Wow - I cannot put into words how amazing Antonette and her whole team are. I had a large bridal party (11 girls) and Antonette and her team were so flexible and efficient. Booking my Hair and Makeup vendor was what I was most concerned about. I wanted to make sure the price was within my budget without sacrificing the outcome of the glam. Antonette and her team could not have been better. I was lucky that I knew of quite a few girls that had used Antonette’s team for their weddings prior and was blown away at how good the HMU was every single time. At my trial, I fell even more in love with Antonette and Theresa with the magic they worked. Not only are they magicians at hair and makeup, they were also able to help me figure out a weird patch of skin issues I had on my back that I was able to get cleared up before the wedding day. Antonette, Theresa, Samm, Amanda, Keziah, and Melissa were the absolute dream team. They made each one of us from bride to bridesmaids, MOB/MOG, and flower girls feel so beautiful. It’s rare to find a glam team that is able to do 16 hair services and 14 makeup services and have every single one be perfect. Truly magicians. They are the exact type of hype girls that you want to get you excited for your day of as well. Could not recommend this team any more.

I highly recommend AW Artistry for your wedding! Antonette and her team are so amazing, fun and talented! She and Theresa made sure the bride, MOB, and 3 bridesmaids were all beautiful and completely happy with their finished look. They were so patient with all of us to ensure we looked our best!! Beautiful hair and make up that lasted all day!

I can't say enough great things about Antonette and her amazing team! From the moment they started working their magic at 8am, my hair and makeup stayed flawless until I went to bed well after midnight. Antonette and her crew not only have incredible talents but also created a fun and positive atmosphere throughout the day. Everyone in the bridal party looked stunning, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to make us all feel our best. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hair and makeup services for their special day!

Couldn't ask for better!

Antonette and her team went above and beyond to make sure my bridesmaids and I looked stunning for my wedding. AW Artistry made sure the hair/makeup trial was just what I wanted. We got so many compliments, and their work looks amazing in our pictures. I would highly recommend!

Best Experience-- Highly Recommend!

Antonette and her Team were beyond wonderful to help me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful for my wedding day. They were on time and so efficient to make sure that everyone got their and makeup done according to schedule, and also have time for touchups before we left. The team was so fun- so warm and friendly and the best company for the morning of my wedding! And the makeup & hair turned out so perfectly- I even changed my mind on the style last minute, and Antonette was able to beautifully style my wedding look. Can't recommend her and the team enough!!

Antonette and her team were so lovely to work with! Antonette really took time and care during my hair/makeup trial to understand the vision I had and executed it perfectly. The team she brought on the wedding day was so warm, creative, and fun to work with and did a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend hiring AW Artistry for your wedding! They are responsive, reliable, talented, and fun. The bride, MOB, MOG, and 12 bridesmaids looked incredible (but still like themselves!) and the artists made everyone feel comfortable and added such a fun atmosphere to the bridal suite, even helping us craft some Tik Toks! The team was also great at taking feedback from the bridal trial and incorporating it into the final look. Not only are they incredible hair and makeup artists, but Antonette and her team were also so gracious and patient with our multiple covid delays. Trust me, you will not be disappointed hiring this amazing team!

Antonette and her team did a BEAUTIFUL job. Despite the chaos of having to reschedule multiple times due to COVID, they made the process effortless and stress free!! Extremely accommodating. Everyone looked amazing and hair and makeup stayed allllll night. I've had the pleasure of working with Antonette and her team four times now and every time has exceeded my expectations. Outstanding!!

Antonette was simply amazing! I was lucky enough to get her as my new makeup artist after our wedding was postponed. She was so kind throughout the entire process. The trial was the best and she took time to listen and really learn about my style. The day of she was so professional, took her time on each one of my bridesmaids and myself, and even helped a bridesmaid with her hair when she was hired just for makeup. I would rate her more if I could! My makeup felt natural, which is what I wanted, but also made me look stunning. I would 10/10 recommend Antonette in a heartbeat!

I received Antonette White’s information as a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad that I did. Both myself and my bridal party used AW Beauty for our hair and makeup for my wedding day. We were all so happy with how our hair and makeup looked and how it held up throughout the day. Our makeup and hair turned out great, but they were also awesome about making sure we remained on time while not making me or my bridal party feel rushed!

I fell in love with Antonette's work years before my own wedding!! She did hair/make-up for my brother and sister-in-law's wedding and I knew after her superb work that I would want her for my very own wedding! Antonette was one of the first services that I booked after getting engaged. Her and her team were AMAZING the day of my wedding! Everything was completed in a timely manner due to a schedule that was created by her assistant Tierra. As for the actual hair/make-up services, each and every bridesmaid in my party as well as myself looked flawless! Thanks to her exceptional services, our pictures were unbelievable and even better our make-up did not smudge one bit in the sweltering heat and throughout the night! I booked with Antonette White and her team for my wedding on 3/4/2017 after my stylist here in Chicago had used her for her wedding and had referred her to me. I felt confident booking with Antonette, especially after someone who is in the industry had used them in the past and had a glowing review. I worked directly with Tierra, Antonette's assistant on all of the logistics and she was so responsive and quick to answer any and all questions (and I had a lot!). At my hair and makeup trial I showed Antonette a few photos from Pinterest on what I wanted, and she blew those out of the water. I was crying in the car afterwards because I felt so beautiful.

Antonette is very meticulous and detail oriented, which I LOVED and she truly brought my vision to life. On the day of the wedding, the team showed up early and set up the room and immediately started-- Everything ran like a well-oiled machine, which I appreciated more than anything on the most hectic part of your wedding day. All of my girls loved the team and my mom cried because she felt so gorgeous. Her exact words were "I haven't felt this beautiful in 20 years!" It made my heart melt that not only I felt so stunning, but that my mother could also have that feeling on my wedding day-- To say it was special is an understatement. I love Antonette and her team!

Such a wonderful group of ladies. They do such a beautiful job with the airbrush make up, natural shades that highlight individual features, and offer eyelashes as well. You feel like a model at a photoshoot and the pictures turn out wonderful.

Can't even begin to say how wonderful Antonette and her team is!! I loved everything about my hair and makeup. I went for a trail before hand and fell in love with her. My mom also had her hair and makeup done and still talks about it! No need to think twice, she will make you look and feel like a million bucks! Very happy :)

Antonette did my hair/makeup and my 5 bridesmaids for my wedding on 10/3/2015. I highly recommend using her and her team. They did an amazing job! Our hair/makeup lasted the whole night. The only thing I touched up was my lipstick which is normal to do. My bridesmaids said they loved their hair/makeup and thought the whole team was fun to work with. Definitely book her for your wedding.

Love, love, loved working with Antonette. She was so fantastic and is so skilled and talented with airbrushing and hair. We had 5 bridesmaids, the bride, and the 2 moms and everyone looked fantastic. We had people who knew exactly what they wanted and people who had no clue what they wanted and everyone looked gorgeous. Even my mom, who has very thin, fine hair looked like she had thick hair and she could have passed for my sister with how well the makeup looked.
My sister-in-law has been in at least 4 weddings and she commented that Antonette and her crew did better than any other team she had worked with.
The weather was dicey the morning of the wedding and Antonette kept me posted that they were going to be late (by 30 minutes), but they managed to get back on track and get everything done on time without sacrificing quality.
Antonette would be in the middle of working on someone and notice a strand out of place on someone else, so she would grab them and fix it really quick. She wanted everything to be perfect and it absolutely was. Our makeup stayed all night, even though we were all sweating and though it would have melted off in the middle of the night.
Antonette is a little pricey, but she is completely worth it. You cannot go wrong with her.

Antonette was a joy to work with! She and her entire team are very organized and responsive. Leading up to the wedding, Antonette stayed in touch and made sure everything was set up so it would run smoothly the day of. And it did. The day of my wedding she and her team did hair and make up for 7 bridesmaids, myself and both moms. And everyone looked great! Her team stayed after everyone was done until we left the hotel to make sure everyone's hair was perfect and make up looked great! Thanks again Antonette!!

Antonette was absolutely amazing - she did my hair and makeup for my wedding day in May and people are still commenting on how beautiful it looked. She was very focused and detailed during my trial, listening to what I wanted and then making suggestions as to what would look best on me. The wedding day, everything was perfect, and she and her assistant did a wonderful job on all my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. They were so upbeat and fun that it made the getting-ready experience really great. I wish I could have Antonette do my hair and makeup everyday!!

Antonette is simply amazing! She did the makeup for my bridesmaids and a few of my family members at my house the day of my wedding. I felt comfortable with Antonette immediately when I first met her at my trial. I am not someone who wears a ton of makeup so me this was a new experience. Antonette did an amazing job of combining my everyday makeup look with the perfect wedding look. She takes such great in care in making sure that you look perfect pictures. Also, everyone's hair stayed put all night long. We were driving on golf carts and taking pictures outside and not one piece of hair fell out of place. I would recommend Antonette's services to anyone who needs their make up done for weddings or any occasion. Antonette also comes to you on your wedding, so it takes the stress out of making appointments and running around the day of your wedding.

Antonette is fantastic! Not only is she a genius with hair and makeup, she was a lot of fun to work with. She really listened to how I wanted to look. I can’t believe this is only the second review for Antonette! I chose Antonette and her “crew” for hair and makeup for myself and our bridal party at our August 27th wedding and I could not have been more thrilled. I LOVED my makeup from the beginning and when I was a bit unsure of my hair Antonette offered to hold another preview free-of-charge and even purchased a new curling iron that she thought would help achieve the look I was going for.

She was right! The day of the wedding Antonette came to our hotel room and within a few hours everyone’s hair and makeup was perfect! She even perfected my mother’s makeup who thinks tinted lipgloss is “too much”! Although everyone’s makeup lasted through hours of dancing, Antonette also brings touch-up makeup that can be purchased at a minimal cost.

Not only is Antonette amazing at hair and makeup, she is also a joy to be around and the perfect person to be a part of such a big day. I would highly recommend Antonette for your big day!

Antonette was an absolute pleasure to work with! During my trial, I brought an idea to her and she totally customized it to fit the look I was going for. She and Kathy showed up to my house so excited and on time the day of my wedding and kept everyone at ease all morning. They did my hair and makeup, hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids and for my mom in plenty of time! Antonette stays on schedule and makes sure you, as the bride, does too. It was a great way to start my amazing day and she made me look and feel so beautiful! Everyone got compliments all day long. Everyone looked just as gorgeous at the end of the night as they did when we left the house. It was really hot the day of our wedding and I purchased the touch up kit, which was a must. The powder is amazing and kept the makeup looking fresh all day long! I did my research on all my vendors for my wedding for both cost and quality and Antonette did not disappoint. I would recommend her to anyone!

Antonette did my hair and airbrush makeup and well as services for 2 of my bridesmaids. Plain and simple, she helped make me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and I'll never forget the feeling. I usually always do my own makeup when I go out so when looking for a wedding makeup artist I was at a loss. Obviously, I wanted something special since it was my wedding day and when I found Antonette’s website online I was immediately impressed. I was happy to discover that one of the brides on the website my groom recognized from grade school so I was comforted to know other people we knew used her services. Over the phone Antonette was so friendly and enthusiastic-you could really tell she loved what she does! I was sad to hear that she was already booked up for our wedding date but she informed me that she also works with other artists. Within a few days she had me all set up. The prices were perfect, for airbrushing I thought it was incredibly reasonable!! Antonette really listed to what I was wanted to look like on my wedding day and she hooked me up with the most fantastic artist. (Seriously!) Elisabeth was professional, kind, detailed and molded your makeup to your personal style. With our large bridal party of 8 girls, myself & MOH/MOG Antonette decided to send along another artist on the wedding day at no additional cost to me. Sierra was also just as incredible. My bridesmaids and mothers loved how they looked which made me feel so happy. Our makeup lasted until the next morning! I never felt prettier on my wedding day all because of them!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Antonette White’s services on your special day!! Thank you ladies!!

Antonette was a true pleasure to work with. When things fell through with the first hair/makeup person I talked to, I was in a panic, frantically searching for a replacement. I was impressed with Antonette's portfolio and gave her a call. She called me back within minutes of emailing her and things just got better from there.

She is very professional, has great taste, and is like working with a friend. My mom, sister, and myself all got our hair and makeup done. We were all a bit apprehensive, but it was easily the best decision we made. She knows how to make you look prettier than you actually are. I looked great at the wedding and everything stayed in place all night. Guests kept asking if my mom "got work done" because she looked so great.

I would highly recommend her for your special event. She will make you look great and you'll have fun while doing it.

Everything about Antonette was perfect! She has a great personality and has a way of making you feel very comfortable when you are around her. Antonette and her assistant, Kathy, came to my home to do both hair and bridal makeup for my wedding day. Within four hours they were able to complete both services for 8 people. They took their time with everyone and made sure we were all happy with the way that we looked. Antonette and Kathy were very attentive to what everbody wanted. Antonette used great products, including airbrush foundation. I highly recommend Antonette to any bride who wishes to relax at home while getting ready on her wedding day. It was a great alternative to the hustle and bustle at a salon!

Ok, I know you probably think Im not very critical at this point because Im grading very highly but we were truly very lucky with our vendors! Antonette did my hair and makeup and did such a brilliant job. She had everything EXACTLY as I had pictured it and really made all of us look fantastic for the day of! Any time during the trial or day of that someone wanted something tweaked, she was more than willing. She and her assistant were also very fun to be around!

Antonette was lovely a lovely lady to work with – from the time of the preview where she snuck me in during a busy day due to my crazy schedule and didn’t finish until 11PM – throughout the entire process. She emphasized and was true to her word when she said nobody would have to go out with hair or make-up they don’t like, they will always fix it to make sure everyone likes the way they look. Her beauty team came to where we were getting ready (The Palmer House downtown) and were all there by 6:45AM ready to go! We had an organized schedule prior to wedding day so each bridesmaid knew what time they were getting hair or make-up done and who was doing it. The day of our wedding was a little bit hectic & hair/make-up was a little bit behind schedule, but Antonette being the expert she is, had time built in to allow for the unknown (and thank goodness)!

At first my mom & mother-in-law were worried to get make-up done because they wanted to look like ‘themselves’ and I was probably a little bit worried about this as well. Looking at Antonette’s work was enough to ease both mothers and myself. Antonette & her team do such a great job of using make-up to bring out natural beauty without being ‘too much’. Her beauty team did such a wonderful job on each and every person in the bridal party (including the Jr. Bridesmaids & flower girl). I personally thought each of the girls looked amazing and I know they did too. I would recommend Antonette a million times over because with Antonette you don’t have to worry or be nervous about anything (from timing, scheduling, not looking how you want to look, etc) – she will take care of everything.

Antonette White did an amazing job on my bridal hair & makeup. She also did my bridesmaids' and mother-of-the-bride. I never felt more glamorous, and all my bridesmaids looked like models! Nothing overdone or costumey...just better versions of ourselves :)

What drew me to Antonette was her reasonable prices, particularly her prices for the bridal party. I didn't want to burden anyone. Then after I went to her home studio for a hair & makeup preview, I knew she was the right girl for the job.

On the wedding day, Antonette came to the hotel, set up shop in the bridal suite, and was with us all day. She is so personable and funny, which definitely calmed my nerves. I cannot stress the importance of airbrush makeup...it makes skin look so flawless! And Antonette does it so well. Very very high recommendation.

antonette was awesome! she does such a great job of making everyone look flawless and she's a lot of fun to be around! she helps make the day not so stressful with her great personality! she also comes to your house which is a huge perk! i only used her for makeup, but i know she does hair as well. i thought the makeup was great!

I cannot say enough great things about Antonette and Kathy who did the hair and make-up for my bridal party, my mother and me. I loved Antonette from the preview. She aimed to please and also made a lot of helpful suggestions along the way. They organized the schedule for the day. Antonette and Kathy came to my parents' home the morning of the wedding and it was definitely a highlight of the day. We were able to snack on breakfast and dance around while they did everyone's hair and make-up-- low stress and lots of fun! They are extremely talented and everyone was delighted with the results. I've never felt more beautiful and it lasted throughout the entire day!

Antonette did hair for me, my five bridesmaids, and my mom on my wedding day in October 2012. (She brought an assistant.) I didn't have my makeup done by her, so I cannot comment on that side of her business.

I LOVED Antonette, from the minute my sister and I met her for my trial. She has such a fun personality and you can tell how much she cares about making her clients feel their very best. We had a very early start time the morning of the wedding, and she arrived early to get set up. My girls all have very different types of hair/lengths, and everyone looked fantastic, and everyone's hair STAYED all day through the end of the night.

On top of looking great, Antonette's prices are extremely reasonable, especially because she comes to you, and brings an assistant. I couldn't have been happier, and highly recommend her to others!

Antonette did the hair and makeup for me, 3 bridesmaids, and 3 relatives for my wedding. Everyone looked amazing! After my hair trial with her, I wasn't sure if it was exactly what I wanted. She offered to do another hair trial for free, which was greatly appreciated and goes to show how seriously she takes her profession. The morning of the wedding she kept everyone running on time. Everyone ended up looking flawless. My makeup and hair looked perfect and lasted throughout the night. Highly recommended!

Antonette and her asst. Kathy did a great job on our hair and make-up! It was so nice to have them come to the house and bring all of their gear. They had great ideas, and made all of us girls look beautiful! My eyes epecially received a lot of compliments:)

I worked with Dana instead of Antonette, and while I really liked what she did with my hair and makeup, some of my wedding party were not so happy with their own results. Some of the makeup was way over the top, such as for my mom who wanted a very minimal, barely-there look, but instead got a ton of makeup that almost looked ridiculous. All of the hair looked gorgeous though and there were no complaints there. Other than that, the ladies were so fun to talk to and helped a ton with the pre-wedding jitters.

I did a trial with Antonette and was disappointed in the quality of hair styling. She didn't texturize my hair, she just put it up as it had air dried naturally. It left my hair looking lackluster and unpolished -- you could see many wrinkled pieces. She also didn't listen to what I wanted particularly well (she also openly jokes about how she's very strongly opinionated -- not the best vibe for a relaxing wedding day). When she finished with the hairstyle, I tried to nicely tell her that it wasn't what I was looking for, but she very assertively told me why her style was better than what I was asking for -- so at the time, I let it go because I didn't want to have to be very assertive to find a hairstyle that I was happy with. Ultimately, her inability to work with me and find a style that I would be happy with is why I didn't choose to go with her. I originally asked for a second trial, which she was going to charge for. When I said that I was choosing someone else, she offered a second trial for free. The make-up was ok -- seemed a little stereotypical and not the elegant look I wanted. Her airbrush usage was also really heavy, making it look unnatural. The eye lashes were one strip, as opposed to individual pieces, which don't look as natural. I felt like I had spider legs coming out of my eyes (I did have lashes on my wedding day that felt natural, so I know there are better versions out there. Find someone that puts them on in individual pieces). Her assistant is super nice, helpful, and reasonable. I did feel bad for not going with her but had to find someone that would listen to me and make me feel great on my wedding day.
