Best Photographer EVER

Angelica captured our special day absolutely perfectly. We had hired her for our wedding that was supposed to happen in 2020 but had to be rescheduled for 3 years later due to the pandemic and through that entire time she stuck with us! She was communicative and responsive, and her shots were absolutely gorgeous. She managed to capture every single important moment of our celebration and the way she guides and corrals everyone into taking pictures that look good is nothing short of a miracle (trust me, I feel so awkward in front of the camera and I look incredible in all of my wedding shots.) If you need a photographer for your wedding, Angelica is 100% your girl.

Excellent and Professional service

Angelica was flexible, innovative, jovial and professional. We love our photos and she captured our City Hall ceremony perfectly. She has a great eye and now we have beautiful memories to keep and share. Angelica was even great with dealing with our large group and everyone was included. I would highly recommend her services.

A photographer came to my last minute rescue

Angelica Radway came to my rescue at the last minute when I was looking to some professional headshots. I knew what types of photos I wanted but I needed someone to help me execute my visions. Just what we were looking for.

We planned a simple elopement to New York in October and wanted to make sure we had some nice photographic memories. We found Angelica online. She has a wonderful, uncomplicated approach and within a couple of emails - all our questions were answered and she was booked! We met her at City Hall on the morning of our wedding. She has a lovely, professional but personable manner. We wanted to capture the experience of a City Hall wedding and the backdrop of our day and stay in and around TriBeCa. Not the most natural in front of a camera - Angelica managed to capture exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Angelica is amazing

Angelica has been very responsive, professional, and helpful since our first email to when she sent our final photos. We had her “silver” package, which gave us 6 hours of time with her. She made sure to get all the types of shots that we wanted, adhered to our schedule perfectly, and has provided so many beautiful shots that we could literally relive every moment of our wedding day. I can’t recommend her enough. Her prices are just right, and she is very willing to go out of her way to make sure you have a great experience.

Lovely experience

Angelica was easy to work with from beginning to end. She is available via email or phone. We booked Angelica for a Friday afternoon NYC City Hall wedding. City Hall was busy at 2pm on a Friday and she still managed to get fabulous shots of our wedding party including our nieces and nephew who wouldn't sit still. The photos are gorgeous and my husband and I are so happy we worked with her. We have beautiful memories of our day to frame! I would love to work with her again.

10/10 would book again

Angelica was wonderful to work with. I had a complex situation that needed sorting out before we could hire anyone and Angelica was patient and flexible. She understood what we wanted, even when I articulated things badly and she was patient and understand when there was a mixup on the day. We had a lot of fun working with her! We were comfortable and she kept us calm right up to the ceremony, which was important because I definitely thought I was going to pass out more than once! I have self confidence issues and she made me feel beautiful and not like Shrek in a frock, like I feared. It was a great experience working with her and I can only hope that if we make it back to NYC, we have the opportunity to work with her again.

We booked Angelica for our city hall wedding and she was very sweet and accomodating. She made us feel comfortable and like we were the only people in the world despite being at a popular tourist area. Our pictures are so beautiful and I will definitely hire her again for any of my occasions.

We loved working with Angelica! Our wedding was a simple City Hall ceremony and lunch at Freeman's. Angelica photographed our ceremony, and came along with us to Freeman's for photographs there.
Angelica set up lots of great shots, but also happily took any shots that we had in mind.
The results are stunning - we LOVE our photos. Angelica has an amazing photographers eye. The colors and photos are magazine quality.
We happily and sincerely recommend Angelica for your big day!

I cannot recommend Angelica enough! Despite us being seriously awkward in front of the Camera, she managed to get some beautiful shots of our little wedding! We didn't know what we wanted, somehow Angelica gave us it! The photos are perfect!
We arranged everything via email as we were only in New York for a week, we met on the day at city hall! It should have been nerve racking but I just knew she was the photographer for us!
Don't be fooled into thinking because she's not as ridiculously priced as the others in the city that you could be compromising quality, you're not, book her, she's absolutely worth it!!

Angelica is such a talented and professional photographer. We had a language barrier that day, and she was just so patient and warm; she just made you feel very comfortable.

We are so happy with the beautiful, warm photos that Angelica took of our City Hall wedding. She is truly an artist! She captured so much life in every shot. Some people couldn't believe that the photos were taken at City Hall because she made everything look so elegant. She has an amazing eye.

We had total wedding brain and were bumbling around when she was posing us, but she was very patient and professional. The turnaround time was also surprisingly efficient - I thought we'd have to wait a lot longer but it was just a month before we got a package with lovely prints and a DVD full of gorgeous shots that brought back the day so vividly. Can't recommend her highly enough!

We had Angelica to shoot our wedding at City Hall, NY. At all times Angelica was professional and easy to deal with, answering all my questions before the event and was very prompt in her replies. On the day Angelica was really great to deal with, putting us at ease and she was great in letting us know where to stand and the type of poses to make. Angelica was my photographer for my city hall wedding. Not only was her price perfect for my small budget, but she was very nice and easy to work with. She responded to all of my emails quickly and promptly (usually within 30 minutes-1 hour). We were running a little late due to traffic, but she was very understanding and flexible and accommodated us accordingly. The pictures took about 8 wks/2 months to turn around and we were very happy with the end results.

Best thing I done was hire Angelica for our city hall wedding. She was our witness which was a bonus as we knew nobody in the city. She was flexible about a time to meet and very professionl about her work, would highly recommend her.

Amazing work and an equally amazing person! Cannot recommend her enough! We were slightly less organised than we thought but Angelica was flexible regarding timing and made our wedding day exactly what we wanted it to be she captured our personalities and we had fun! She also went the extra mile to ensure we had our lovely prints before we left as we were only in nyc for a limited time. Not only are we more than pleased with the quality of our photos but Angelica offers an excellent service at definitely the.most affordable price as some of the quotes I received were ridiculous! I am very happy that I booked Angelica for my civil ceremony. The pictures came out amazing. I now have a great memory that will last forever. I also feel like I got a great value for the price that I paid for the package. The only thing that I would change is to be able to choose which picture I want copies of.

This review is way overdue, we had Angelica photographing our wedding back in August. First of all, she was half an hour late and missed beautiful moments of my husband and I seeing each other for the first time in a wedding attire after a night apart. When she finally got the court house, she told me she won't charge us for half an hour that she was supposed to be there but wasn't. Well, thanks a lot :/
When we were taking pictures, she was not creative and did not help us to pose, moreover, whenever I gave her some ideas, I felt she was not happy about it.
Final product was OK. She nicely edited only about 3 pictures. The rest of photos look like someone who's non-professional but with a good camera took.
On your wedding day nothing should upset you, especially poor attitude of your photographer. I made a mistake by hiring Angelica without meeting with her first. Few pictures that she posts on her website is not a good reflection of her work.

I hired Ms. Radway to take our party photos and received them a suprising (6 weeks later). I wouldn't have minded such a long wait, even for digital images which generally is a much quicker process .. sadly they were a huge disapointment for us. The lighting was horrible and the colors unrecognizable or completly blown out (white). I was very fortunate to capture some good photo's from my guests who kindly shared their i-phone photos with us. I have to say that their photo's were far superior in every way. I hesitated to write a review but I thought what if these had been my wedding photos? I would have been heart-broken. This isn't to say that Ms. Radway isn't capable of learning (over time) to offer event photography services, but I would urge future prospective clients to pay a 1/2 fee as a deposit than wait to see the results before paying the full amount. I also encourage Ms. Radway to review her lighting and photography skills before offering to capture "one in a life time" special events or to work in tandum with a more skilled photographer when charging a fee for her services.
