Worth every penny!
We absolutely loved working with Noelle as our planner, and the whole team at ALWE for our wedding! Looking back, we have said so many times that we could not imagine the day without Noelle, Kaylee, and Samantha. Booking with ALWE was worth every penny and more! I am a planning type myself and sometime struggle with delegating, but Noelle made it so easy and took so many things off my plate to make the planning process easier. She was always available for a quick call or email. She provided tons of vendor recommendations and helped us find some cost-saving options regarding the wedding day design. The wedding weekend is where the ALWE and Noelle specifically truly shined and blew me away with their execution! Starting with the rehearsal, which was so efficient and organized. In particular, one of my bridesmaids who has worked in event planning previously even commented that she has never seen a more well executed rehearsal than ours thanks to Noelle. On our wedding day, Noelle made sure all the set up at the venue flowed seamlessly while we got ready. This was such a relief and allowed me, my husband, and our families to truly enjoy the day without any stress. One of the best parts was that my husband and I each had an ALWE team member assigned to us so that if we needed anything throughout the day someone on the team was always within earshot to help. I truly felt like we got the royal treatment and got to be the guests of honor and enjoy our day without the stress and hassle that goes with hosting. This would not have been possible without Kaylee, Samantha and most importantly, Noelle. I cannot recommend Noelle and ALWE enough and am so appreciative of all they did to make our wedding dreams a reality!

The best!
I am a little late in writing this review but it is well deserved, nonetheless. There are not enough good things I can say about Andrea and her team to fully describe our experience with her. As the mother of the bride and a somewhat neurotic person, I knew I couldn't pull off a wedding on my own and decided to enlist Andrea Leslie Weddings. We spent about 2 years working with Andrea on all facets of the wedding including the rehearsal/welcome dinner. My daughter and I knew the minute we met Andrea that she was for us. She is so incredibly calming yet professional and her eye for detail is incredible. She came up with such fantastic ideas and set realistic expectations from the start. I feel like even six months later, we are still coming off the high of this amazing event. All her vendor suggestions were wonderful and in looking back, we really couldn't have had a better experience. I am so thankful to her and her team for giving us the wedding of my daughter's (and my) dreams!

The best of the best!!
Choosing ALWE as our planners was truly one of the best things my husband and I did for our wedding. We chose the "Month Of" coordination package, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie Milstone - she is caring, organized, professional, she happily answered all of my questions, and I was able to relax leading up to our wedding/on wedding day knowing that everything was in good hands. Having access to Katie throughout the whole wedding planning process was priceless (and something that you don't always get with other "Month Of" packages).
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The timeline Katie put together was great, and we were early or right on time for each part of the timeline on the day of. Because of that, there were a few pockets of downtime that we appreciated so much. We were not expecting any downtime, so that was a pleasant surprise, and those moments are some of our favorites since they helped us really soak in the day. Not only do we love Katie/ALWE, but so did all of our other vendors, families, and friends. Thank you to Katie and the ALWE team for all of your hard work! We love y'all!!

Best planner EVER
Where do we even begin with Andrea? We have been planning with her for roughly 20 months. We found her through instagram and I am so glad we chose her and her team. From the beginning stages of securing her to even after our wedding everything was outstanding. Andrea was so patient, detailed, attentive, and understanding in every aspect. She is truly the reason our day was what it was. We have built a special connection with her while planning and because of that I knew I trusted her with all the details of my wedding. She made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited for our day and most importantly stress free. Best decision I made!
Andrea Leslie Weddings was the best! Originally, I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner. After booking a few of my major vendors and looking to the details, I quickly realized I needed help and guidance. During my first call with Andrea I knew it was the right fit. I was lucky enough to work with Katie, who answered unlimited calls, emails, and texts (even though I only had a month of planner) to guide me through the process. From room blocks, transportation, signage, lighting, invitations/menus, and all the details to make the day of flow, Katie was there every step of the way. I was able to have so much fun and really take it all in on the day of the wedding because of Katie. She coordinated with all of my vendors and the venue to make the day absolutely perfect. She even made sure the room I got ready in during the day was cleaned, with wedding cake, desserts, and champagne waiting for when us after the wedding. All of our family and bridal party commented on how professional, organized, and kind Katie was, and how smoothly the wedding day and reception felt because of her efforts. I cannot recommend enough! There is so much that goes on behind the scenes to coordinate a wedding, especially in the month leading up to it. There really isn’t a price that can be put on the value of having a planner that you can trust to help do the heavy lifting. Thank you to Katie and ALWE!!!

Simply the BEST
Things a wedding planner has to have: endless patience, ample connections, and unrelenting dedication. This is exactly what you get with an Andrea Leslie wedding.
Her reputation proceeded her. When the Arizona Biltmore staff heard we had the Andrea Leslie overseeing our wedding, they (1) had to double check and (2) followed up with the affirmation that we were going to be in good hands.
Andrea was incredibly attentive to our vision – details mentioned in passing were all accounted for.
Andrea was astutely observant – knew when to guide vs. when to lead discussions, and never once made us feel discounted.
Andrea was committed to US – first hand instances: fought through a bug the day before at the rehearsal and shook it off to be there with us on the day of, ran to the other side of the resort to sew back a button on a groomsman blazer, and gently stole us away from the cocktail hour so we may soak in the beautiful reception space ahead of it being filled with guests.
Most importantly, she cared. And knew how to care. At times, like a mom. Others, like a sister and best friend. And on the rare occasion, like a drill sergeant (the most pleasant one ever).
Andrea’s genuine emotional investment in you is what ultimately separates her and the Andrea Leslie team apart.
Please do not waste your time. The search should end with Andrea Leslie Weddings. Bar none.

We had the best experience working with Noelle and the team at Andrea Leslie Weddings & Events for our wedding! I can't imagine having gone through the process without them. Noelle was on top of everything and thought about every last detail. I knew before the wedding weekend came up that I wouldn't have to worry about anything the day of because it was all under control. Andrea started as our planner, left as our true friend!
My husband David & I got engaged in May, 2021 and were immediately referred to Andrea by two different trusted sources. We met Andrea for coffee and looked no further! We knew Andrea would be our planner right then and there. David and I felt an immediate connection with her- she really listened to us and got to know us as a couple and individually. It is hard not to love her- she is positive, hard-working, family-oriented, comforting, creative, and has so much expertise in her area. We only had 9 months to plan our wedding. Initially, we worried that we would feel "rushed," but this was not the case. Using Andrea's computer system (called Aisle Planner), every task and to-do was simply and clearly written out. The tasks were separated "for her" and "for him," as well as by month, week, and day. This made the stress of planning a wedding feel less daunting. David and I felt accomplishment and joy every time we got to check off our to-do boxes! Andrea communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process- often late into the night! We always looked forward to our zooms with her, and to be honest are really missing them now that our big day is over. She always made us feel at ease- even when we felt behind. The referrals that she suggested were superb- not only the services provided, but the people behind them. We just got married in Sedona on February 4, 2023. Andrea and her assistants were by our sides whenever we needed them the entire weekend. If something was left at the hotel, it magically showed up to where it was needed at the venue (thank you Andrea & Angelica). Things were done way before we had to ask. Every moment was magic! The ceremony was sentimental.. the food was exceptional..no one left the dance floor! Many tears were shed in the bridal suite with Andrea--the amount of gratitude I have for her is overflowing. When we got back to our wedding suite at the end of the night (where the bridesmaids and I had gotten ready that morning), the mess that we'd left was gone and the room was immaculate (again, thank you Andrea & Angelica). All items left behind at the venue (phones, wallets, lipsticks, shawls, vow books, and more) were perfectly packaged up- no item left behind. Andrea's care for us was above and beyond. We miss her and are looking forward to getting dinner with her and her husband soon! Whenever we look back on our wedding day, we will always remember Andrea. We think the world of her! No one else should plan your wedding- Andrea is your planner!

Working with Andrea and her team turned wedding planning into an experience my wife and I will cherish forever.
When we set out to plan our wedding for 150+ people, we were intimidated and confused how we could do it while working very demanding jobs. Andrea walked with us every step of the way, through tough decisions and flip-flopping over details. We loved our regular calls and brainstorming our vision with different elements. Andrea was always excited, organized with the important to-dos, and listened to the things we cared about. It truly turned a complicated process into tons of fun. Moreover, Andrea was exceedingly patient with us as we, being very detail-oriented, wanted to seriously consider every single decision along the way. Having Andrea's support and structure even allowed us to spend time being intentional about little things that made the wedding day more special than we could imagine. Planning with Andrea literally led to an absolutely zero-stress wedding day, which is a testaments to their expertise my wife and I were left laughing about how we were waiting for the stress of the day to kick in, but it never did. Andrea and her whole team were phenomenal throughout our entire planning process, and wow, did they execute day of! They were able to keep things on schedule without being pushy and in the 1-2 weeks leading up to the wedding, I felt so relaxed knowing everything was organized and in great hands. We couldn’t recommend Andrea Leslie enough if you are looking for a wedding plan to help with your wedding. We used Andrea Leslie’s month-of wedding planning package and it was the best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. Angelica was the planner we worked with – ask for her! She is the most down to earth, organized, supportive, and communicative individual you could ask to have helping at your wedding. Throughout the ups and downs of wedding planning, Angelica was there via email, text, or phone call to answer questions, give advice, and help manage the to-do list leading up to the big day. Our experience working with Andrea was wonderful. It was great to have someone in our corner who could break down all the choices that needed to be made into more digestible options. Andrea was professional, accommodating, and caring. I know for certain that her job is not an easy one, but she handled everything that was thrown at her with expertise and kindness. Working with Andrea to plan our wedding WAS A DREAM. She is an incredibly kind and genuine person who is an absolute expert in her field. Thinking back to when we looked for planners, we talked to a few and instantly felt a connection to her and knew we had to work with her and the team. She helped us find the perfect vendors to bring our vision to life, helped educate us and our family on the various steps and investment to expect, gave us guidance on best practices, and did so much we don't even know about behind the scenes that made it all appear so smooth to us! She allowed me to disconnect and handled each detail exactly how I would have done it myself. She also handled EVERYTHING, and if there were hiccups we had no idea (which we requested). I was able to truly enjoy the day.
I’m pretty sure there wasn’t anything I could have thrown at her that she couldn’t handle, and it was done in a timely and professional manner. From the planning to execution, each detail was thoroughly appreciated and perfect. Having her recommendations, design ideas, and kind heart throughout our wedding process, made our wedding day the best day of my life. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. I planned my wedding while out of state and going to graduate school, and Andrea made the whole process so easy! We interviewed several full service planners before meeting Andrea and her team. After numerous interviews with planners across Phoenix and Scottsdale, all of which felt like business meetings, we finally got a chance to sit down with Andrea. Andrea was the only planner who asked about us; not one other planner asked about our story before all else.
We shared our budget, what we were envisioning for our wedding day, and what we wanted a planner to assist with. There was no selling by Andrea, their firm’s work speaks for itself.
After covering all the basics with Andrea, we chose to have one of Andrea’s lead planners and designers, Katie, be the mastermind our event.
Katie is extremely easy going, reliable, and thoughtful. She is truly able to design anything imaginable. If you want something at your event, they can make it happen. We let Katie take control of the planning; we trusted her abilities and decision making and she did not disappoint. If something we wanted sent us above budget, Katie had an equal or better alternative. She ran everything by us that we wanted to have input on, but giving her freedom to design and plan allowed our lives to continue on stress-free while every last detail of this event was being arranged and perfected.
As we neared the event, and on the day-of, every question/concern/need of ours was catered to. Andrea and Katie were able to align the our wants and needs with the venue, photographer, videographer, band, strings players, cigar rollers, and everyone else to make the day and night absolutely perfect.
The ladies had everything they needed and asked for on the day-of; same with the guys. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to make our dreams become a reality.

Andrea and her team are so awesome and so so nice! From start to finish they make the planning process so streamlined and easy. I worked specifically with Laina and I adore her. Amazing Experience
We were married at Mountain Shadows in September 2021 and used the ALWE team for our entire wedding planning. It took some time for us to sit down and write a review of the experience we had working with them because it was truly special and I wanted to give them the credit that they deserve. To start, we had an amazing introduction call with Andrea whom is extremely professional, gracious and gave us wonderful ideas to consider and we knew we had found the best! We were fortunate enough to work with Angelica as our lead planner and there are not enough positive things to say- truly kind, professional, great recommendations, innovative, supportive, great communicator and ten steps ahead! Angelica gave us the attention we needed with countless calls, emails and offered the best advice on things such as floral, childcare, dresses- the list is endless. Angelica genuinely cares about her clients, their experience and is invested in making it something special for all. Truly every vendor that we worked with together breathed a sigh of relief once they knew who are team was and they lived up to their sparkling industry reputation. On our wedding day, we worked with both Andrea and Angelica and the event was flawless! They took care of everything so seamlessly, I had zero stress due to their knowledge, planning and hard work. Where to even begin!?! Andrea was literally the BEST and easiest wedding decision I made. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone for the first time I immediately connected with her enthusiastic personality and felt her energy through the phone! Being from New Jersey and planning a wedding in AZ, I needed someone I could fully trust to guide all wedding decisions when I couldn’t be on the ground 24/7 and Andrea gained my trust instantly! Her ability to listen intently, prioritize my thoughts and needs, and truly bring my every possible little detail and vision to life and then some truly astounded me. We worked with ALWE for month of coordination for our destination wedding in Vermont in early August and everything about the experience was unbelievable. Andrea and her team are remarkably kind, thoughtful, detail oriented, patient, and consummate professionals. Andrea helped us plan and re-plan our wedding through covid, worked with our vendors -- handling communication and plans changing seamlessly, and helped make the day unbelievably special. There are so many things to consider when planning a wedding and Andrea made it so simple and organized for us to keep track of everything. Best Decision Ever!
We hired Andrea Leslie Weddings (ALWE) for day-of coordination for our wedding in April, 2021. The venue we booked required us to have a wedding planner, and ALWE was on their list of recommended vendors. We met with a few other planners but knew the second we met Andrea that it was the right decision because she made us feel so at ease.
We ended up working with Angelica, who is a senior coordinator with ALWE and received access to an invaluable online wedding planning website which kept us on-track with our to-do list. When the wedding month hit, Angelica hit the ground running and was an incredible asset to help us pull everything together. The week of, she coordinated with all of our vendors so that we could look forward to the big day. She also put together a very detailed day-of schedule and was flexible with last minute changes. Our wedding party and family knew exactly where they needed to be at all times because of Angelica's help.
The day of, we could not be happier with the professionalism and service they provided to our family, other vendors, and guests. Angelica helped set up our event, which took such a weight off of us and our families. We also worked with an assistant named Alyssa, who was incredible and was a step ahead of us with everything we could have possibly needed (water, a fan, etc.).
I was worried that having additional people around on my special day might have felt weird, but Angelica and Alyssa were so pleasant and felt like very helpful friends. We are SO happy that our venue required us to hire a wedding planner, and we do it over and over again. It was worth every penny and we had such a great experience!

The Best Planning Team EVER
Hiring Andrea Leslie and her team was the best money spent of our entire wedding!!! We began planning with her in November 2018 for our March 2020 wedding. As a first time bride and not very familiar with what actually goes into a wedding, I knew I needed to hire someone to guide me the way. We were matched with one of Andrea's Lead Planner's, Katie! Katie was our life savior throughout the entire process. She gave me vendor recommendation, set up meetings, managed our budget, answered every single email and calmed me down when I would feel overwhelmed. When our March 28, 2020 wedding was cancelled a week before due to COVID, by the next couple of days she already had every single one of our vendors rescheduled to our new March 13, 2021 date. So after 2+ years, we finally had our wedding, and she was right by our side for everything that day. The weather was horrible and our whole wedding was outside, but not a single person talked about that. Katie was able to rearrange our setup and make it as comfortable as possible. We keep telling everyone, "We couldn't have done it without Andrea & Katie".

The Perfect Planner
I cannot thank Andrea Leslie and her team enough for all that they did to ensure our wedding day was perfect and beyond our expectations. To give you a little backstory, we planned our wedding in just three short months, so that my mom would be able to attend. Not the typical planning period and I think that certainly speaks volumes to just how incredible Andrea is. I immediately connected with her on the phone and knew she was the one that was going to lead us through this wedding planning process. Andrea is everything you could ever want in planner! She took the time to get to know us on a personal level to make sure our day truly reflected us as a couple. Andrea was an absolute dream to work with and the reason why my wedding was so beautiful and a blast! I never made pinterest boards or really dreamed about my future wedding, so I had absolutely no idea where to start. Thank goodness Andrea was recommended to me and that my first wedding related decision was the best one I made.
Andrea was so supportive, hardworking and extremely organized. Every meeting with vendors was efficient and I felt so confident in my decisions because of Andrea. My mom lives in a different state than me, and I felt like Andrea was my guiding "big sister" that just made me feel so sure about every decision that I made during the whole wedding planning process. Andrea was great during the wedding planning process, but she was perfection the day of my wedding. Andrea was right there doing all the things that I didn't even know needed to be done. I stepped in mud while taking photos after my ceremony and Andrea was right there with wipes taking the brown stain out lol! I didn't even know it happened! Budget to hire them
I originally met Andrea 5 years ago as my friends wedding planner. I should first disclose that I am pretty type A personality and have a hard time trusting someone else to get a job done and after working with Andrea I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
PRIOR TO OFFICIALLY HIRING: When I originally met with Andrea in person to discuss hiring her as my wedding planner I was blown away with what she had to offer. She tells you what she can do for you and you essentially decide how much help you would like from her and her team. Essentially it's a breakdown of what items you would like her help with and you tell her what package you would like to purchase. Whether you want her to help call vendors and schedule meetings, to if you want her at your cake tasting, to if you just want her the month of. Since I had not ever planned a wedding, my now husband wanted me to get help from someone who was a professional instead of putting it all on my own plate. BUDGET FOR THE FULL PACKAGE. She is worth every penny.
ONCE HIRED: She has an online website that is dedicated to YOU and YOUR vision. You start by sending her your pinterest and she creates a vision board for you to see if she understands your vision or not (which she always did, she can read minds). If you do not find the idea of planning a wedding to be fun you can also give her free reign to do even more of the creative planning! I loved the creative side to wedding planning so this is something Andrea and I did together.
HIRING VENDORS: Andrea and her team have people that they highly recommended, which in the wedding business is worth more than you know until you hire a dud of a vendor. I got married at The Paseo and some of the vendors I had to hire based on my Paseo contract were never as amazing as the ones Andrea and her team recommended. Along with her amazing recommendations she majorly lightened my load by calling the vendors and scheduling appointments, as well as collecting all of the contracts and sending me reminders when payments were due.
CHECK-IN CALLS: Throughout the process Andrea and I would have check-in calls. This was great because she would go over what needed to be done sooner rather than later. She would answer all of my questions pretty much always but these calls were good for me as a reminder to get things done!
PLANNING TIMELINE: Along with the check-in calls the website that she creates for you and her to communicate for would send me notifications on what "tasks" I needed to complete. Whether it be order bridesmaid dresses or send save the dates. This timeline was major for me. I had no idea when save the dates had to be sent or anything for that matter.
SAVE-THE-DATES: I had my save the dates sent to her (which you don't have to) and she kept track of them and updated them on our wedding website.
CONSTANT COMMUNICATION: Andrea and the team were available at all times (within reason) to me. If I had a question she always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I also loved that if I emailed her when she was at a wedding, I would get an email back that would tell me when her and her team would be back from those weddings.
THE TEAM IS THERE FOR YOU: Here's one thing that was so amazing about Andrea and her team. They make YOU feel important. Sometimes with the wedding industry I have found you are dealing with a lot of "artsy" people who like to try to push THEIR vision on you. Andrea WOULD NEVER let that fly. She always would bring it back to me and my now husband. And for that, I will forever be grateful. She is so calming all of the time even when parts of the wedding planning process can be stressful. We had to fire our baker last minute and Andrea talked me off of many cliffs.
THE WEDDING DAY TIMELINE: Andrea reached out to all of my vendors and sent them the timeline of when they needed to be there to set up etc. She also sends your family and bridal party a wedding timeline to tell them when and where they need to be.
WEDDING DAY: Her and her team make it all happen and don't ever let you see them stress about hustling. Anything that did go wrong the day of, I didn't know because they just dealt with it.
POST WEDDING: Andrea drove to me and brought me my leftover wedding cake on her day off. Did she have to do that? No. Will I forever remember her selfless act? Yes.
I could go on and on about how amazing her and her team are. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner just meet with her, you will see her value. If you think you can't afford a planner, I get it. Just keep in mind the amount of stress she takes off your plate, is truly priceless. I now consider Andrea to be a friend that will forever hold a very special place in my heart. So special that I asked Andrea to help me into my wedding dress. Don't walk to schedule a meeting with her RUN.

Andrea Leslie Wedding Planning has trained the best of the best - Laina made our wedding planning experience FUN and stress free. We chose the "month of" planning package but it really felt like she was holding my hand the whole time. On the wedding day, their team ran behind the scenes and made sure every single detail was set up perfectly. Myself, my family and my maid of honor were guests at our wedding and were able to 100% fully enjoy the experience. Not only was she a great vendor, but a great person. Simply the best!
I know I am a little slow on the review part, but as my first wedding anniversary has just passed there has been a lot of celebration and reminiscing on how incredibly perfect our day was!! I do not exaggerate when I say our day was flawless, and all credit goes to Andrea and her team! The best thing I ever did throughout the wedding planning process was hire them. They handled my short 5 month engagement with ease and they do not miss a single detail! Also, Andrea is one of the nicest humans on the planet that can take anything that comes here way with the best "I got this" attitude. When you think of the perfect wedding planner you definitely want one that can handle it all and Andrea Leslie Wedding and Events has it all covered! Since our own wedding we have been lucky enough to attend others the team has helped plan and you must trust me when I say their service is unbeatable! You simply just know it is going to be a great event when they are behind the scenes. Andrea is the best!!!
Andrea put together our dream wedding at the four seasons on 11/8/19. We live in NY, and 100% of our guests were from out of town; the question I got all night and for weeks after my wedding was "how did you pull off such an amazing wedding while living in a different time zone?". Our answer was simply ANDREA LESLIE. We didn't even bother to interview any other planners because once we spoke to her, we knew she was for us. Andrea is so on top of everything, quick to respond to questions, offers emotional support, and has incredible vendor relationships. Every vendor we used, all we heard was 'OMG I love Andrea she is the best so happy you are working with her'. I'm not sure what other planners give you a pre wedding massage when you get the jitters either. Her team is amazing as well, she has an incredible group of women working with her. She is truly an angel and I cannot thank Andrea enough for making the best day of our lives come true. If you are thinking about hiring Andrea, just do it!

Angelica was AMAZING
I had a really tough time selecting a wedding planner since I was not sure what I should be looking for. After chatting with a few companies, we ended up booking with Andrea Leslie because were told they would answer questions throughout the year, even if we were only hiring a day-of coordinator. We were matched with Angelica as our day-of. :)
Thinking back to that moment when we booked with Andrea Leslie, I wish we would have paid Angelica to plan the entire wedding because she was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We could relax because Angelica kept everything on track and running seamlessly. The comments from sooo many guests were, "I need Angelica to be at my wedding one day" or "I wish I had someone like Angelica when I got married".
Angelica answered all questions I had leading up to the wedding day, attended our menu tasting, coordinated the linen preview when we arrived from out of town, coordinated the walkthrough, and helped with EVERYTHING at the wedding from fixing my bustle/steaming my dress/helping apply bug spray/managing the venue set-up & takedown/dropping off the gifts in our hotel room/checking if everything was okay throughout the night/etc.
She was the best vendor we could have booked and I cannot express how thankful we were to have her on our special day. 100% recommend.

She made us feel calm the entire day and honestly I didn't have to worry about a thing. She worked fabulously with all the vendors (that she helped us find) and she was able to ward off any issues so that we didn't have to worry. She thought of literally everything! Everyone Needs Andrea Leslie Weddings & Events!
Full disclosure: leading up to booking we weren't sold on the fact that adding a wedding planner would be worth it for us. Now that we have the experience, we are so glad we had a planner!! Andrea Leslie Weddings & Events is 100% worth the investment. Our wedding weekend was beyond our wildest dreams, and ALWE was a HUGE part in making the dream a reality.
We chose day-of wedding coordination with Angelica Felix as our lead planner. Starting a month prior to our wedding, Angelica made everything so easy. Any planning stress we had up to that point was immediately subsided once Angelica came on board. Whatever need or request we had, she was always available and took it upon herself to get it done. She listened to everything we said and executed all of our requests perfectly. When we weren't sure of the best way to do something, she was always there to point us in the right direction. When things got off schedule the day of, she worked with the other vendors behind the scenes to make sure the show went on as if nothing had happened. We weren't even aware of a few guest issues she dealt with during the wedding until friends told us about it weeks later. Having ALWE on our team allowed us and all of our friends and family (except the few that had the issues!) to fully enjoy the night and be in the moment.
At some point during our wedding month Angelica shared that our wedding was the first that she was assigned to as a lead planner. As a testament to the business, you wouldn’t have known! Angelica carried on like a seasoned professional. We honestly can't believe how perfectly our wedding day went, and we 100% believe this would not have been the case had we not hired ALWE. We love that we got to work with this incredible team, and we are so thankful Angelica was our lead planner. Thank you all so much for helping to make our dream day possible!

Wow. We love, love, love Andrea. She is truly a dream to work with. I wish we could do our wedding all over again just so I would get to work with her again. She is the most genuine, caring, compassionate person I have ever met. She completely alleviated all of my stress during the planning process. The vendors she recommended were the best and everyone she referred over was so thoughtful and caring. Andrea put so much love, thought and time into every wedding she plans. Andrea and her team are AMAZING!! My husband and I are wedding photographers and work with planners every weekend - they are by far some of the best ladies in the industry! We would take any wedding they are planning just to know the day will flow so well and we will get to work alongside the sweetest/most hard-working ladies! 11/10 Best Planner EVER!
I can't say enough great things about Andrea and her team. From recommending vendors to helping me execute my vision, Andrea was there. But where she really shines is on the day of. I never had to second guess where I should be or what I need to have with me, Andrea and her team took care of everything. One of my bridesmaids even stepped on my dress and tore the skirt a little and Andrea was there, sitting behind me during photos, sewing my dress back together! My husband even said she should trade in her cardigan for a cape, she's a superhero! She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

We were the couple who didn’t think we needed a planner... trust me you do. Thank god we found Andrea. We cannot reccomend Andrea and her team enough! If you’re looking for a planner, hire Andrea and her amazing women. Andrea is the perfect blend of professional and friend. She was on top of EVERY detail quickly. Every question or thought I had she coordinated a discussion with a vendor, or made calls or requested quotes. There wasn’t a single email or text that went unanswered and she didn’t forget a thing. Andrea thought of details I hadn’t. Everything was down to a science. She even had a point of contact in our bridal and groom party in case anything was needed, so she wouldn’t stress us out on the day of. The best part was how invested we felt she was in our relationship and in our day. Every idea or request we had she made happen. She felt like a best girlfriend throughout the entire process. My mom couldn’t beleive the amount of work Andrea had put in. I asked her opinion on things from the cake, to flowers, to certain aspects of the day. She gave her expert opinion and advice. We also had the pleasure of working with her assistant Katie, who was sweet, professional, and an amazing addition to the team. Andrea stayed our entire wedding, she was there till last call. Just the fact that she wanted to ensure every single part was taken care of until the end felt amazing. Her rates are completely fair, especially considering the amount of out of business hour emails/texts/calls she took with me. If you’ve found Andrea, do yourself and your wedding a favor and hire her and her team. You will be SO happy you did.

Rain in the forecast is never something a bride wants to see the week leading up to one of the most important days of her life. But with Andrea Leslie Weddings and her team you are in the best possible hands! From the moment we started talking about our vision for a chic boho Arizona wedding with amazing florals our lead planner Katie had the perfect vendor team lined up and on board. She Kept us focused on the right tasks at the right time and made is so that we never felt overwhelmed throughout the process so we could really enjoy this special time of our lives. When we knew that rain was something we were going to be up against we had numerous backup plans to choose from depending on how things were looking as we got closer to ceremony time. Perfect wedding day
Working with Andrea and her team was wonderful. My husband and I are not from the Scottsdale area, but wanted a Destination wedding that was beautiful and easy for guests to get to, so landed on Scottsdale. We planned our entire wedding from a Atlanta, Georgia, and only had five months to plan, thus, were only able to meet with Andrea in person once before the actual wedding weekend. We used Andrea for partial planning, and found the process to be seamless throughout. She was always available for phone calls and responsive to emails, and also has a great online planning tool where she kept all vendor information, out seating chart etc. She even set up a mock session with the hotel and florist with linens that I attended by FaceTime. She was great for bouncing ideas and pulling together exactly what we had envisioned. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she also let us ship lots of stuff to her in Arizona, and brought them to me as soon as we arrived in Arizona (which was so nice and saved me lots of stress). On the actual wedding day, her team did a great job coordinating everything. They unpacked the things I’d brought and did not ask any questions about what went where – they put everything together beautifully. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the wedding day was completely flawless. There was not a minute of chaos, or if there was, they did a good job of hiding it. I cannot imagine a more perfect day. To top it off, we returned to the room that night to find flowers from the wedding arranged on our table and the sweetest card from Andrea and her team. I highly recommend!

I worked with Andrea Leslie and Angelica for my September wedding and can not say enough amazing things about them and the service they provide! Our wedding was a bit of a challenge due to the fact it was at a private home and they helped me every step of the way. Not only did they help me with logistic's they were there all day to make sure I had everything I could possibly need!! Angelica could not have been more pleasant and calming during wedding day set up, i knew I could trust her 100% with my vision and she did not disappoint.

I hired ALWE for month of coordination and I HIGHLY recommend their team! I worked with Katie Benson who was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I hired ALWE (about 3 months before the wedding) Katie was available with recommendations, to bounce ideas off of, etc. She created a thorough timeline for our day and made sure we stayed on schedule (which was very important to me) and facilitated all of the moving parts. My wedding day ran flawlessly and I was able to just relax and enjoy! Like many brides, I was unsure if I really needed to hire a wedding coordinator, especially given that I work in the event planning industry, consider myself very organized, selected well-known/quality vendors, and was getting married at a venue with an onsite coordinator/day of shadow. In the end I am SO glad I made the investment because these ladies are worth their weight in gold. If I had had the budget to hire them for full service planning from the beginning I definitely would have, but I 100% recommend them for month of coordination!

The outcome of our beautiful wedding day at the Phoenix Art Museum and tea ceremony can be owed to ALWE. We went with Andrea Leslie because her rates were reasonable, she was experienced and very personable. Everything we had hoped for our wedding was accomplished by Andrea and her team, because they ran everything so smoothly behind the scenes that we did not remember a stressed moment on our wedding day. There are not enough words to express how happy we were with ALWE. Andrea was so helpful leading up to our event- answering emails and setting up calls since we lived out of town on the complete other side of the country. Andrea is a grace under pressure and shows no signs of stress- she never let me feel like there was anything to worry about. Andrea and her team went way above and beyond and I couldn't imagine our wedding going off without a hitch without them. Andrea and her team were absolutely amazing. To give a little background, Ryan and I are not the conventional couple as we met in Scottsdale, but for the last 4 years, we have lived in Bucharest Romania.
When planning our wedding I dreamed of having our venue be at Silverleaf Club in Arizona as Ryan and I had our second date at the pool. The venue offered everything I have ever wanted. The romance of it being part of our love story, the Tuscan ambiance and the breathtaking views. As quickly as I had picked my venue my second most important detail was to find a perfect planner. I knew that trying to plan a wedding halfway across the world was going to be no easy feat. THEN I met Andrea.
Let's just say that all my prayers were quickly answered and from the moment we connected I knew all my worries would be at ease. When I first met Andrea it was Christmas 2014 and I only had 5 days left in the US before going back to Bucharest. With the combined efforts of my mother, my mother in law and Andrea I was able to pick my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, florist, band and the overall look of our wedding. As I left for Bucharest after those crazy 5 days I felt so comfortable knowing Andrea was in charge.
Andrea worked hand in hand with my mother and honestly they pulled off my dream wedding. With her eye for detail and organization, every essence of what I wanted was captured. Andrea provided so much direction and prompt professionalism in everything. She and her team could not have been more gracious and lovely. Andrea defines the word servanthood. Her demeanor and happiness were felt by every person she interacted with. ESPECIALLY ME! I can honestly say my wedding could not have been as perfect as it was without her. Andrea and her team are outstanding. Our wedding was in Jackson Hole, Wyoming but this was no problem for Andrea. She made things happen from afar and even traveled to the site before the wedding to make sure every little detail was planned and accounted for. On the day of, she and her assistant thought of everything. We did not have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend her because we could just enjoy our day without any stress. She made sure everything from the set up to the very end was perfect and exactly what we wanted. She even made sure to ask before the wedding what we wanted to drink at the end of the ceremony! We were skeptical of hiring a planner a year before our wedding. Few people realize how important a planner is until the wedding actually happens. We hired Andrea and her crew for partial planning, and it was easily the smartest decision we made for our wedding. Andrea was absolutely perfect, there is no other way to say it, really. She is professional, positive, flexible, organized, and thinks of EVERY SINGLE little detail that we would have never thought about on our own (ie. When will the bride eat during wedding prep, who carries the keys to the car, etc). Over the course of the planning, she has become like a part of our family, and our family feels that way too! We wanted to be very unique with our wedding, and she was absolutely dialed in on helping us make that happen! Seriously, don't waste time with other planners, Andrea is the best option, no matter what kind of wedding you want!

Andrea Leslie and her assistant Katie provided day of set-up and take down for our late November wedding. It was the best decision we could have made to have her help with our wedding decor. Katie was amazing and we don't know how we could have done it without her. Everything was taken care of and we were able to just enjoy our day and not worry about anything! My husband and I met with 6 different wedding planners before hiring Andrea. She was the first person we met, and left us giddy with excitement because she exuded an energy we loved! She was excited for us, and eager to hear all the dreams we had for our big day. It was as though we were her only bride and groom, and she made us feel this way the entire year, even after our big day. She was a calming balance, a vibrant personality, and a gentle reminder of what was and was not in the budget. I felt very supported, and often emailed her for reassurance or advice. My wedding planning was the best year of my life; I loved every second of it and would do it all over in a heartbeat if I could. The weekend of was perfect, I couldn't have imagined a day so amazing. My expectations were high and it far surpassed. She was calm and smiling all day long, yet made sure my goals were achieved by keeping us on a perfect schedule. I threw all of my years hard work of design into her hands early in the week and honestly didn't sweat a thing from set up to tear down. She is worth every penny as it will keep you sane and allow you to truly appreciate this one day that goes by in a blur. My husband and I see her as a friend now, and my sister and friend have both decided to hire her for their 2016 weddings.

There are not enough words to explain what a blessing Andrea was to have on our team to make our wedding the day of our dreams. The best way I can describe Andrea is that she's "on it"... no stone left unturned, no detail left uncovered, and no job she can't (and won't) fdo. From jumping in to serve wine at our reception, to wrangling a rowdy brunch and a saucy bride and groom, Andrea did it all just to make sure our wedding was the party we always wanted. If I could, I would hire Andrea in my daily life just to make sure I get where I'm supposed to be and am accomplishing the task at hand... she's that good. Not only was Andrea a blessing, but her mom Mary stepped in to help with our wedding as well, and you can tell the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The Glue That Holds it All Together- that's Andrea Leslie. I can't even begin to explain how priceless Andrea and her team were to our planning and big day. As I read some of the other reviews, I can totally relate. I can't put into words how awesome she is and what an amazing job she did. From the moment we first met her, my husband, parents and I knew that she was going to do a wonderful job. Andrea is kind, responsive and totally professional. As we looked around for a planner, what I liked most about her is that she seemed genuinely interested in making your day exactly what you wanted. Additionally, she didn't give off the vibe that some other planners did that you would be lucky to work with them. Some of the bigger names didn't even get back to us for several days giving us the sense that they were simply to busy. Andrea's pricing is very reasonable, and I felt that we got far more than we paid for. As we went through the planning process, Andrea always had great recommendations for vendors. I think we went with her recommendations for everything but the photo booth and were happy with them all. In the days leading up to our wedding, Andrea was in constant contact with us, whereas some planners have very specific allotments of time included in their packages and pricing that would make you hesitant to reach out to them for a quick question. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch solely based on Andrea's outstanding coordination and her team's help. I was a bride that needed a lot of guidance and struggled with decisions, and Andrea was always patient and helpful. We really couldn't have done it without her!

So I sit here trying to come up with how I could possibly describe what Andrea did for my husband and I at our wedding. I think to myself, there are just no words that could possibly do her justice... and then I realize it's really quite simple:
We could NOT have done it without Andrea and her team.
From start to finish Andrea kept us organized, kept us on task, and truly helped create the wedding of our dreams. Everything was covered down to the smallest of details. She had answers and solutions to problems figured out before I even knew there was a question or an issue. She assisted our amazing wedding party with a surprise they had planned when they had technical difficulties... she stopped a rogue Beauty and the Beast incident.. and was ready to take away every cell phone in the building when an Elite 8 basketball game "threatened" to throw a wrench into our evening's plans. (let's be honest - the bride and groom were just as much into the game as everyone else, but the fact that she was willing to step in to a (divided) crowd of potentially rowdy fans speaks volumes!!) Andrea and her team allowed not only myself and my husband to be able to relax and truly enjoy EVERY second of our day, but they also allowed our family and friends to do the same!

I can't believe it has taken me six months to write this review considering I would recommend her to anyone... Andrea Leslie is the best! We used her for day-of coordination, but with Andrea, it's really month-of. And she was always available to us via email prior as well. She had amazing recommendations for other vendors (hair and makeup especially) and always had great advice. Of course she had other clients to work with while she worked with us, but she always made us feel like the most important people. On the day of our wedding she and her incredible assistants made sure everything ran smoothly and that my husband and I were calm and collected. After we did pictures, she made sure we had some time to relax and even brought us our favorite drinks. She is one of the nicest, hardest working and most genuine people I've met. It was such a pleasure to work with her and have her involved in our wedding. I cannot praise her enough for the amazing work she did. If you are planning a wedding (or a party), hiring Andrea is a no-brainer. Another thing I loved about her, that other planners I contacted didn't do, was send me a very personal email when I inquired about her services. Other planners sent me a form email with a list of prices. Andrea sent me an email that she clearly took time to write, which is one of the reasons we went with her. It's personal touches like that that make her such a joy to work with.

A super type A personality, I was sure going into all of this that I didn't need a planner...I was so wrong. Andrea gave me so much support and feedback leading up to the wedding. She is incredible at her job; whether it was answering a quick question about etiquette or having someone to bounce ideas off of for bridal party gifts...she was amazing. I also used her recommendations heavily for other vendors, as we got married in Arizona (not our home state/ we are recent transplants)--she was wonderful about giving a range of recommendations at various price points, etc.! However, I knew that on my wedding day, I would want to relax with my girls rather than being at the venue setting up. I completely handed over the reins to her and oh my, she executed flawlessly. She honestly exceeded my expectations which I am not even sure how that happened because from the moment I met her, I knew she was very detail oriented and I knew she would do a great job. My wedding day leading up to the actual ceremony was so much fun because she was there making sure everything was set up. She even sent her assistant to my room to make sure everything was going smoothly while we were getting ready which was great because we had questions as the time was getting closer. Working with Andrea made wedding planning so easy and fun for us. We told her our vision was a modern/romantic wedding and she helped us build a team of the best vendors that captured our vision to a tee. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an even planner. She is the BEST!!!

We went with Andrea Leslie because her rates were reasonable, she was experienced and very personable. Everything we had hoped for our wedding was accomplished by Andrea and her team, because they ran everything so smoothly behind the scenes that we did not remember a stressed moment on our wedding day. Andrea's strengths lie between her organization skills, her assertiveness and responsiveness. All these characteristics of Andrea and how she ran her business made us ecstatic clients. Thank you so much for making our lives so much easier on our special day!!
