Beautiful work and stationary!

I absolutely loved working with April! Our stationary for our formal wedding invitations came our SO beautiful! The value is amazing!
She was able to really understand my theme and vision and added so many details that I wanted like a wax seal, and gold etching of Cairnwood Estate on the reception card which turned out so beautiful! We did a pocket design and loved the concept. She even made us a design for our initials. I highly recommend April for your wedding stationary! She is sooo good at understanding what you like and aiding in designing the stationary of your dreams!

April is absolutely such a sweetheart and so easy to work with. She was so easy to schedule an appointment with, she gave us a timeline of when everything needs to get done by to have the invitations in hand by when we wanted them. She helped us create stunning wedding invitations, every penny was money well spent! Someone I know once said, the invitation sets the tone for your wedding. She was very helpful in finding and designing the right look for our wedding needs. We initially weren’t sure what look we wanted. Beautiful Invitations!

I found April online and fell absolutely in love with her work! Her style is so classic and chic and through working with her we were able to design an invitation suite that fit perfectly with the classic/elegant theme of our downtown Philadelphia wedding. Our guests LOVED our invitations! April created a custom monogram for us, which we used on our invitations and throughout our wedding. We also worked with April to design our menus, signature drink and hashtag signs. April is so professional and knowledgeable and she made the process of designing of invitations and other stationary so much fun! A Fairytale Invite

If you’re looking to blow away your guests before they even open the envelope, April is who you have to go to! My guests all said how breathtaking our invitations were - they even saved it when most people trash it. So with that being said, April’s work is worth every penny! She’s extremely easy to work with, super patient, and one of a kind in the creativity department. She will work with your budget and give you endless options - this was tough for me as every option was GORGEOUS! She even designed and printed my day-of stationary to match my theme and invite. I couldn’t be happier with everything as it truly captured the elegant and romantic vibe that I was going for. Again, I got endless compliments on our invites and as many said “it felt like I was being invited to a fairy tale wedding!” Wow your guests and have April make your vision come true!

Absolute Perfection

April was an absolute pleasure to work with and her designs are gorgeous (follow her on Instagram and you’ll immediately fall in love). She has designs to fit every taste and she was able to produce an invitation suite that perfectly fit our wedding. Though we never met in person (she’s in PA and I’m in NY), she was able to perform a full consultation, provide proofs and deliver a final product all via phone/email. Not only does April design and produce your items, but she also guides you through the wording and layout associated with them (who should be named, what should be included, how things should be formatted, etc.). This Type-A bride appreciates her attention to detail and I hope to work with her again on future projects! Thank you, April!

You deserve the best for your big day!

I found April on Instagram and immediately fell in love with a specific invitation she had created. I shopped around to many other designers and even considered purchasing more cost effective templated designs online with companies like minted.com etc. In the end, we knew that we wanted a more personal experience where we could create something we love with someone who loved what she did - and she made our vision come to life and we LOVED our invitations! She really does care about everything she works on and creates beautiful pieces. She makes the entire process very easy! In addition to invitations, we ended up having her create our escort cards, wedding programs, and various signage for our event - and loved everything she did! April is your girl!

Don't even think about going anywhere else. April is thee best to work with! Her little studio is so warm and inviting (pun intended) and for as many pieces of cardstock this girl has- it's organized like you wouldn't believe! She spent so much time with my mom and I the first visit (who knew there were so many font options for a singular letter?!) and was always quick to respond via email. I'm so happy we went with her; I knew just from her Instagram that she was our girl. I love this girl and she IS worth every penny. My cousin made me a beautiful shadow box of my invitation along with flowers from my centerpieces that were beautifully preserved so I can enjoy April's work for the rest of my life.

Do NOT go anywhere else!!! April is seriously the best you will find for all of your design and printing needs. She took a look at my Pinterest board and created a monogram and wedding invitations that fit our style and vision beyond what I possibly could have imagined. She was SO patient and easy to work with. Working with April made the invitation design my absolute favorite part of wedding planning. We are obsessed with our invitations and we got so many compliments - many of our guests even told us they were the most beautiful invitations they've ever seen. You can tell April just loves what she does and it shows in her knowledge and recommendations. She can make any vision you have come to life. Everything she creates is customized and she will work with you until it's perfect. I wish I had another event to plan just so I could work with her again. The quality of her work is second to none and the materials she uses are top notch. I met with several other designers and they didn't even come close to what April can offer. I promise you will not be let down - don't even bother looking anywhere else.

From the first consultation to the delivery of my final (stuffed, sealed, and ready to go) invitations, April was a dream to work with. She made everything so easy, understandable, and stress-free. I was very overwhelmed before coming to her, but that went away immediately upon walking into her studio. Her work is gorgeous and flawless. When I needed to add on last-minute signage, it was not a problem at all for her. She has such a calming personality and she was a joy to work with. I wish I had more stars to give April! I got married in May 2017 in Philadelphia (Old St. Joseph's Church and Ballroom at the Ben) and used April Lynn Designs for my save the dates, invitations, placecards, and ceremony programs. I cannot say enough how amazing April was. Our first appointment was a consultation (I'm a planner and met with her in April 2016 for my May 2017 wedding) where we discussed budget, what I liked, as well as I got to see all of the examples that April has in her office. We made a tentative plan, and after I got engagement pictures we were back in June to finalize our save the dates and again in the fall to finalize our invitations! April remembered everything that I said I loved at our initial meeting and was able to make some suggestions based on what she knew I liked. She worked within our budget and made the process not only stress free, but SUPER enjoyable! We looked forward to going to our meetings with April :) Thank you again!

I highly recommend April Lynn Designs. Honestly, I love April. It’s not only because of her creativity, but her super sweet personality. Working with her was like working with a friend. We used her services for our invitations and mirrored seating chart decal. The invitations were so elegant and really helped to set a lovely tone for our wedding. I did a lot of searching for the perfect wedding invitation suite! I kept looking at page after page on the standard invitation websites, and nothing was meeting the vision I had in my mind. I decided I needed to find a stationer that would help capture my vision. I did some research and came across April! She is so friendly, professional, and is extremely organized! She was able to design exactly what I had envisioned and also added her creative touch. The finished product of my invitation suite was absolutely beautiful! I got so many calls, texts and Facebook messages from our guests saying that they were the prettiest invitations they had ever received! Some even said they did not want to send back the RSVP because the invitation suite was just so beautiful, they didn’t want to ruin it. :) April was also able to carry the same theme out from our invitations to our day of stationary. She made our programs, welcome bag inserts, escort cards, and menu cards. Throughout the reception, I continued to get compliments about how beautiful our wedding stationary was! April was awesome about working within my budget and her process from start to finish was so efficient. She is also very responsive to emails! AMAZING WORK! I was given a list of 3 stationary artists from my wedding planner and as soon as I hit April's front page, I knew she was the designer for me! I was a bride that loved Glitz & Gam and glitter/sparkles. April was SO accommodating to me not only with time constraints but also with helping me add sparkle wherever I could. She hand painted sparkles on my seating chart which really made it pop! I came to her 5 months before my wedding (As a bride, give yourself more time that way you can really let yourself and April have a creative mind). Even with time not on our side, I have to say my stationary was just BEAUTIFUL! Words cannot describe how pleased and overjoyed I was with the work that April did (I know critic every invitation I receive and I have to say, ours is still the best :) ). She was a pleasure to work with and always answered any questions or fixed edits in a timely manner! I would not suggest anyone else! One last thing, which was HUGE, she offers a package service where she ASSEMBLES ALL OF THE INVITATIONS! I heard from many other brides, that a service like that is worth the money and I can honestly say, it truly was!

I can't say enough good things about April from April Lynn Designs! We searched high and low to find the perfect stationery that was both elegant and affordable and we are so grateful that we found April! I was so nervous that we wouldn't be able to find exactly what we wanted within our price range without sacrificing quality, and April put my mind at ease the very first time we met her! She as able to give us EXACTLY what we wanted within our budget. Our invitations were perfect and everyone raved about them! LOL I was referred to April through a friend and I now refer EVERYONE to her! She is absolutely amazing and will help you with your budget! She has LOTS of samples for you to browse through to get an idea of what certain colors, card stocks, foils, etc. will look/feel like! I absolutely loved my invitations! I wanted an acrylic invitation and I was not able to find someone who could bring my vision to life. I luckily found April in my searches and we were able to make it a reality. She was very easy to work with and would always respond quickly to any questions or comments I had. My invitations were beautiful and had the wow factor that I wanted. Many guests (even my husband’s friends) commented on how different and unique they were. I highly recommend April for not only invitations, but table numbers, place cards and social media signs.

I loved the design April came up with for my invitations. I met her at an open house and my mom and i really liked her designs. We had a consultation with her at her office and she was very patient and helpful in helping us realize our vision. We chose 3 concepts for April to design. She sent them in a timely manner. We did some back and forth, changing some colors and experimenting with some different ideas. April was very accommodating and patient (even when my mom and I disagreed). After a few revisions, she designed the perfect invite! It was really beautiful and it represented us as a couple. We were so pleased, we had April do our ceremony programs as well, which also turned out great. April is very talented, patient, and accommodating. I definitely would recommend her to design your wedding invites, programs, and whatever else you need!

If you are looking for someone who will listen to what YOU want, and not push something on you then April is the right person for you. She is seriously so easy to work with. I am by no means computer savvy or someone who knows a lot about graphic design, but I do know what I like. April let me babble on about everything I liked and was looking for, and was able to take my thoughts and turn them into something spectacular. She is very quick to respond and always offered up helpful suggestions on how things should be laid out. If you look through her body of work, you will see how very talented this lady is! No two creations are even close to being a like. April came highly recommended to me, and I have received nothing but praise on her work. She has assisted with invitations for a black tie gala, Save the Date cards and the absolute most gorgeous program for an event. I was stopped by several people who had expressed how amazing everything has been. I am getting ready to embark on a 4th project with her and could not be more thrilled! From the very start, April was truly amazing! She listened to all of our crazy and at times, scatterbrained invitation ideas, and somehow, miraculously managed to put them together PERFECTLY! She combined our rustic wood look, with the rose gold sparkle that I love so much to make the most gorgeous wedding invitations I have ever seen! And...I'm not alone! We had so many compliments about our invitations as people received them! Even now, 5 months later, our invitations are always being mentioned! You can't go wrong if you choose April to do your wedding invitations!!

As a side note, I had planned to do my own seating chart, but ran out of time! April checked in with me a week or so before the wedding just to see how things were going and asked if I needed anything...I asked if there was anyway she could put a seating chart together for me in such a short time frame, and she pulled it together to match our invitations! She's just awesome and so is her work!

April Lynn Designs was one of the best decisions I made when it came to selecting a vendor. From the moment we first met I knew I needed her to design our wedding invitations. She somehow managed to turn my ideas into something more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She is truly talented, kind, and loves what she does. She can work within any budget and is extremely helpful in providing options and ideas. April is just flat out awesome and so very talented. She listens to her customers' wants and needs and creates something extremely beautiful. My mom and I had no idea what we wanted for my wedding invitations aside from certain colors, and April just took our thoughts and ran with them. She sent about 4 different designs for us to choose from, with a ton of different fonts to pick as well (and was willing to go back to square one if we didn't find one that was "the one"). We also had her create seating chart boards, hashtag tent cards and signature drink tent cards to be displayed all over the place during cocktail hour, program fans for the ceremony, and our table numbers. Everything was just wonderful. She is so easy and fun to work with and really pays close attention to minor details to make everything perfect. She responds to your questions and ideas very quickly and honestly. My mom also had April make the invitations and menu cards (along with a bunch of other things) for my surprise shower and they were just beautiful. I will definitely be using her again the next time I need to make invitations (or anything else she makes) for an event!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with April Lynn Designs for our wedding stationary. April was professional, prompt and such a sweetheart to work with throughout the entire process! That made her an absolute dream during the crazy planning process. Our invitations and ceremony signage were STUNNING! April was excellent to work with through the entire process. We came in with some ideas for our invitations and had a theme in mind. She was able to get a feel for exactly what we wanted (even though we weren't exactly sure) at that very first meeting with her. She even helped us with a solution when it was time to put everything together and she realized that the twine we had chosen was going to cause our postage costs to be enormous. She was a pleasure to work with and we were so very happy with our invitations.

We used April to do all of our wedding stationary and invitations. Everything turned out perfect. April was so helpful throughout the entire process and made the most perfect invites to fit our style. She was so prompt with answering all of my questions and emails too! We loved the way our invites turned out and received so many compliments on them! We had her do all of our stationary for our wedding (signs/place cards) so that it all matched and it was just beautiful. April is the best in the business. She was fantastic from day one. Our wedding was in Philadelphia and we told her we wanted a Philly skyline theme with certain colors, and she nailed what we wanted in the first proof. It was absolutely perfect. We used her for our save the dates, our invitations, and we're now going to be working on our thank you cards. I can't recommend her enough. She makes everything so easy from envisioning what you want for your stationary, making payments seamless, and delivering the product to you. She even offered to have one of our friends pickup our seating charts and table numbers at her house because we were coming down to the wire and needed to figure out how to pick them up before the wedding day. She responds quickly to all emails and makes changes within just a few hours. She is so, so great. We received so many compliments on everything that she did from the save the date, invitations, seating charts and table numbers. Everyone kept saying how beautiful they were all night. I highly recommend her for any of your stationary needs for any event!!

April is fantastic. My invitation concept was just outside my budget. I wanted gold foil everything. April worked with me to create a package that didn't sacrifice on the style but still kept me within budget for my 120 invitations. We wound up with gold foil invitations, belly bands, and liners. She was incredibly accommodating and super prompt. Every email I sent her was responded to by the next day (most of the time it was the same day). The invitations are gorgeous! I can't stop looking at them. I would highly recommend April to anyone needing invitations.

Beautiful work!!! We used April for all of the stationary for our 11/14/15 wedding, including save the dates, invitations, day of wedding stationary, and thank you cards. Everything came out phenomenal, and I was even told by a few people that ours was the most beautiful invitation they had ever received. What was amazing was that April took a look at some ideas I had pinned on Pinterest, to get insight on what I liked, and then developed the suite from there. It truly matched the whole theme of the wedding. She was very easy and timely to work with. There is just such a difference in her work that sets it apart from ordering from online vendors. I would highly recommend April!

We were lucky enough to have April do our wedding invitations. I am not the most creative person and April was able to take a couple of random ideas I had and make them into beautiful invitations. She was very easy to get in touch with to make changes or add things. As a last minute thing, she squeezed in making programs for the wedding. I was so thankful she squeezed it in less then 2 weeks before the wedding. I would recommend, April for all things stationary for your wedding!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about April Lynn Designs. I used April for our wedding invitations, programs, hotel door hangers and welcome inserts for the hotel. From the beginning of planning to the end April was phenomenal to work with. She is extremely talented, helpful, professional and prompt . From our first appointment with her she listened very closely to what I wanted and also helped me to make decisions. Whenever I emailed her she would always respond back right away. Our wedding invitations were absolutely beautiful! Not only did we love them but all of my family and friends did as well. After viewing her beautiful work on her website, I knew I definitely wanted to use April for my wedding invites. In the beginning all I knew was that I wanted something a bit different, and something that accents our rustic/woodsy themed wedding at a sheep farm/b&b. April was kind enough to put so much time and thought into some amazing ideas for us. When she suggested wood invites, I LOVED the idea. April proceeded to create such a beautiful design that was engraved on our invites, as well as beautiful inserts that were tied together with the invite by a strip of flannel fabric, twine and a cute little button. They were so elegantly cozy - more beautiful than I ever imagined. Even the envelopes were lined with the same flannel print - such a wow factor! The little details were amazing (I also can't forget the adorable sheep on the custom map she made)! April even made custom stamps for us, custom wood tags for our favors, and beautiful menus to match everything. I couldn't have chosen a better vendor. April was so incredibly responsive, patient and kind. Throughout our conversations I can say I've made a new friend! April Lynn Designs truly goes above and beyond. There's no one better! April designed both our invitations and our escort cards for us. We dealt completely through email as I was living in a different state at the time and she was absolutely fabulous to work with. STOP!! You have found your invitation and stationary guru!!! It's not every time in one's life that get to get married... twice but my husband and I do - and thank goodness for April!!! I started working with April in Feb. 2014. She has always been so accomodating throught the entire year and a half i was working with her. The communication between us was almost on a daily basis. She is so sweet and patient! I had all of my wedding stationary done by her. From our save the dates and engagement invites to our wedding invites, menu cards, escort cards, timelines, rehersal invites, wedding programs as well as our thank you cards once we have our wedding photos. I had so many last minute changes with the wedding party and she was able to make changes so quickly without any issues. She put together all of my programs and invites by hand. Everything was perfect. Lot of glitter and sparkle! She is very friendly and so very happy that i had the oppertunity to work with her and i will continue to do so for any other events in the future.

Thank goodness we came across April!! We really did not know the first thing about choosing invitations or stationery but April helped to guide us along until all of a sudden she had designed the most perfect representation of us as a couple and the theme of our special day. She took so much stress out the process and we knew we could depend on her 100% to deliver beautifully crafted stationery. April is a true professional and she has a keen creative eye for pulling things together. We thought we might try to figure out the name cards, programs, etc on our own but after seeing the beautiful invitations and knowing how easy April made everything on us it was a no-brainer to have April help us again with the day-of stationery. Everyone LOVED the wedding invitations that April designed for our wedding! She also did our place cards and Thank Yous to match the theme. She especially took care of us by delivering everything in a timely manner. We only had two weeks for the invites and 7 days for the place cards and she came through. My husband and I were so happy with our in invitations!! After looking through book after book of invitations we didn't like at stores, we knew we wanted something custom. To be completely honest, this is my FIRST online review. After searching aimlessly on the internet for DIY invitations, I decided my time could actually be better use for something else like planning a wedding. So I found April Lynn Designs (7 minutes from y house) and decided to give her a try. My fiancé and I met with April and immediately knew she would be creating our wedding invitations. Her office was filled with such character and inspiration and displayed numerous creations which we were excited to use in our own design.

April was so helpful and made the invitation process easy. She had a ton of examples which gave us a clear direction of where we wanted to go with our design. She was able to customize specific designs and created an amazing invitation which blew us away. We then decided that we would use April for all our stationary needs which was a smart decision on our end!

April was so quick to respond to our every need and request. She was easily accessible and truly gave 110% to make our wedding stationary special. Every need we had (invitations, favor tags, ribbon, programs and even extra paper) April came through on time and delivered an amazing product. Our guests were so impressed with our invitations and programs and could not stop talking about how elegant they looked.

We were so happy that we found April Lynn Designs. If you are searching for a DIY invitation online STOP wasting your time. Let April handle all your stationary needs so you can actually spend your time on more important things....like a seating chart. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

What a God-send April was! We were down to the wire on needing to order invitations for the wedding and could not find anything from the typical producers that seemed special and "us" enough. And going through those massive binders in stationary stores was such a nightmare- so overwhelming and frustrating. Finally we hired April and it changed everything... She listened to our ideas and the style we wanted to go for, and was incredibly patient with us as we fretted over every detail. In the end, the invitations turned out perfect and we got a million compliments from our guests on how beautiful they were. Her invitation design actually inspired us to carry out much of that look throughout our wedding. Do yourselves a huge favor and just hire April from the very beginning! (At least for me, many hours, tears and fights would have been saved if I had)

At our first appointment, April was able to understand my vision and helped me piece together everything for a stunning final design. Another specialty invitation shop told me my vision wasn’t even possible. Throughout the entire process, April remained in prompt communication with me. I never had to wait, or worry that she wouldn’t get back to me. She shared her professional advice, but also allowed me to feel comfortable selecting certain options for the invitations. Where do I even begin?! April is absolutely very talented!! I was told my invitations were by far the prettiest invitations anyone has ever received. I needed my invites done in biligual and April took the request eventhough she had never done an Armenian-English invite before. The colors, the quality of the paper and the designs were exceptional! Aside from the beautiful invites, April is a nice, caring person and very accomodating (as us brides are super busy) Looking forward to working with April again in the future for other special occassions!

ALH Designs did an amazing job for my wedding stationary. April sat down with me and we designed exactly what I wanted. She created my save the dates, wedding invitations, programs, and escort cards. I loved everything and I'm so glad I had her make my stationary. She made the process so easy for me and made me a priority while desiging my invitations.

April created my gorgeous wedding programs, and I could not have been happier with the result! I am so thankful that I came across ALH Designs. I came to April a month before my wedding, and she assured me that we had plenty of time, and I had nothing to worry about (other places made me feel like I was really behind; and if I wanted programs done on time, I would have to pay extra).

April is not only an excellent creative mind to work with, but she is so patient and nice. She gave me so many choices and samples, which is helpful for a visual person like me. She makes you feel at home in her office, and truly listens to what you have to say. I wish I had met her sooner, because I would have had her do my invitations as well. She is great at what she does, and her prices are affordable and fair (which in the wedding world, is not something you find easily).

I have already recommended April to all of my friends, and will be back for the next event that I need stationary for! Thank you so much!

Working with April was a pleasure — and also a lot of fun! I found April because I fell in love with a design she'd done for another wedding, and I'm so glad that I went with her for the wedding stationery. She has a strong design sense and capability, and was very flexible when I requested changes. She went the extra mile by doing things like getting new fonts, tweaking versions of designs, laying out options and being clear about costs, and walking through print deadlines ahead of time so I could get her what she needed (like names for the escort cards, etc.). April is wonderful!! I was going to order my invites online but didn't like the fact that I could not physically see them first. I found ALH Designs through Google on etsy.com and figured I would call for a quote. It was such a breeze to work with April and she was a pleasure through the entire process. ALH Designs was amazing. April was so helpful and accomodating and gave great ideas and feedback to ideas we discussed with her. Once we told her the direction we were thinking for the wedding she pointed us in the perfect direction for our invitation design and gave us so many options. They came out absolutely beautiful! Even though we've never met in person - her being in PA and me being in CA - April was so awesome to work with! I was searching online for invitation ideas and came across her website. April was very responsive even when Hurricane Sandy hit and she was out of power for a while. She still kept up with her emails. I call that dedication! She was very patient when we were indecisive about wording and she always checked on us to see how we were doing in the review process. She would give us input and ideas but ultimately left it up to us for the final decision. The invitations are of very good quality and well put together. Her custom designs are amazing. I would recommend April to anyone!

Our wedding invitations turned out beautifully! I had a general idea and design in mind and ALH designs took that and ran with it. Several friends, family members and co-workers commented on them and how unique they were. I also had a very tight time frame to have the invitations printed and sent and ALH designs was very flexible with fulfilling our needs. I would definitely recommend using them for future events!

April was wonderful to work with. She is talented in her design work, friendly, and super responsive and attentive. I know I was an annoying customer to April, because I went back and forth with my decision making. April always stayed positive and goal-focused. If you are looking for quality, unique invitations... We were provided with many different options for our invitations, all of which would work wonderfully. The design we chose was perfect for us and unique to our wedding. ALH... Was amazing they did a custom invitation for our fall wedding based on a vision of what I wanted and she nailed it! Just from what I described she got it perfectly!!! We loved our invites & truly did recieve many compliments on them! We were on a budget and were lucky enough to still be able to get an affordable Georgous invitation because of ALH! April did an amazing job designing my Save the Date cards for my upcoming wedding. She listened to my ideas and even designed us return address labels that matched. These labels were not only used as return address labels for the save the dates, but will be used on our RSVP envelopes that will be mailed back to us. We cannot wait to see what our wedding invitations will look like! April is fabulous! You can't find a better designer for your buck!!!

I highly recommend April Lynn Designs! I used April for my wedding invitations and stationary (escort cards, hashtag signs, etc.). Everything came out gorgeous! She can pretty much do anything when it comes to stationary so your invitations can be personalized to your own style. My invitations were beautiful and of high quality - they really set the tone for my wedding day that I was looking for. April herself is great to work. She is super organized and always got back to my emails very quickly. It was a pleasure working with April and her work truly is beautiful!
