Simply The Best!
We hired Anna and her team to do the flowers for our wedding last November and not only were we incredibly happy with the work, Anna was such a pleasure to work with! She suggested things we hadn’t even thought of needing or wanting for our wedding, executed our vision for the day better than we’d imagined, provided ideas on ways to cut cost without sacrificing what we really wanted and lastly answered all of my small annoying questions quickly! I would 100% use Anna for an event again in the future and would recommendation her as her work without any hesitation. -

Beautiful flowers for Santa Barbara Wedding
Anna is a talented florist and has impeccable taste. We used her services when we could no longer go forward with our 90 person wedding (we had a different florist for that event). We hired Anna a week before our elopement for just a bouquet and boutonniere. I asked her for an arrangement with an original color scheme and she delivered a stunning peach and purple arrangement. I would highly recommend, I was appreciative that she understood our creative vision and our desire to not use full blown floral services (we got married on a boat). I am currently having the arrangement pressed for memories, as I loved her work so much. -

A Floral Fairytale
From the very beginning Anna made the whole process of planning the florals for my wedding in Solvang so easy. I knew I was in good hands. But then when I walked up to my ceremony site and saw the INCREDIBLE arch I was completely blown away. It was better than I could have dreamed. Everyone complimented me on the florals in the reception venue. Anna really created a cozy, romantic, magical atmosphere. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! -

My husband and I were planning our wedding for late 2020, which of course ended up being a rollercoaster! Anna and her team were with us every step of the way as we went from a 150 person wedding down to a 20 person wedding and even made big switches like the venue location. The flowers were gorgeous and my family still talks about how amazing they were! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SLO/Santa Barbara areas. Anna created beautiful floral arrangements that fit our vision and goals perfectly. We provided Anna with a set of inspiration pictures and colors to help her get an idea of what we were looking for - and she took it from there. I loved that I didn't need to have a perfect idea of every aspect of the floral arrangements that I wanted. Anna took my feedback on things that I new and liked and filled in the blanks with her expertise. She had great ideas about how to involve seasonal florals and how to make sure that our arrangements lasted outdoors the whole afternoon. When we pivoted our wedding plans from a large reception at a venue to a small family-only micro wedding in our backyard, Anna revised her floral plan to fit perfectly with the feel of our new venue. Anna and her team set everything up efficiently and while following all necessary safety precautions. I was so worried that our pandemic wedding wouldn't have the luxurious, elegant feeling that I envisioned for our original event, but Anna's florals made it feel like the wedding that we had always envisioned. Any couple getting married in the area would be lucky to work with Anna! -

Anna was a fantastic florist. I was a little worried about how well she would capture my colors and vision since the majority of our communication was just me sending floral inspiration, but she captured everything perfectly. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted exactly, so I told her vague ideas like "two freestanding floral arrangements sandwiching the altar." She worked magic and turned my vague ideas into reality. She worked within my budget to give us beautiful flowers for our wedding.
Unfortunately, I never had the chance to ever meet my lovely florist. Our communication pre wedding was over the phone, and then I never saw her or her team on my wedding day. So, while I wish I could have thanked her in person, I must say that she is awesome because my venues looked beautiful before my guests and I ever set foot into the space. She is that magical (and timely). -

Working with Anna and her assistant was an amazing experience! They were professional, thorough and made the process as easy as possible. The flowers on my wedding day were gorgeous and were delivered on time and set up perfectly at our wedding location. Pricing was more than fair, expecially for the quality of the flowers and arrangement! I would highly recommend!! -

From the initial inquiries, follow through emails, up to the finalization of the floral orders, she was very consistent with the set budget and the type of the flowers that I wanted. She was honest at the beginning that there might not be peonies because it was out of season, but she still managed to get one for me, and it a huge difference. The wedding ceremony and reception looked extra beautiful because of her flower arrangements. The flowers were fresh, lush, and effortless. She even made my wedding cake extra beautiful because of the flowers ;) Anna really took into consideration everything that I envisioned for my wedding, as well as my limited budget. She made my wedding look like a fairy tale. It is hard to find a florist who can translate your vision into reality, and Anna is definitely the kind of florist you want to work with. -

I could tell she worked hard to reflect exactly what the bride was hoping for and the end result was gorgeous. Loved working with her! -

My flowers turned out so beautiful, and many of our guests approached me to comment on how incredible the centerpieces were. I was so happy with the service we received from Anna, she helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would it be. I would absolutely recommend her. -
User1792802 Sent on 09/03/2014My experience with Anna required me to clarify several times for a wedding that was very small. I requested upfront that I wanted to Peonies - with the understanding that it might be hard to get those flowers in August. When the time came to finalize our order - she had my second choice, I asked her if the Peonies were not available - she said yes they were but they would be extra. I told her in the beginning that I was willing to pay for the flower. I requested a Pink Calla for the groom, she brought white - with a tad on pink color and had pink for the groomsmen. The bouquet for my daughter began to fall apart about 1/2 hour after we received them, the 3 wrist corsages that I order all came apart during our pre-wedding photos. I will say our our centerpieces for the tables were fine, it's the personal flowers that we had a problem with. I would use Anna for house flowers, but not for any significant event.

Disappointed and tried to resolve prior to posting
I hired Anna because we live in a small community and many recommended her. I felt she understood my vision and by giving her photos of the design I wanted, I felt confident she was a good fit. She did a lovely job on my ceremony, but completely dropped the ball with my table florals. I remember sitting down at my table on my wedding night and saying, “where are my flowers?!” My sister’s boyfriend quickly spoke up and said now neat the small vases of florals were and I didn’t give it another thought, until I received my photos. Wow, such a disappointment. The design was completely different than we had agreed up. I emailed Anna to share with her my disappointment and asked to be refunded because there was no way the amount of flowers on my tables equaled the $2,200 I paid (just for the table florals). Two weeks went by and no response, so I emailed again and then she finally responded. She provided me with an excuse as to why there were a lack of florals on the table. I told her that her excuse was not valid because we had clearly communicated via email and regardless my tables were missing florals and the design was not what we agreed upon. She then had her manager email me the same thing, providing excuse after excuse and even blaming others. She apologized but said the “margin of error was on all parties.” Which is just unbelievable. I am so upset because like some of the others have said, there isn’t anything you can do. It is a one day event and we expected and paid for a service and did not receive what we had paid for. Nor was she willing to accept her mistake and right her wrong. I’ve attached the photo of the table florals I requested and the florals she presented, just so everyone can see. I do not recommend using Anna at this time. -
