Mother of the Bride
The beat selection of bridal gowns and Mothers dresses I have seen. Staff was very helpful and provides wonder customer service . My daughter was so happy with her gown and I as well ! -

I can't recall how I came across Angel's Bridal on Instagram, but I'm so happy I did. To be honest, I was initially more excited for my bridal appt @ Kleinfeld. However, I left Manhattan feeling defeated. At the other boutique, most dresses were either out of my budget or couldn't be tried on due to my size (12/14). I had the complete opposite exerience @ Angel's. I could literally try on EVERY dress as their sample sizes don't come in model's measurements & their BEAUTIFUL bridal gowns fit into my budget. The selection of dresses I tried on was honestly more beautiful than what I was offered at Kleinfeld & for a much lower price. I was helped by consultant, Debbie, & manager, Rosanna. They were both sweethearts, incredibly helpful & attentive. I was so afraid that I'd have a "lesser experience" wedding dress shopping during COVID, but the customer service was unmatched! They made my experience wonderful for me and my family members present! They don't overbook appointments, I didn't feel rushed to find a dress before time ran out on my appt, & I almost felt like we had the shop to ourselves. I tried on 5 dresses & loved each one more than the last! They listened to all of my feedback & I finally said 'YES' to an AMAZING dress that incorporated all of the things I loved! I would definitely recommend them! I traveled to Staten Island from Upstate NY & it was definitely worth the trip! -

Catalina Sent on 05/27/2015After my trip to Kleinfeld's I was starting to worry that finding a dress was gong to be way harder than I initially anticipated. They made it effortless at Angel's. I only tried on one other dress before putting on the dress that I knew was the one. They gave me great feed back and matched me with the perfect veil and headpiece. My fittings all went smooth and I was overall happy with the services they provided (all alterations were included ) The one thing that I will say about Angel's is i loved working with the ladies there. They were sweet, genuine, honest and real. We laughed, we joked and had a blast. They made my experience very memorable. -

After my first dress was ruined by the tailor, I dropped into Angel's Bridal with the hopes finding a new dress for a wedding that was less than 2 months out. In no time, I had a new dress (it was even better than the first) with perfectly done alterations. The staff at Angel's really saved the day and my wedding!!!!! -

User6086079 Sent on 10/31/2014I purchased my wedding gown, veil and headpiece from Angels bridal. I loved my dress and it looked lovely on my wedding day. Some of the staff was a little rough around the edges but my overall experience was good. It's a nice shop however there are multiple brides trying on gowns. I think it would prob be a little nicer if it was only one at a time. Quality of items purchased was great. I was scheduled to pick up my dress on a Friday and the shop closed early that day when I was scheduled to pick up with no note or message on the door or phone. Mini panic attack but luckily it was a week before the wedding so I was able to get the following week. Overall, I would recommend Angels Bridal. -
User6086123 Sent on 09/03/2013They have a nice variety of dresses for bride, bridesmaids and mother of the bride as well. They are a bit short to deal with and sometimes seem a bit abrasive but in the end it is a job well done. My gown and my girls dresses all turned out perfectly, you just have to be assertive with them. I know quite a few people that have been here and used them for their weddings, they do fittings and have headpieces and veils to go with your gown as well. -

User6086115 Sent on 02/25/2015To be honest I never take the time to write a review. But I was so unsatisfied, unhappy and very very disappointed with Angel Bridal. When you go there they are as nice as can be until you make a purchase. I purchased my wedding gown and my mother purchased her gown.
It is so exciting when you finally get the call that your wedding gown has arrived. I went as soon as I could to try it on and they made the experience awful. They were so consumed with another party of women to try to make a sale that my experience was just upsetting. I was not a picky bride in any way but my gown was a big deal to me.
Then it came down to alterations for my mothers gown and mine. They were clueless to say the least. Thank goodness my mom went to school for design so she new what to tell them because I had to no clue. But the fact that my mom had to tell the so called professionals what to do is a major red flag. They kept trying to say that it was fine when the fact was it really wasn't!
It ended up my mother was extremely unhappy with her dress but at this point did not have enough time to get a new one. She was the mother of the bride and deserved to feel beautiful. As for my dress it turned out it was big and I kept having to pull it up which I clearly stated I didn't want to have to do. Thank goodness I had asked for straps to attach, which I wanted to use later in the night but pretty much had to put on right after the ceremony. It was also to long so I had to hold it up all night which I also made clear that I didn't want to be bothered with!
Like I had mentioned I never take the time to write a review but this place aggravated me enough to sit down and warn future brides. Every bride wants there dress to be perfect but this is not to place that will make that happen!
