  Amazing team of photographers!

  The Love Portfolio did amazing work for our wedding. We were blown away by the quality of the finished photo and videos. The team was professional, courteous, and supportive on our special day. They went out of their way to ensure that our family and the two of us had exactly what we needed. They also worked well with our wedding planner and the other vendors. Overall - amazing work!

  I cannot say enough to thank Rodrigo and his team at The Love Portfolio for singularly outstanding service. His decades of experience are evident from the first five minutes you speak to him. My timeline had to change throughout the day and TLP just easily changed gears and rocked it for us!

  Simply Stunning

  I am OBSESSED with our photos (both wedding & portrait shoot). I found The Love Portfolio online through another couple that had been married at our venue (The Vinoy). I loved the editorial and romantic style. I was a little hesitant because I love a good first-hand recommendation but couldn’t compare his photos to any other wedding photographer. During our initial conversation it was easy and flowed super well. He knew our venue (which could have tricky lighting) and got our vision. During our engagement shoot he was able to get to know my husband and I and we were able to get to know him. He made us both super comfortable in front of the camera.   We had the pleasure of having Rodrigo capture our engagement, rehearsal dinner and wedding (both photography and videography). Not only did the pictures turn out stunning, but having him there just felt like an old friend just hanging out - fit right into our group seamlessly! All of our guests just loved having him there. The Love Portfolio's approach is to allow everyone to be natural and candid, and WOW did it pay off in the pictures. I have never seen amazing photos capture someone's laugh before. Looking through the pictures, I can just hear all my family and friends having the best time. Thank you, Rodrigo! You will absolutely NOT regret booking The Love Portfolio for your special event.

  Rodrigo is an amazing photographer; full stop.

  I imagine that when most folks are selecting their wedding vendors, they start with maybe the venue, then get into catering, etc. Finding a photographer is perhaps finding someone who fits in with everyone else's schedule. For us, it was the opposite. We found Rodrigo and his work and made everything work with his timeline. He was the one collaborator we felt we couldn't do without, and he did not disappoint.
  
  If you are thinking of hiring Rodrigo and the team at TLP you should know he has a no BS attitude. Rodrigo was there to make things awesome and was incredibly direct on what needed to happen for that to work - his decades of experience sets him apart from others. For us, this was a perfect match, making all of our work together more enjoyable and lower stress. That is not to say Rodrigo was no fun. Quite the opposite! We laughed through every touchpoint with with his team and had a fantastic time.
  
  None of that has yet spoken to the actual photography. Suffice it to say, Rodrigo simply did awesome work.   Amazing personality! Superb to work with!

  Rodrigo was absolutely amazing to work with. We are from NY and had small intimate ceremony and reception. He captured everything from that day. The weather in the afternoon wasn't great at all and we took some really amazing photos inside at the resort. He is truly passionate about his work. We were able to joke around and talk like old friends. It was so amazing!

  We couldn't possibly recommend Rodrigo enough. The level of professionalism and skill Rodrigo has provided us is truly spectacular. Not only are the photos beautiful, Rodrigo accomplished that while making us happy and comfortable. Rodrigo immediately understood our vision and then captured it and made it better. Rodrigo did all of that while managing our family and friends (i.e. he did that while managing difficult personalities swimmingly).

  This vendor is by far the best to work with. We’ve used him for our engagement photos, maternity shoot and our wedding photos. He’s very professional and also super down to earth/funny. He’s willing to travel to you which is a plus for a lot of people.

  I have been meaning to write this review for awhile. I got married in September 2021 and from the very first contact with Rodrigo I was impressed. Everyone at TLP is extremely professional, responsive and are amazing to work with. We received our wedding photographs and were blown away with the quality. Many people hate their wedding photos and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. It is actually extremely hard to chose photos for an album. Everyone we have showed our photos to is impressed and have commented that these are some of the best wedding photos they have seen. Then they proceed to tell me of their horror stories. Our photographers were easy to work with, adaptable, had great vision and style and were on time and very professional. Thank you Rodrigo and The Love Portfolio for capturing our wedding so amazingly! we look forward to enjoying our pictures for many years to come!

  Rodrigo! This man was ON IT! We got all the pictures we wanted and more. We love how organized he was and kept everyone on track and focused for the amount of people we had (156 lol). Our pictures came out AMAZING!

  Rodrigo was absolutely AMAZING!!!! His passion and talent for photography is incredible!!! His photos came out GORGEOUS!!! We couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos and my bridal photos with my bridesmaids in our robes!! Rodrigo created masterpiece of photos with elegant touch and romance! He really captured our love in every single angle of every photo!! ❤️ In every moment he gave us exact guidance and tips on how to pose so that we would have amazing photos!!! :) He was very precise and detailed!! Rodrigo captured every little moment even when I didn’t think anyone was going to capture it from silly faces during our ceremony to laughs in our reception!!! Rodrigo was so fun to work with and made us feel super comfortable and enjoyable!! I recommend Rodrigo to any future bride and groom looking for an awesome photographer!!! 🥰🤩👌🏼👰🏻🤵🏻‍♂️💐

  Loved working with TLP!

  Rodrigo and his team are just amazing. They took charge when I needed them most and also managed to remain unseen while all the action unfolded. I was amazed at how they blended in and became as much a part of my wedding as my family and friends. Thank you!

  The real deal! Amazing!

  We hired Rodrigo to photograph our special day on 10/24/20. He went above and BEYOND what we could have expected. He is professional, personable and just so knowledgeable! We paid our venue extra just to not use their standard photographer, but to contract Rodrigo and the awesome team at TLP. He knew all the spots around the property and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole day and night. We both are not that great with getting our photo taken, but Rodrigo walked us through everything and always with a sincere smile and a laugh. He is ridiculously funny! We also asked Rodrigo to photograph our reception. When our coordinator left and we didn't know what to do- Rodrigo immediately stepped in and took charge of the schedule, working with the DJ, the banquet staff- while still taking breathtaking photos!!!! We are forever grateful that we hired Rodrigo and highly recommend you contact him for your wedding!! Honestly- he is the REAL DEAL! AMAZING!!

  Amazing Experience Amazing Photos!

  Rodrigo made our wedding experience so easy and so fun! He was so great around all of the wedding guests and made everyone feel at ease. Everyone felt like they could just be themselves and Rodrigo was able to capture so many beautiful photos and amazing candid photos as well. From booking - to video chats in the planning phase - Rodrigo was so easy to communicate with and he really listened to what kind of vibe we wanted. He also made inputs about what he thought would be a great photo opportunity and I'm so glad we listened because they turned out to be some of our favorite photos! We can't thank Rodrigo enough for capturing our memories!
