Impeccable through and through!
10 out of 5 stars! No edits. No critiques. Angelica was impeccable - the definition of impeccable! She was cheerful and upbeat every single time I met with her, and full of information. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that she was just as lovely in person as she was during each of our planning phone calls. She made my husband and I feel like we were her #1 priority with every interaction and every decision. She put us and our happiness before the vendors or the venue. She always had our backs! You will NOT be disappointed. Her day-of assistants were just as lovely and attentive as she was. Best wedding planning team!!! -

Angelica was the second decision my husband and I made in planning our wedding and she was truly its foundation. Looking back on the day, we could not be happier - and it was in very large part thanks to Angelica.
She provided guardrails. Every step of the way, she gave us the names of vendors we could trust. She gave us feedback on our ideas - making the good ones come true and (gently and with explanations) dissuading us from the bad ones. She helped take work off our plate through the process - designing our save-the-dates, sourcing a frame for our seating chart, collating the place cards and menus, etc.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Angelica handled all the nitty gritty communications with the vendors. We showed up and did not have to worry about when the florists were arriving or whether the A/V had been set up. It was all handled.
On top of being an absolute professional, Angelica was simply a delight to work with. Walking out of the rehearsal, our mothers separately whispered to us, “I can see why you like Angelica so much!” Multiple friends and family raved about her through the weekend. Peppy and upbeat, but also exuding confidence and organization.
It is no exaggeration to say (as Angelica did after the wedding!) that we hired a planner and gained a friend. -

Perfect Cozy Castle Wedding
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Angelica & Co. for our winter wedding, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did. From the moment we met, it was clear that Angelica genuinely cared about making our dream day come true. They listened so thoughtfully to our vision, paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, and helped us craft a celebration that felt incredibly personal and magical.
Our winter wedding at the castle was exactly what we had hoped for—cozy, intimate, and full of warmth. The way the whole team blended the castle’s grandeur with soft, welcoming touches like twinkling lights, lush florals, and a warm color palette made the entire venue feel like a fairytale. Every element of the day felt seamless, from the soft, flickering candles lining the walkways to the elegant, yet relaxed, atmosphere they created inside.
What really stood out was how every team member we worked with took the time to truly understand what we wanted. They took our ideas and added a personal, thoughtful touch that made everything feel unique to us. We could tell they were invested in making sure we were happy, and it took so much stress off of us. We were able to be fully present in the moment, knowing we were in such capable hands.
Thanks to Angelica & Co., our wedding day was a dream come true, and we’ll forever be thankful for their incredible creativity, attention to detail, and genuine care. If you’re looking for someone who will listen, understand, and help create the perfect celebration, we cannot recommend them enough! -

We just LOVE LOVE LOVE Angelica! She is hands-down one of the kindest, loveliest and most talented wedding planners I've had the privilege of working with. She’s organized, detail-oriented, and truly amazing at what she does. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and cared for at all times and always has a smile on her face. After extensive research and reading numerous reviews, I chose Angelica & Co. From our very first conversation, I sensed it was the perfect match. With only eight months to go before the big day, I doubted my ability to create the wedding of my dreams. I was mistaken. Angelica & Co. not only brought my vision to life but also connected me with outstanding vendors.
Throughout the planning process, Angelica and Natalie were always available to address my questions and concerns, offering unwavering support. Angelica and her partner Natalie were incredible to work with and we could not have been happier with our wedding, largely thanks to their influence. They were accessible, resourceful, and thoughtful every step of the way, and they had excellent taste and insight for every decision; our wedding was stunning and we were thrilled with all the vendors that they recommended for us. We signed up for the "partial planning" service and it was worth every penny. The pre-wedding planning was much easier with their guidance; they were present and ran the show for meetings with the venue, caterer, florist, rentals, etc., and the day of went off flawlessly under their direction. We recommend using them to anyone who wants a seamless and stress-free dream wedding! -

The best part of our wedding day
If having a good wedding planner is the cornerstone of a perfect wedding, then Angelica and her team are the crown jewels of the wedding world. Angelica, Natalie, and the whole team made it their mission to create a memorable, elegant, and most importantly fun wedding day for my husband and me. Their eye for design left our guests gasping when they entered the ballroom. Most importantly they were ready for anything the day threw at us and made us feel at ease the whole time.

Angelica and her team (primarily her associate Natalie) are miracle workers! They ensured our daughter's wedding ran flawlessly. There are so many moving pieces involved in a big wedding these days it would be difficult to list all the things Angelica & Co. did to make it a big success, both before and during. This allowed us not to worry and to enjoy the big day. More than just making things happen (seemingly effortlessly), they did it with style, grace, humor, patience, and professionalism. Behind the scenes they were going every second to make it a beautiful and memorable experience. One may think a wedding coordinator is an unnecessary expense -- but we promise you they are wrong. Just the recommendations and discounts with vendors are worth the weight in gold. Don't have a wedding without a "wedding planner" and Angelica and Natalie are the very best. Because they are much more than planners - they make it happen - and they will make it go the way you want it to. And if you don't know something, they do. Our wedding was in Virginia and the venue was very pleased to work with Angelica which whom they had always had great experience. We can't count the number of people who commented that it was the best wedding and reception they ever attended. Well, it wasn't us, it was Angelica! -

Amazing thoughtful planner 100/5 stars
100/5 stars! Angelica was a godsend - we could not have asked for a better planner. I had already met Angelica when I was in a friend’s wedding and she did such a good job I knew we needed her. Angelica helped find us the absolutely best team of vendors, held our hand when we needed it, and let us source our own decor/etc when it wasn’t necessary to spend extra. The day of the wedding it was threatening to rain the whole afternoon - Angelica and Natalie (also amazing on her team) were literally watching the radar and queued us to go at the exact right time. We got through the ceremony outside and made it inside the winery for cocktail hour seconds before the skies opened up. Angelica made our day so seamless and I can say she is a forever friend - I’ve already asked her to plan my future baby shower. -

As a bride who couldn’t tell you what she wanted but sure as hell knew what she DIDN’T want, Angelica was a god-sent—her creativity & talent is only exceeded by her patience & kindness. Simply put, Angelica “gets it.” She was able to decipher my scattered thoughts and contradicting direction, to help us refine our wedding vision to a tee. Angelica’s artistic passion & enthusiasm for life oozes from every ounce of her being—she flawlessly executed the whimsical, yet modern garden party meets camp aesthetic of my dreams. (…is that even a thing?? No idea, but she did it anyway!) Her optimistic yet pragmatic attitude truly kept me on the rails, especially the last couple months leading into our wedding.
From our first call, we were immediately drawn to her warmth, vivacious personality & overall aurora—It’s so rare to find someone who is such an artistic master of their craft and such a personable professional at the same time; the perfect marriage of left & right brain. Couldn't be more thankful we hired Angelica!!
We knew after our first call with Angelica that we wanted her to help us plan our wedding. She had a great vibe, easy to chat with and already felt like a friend. We had a long engagement so we worked together for almost 2 years to plan our big day. Throughout the entire process she was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. I was very intimidated going into wedding planning, but felt thankful we always had Angelica there to point us in the right direction with vendors, give honest opinions on big things like catering, accurate pricing information, and overall keep the process enjoyable. She also put together the design plan of our dreams - she took the time to sit down with us at our venue and ask us lots questions to get to know us personally and as a couple and was able to put something amazing together from that. I didn't have to pick out a single linen, plate, fork, etc. - which is exactly what I wanted :)
We got married 10/1/22 during the storms from hurricane Ian and were so nervous (and honestly, a bit disappointed) to have to move everything inside. But starting the week of our wedding we told Angelica that we trusted her 100% to make the rain plan work and everything ended up being SO beautiful. She kept our spirits up and did everything she could to make plan B better than plan A. She even brought me rain boots from home incase the rain let up and we wanted to go outside for photos!! Everything was so perfect I honestly forgot it was even suppose to be outside. We smiled big all day (and for days and day after) and know a huge part of that was thanks to Angelica and her team! -

From our first call, I knew that Angelica was the perfect person to help guide us through the wedding planning process. She helped us with coordination and design and just went above and beyond. She guided us through the whole process, making sure we were on track for our short 5 month timeline. She was always up front and honest about pricing for different vendors and what was realistic, which was so helpful. She is experienced (and beloved) in the local industry, so she knows the best vendors to work. We had many vendors respond “Oh we LOVE working with Angelica” and sometimes even offer discounts.
The best was in the leadup to the wedding, she took over all vendor communication giving us the opportunity to spend time with friends and family and get excited - she is someone you can truly trust to pull it all off. My biggest piece of advice is to have a coordinator at the very least - she sheparded our wedding parties around during the ceremony rehearsal and went through details that my husband and I would have never thought of. She and Alexandria were so amazing on our wedding day that I didn’t even think about any logistics and was able to fully enjoy every moment. She even bustled my dress (thank goodness because no one else would have been able to figure it out)! Angelica is a complete gem of a wedding planner and human being. We cannot recommend working with her enough! -

Angelica was simply amazing and made our dream wedding happen! My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet her in person right before the pandemic started and then basically the whole planning process was done remotely. Angelica truly took the time to get to know both of us and showed an immediate interest in our thoughts and ideas for our wedding day. From day one, she was on top of it. Throughout the planning process, she kept us informed of EVERYTHING we needed to know and made sure we were meeting deadlines. Sometimes we needed a gentle nudge and she was there to give it to us, in a polite way :) But everything we wanted or envisioned for our wedding came through and there isn't anything my husband or I would have changed. Thank god we had Angelica and her team's help planning our wedding because both my husband and I are certainly NOT creative. If you are reading this review because you are on the fence about investing in a wedding planner, pull the trigger and book Angelica ASAP – you will be so thankful you did. My now wife and I worked with Angelica for about a year for our June 2021 wedding.
First off, Angelica is just the best to work with personally. She made us feel so at ease during the crazy wedding planning process and her excitement for us, and our big day, was evident. She is incredibly genuine, professional, fun and just fantastic at her job (seriously, hire her).
Early in the planning process, Angelica spent a long time going through our vision with us. Ideas we had, areas where we trusted her ideas completely, and just our general goals for our wedding day. She then came back with her design ideas, vendor suggestions, and amazing details that we would have never even thought of. From there she helped us connect with the right vendors and stay on track getting things done in time (keeping us on a timeline is hard and yet she did it).
Angelica was the first person we went to with a wedding question or concern and she always came back with the right answer or just general advice. From the moment we starting working with her we trusted her completely. Closer to the wedding, we did a walk through with her at our venue and met some vendors, and the fun really began watching her in action. We learned how much we did not know that goes into making a wedding run smoothly, and that if we had not hired a planner (and Angelica, specifically) we would have made *so many mistakes.*
Rehearsal and wedding day – I’ve never seen someone so efficient, organized and busy while appearing not busy (ie between doing two million tasks taking the time to chat with our family members and greet them. That kind of personal, welcoming touch was so special to us!).
Our wedding was perfect. We had so many people specifically comment on how organized and smooth it was and that was ALL Angelica and her phenomenal team. There’s a million things I could point out from that day that she did or that would not have been possible without her. Right after our ceremony my wife and stepped away as the guests went to cocktail hour, Angelica immediately had us brought drinks and bites of all of our hors d’oeuvres so we could enjoy them. We literally would not have gotten food for hours if it hadn’t been for her.
For our cake cutting – she surprised us by bringing over our marriage license for us to sign in front of our guests after cutting the cake. It was SUCH a special touch and people loved it. She went with the mood and knew we trusted her, and it paid off in so many ways, small and large.
We are so, so thankful to have found such an incredible vendor, planner, and friend in Angelica and could not recommend her enough. Our only regret is not investing in a larger planning package of hers. My wife and I joke that besides actually marrying each other, Angelica was the best wedding decision we could have made. -

When my husband, Joey, and I got engaged, we knew we needed to hire a professional wedding planner. Luckily for us, we already knew Angelia and had seen the beautiful weddings she had planned - from budget friendly weddings to elaborate and expensive.
Hiring Angelica was a no-brainer and a must-have. While some vendors I was willing to compromise on, she was not one of them. I even asked for her spring availability before picking a date and looking at venues because I KNEW I needed her to be our wedding planner. From the beginning, Angelica was professional, kind, energetic, and full of ideas. Everything you could ever want in a wedding planner and more.
We were full-steam ahead for a May 2020 wedding when COVID hit. Talk about a huge bummer and a stressful situation no bride ever wants to be in. But fortunately for us, we had Angelica. While postponing our wedding was not ideal, it was the best decision for us and Angelica held our hands throughout the entire process. She took care of contacting all of our vendors, figuring out what dates each vendor had available in the fall (so that we didn't have to replace any) and handled all of the postponement contracts. All we had to do was read it and sign. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She took a crappy situation and helped make it feel less crappy. Not everyone can do that. And I am so thankful to her for her endless words of encouragement and support as I 'grieved' my spring wedding.
But let's talk about some fun stuff! The design details Angelica sent us for our wedding were everything I could have ever dreamt of. It's like she knew what I was thinking before I had even thought it! And she really took the time to include personal touches that made our wedding unique and special. Like our pets. As 'mom and dad' to three dogs and two cats, we knew we wanted to include our furry friends in the wedding in some capacity - after all we had adopted four out of the five together - but just weren't sure how to do that tastefully. In her design, she included little details that acknowledged our love for our pets which was truly the icing on the cake. If I wasn't sold before I hired her, I was when I received that design proposal!
The day of the wedding was breathtaking. I have no words to describe how wonderful it was. Angelica handled every little detail and made sure each and every person, vendor and dog was doing what they/it needed to do. Was I a little stressed when it started raining? Yes. Did Angelica calm my nerves and help me see the beauty in the rain (which ended up going away)? Absolutely. And that's what you get when you hire Angelica. She doesn't just care about creating a beautiful wedding; she cares about the couple and creating lasting memories for everyone involved. From the very first call to emails post-wedding, Angelica isn't just your wedding planner, but a lifelong friend.
If it wasn't obvious enough, I would 100% recommend Angelica to ANYONE getting married - whether you be eloping, hosting a micro-wedding or an elaborate three-day 500+ wedding, you can't go wrong hiring Angelica. Best decision we made -

I literally cannot say enough good things about Angelica--I want her to plan every single event I ever have for the rest of my life. It was really important for me to find a wedding planner who understood and was excited about my vision, so I could trust them completely to implement it and not get dragged down into the little details. From our first phone call I could tell that we totally got each other and Angelica was the perfect fit! She's super responsive at all times which I really appreciate, and helped to steer us in the right direction while listening to all of our crazy and half-formed ideas. Our wedding day and all the months leading up to it was perfectly seamless due to Angelica being on top of everything and the wedding day was absolutely gorgeous and everything we had imagined. I first met Angelica at my best friend's wedding. She was her month-of wedding coordinator, and she was such a pro; kept the bride calm, kept everyone and everything on schedule, and made everything look beautiful.
I hired her for her full service package. With the exception of marrying my husband, this was the best decision I made. I had lots of pictures and ideas bouncing around in my head, and she turned my ramblings into a cohesive, beautiful story. She totally got me. And even though I was involved in a lot of the decisions (flatware, linen, chairs, florals, etc.) I was still BLOWN AWAY both before the ceremony and after she turned the room for the reception.
With nothing more than some pictures and my description of "I want an enchanted forest theme, but not too theme-y," and "Picture it like the rainforest café, but classy" she made all of my dreams come true. I told her I wanted to feel like a fairy princess bride, surrounded by moss, greenery, and fairy lights. She went above and beyond. Wonderful Wedding Coordinator!
Angelica and her team were such a joy to work with. I hired her for month of coordination to complete the loose ties in my planning. She provided wonderful checklists and planning tools. Angelica was in charge for our rehearsal and the day of coordination. She also attended our final venue walk-through. She was punctual, professional, direct, and experienced. She is a great decision maker and a positive burst of energy. We received several compliments from family, the wedding party, and our guests on her contribution. Angelica is an incredibly professional, responsive, positive, and patient wedding planner and I would recommend her to anyone looking to make their wedding day stress-free, seamless and fun! I originally found Angelica on Instagram because she did a styled shoot at our (newer) venue. I reached out, and she immediately responded and we set up a time to chat about her packages. I had conversations with multiple wedding planners early on and there was no other wedding planner that I connected with so well and felt so comfortable working with!
We went with her Partial Planning Package. She was there to guide us through the planning process in the year leading up to our wedding, and even went above and beyond to give significant input on our design, which was not one of the items we had contracted with her to help with. Angelica also has the ability to perfectly understand your vision for your wedding day (even if you can't necessarily articulate it well with words) and will make sure it is executed day-of. She was always responsive via phone/text/email to any of our wedding questions!
Our wedding day truly would not have been the same without Angelica and her assistant there. She was there to help calm our nerves, coordinate EVERY LAST DETAIL and made sure that our day flowed perfectly. She even surprised us with the most beautifully decorated dessert bar toward the end of our wedding, and spent the day before the wedding shopping for (and pulling together) the most perfect place card holder that went with our design. Angelica has also become a great friend that I've continued to stay in close touch with now that the wedding festivities have ended. I highly recommend working with Angelica! -

Two words for you - HIRE ANGELICA. She literally saved our wedding day in so many ways. She is graceful, professional, courteous, friendly, warm-hearted, extremely organized and has an excellent eye for design and style. I used her for Partial Planning which was awesome, but honestly looking back my one regret was not using her for full service planning. She made our day come to life and we had a lot of headaches with our venue and catering and she has gone way above and beyond to help us even after our wedding. She helps keep everything on track, creates an amazing design and decor board for you, and was so patient with my many many many questions throughout the process. I knew from the second I talked to her on the phone that I needed to hire her and she was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I'm confident that whatever you have in mind for your wedding, Angelica will help give you guidance and make your special event come to life even better than you ever imagined. Angelica was amazing to work with for our wedding day! From start to finish, she helped calm any nerves (as is so common for brides!) and had a great eye for detail and pulling everything together to make our day absolutely lovely. We were unsure if our wedding would be able to be outside because of huge amounts of rain the day before and morning of... Angelica did everything she could to make sure that if the ceremony could be outside, that it would be! She had a great back up plan for us but still held onto hope for plan A! And wonderfully enough, the sun came out in time for our ceremony and everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! Go with her as your wedding planner/day of coordinator and you will not be disappointed! She is the sweetest and kindest person to work with and she gets things done!! -

I was lucky enough to meet Angelica at my friend’s wedding a year ago, where she did a phenomenal job as coordinator for her wedding. I knew half way through that reception that I wanted her for my own wedding! Her upbeat personality is infectious and her knowledge of the wedding industry is incredible. She asked all of the questions I didn’t even know to ask, and had solutions to all of the things that I thought would be problems. Angelica made sure that our wedding day was exactly what we had hoped - she did another phenomenal job! On top of that, I am happy to say that I’ve gained a friend throughout the process. William Sent on 07/16/2018Picture this... outdoor summer wedding with a miraculous change of weather forecast to what should be sunny skies. You have your primary location a half a mile from your rain day contingency location. Then, 2 hours before the ceremony with all the decorations set and the caterer preparing food... the SKY DROPS!
ANGELICA sprang into action. She got the caterer, venue staff, and who knows who else to transport everything a half mile away, reset the decorations, all while not allowing anything to get wet or ruined and... everything started on time. The rain cleared before our ceremony and the night was amazing! The proof is in the photos below (rain first look and tent are the same place).
Angelica is caring, intelligent, and artistic but what really sets her apart is her leadership and charisma in a crisis. We were so thankful Angelica was our planner. She helped us in the planning, vendor selection, and especially on the day-of execution. We can’t think of anyone who could have made such a quick change while preserving the vision for our big day! -

She went above and beyond - she offered thoughtful advice and suggestions, she stayed organized, and ensured we had everything prepared before going into the big day.
I can honestly say I did not have to lift a finger during the wedding weekend! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be (from vendors to family and friends), that we had everything we needed, and that everyone was having a good time. From making sure we ate throughout the day to packing our car at the end of the night, we could not have done it without her.
