Angela came recommended to us from our very close friends and she did not disappoint. We opted for the full planning and design package which was great because she covered literally every base for us. Wedding planning was daunting at first, but Angela made it very easy. You can't avoid the one million decisions, but she did a great job of ushering us through the process, staying on top of critical deadlines, and listening to our vision. Angela was incredibly helpful in the execution of our wedding day as a day of coordinator. You don't realize how much goes into planning a wedding until you are deep in its throws, and her lists, online platform and meetings helped to assure me that we were on track with planning everything. I did not have to check a clock once during the day or stress about time, and was able to be 100% fully present, which was all I really wanted. We had a great time working with Angela for our wedding. We were married on our private residence in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire, which required certain unique planning and logistical needs, especially as it was our private home and not a wedding venue. We were very hands-on in planning our entire wedding and hired Angela as our day-of coordinator. Even though she was “day-of”, she held three detailed meetings with us in the year leading up to our wedding, where she helped us organize all of our planning efforts and was extremely attentive and accommodating of our wedding vision. While on these calls, she would bring up important to-do tasks that we had not thought of, which was a huge help in tackling this logistical challenge. We really appreciated her online website and checklists to help us remember all of the little things that could easily slip through the cracks otherwise. She took initiative to check in with us throughout the year and was always responsive to our questions. The day before our wedding, she met us all on-site and ran through the ceremony. This was extremely helpful and she had an organized and clear way of communicating with all in the wedding party. Our day-of ran quite smoothly and we could focus on enjoying our wedding without worrying about the logistics. Angela took care of all vendor communications and organizations, in addition to looking after us providing us with drinks, snacks and our meals. Father of the bride here, still living in New Hampshire, where I raised my daughter who wanted to have a wedding on a quintessential farm near her childhood home. She and her fiancé live in Florida. Enter Angela Marie Weddings. From the start, Angela was competent and conscientious. She walked the snow-covered fields in January with me to map out the wedding site. As winter turned to spring, Angela guided my daughter, the groom, and me towards the wedding. She cleared the path for a wonderful event. From our first conversation we knew Angela was the perfect fit to be our day of wedding coordinator for our September 2023 wedding at Seacoast Science Center. Throughout the whole planning process Angela’s communication and knowledge were extremely professional. Whether your venue requires you to have an outside coordinator or not, we highly recommend hiring Angela Marie Weddings. To be honest, we didn’t think we necessarily needed a coordinator but let me tell you, we would have been lost without Angela! We had a lot of curveballs thrown our way (Hurricane Lee!) and Angela navigated last minute changes and updates tremendously – she communicated with all of our vendors and made sure everything went off without a hitch so we could take in every moment of our special day and not have to worry about the finer details. Not only did Angela’s wedding day timeline help make the day run smoothly but her eye for design and ability to execute our vision was exceptional. Amazing experience ...Angela was the Day of Coordinator for our daughters vow renewal/wedding celebration. From our first contacts with Angela she was available to ask questions ,provide guidance and offer helpful suggestions . The celebration was delayed twice due to Covid and Angela was willing to keep rolling with the date . We were so happy she could accommodate us. As the day approached, Angela provided us with the tools to keep us on track and organized. Her knowlege of event planning, experience and professionalism were greatly appreciated . The most amzing part was on the day of the celebration ...after we had unloaded the decor and chatted with Angela she suggested that we ''go get ready and relax." We were confident and relieved to know that she had it under control and knew our vision for the day. This left us all able to breathe , relax and get ready to finally celebrate with our family and friends. Angela and Bekah were absolutely phenomenal to work with! Angela was with us from the start wedding planning on a consulting basis, and Bekah was our day-of coordinator. Angela was extremely helpful when confirming all our vendors in the weeks before our wedding when I began to feel overwhelmed. She was very responsive, and available to answer questions or brainstorm ideas whenever I needed her! Her planning software made it extremely easy to keep track of our wedding details.
Bekah was the perfect day of coordinator. She was so calm, poised, and helpful on the day of the wedding. She made everything go smoothly, and made sure the day was everything we dreamed of!

My now husband and I knew we wanted a wedding planner to work with us at the start of our engagement, and we couldn't have been happier with Angela and the work that she did.
Like most couples, we had some very clear visions of what we wanted for our wedding, but were unsure of what questions to ask to vendors to make it happen, and what to expect for costs. Angela not only worked with us to understand our vision for the wedding ceremony and reception, but then built on that to ensure that we found the best vendors to deliver to it.
Day of support, Angela was a rockstar. She built out the day-of schedule and coordinated the vendors (in some pretty sweltering heat) and ensured that my husband and I could fully focus on enjoying the day. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives. With several getting ready locations, a church ceremony, then a reception in a new location (nevermind 200 guests), we knew logistics would be a challenge. Angela and Bekah made the day go so smoothly that neither my husband nor I were stressed for a minute. We enjoyed every moment of the day. While Angela took care of my bridal party, vendors, tips, and formalities, Bekah was at my side constantly with a bustle, a snack, or a sip of my drink! They were INCREDIBLE and I cannot thank them enough. Plus...Angela accomplished the impossible...getting ME, a perpetually late woman, to the ceremony on time! I had always dreamed of getting married somewhere non-traditional, in the “middle of nowhere”, but I also knew that would make everything twice as hard- especially since I was also in another state the entire time- so I sought out a planner & coordinator. Angela helped ease so much stress throughout the planning process because she was consistently organized, informative, and methodical. She provided access to a wonderful tool called Aisle Planner, which helped keep everyone connected and on-task. We spent several weeks perfecting a timeline for the wedding day, and I am extremely grateful for the time and attention she put towards all the fine details. Angela kept the entire day on track which allowed my parents and bridal party to enjoy the day as well. She also did a great job of shielding me from any minor issues or stressors throughout the day, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Hiring Angela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, hands down. Not only did she coordinate with the other vendors months beforehand, she developed a timeline for the whole day (must have) and flawlessly coordinated the rehearsal. We had multiple people in our wedding party comment that they actually felt ready for the next day because of how well-organized the rehearsal was thanks to Angela and her assistant. I was a hyper-organized, DIY-everything type of bride and I felt 100% comfortable with Angela taking the reins the day of because I could just tell she gets “it.” So much of what you spend on your day is for your guests, but having Angela there was what made us actually be able to enjoy our day and I consider to be something for the couple. Angela was truly incredible to work with for our June 12, 2021 wedding at Hardy Farm in Fryeburg, Maine. From day one of working together she was responsive, supportive, and enthusiastic. We had to postpone our wedding a year out from our original date due to COVID-19, and Angela supported us every step of the way! She helped us negotiate with our vendors and create a new plan that worked for everyone involved. Leading up to the wedding itself, Angela picked up our planning and details seamlessly and coordinated so many last minute details with all our vendors. I myself have planned many events (galas) and it was hard for me to let go of control at first, but once I saw how Angela worked I felt completely confident giving her the reins and she pulled off an event we never could have done on our own. On the day of the wedding she was somehow everywhere at once attending to all the little details to make the day everything we hoped for. We had many complicated plans that required in-the-moment spontaneous adjustments as they involved so many people, and Angela worked professionally with everyone to make the day magical!! She was endlessly patient with us as we added last minute changes or another performance, and saw our vision out through and through. She is also just delightful and a pleasure to work with. It was hard to take in how pampered I felt as a bride on the day of the wedding; she predicted and honored every need. We absolutely loved having Angela as our weekend-of wedding planner. From the first time we spoke with her, her grounded/calm energy mixed with her expansive knowledge, put us at ease. We felt support from her right from the start. As for during the wedding weekend — let's just say we had a big wedding (big guest list, big bridal party and lots of vendors). The minute she arrived, we handed her over the reigns so she could be in charge of what we spent close to two years planning. It was a relief and a gift to have her in charge of ALL of the vendors, organizing the timeline, focusing and gathering our bridal party ... and keeping the day running as planned. I can honestly say we didn't even think about the details once she was there. She was easy to work with, responsible and organized. Angela did a truly fantastic job with our wedding. We hired her for our day of coordination. That involved a few phone calls prior to get every last detail straightened away. Angela was so organized and on top of things. Our wedding was done completely from scratch; we had it on a farm and had to select every vendor, and bring all our decor and details that day. Angela helped us track all vendor communication, packing lists, decor items, and she did set up that day including ceremony layout, ceremony coordination and guidance, and decorations, etc. It was imperative we had her help since our whole family was too busy with everything else and getting ready. I'm SO glad we chose Angela because she helped our wedding go off perfectly! Thank you :)

Angela was our rock on our wedding day! She kept everything together and moving forward. There were so many things (all the things?) I didn't have to think about because I knew she had it (met/directed all vendors, styled the tables, corralled the guests, moved chairs, cued the procession, handed out payments, the list goes on... ) Angela brought the wedding party a tray of drinks when we ended up spending more time than we hoped taking photos. She brought me food and drinks during cocktail hour more than once. It got a bit stressful with makeup and hair running behind and she tried so hard to get us back on track but she also made sure to give me the time I needed with my mom, guests, our first look, etc. and reassured me we were fine. People told us it was the best wedding ever and so beautiful. For me it was a dream come true. Angela was the lynchpin to all of it. She was generous with her time ahead of the wedding. She is an incredibly linear/organized thinker which I valued and she was willing to work with the organization I had already set up. Phenomenal Experience
Angela was simply amazing!! My husband and I started working with Angela about a year before our big day, she was kind and relaxed, immediately put me at ease, and organized! We were so lucky to have her because we are just not organized people. I had a vision for what I wanted the wedding to be, but Angela took that idea and created an absolute dream day! Our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more! As soon as Angela arrived I felt relieved, because I knew she would take care of everything, and she did! I felt as though Angela treated our wedding as if it were her own, and you could see it in the details. Everything was exactly as I imagined it would be, but better! Our big day was seamless, thanks to Angela. Everything flowed perfectly and we did not have to worry about anything other than getting married! Angela allowed us to relax and focus on our big day! Elizabeth Sent on 08/09/2018My wedding day was the most magical and sacred moment in my life, and so much of the amazingness my husband and I felt was due to Angela's incredible work in helping us plan. We were living on the west coast when we began our planning process, and Angela was instrumental in helping us find and secure vendors for our big day. She was organized, took all of our desires and crazy ideas into consideration, and was incredibly kind to everyone we worked with. In fact, multiple vendors mentioned to me how much they enjoyed working with Angela. Having so many pleasant and happy vendors on our team for the big day speaks volumes to her customer service and contributed to the magic both my husband and I experienced on our big day! And when I say magic, I really do mean magic. My husband and I were both glowing throughout the entire day! Neither of us experienced any stress ( and I am an anxious person by nature) because Angela was onsite first thing in the morning bringing everything into place. She made a detailed itinerary for the whole weekend, allowing our entire wedding party to feel at ease knowing Angela would take care of the details. And she did! Many of our guests said they had never seen a bride and groom have so much fun at their own wedding, which is a true testament to Angela's work leading up to the day and throughout the whole evening (she was there until the very end of the night!) We are so grateful for her work and feel anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Angela was my day of coordinator for my wedding on September 4th and I don’t think it would have gone as smoothly without her! I hired Angela over a year prior to the wedding date but I only talked to her a handful of times leading up to the day. I’ll admit I was a little nervous and skeptical because I felt like we didn’t have the rapport I’d imagine having with the person basically in charge of my wedding day. However, Angela and her team know exactly what they are doing and are prepared to make sure the day goes as planned! If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, you should definitely hire one, and you should definitely hire Angela! She was so professional, efficient, fun, and kind.
