    Incredible, Intimate experience

    If you’re looking for an intimate, positive, all about the client experience, this is it. Rachel is amazing. She asked questions prior to my appointment about style, time of year, etc and asked if I had any inspiration pictures. You could tell she was prepared and that this was going to be an intimate, all about me appointment. She hit the nail on the head with every dress she pulled off the rack. The first dress she had me try on ended up being the one I said yes to! (After trying on a few others for good measure). Not once did I feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. Rachel was just so positive and happy, helpful and knowledgeable, and most importantly fun and easy going. I hate trying on clothes but she made my experience so positive. My bridesmaids and family want to come back for their dresses!

    10/10 Would Recommend

    Everyone on the Blush Bridal team is absolutely wonderful! Rachel helped me find the perfect dress, Jessica was my seamstress and she made my dress fit perfectly while still be comfortable in it, and Linda made the most beautiful veil that matched my wedding colors perfectly. They really made everything so easy and made me feel so special! Thank you for everything ladies!

    After a couple of disappointing visits to other shops , I found Blush Bridal and called. Rachel was responsive and met with me privately.

    Rachel helped me build the perfect mother of the groom dress from 2 other dresses. Basically custom designing the dress I envisioned. She was patient, responsive and understood exactly what I wanted. My appointment was at my convenience and was completely private.

    Rachel had amazing service!

    Rachel was great! I was able to find my dress after only trying on about 5 and she made me feel so much better about my insecurities! She helped me find a dress that drew out my shape but didn't make me feel insecure-which is huge for me! I definitely recommend Blush bridal for a family-like and comfortable dress-shopping experience!

    My Matron of Honor looked and looked to find a bridal boutique near the Seacoast New Hampshire that would allow us an appointment t on just a few days notice while I was in town visiting my family. She found Blush on the second page of Google! I will do whatever I have to to make sure she comes up on the first page because any bride would be lucky to work with Teri. She was so accommodating to our crazy schedule and she knew just what to grab the minute we walked in the door (30 minutes late). Teri had nothing but positive feedback and warm smiles the whole time we were there. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for but I trusted her expertise and I could not have been more right. She is so wonderful and just what I was looking for to make my dress buying experience a memory I will cherish forever! Thank you!!

    I had the best experience trying on wedding dresses! Terri made me feel like a princess! She really listened to what I was looking for and not looking for and picked out the perfect dresses for me to try on! We were there for a few hours and I never felt rushed! I would recommend Andreas Bridal Boutique t everyone looking for dresses!

    If you are a bride looking for a dream gown at a great price, try Andreas Bridal in Rochester.
    I wasnt sure what I wanted, but Teri did! It was the first gown I tried on , but she was patient with me. I didnt want to choose the first gown I tried on! She had me try on different styles and fabrics and I went back to the first gown.
    When the gown came it, she ordered it specifically to my height, so i didn't have to have the hem done by the seamstress. I had lost some weight but Cathy the seamstress took it in perfectly. Cathy also updated my moms veil to match my gown. Love her! She was great!
    It seems like a little shop, but thats what I liked. Personal service.
    Great job by all!

    can not say enough about Andrea's Bridal Boutique! This was my first stop to just try a few styles on before I went to look in Boston. I was not expecting much, but from the moment I walked in, Terri was amazing! I had a very specific style in mind but Terri talked me into trying on dresses I never would have and she really opened my mind. She definitely knows her stuff. I went back a second time to try some new dresses on that she just got in and ended up buying a dress that day and cancelling my trip to Boston. The prices are very reasonable and there is a lot to choose from. Terri and Andrea make the entire process easy and fun. I cant wait til my dress comes in.

    Brides, definitely check this place out...you will not be sorry!

    I called Andrea's Bridal and was able to make an appointment on a weekday evening, which I made with relief. I was greeted by Teri, the owner, and she already had a few dresses picked out, after hearing my details. She was so helpful and with all the added detail, Teri walked me to the mirror, and I saw myself as a beautiful bride. I knew she found THE dress... MY dress! It was a little out of my budget, but Teri worked within my budget. Thank you Teri! I had asked Teri if I could bring in my mother to show her my gown one evening and Teri set the date. When my mother and I arrived, Teri had coffee and cakes. She gave me the full bridal look and I walked out to see the joy and tears in my mother's eyes. Teri's personal touch will never be forgotten for me or my mother. She helped create my 'say YES to the Dress' a great memory and isn't that what we all want when we shop for our gown! I highly recommend Andrea's Bridal Boutique in Rochester, NH for any bride who wants to experience joy while shopping for the dress!

    I had four months til my wedding and I had a disaster with my original dress. I found the dress of my dreams, but it was 3 hours away in NH. I called them in the morning and was there by 2:00 pm to try it on. The salesperson was a SAINT and she made my stressful experience into a fun and enjoyable one. Needless to say, I drove my dress home that afternoon! The staff at Andreas is great - the office manager even came down to see my dresss and helped me take photos to text to my family. A great place to shop!

    Great Experience

    Rachel was really fun and positive, and extremely responsive with any questions or concerns. I went to a couple other places and this was by far the best experience overall.

    Patient and knowledgeable

    Rachel has been amazing!! When I described what I was looking for, she had 4 beautiful gowns to choose from! They were the style I was looking for! I said yes to one of those gowns! Thank you Rachel!! You’ve been amazing!!

    A worthwhile visit!

    Andrea's was one of the few salons that I felt I was actually "shopping" and not just trying on dresses... There were so many options to choose from in my budget so it made the process a really fun experience! Everyone in the store was very welcoming and friendly (especially Morgan who did a fabulous job helping me!!)

    Andrea's, now Blush, has a large variety of gowns and dresses. If you are able to buy off the rack, this is the place. If you have to order anything, leave the store and go elsewhere. Teri was fun to work with until my dress didn't arrive ontime. It finally did arrive - 3 1/2 weeks late. Teri might have apologized once. She repeatedly said the delay was not her fault. She had little to no simpathy. She made no effort to call around to other boutiques to see what might be available. My niece called over 70 stores in the New England area and found a dress in Rhode Island the same day I heard my dress had finally arrived. I do recommend Debbie for alterations.

    I am so sorry you had a stressful experience at Blush. I apologized in each conversation with you and I explained to that I had worked with this dress line for 10 years, and had no reason to believe they wouldn't deliver your dress on time. When it was became late, the company did the best thing they could which was to overnight it to us the moment they received it. When we received it, our seamstress altered your gown within days of the its arrival to help alleviate the situation.

    The dress company's manager called you directly and apologized for THEIR error .
    Even though I have been with this company for 10 years, this delay has compromised my customers' service for the second time ( and for the last time) and resulted in your unhappiness and I will no longer be purchasing from this company.

    We purchased five bridesmaids dresses from Terri at Andrea's Bridal. She did agree to throw in silver wraps to go with our plum dresses at no extra charge so we thought great. We ordered the dresses in mid January and were told they would be in by late March or early April. Toward the end of April, my Mom called to ask why we hadn't received a call to pick up the dresses. She was told that the dresses were taking longer than expected but "this gave the bridesmaids longer to lose weight". I thought this was a terrible thing to say (not that it matters but we ordered a size 4, a size 6, two size 8’s and a size 16 for a pregnant bridesmaid). Terri told my Mom the dresses should be in by the end of the week. By Friday of that week only one of the dresses was in. My Aunt picked up the dress and was given the plum cover up that came with the dress as well as the silver one. Two of my bridesmaids are away from the area in college so my plan was to have the dresses fitted before they went back to school from Easter break this wasn’t possible because the dresses never came in until a week and a half later. We asked Terri at Andrea’s Bridal for a 10% discount for delay which she granted. Unfortunately, she then decided she was not going to give us the silver cover ups that she promised. She felt that was two discounts. She did eventually give us the cover-ups. The saga doesn’t end here unfortunately as four of the five dresses came apart at the waistline. Luckily my sister tried hers on a couple of nights before the wedding to see if adding a silver pin would look alright. They noticed the waistline coming apart and used Fabric Tac to fix the problem and brought it along to the wedding just in case. My sister is one of the size 8’s. Three of the other girls needed fixes for their dresses. I contacted Terri but she wouldn’t help me. I contacted Sophia Tolli, the designer directly, who was very sympathetic but said she could not deal with customers directly. They said Andrea’s bridal would have to contact them to assist me with the problem which they don’t seem to want to do. I would avoid this bridal salon.

    These are the facts. The gowns were ordered 1/24/11. I requested the silver shawls in place of the complimentary plum shawls. The designer delivered the gowns with plum shawls, not the silver shawls on 5/5/11. The wedding was in July. A 1 1/2 week delay should not constitute a discount when the gowns still arrived 2 months before the wedding. I re-ordered the silver shawls at my expense since that was the original request and my aim is to please my customers. They also arrived in plenty of time before the wedding. I was unaware of the gown issues at the wedding until now. Last but not least, being a plus size woman, I would never suggest to any woman to lose weight.

    This place is a nightmare!
    When we picked out bridesmaids dresses she quoted us 120, when we went to put down the deposit she said they were 175. We argued about it and she said she'd "meet us in the middle at 140".
    Two of the girls were getting corsette backs instead of zippers, that she wrote down an extra $20 each ended up having to pay 30 becasue she had to get them rushed after forgetting to order them.
    We ordered dresses 5 months in advance! Terri said they would take about 3 months. They came in 2 weeks before the wedding!! She didn't even call us to tell us they were in. We just started calling every other day because it was becoming so close. The whole time she blamed it on the dress maker, when we knew that was a lie because one of my girls had to order the same dress at another shop because she lives in a different state. Hers came in in about 2 months!
    The 2 girls that got the corset backs came in about a week after everyone elses.
    After everyone's dresses were in she then tells us that because it was so close to the wedding she didn't have time to alter any of them.
    Well, one of the girls is pregnant and now didn't have time to get hers altered because we only had about 9 days before the wedding (and that included sat and sun).
    We went back to try and return it, and Terri said we could only pick out another dress. Which she had NO options. She made us go with something that was just the same color. Instead of doing an even swap dress for dress, she took the corset back piece also! She ended up having to pay 165, instead of 120.
    The Whole time we were in the shop trying to figure out what our options were, Terri kept saying "You girls are killing me!"
    The wedding dress came in a month after it was supposed to, and never called to let us know!
    The skirt was crooked when it came in and made me pay to alter it! When I show up for my last dress fitting, her seamstress had left, because Terri told one of us the wrong time.

    I'm sorry you had a unpleasant experience with Andreas. Its disheartening to hear.

    I'd like to address the issues discribed . First, my price for the bridesmaids gowns are priced at 175.00 . I dropped the price to $140.00 per request of the bride for a discount because she purchased her bridal gown here.

    Second, I have documentation from two factories apologizing for the delay in deliveries. They were quick to add they were meeting all deadlines. I will post one of the two letters on my facebook page for your review.

    Even though the first bridesmaid placed her deposit on 3/7/13 , the last bridesmaid to make her deposit was 5/10/13. the order is placed then.The gowns arrived 8/23/13 . Three months and two weeks after the order was placed. Notification happened the same day as arrival.

    The bridesmaids met with one of my four recommended and talented seamstresses for their gowns, so I'm not sure why you say we wouldn't or didnt alter the gowns. We did.

    The bride was not charged for perfecting the skirt issue.

    Yes, you are right, we did not have a duplicate gown in stock for the growing glowing pregnant bridesmaid, but let her exchange it for a gown in the same color that could accommodate her new figure. It is an industry standard for sales to be final, but in instances like these, we do our best.

    I personally showed the bride and party members where the one button bustle on the gown was when the gown was picked up.

    From the wedding planning to the big day, we want to be a pleasant part of the journey and certainly not add to the stress. Its upsetting to us that the bride did not feel as we were there for her and her party, as that is our goal.
